My name is Vivek Khaire. I requested for the the new Airtel post paid connection on thursday[protected]. the same day the executive came and collected documents and cash and handover me the new blak sim card. At that time he promises that within 24 HRS YOUR NEW NUMBER WILL GET STARTED AFTER THE DUE VERIFICATION. THEN AFTER THAT I GOT A CALL FROM AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE TO KNOW THE AVAILABILITY OF MINE OR MY FAMILY MEMBERS AT THE GIVEN ADDRESS. I REPLIED THAT I AM THE ONLY PERSON RIGHT NOW RESIDING IN WORKING DAYS I WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE OVER THERE SO KINDLY COME ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY AND CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER AGREED TO DO THE SAME AND ALSO ASKED ME TO STAY THERE AT HOME IN WEEKEND. AS DECIDED I WAS THERE ONLY AT MY RESIDENCE. BUT THERE WAS NO VERIFICATION TILL TODAY. I LOST MY WEEKEND AND FEW IMPORTANT SCHEDULED ASSIGNMENTS BECAUSE OF AIRTEL AND NOW THE VERIFICATION WILL AGAIN GOING TO BE DELAYED DUE TO HOLIDAYS AND AVAILABILITY. SO I WANTED TO ASK AIRTEL WHY YOU ARE DOING SUCH A FALSE PROMISES WHICH YOU CANT COMPLETE AND WHO IS NOW RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS MATTER. AND HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR VERIFICATION AND TO START MY NUMBER

    I feel very unhappy to be treated like this.
    I spoke to one of your customer care executive on 21/12/2012 regarding the internet pack. As he stated, I need to recharge for 149 rs and i will be receiving 2 GB of 2G data and after that unlimited data at reduced speed. The next day I recharged for that but I got only 1 GB data. To inquire regarding this I called up the customer care again. But they just keep my phone in hold and disconnect it. It has been done thrice. I never expected this from airtel that the valuable customer being misguided and to get treated like this.

I wanted MNP to Aircel and got UPC code AP 273861 on[protected] from Airtel. I submitted my application in Aircel and got a Sim no.[protected] on 23-10-12 from a dealer of Jagraon. My number is deleted by Airtel on 26-10-12. Now my Aircel Sim is not working. I asked from Jagraon distributor (Shere Punjab Telecom). The distributor replied me that My company has not detail of this number. I have enquired from Airtel Company but they did not give me response for this number. Now i am suffering with loss because i am a shopkeeper( mechanic ac and refrigeration). So give me justice

      AirTel — Deletion Of Number

      I have recently purchased on Airtel Post Paid SIM On[protected] and i Have submitted all required Documents for this purpose. Now Without my Knowledge Company Has Deleted My number BCS of System Problem. Now they are not able to rectify their Mistake.

      There was Credit balance that Account of Rs.331. as on the date of deletion.

        I am having an Airtel mobile simcard bearing No. [protected] for use in Tamilnadu.It is a prepaid one.
        I am getting unwanted sms messages from
        AT-AIRINF - SMONO
        SCRIC
        SPOLY
        AT.IMALRT - Tones
        Sports News
        Polytone club

        I do not know why Airtel is harassing me with daily about 10 messages through the above 6 groups
        and recovering money at Re.one per message for the last 3/4 months. I have forwarded my complaint
        to Airtel, Tamilnadu circle by way of e--mail but the same was bouncing. Do not know how to
        contact them. Will you please take up the matter with Airtel, Tamilnadu Circle, Chennai and
        see that these sms messages should be stopped forthwith and deductions are also to be stopped
        and deducted amounts during the last 4 months to be recredited to my prepaid account.
        I am an Associate member in the Consumer-Voice group of Consumer Association of India,
        New Delhi and if they do not take action, I have no other go but to complain against Airtel
        through our Consumer Association and also to TRAI.

        tamilnadu — Orbitrary rate for Thoor Dhal

        i am from tambaram kadaperi Village and my Ration Shop No.Ramesh nagar 2 and Shop No.KD010.

