Today I have recharged my number with data pack for valadity. Money has been deducted from my bank account through Amazon pay but recharge is not reflecting on my number

    I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID.

    I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.

    They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service, but no amount has been deducted from my account yet.

    Please resolve this issue asap.

      My airtel sim (no. [protected]) is earlier a 3G sim but I had updated it to 4G . For some months it worked nicely but recently it stopped working . My phone is showing invalid sim . Please solve my problem . Please it was so much important to me . Please help me airtel.

            This is to inform you that i m from village area and here we are facing network problem from past many years and here nobody is ready to help us .. it maybe jio or airtel or any other network... Airtel services are going worst day by day ... Company is not taking any complaints, neglecting as we are from village... Just focusing on urban areas... What we want to do here... In our village and surrounding population exceeds to 1000 + but no network coverage... We planned to move to other network service who gives better network coverage, , for everyone its difficult without network... For students, , for workers, , for Employees, , everyone pleading to network coverage please help us in this case take good action against ... @AIRTEL

              Hi! So i received a message from airtel that they are providing me free 10 GB data on a 4G sim+ 4G handset by calling on their promotional number. As soon as i called, i received 10 GB free data and here where the problem begins. I