        We use to purchase Thoor Dhal from the above shop regularly and it was sol for Rs.32 initially. But every month it has been going on selling at R.36, 42, 48, 52, 56. 66, and now it is being sold at Rs. 86 per Kg.

        People purchasing from the above shop has been complaining that the original Thoor Dhal supplied by the Government is not sold at the above shop and instead what has been paked by the Ration Shop arebeing sold at Rs.86 per kg.

        Kindly enquire this and mete out justice.

        i tried customer care to stop those, but in vain,..
        help me in this.

        When would they stop such kind of nusence...

          I want to bring about a huge inconsistency in charging the consumers. Hope someone will act one it.

          My phone number is [protected]. I had activated a 850 rental 3G plan on my phone which has 6 GB free. I had deactivated the plan after using 22 days i.e. 73% of the month.

          I had used only 4 GB which is 66% of the 6 GB limit. I have used no 3G after deactivation.

          Why my bill is 11000 rs ? I wont be able to make such payments which do not have any logic. I have already discussed this with customer care and he also do not have any answers.

          Request you to act on it and put a logical bill so that you can expect payments.

          This has also caused great mental anguish and frustration to me and I am not able to concentrate on my work. This is totally against the innocent consumers. I am willing to go at any distance to stop such nonsense.

            Hi All,

            I am writing this mail as i am fed up with the service provided by Airltel broadband.I had a frequent disconnection of internet service for which i had raised a complaint on 8th Dec 2012
            ref no 25792308.The executive(mobile no [protected]) couldn't solve the issue and in turn he asked to raise another complaint for which again i raised a complaint on 10th Dec 2012 ref no:25844516.There was no action taken even after 6 days of raising this request upon which i asked it to escalate.Still there was no response from Airtel's side.Then on Wednesday an executive from Airtel([protected]) called and said that there was issue with wire and it is resolved now.But there was no connectivity and it wasnt resolved but the complaint was closed. And whenever i go to airtel show room located at besant nagar Chennai for inquiry there was no proper response(Danny) and now i am very much vexed with the service you are provided.Again today morning i had went to talk about this and no one was able to answer my queries there.Again i called to customer care and raised a complaint for which they promised to resolve it but there is no response.

            Can you let me know this how your company treats the customer?


            Also will you provide the correct Resolution time?

                A useless service was started on my number a week back without any such request being made by me.i tried reaching airtel customer care executive, however it was of no use as their customer care automated response system just thanked me for calling airtel rather than connecting me to any of their executives.I'm being charged for a service i never requested for and it is being renewed every week.this is not something that has happened for the first time and the response that you get(if any) from the company for resolution of such issues is pathetic.

                  Myself ManuMohan. I am feeling so pitiable to write this complaint against Airtel India for the annoyed response which has caused me all aspects of losses which a Business man can have.
                  To the issue:
                  One and a half month back, I had requested for conversion of my official Airtel postpaid number([protected]) to Prepaid since I was moving out of country for a Business Visit. Initially it was told that it will take 4 days of time due to some change in internal process. That was an acceptable factor since i could wait for 4 days of time. I had seriously followed up for 4 weeks out of my hard time extending my travel. The unfortunate part is, my Airtel number is not working till date from the day i had submitted for a change. This is the hardest time a human can wait. I request you to consider this as a serious issue and request to help me to get out of this so that I can atleast plan for mobile number portability to some decent service provider who are consumer friendly and hungry towards retaining their customers. Very much unexpected from a service provider called Airtel. Pitty on you!

                    I am an Airtel consumer since a couple of years with phone Number [protected]....

                    Last month on 18/11/12 on disgusting hellot une service got activated on my phone without my proper consent...
                    I have raised a complain and the response that i have received is frustrating.
                    CHTWC[protected] , and the representitives are not well behaved and not helping
                    They are Brajmohan and Sachin.



                    For this useless service I have been charged 75 rupees in total and got humiliated for this.
                    Just wanted to have a proper verification on the same and refund the amount that is being charged. I also need a compensation for the credibility and social image loss for the same.

                    If this thing is not being sorted out I will make some time to go with proper legal action for the same.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I was using Airtel prepaid SIM ([protected]) from January 2011 to August 2012.
                      In the month of July 2012, I came across an offer from Airtel for 2G internet usage.
                      i.e, 2GB data usage for 200 rupees (one month validity). I called Airtel customer support
                      to activate this offer on my mobile and in reply the customer executive confirmed the same.

                      In the August 2012 bill, the charges for internet usage is 7,222 rupees. According to Aitel offer,
                      the internet charges should be 200 rupees only, Then I called Airtel customer support for informing
                      about this wrong billing charges. They did not help me in resolving.

                      I reported this issue to Airtel customer care on phone and mail communication many times. I did not get
                      any resolution. Onlything they are saying is the intened plan (offer i mentioned above) is not activated
                      on my mobile and they just activated 2G internet package and also they don't have records for my conversation with
                      Airtel customer.

                      I spoke to Airtel customer care every day to resolve this issue, the only respone is sorry for inconvience caused,
                      in future we will try to provide better service.


                      I lost my hope and asked them to take my SIM back and deactivate my connection. for that also they did not agree.
                      I stopped using that SIM and changed to another operator. I don't how Airtel got my new number from other operator,
                      keep asking me to pay full amount. Every month they are also adding some more charges and now they made the bill to 10,231 rupees.


                      I don't want to pay 10,231 rupees for the mistake done by Airtel executive.
                      Since the mistake is from Airtel side, I would like to see constructive response
                      from Airtel instead of harassing me by calling to my mobile or seding mails every month.

                      Please help me in resolving this issue.

                        Hi All,
                        I am using airtel broad band from past 1 year. my account number is [protected]. Airtel customer care guys promised me they will give 20% discount on my bill for 3 months if i change my plan to 4mbs /40gb download. early i was using plan 2mbps/10gb. In the last month bill they did not give any discount, when i called customer care they replied like this offer is not applied to my plan. after that i asked them to disconnect my connection. they connected me to the cancellation team and i told the same reason. then they immediately reduced the amount and they once again promised me for next two month also they give the 20% discount. again this month i am facing the same issue. who will every time call the customer care and fight with them. this very bad practice by airtel customer care. they claim that there are no 1 in customer service, but the realty is different.

                        these people charge more amount compare to other broadband service in bangalore, on top of that they will give false promise to the customer. please guys do not fall in airtel customer care trap. they talk very nice if we say we are disconnecting the connection. otherwise they do not care the customer.

                          Hello Sir,

                          I have Airtel prepaid numbers [protected] and [protected] running from around last 5 yrs.My tariff was as is it for others (50 paisa per minute).
                          But I found my tariff is raised to 1.4 rs per minute. and, as per customer care(Prashant, Bangalore), my tariff expired.
                          Some times, customer care(Prashant, Bangalore) says expiration informed when number activated (5 yrs back) some time says it is informed by message. He is manager and not sure how information conveyed to customers. He was not ready to give his employee number even for complain.

                          My concern is why this tariff expiration not informed? recently, I have recharged of 200 rs which is now waste for me.
                          Customer care says, tariff expiration is informed while Sim card activation. If Airtel cant give me old tariff then please return my money of 400 rs and I will change my number to other company.

                          But I have no written or SMS for such information.

                          Same thing is happening with my other number [protected]. Here also my 200 rs of recharge is waste.

                          I would like that Airtel should continue my old teriff plan as they do not have proof of information communicated.

                          Please take some action for both of my number

                            I had been using a broadband connection via fixed line no.:[protected] in my name and i made a request in writing to the airtel customer care outlet for disconnection of my broadband connection on 21st july 2012 to be disconnected from 5th august 2012. The customer care executive said me that the broadband connection will be disconnected within 7 days but the request was not processed till October and the bills were regularly generated during these period.On reporting the customer care outlet again where i submitted the letter for disconnection, I found that the customer care executive forgot to lodge the disconnection request made on 21st July.On making the request again on 29th October for disconnection of my broadband connection they took a fresh request and asked me to make the payments for the bills generated between August To October for which i was not liable to pay. I even mailed to the Airtel website ([protected]@in.airtel.com) for my issue regarding disconnection and payment but even then my problem was not solved.The Recovery executives regularly called me up to make the payments even when i said them the whole matter and such calls were almost received 10 times a day that too most of the calls were received in the Non official hours.The recovery agents always conversed in a rude manner and always shouted on us while talking over phone.Its December month now and even by today my request is not processed. On receiving the call again in december month,the recovery person said me that your connection is still active.
                            I request you to please help me in this regard as soon as possible.

                              I am getting Missed call frequently from [protected], Later I came to know this no. is belongs to Pakistan. I don't know anybody in Pakistan. Then why some body will give me missed call. I called to Airtel Customer care , But they are helpless.

                                I had purchased Iphone 3gs 32 GB Black from Airtel in June 2010 .
                                I got it replaced in May 2011 as it was giving many major problems.
                                According to Airtel's and Iphone's terms , i can get it officially unlocked now.
                                So , I want to get my replaced phone i.e. the phone with imei number - [protected] and serial number - 5K0465MN3NR , be unlocked.

                                I tried contacting customer care , they suggested me to go to Airtel's showroom , I went to each and every showroom of the city , they all replied me that they don't know the procedure.
                                I even mailed to Nodal Officer of Punjab and got a call from them , they told me that they have forwarded my request to the concerned department and I will get a phone call from that department within 24 hours but again no reply or call from them .

                                This is a clear violation of consumer rights , I had faced alott of inconvinience for a simple task like getting my i-phone unlocked. It seems like they are actually not willing to unlock my phone.

                                  Airtel has debited Rs.50 from my Prepaid account without prior intimation and for the services best known to them,which i believe is cheating the custmers.My mobile No. is [protected].When i call the cutomer care they will take me for a ride but never i would contact the cutomer care which is really disappointing.With this i request Airtel to refund my Rs.50 talktime which was debited from my prepaid account unauthorisedly.
                                  i had activated NOP service which cost Rs. 5 per day. my service was activated then also my balance was deducted for surfing nearly 90 Rs in single day.

                                  I, Arindam Haldar, am using an Airtel pre-paid number [protected] for the last 6 months in a 2 month old Nokia N-72 mobile. Last 7-10 days i have noticed that Airtel is charging me for a minute extra almost every time i am making a call. Suppose a call is recorded in my mobile for 4 minutes 50 seconds, Airtel is recording it 5 minutes and charging me for 6 minutes call time. I have got my mobile from Nokia priority dealer, who says that my mobile is working absolutely fine and the time shown by it is perfect. I have tried to call the customer care but could not reach it as there does not seem to be any customer care cell. I have sent complaint messages to customer care number 121, but only i have been getting an automated reply that "We have received your query and will get back to you within 24 hours." But to my total dismay, i havent received any response to my complaints from Airtel. I had opted for Airtel thinking that it is a great product but to my utter dismay i have discovered that I amd losing my hard earned money for no fault of mine. I have lost Rs. 300 (approx) in this ordeal and also with mental agony and fear of losing my hard earned money for no fault of mine. Please help me in this regard.

I loose more than Rs.200 with in three month without using any service. Many times their custmer excutive made promise to deactivate the service and they told that I got a call from the company for my problem but still I do not get any call from the company and my problem is also as it is.

                                  I am Selvi.D. Past 3 years I was using Airtel prepaid Mobile, still I am airtel customer. Last month[protected] I changed my mobile prepaid to postpaid service. I brought two SIM.

                                  During verification time I was not available in my home town, my father in law doesn’t know about the connection which I applied. Because of this confusion my outgoing calls[protected] diverted to airtel call center, and they advised me go to Saibaba kovil (MAXY) office in Coimbatore. That I am was in Hosur, I went to coimbatore Saibaba Kovil office[protected]. They ask me to write a request letter for activation. They promised to me they would activate next day itself. But next day it was not activated.

                                  I accepted my mistakes, but I asking about next procedure to active the service, but still they are not reply properly and what they want to active the service. I already submitted Passport also.

                                  Again[protected] I called SIM provided person (Airtel) he ask me to come Lakshmi mill’s Airtel Barathi office. There I waited for 2 hours. Then they told me they would activate on that day itself.

                                  But up to now my no Is not activated. Because of this I missed lot of opportunities (I am doing business) and suffered lots of stress.

                                  My question
                                  1) Why they are not told following the answer on that day.

                                  I am using Airtel prepaid card and number [protected] and i am using this number since six month plus. However since last two month plus i notice that on routine basis automatic deduction from my balance for VAS ( Value Added Service ) for which i have neither asked, requested or subscribed for.

                                  About three weeks back i called the customer complaint cell of Airtel and was ensured that the deducted money will be refunded and no further deductions will be made.

                                  Dispite of the assurance given by the customer care executive, the deduction is still continuing. I have tried today to formally ( in writing ) to lodge my complaint and unhappiness about unsolicitated dedcution ( i helplessly watch my money being robbed in front of my eyes ) by visiting the website of Bharti Airtel, but the link was not opening.

                                  Hence i register my complaint in this forum, with a request to forward to necessary executive in Airtel and stop any further deductions.

                                  There is a complaint against Airtel (U.P. West). I have activated mobile office on my mobile on 31 jan 2009 but no service activated and i haven't got any settings but When I contacted on it’s customer care, there was an executive, I told him my problem and he asked me to hold and after some time he said that he is unable to solve my problem and again make me hold for 15 min. and again he replied it may be some network problem and i am forwarding your call to my senior and again make me hold and after some time they disconnecred my call.at same time I several times tried to call but they have barred me to talk the care executive. It make me angry and after some time I again called to 12133 and to another executive and again told my problem and he guided me to make manual settings and asked me to cal again if not activated but I again failed to connect it and again call but again barred. I feel, I am helpless. I can’t sleep, I feel very upset. Next day around 12 noon They again deducted my Rs 20 without any net activation or request and since then I am trying and trying... to call the custumer care. but...


                                  Really, I can’t express my emotions.

                                  Really i am surprised what kind of a service Airtel is providing to its custumers and what they commit to them...just like politicians

                                  After that, I said to my self, I will closed my no.

                                  I am in hope that some day i will get my money back

                                  On 20/12/08, Rs.45/- was deducted from my prepaid Mobile A/C due to AIRTEL Hello Tunes offer .One free offer, as initially messaged, from "[protected]" has made me poorer by Rs.45/- within minutes.Immediately, I have called "[protected]" & cancelled THE HT service & they have also confirmed the cancellation by return SMS.As I have not used the HT service at all, I requested AIRTEL by mails to refund Rs.45/- to my prepaid A/C for my Mob No. [protected].But, they are not willing to refund & sending contradictory statements bluntly ignoring my valid reasonings.

                                  They would never provide the details of the incoming call.Once i lost my sim card in which i have stored my contact details and called customer care to get the details of incoming number they said that they dont maintain the details and they cant provide the same. Airtell has a worst way of customer service. I have got hell alot of probel because of the service they provide.

                                  They charge for the customers even after the service have been cancelled and make us to pay that amount bu threatening that they will make a case against us. They give no time to realise that is it the amount what we need to pay. They charge excess amount for what reason we would not know and send a warning to pay 700 or 1500. When we ask for the bill details they are not ready to share with us and they need to pay that money even after 4 months after closing the balance of the number paying the amount. Once the representative charged 700 and when i said as i have cancelled the service long back and i need not pay rental for that particular month then he was asking me to reduce 300 and pay 500. If some one s charging on the spot as they did i guss no one would be accepting him as representative of airtell even.

                                  After few moths notice posted i have to make payement of 700 and when i asked the advocate i need to know the details of the bill they said as they have verified everything and i need to pay the defined amount which i think for no reasons they have charged.

Today morning (4-July-2009) my balances is reduced by Rs. 5 and I got SMS on my mobile "Thank you for subscribing to cricket match day pack", but I had not send any SMS to airtel to subscribe such thing or I had not told to subscribe this services. After that, I had given complaint in the Airtel customer care and told about this thing. They told me, you would get your money back after some time. I got my Rs. 5 back.

                                  After some time, again they deduct my Rs 15 from my mobile balances. Send one more SMS “Missed call alerts plus is now active on your mobile”, this services is also not subscribed me.

                                  Please return extra deducted Rs. 15 from my mobile balances. I hope, you will return my extra deducted mobile balances with in 24 hrs.

                                  My name is Sunil Patil I am using Airtel prepaid service from near about 6 months. they are not able to provide a good service from the begining. for that I had made complaints lots of time. so many times they have wrongly deducted my balance from my account with out any reason. when i called them then they simply said your account information not yet updated please wait for some time. when i requested to executive to talk theirs senior person then after i can get it. but when i talk to senior person like Swapnil such manner less not give any value to costumer, not in state of mind to hear problem of costumer always speak rudely to costumers. i have speak him lots of time. even when i spoke to him that time he seems not like any senior person but seems like any untrained costumer executive. they always take my complaint but not yet able to solve this from the beginning. when they refund my some amount then after two three days they again deduct that. i dont know why they behave like this. when i complaint about that they told me after 24 to 48 hour we will solve this, but when they deduct my amount that time they havent give me such prior notice like we will going to deduct some from your account after some hour then why they told me like this. and main think that after that they simply disconnect my number from costumer care service. that i was totally unable to contact them.

But they didn't disconnect the number and due to that bill was getting generated.                                   It has been a very bad experience of cheating a custmer from a so called reputed company AIRTEL... CONNECTING -PEOPLE ---- SHOULD RATHER BE AIRTEL.. CHEATING PEOPLE. I never subscribe for songs / jokes / hellotunes etc all. My account balance was reduced by Rs 15 on 18th of September 2009. When I lounged a complain on 121 the CC ex told me that it was deducted for SMS Jokes, which I had subscribed for.
                                  I told her that I had never subscribed any facility. then I was told that after 2 days the deducted amount will be recredited i my account.
                                  TILL DATE I HAVEN"T RECIEVED ANY MESSAGE (JOKES/WELCOME NOTE) FROM AIRTEL.

Today when I came back and when I switched it on I found that my balance was deducted around 40-50Rs which is not justified. And when I called the customer care they are not ready to listen to me. They are telling that they dont have the records. How come they can deduct the balance without any usage of the services.                                       My airtel Broadband-landline No is[protected].
                                      (1) I have not recd the paper bill dated 5/12/12 sofar.
                                      (2) The marketing executive of airtel Mr Kumar had collected Rs 1000/0 while booking the broadband connection but only Rs 500/- has been adjusted in the recent bill of 5/12/12 when I view my account. Where is the balance Rs 500/-.

                                        I have been a Airtel broadband Customer since 2006 which is almost 7 years .You can please check my records I have been one of the first airtel broadband customers in the Kundan bagh locality .
                                        Infact it was because of my interventions with other neighbours that airtel , had got the broadband cable line dug up in the Kundan Bagh locality.There was Huge problem while taking up the broadband connection , but finally airtel broadband was there in the area.

                                        But , Recently , my job location has shifted to Mumbai & USA , in the month of June,2012 . After 30th June I was not staying in my place. I asked for the disconnection of the Broadband services of airtel fixed line on[protected] & also on[protected] .But my emails were forwarded to care.[protected]@airtel.in . Hence, they could not reach you and I was also not contacted for the same .

                                        Then I again emailed you on[protected] regarding the disconnection of broadband services but was trying to keep the landline active . But since , I was entirely not staying in the premises I asked for entire disconnection after speaking to the customer care executive (reference number:[protected]. I requested for entire disconnection of Airtel fixed line services.

                                        But , my fixed line services were still active , I was stationed out of town , I gave repeated calls
                                        on[protected],[protected] and also[protected] . But still then the fixed line services were active . I was told that they would seven working days to cancel the fixed line services .

                                        Finally , on[protected], the customer care and also airtel representative told me that the services were disconnected , I also wrote an email the same day stating that the disconnection should be done immediately since I am not staying in the town. I got a confirmation regarding the disconnection on 8th September .I was also told that I’ll not be billed after[protected] reference# 21058652.

                                        But I am extremely shocked when I received , a bill for the month of September stating Rs 390 which is three times the amount , which was outstanding . and that too in the month of September . when I got repeated calls from the current house owner saying that the amount is due , I immediately called the customer care which also confirmed that the amount of Rs[protected] which on a pro data basis went ahead and has now become Rs 390.

                                        And this amount was because airtel has taken seven days for the disconnection[protected] to[protected] and the state that , Rs 259 is charged for the rentel , please let me know that ,
                                        1.) why is that airtel staff never contacted me in the month of September regarding this issue of pending payment?
                                        2) Why airtel staff never gava email regarding it ? and why is that I am being charged for the services which I didn’t use?
                                        3) why is that I am being told about all this now after the bill is generated?
                                        4) if airtel would have informed me regarding the pending amount why will I not pay that on time?
                                        5) why is that airtel never tells its customer about the issues from their end?
                                        6) airtel should take their standard operating procedure and immediately inform the user who has disconnected the line for the outstanding amount ?

                                        I got repeated calls at my office stating that the amount is due the outstanding amount staing that I need to repay . I called up the customer care and they gave me the intervention number[protected] for the billed amount to be decreased to Rs 90 . But That complaint is still said to be open.

                                        I also contacted the the customer care again and asked for , this mistake and requested them to entirely cancel the bill since I was staying in Mumbai . complaint number 23469226.
                                        Still then the complaint number is still unattended and open. I finally asked my former neighbor and my colleague to pay Rs 90 to the Begumpet white house airtel center. But They told him that they cannot accept the amount and one has to pay at the airtel Headoffice .

                                        Please note that this happened on 16th October

                                        I still contacted the customer care to intervene and they gave me another complaint number 23469226 , requesting for the billed amount to be Rs 90.

                                        Because of all these problem, I am requesting you to please resolve the issue at the earliest . Because of all these problem I again contacted the airtel customer care service to cancel the outstanding amount of Rs390. As airtel was not accepting the amount, at the collection centre.Hence I was given the complaint number 23342632 for the waiver of outstanding amount .

                                        On October 19th 2012 , I received called from Airtel Executive Miss Mohsina regarding the resolution of the the disconnection problem , she confirmed that airtel has given me a waiver of Rs. 390 for the outstanding amount and gave me the resolution number[protected] .

                                        I also spoke after this to the airtel customer care and also confirmed the waiver which I had received for the airtel outstanding amount and the current balance was zero .

                                        On 19th December 2012 I am getting a email from airtel saying that I will have to pay the outstanding amount of Rs 390 , and if it is not paid they will issue a legal notice .

                                        I would like to remind that , I’ll be taking airtel internet connection & airtel tv , when I get back to Hyderabad , in april/may 2013 after my current project is finished.

                                        With reference to your email dated[protected] , I have not been contacted b on[protected], I was never given a email or any other response.

                                        When I am trying to send the email to Neetu.[protected]@in.airtel.com I am getting a failure delivery , this email of Miss/Mrs Neetu Singh is written in the email I received.

                                        I just want to know , is this airtel really contacting me or this is just some spam email. Because the concerned email is not present on the domino directory and I am getting failure delivery message.

                                        This is issue is already resolved , I do not know why is that airtel contacting me and when I reply back I am getting a failure delivery message .

                                        I want to know regarding my security deposit when will airtel give me the security deposit , which they had taken at the time of instalation .
                                        Rs 1500 was paid at the time of installation , of which Rs 500 was the security deposit .

                                        Also , i will be taking the airtel broadband connection next year when i am in Hyderabad , as i am working in Mumbai office , hence it is not required for me to take a fixed broadband connection .

                                        if airtel is issuing legal notice , and backtracking on their statements and giving false email ids and phone number to contact , will this increase customer satisfaction or decrease customer satisfaction , i have been airtel customer for seven years so far .

                                        I have faith in airtel , why is airtel backtracking , on their own statement. I still do beleive in airtel , Kindly resolve the matter and give me a written reply .

                                        I do have plans to take airtel cable tv and airtel broadband but airtel is engaging in such practices will do more harm its own reputation .


                                        Kindly please resolve this issue and respect the cutomer , let me know about the security deposit .
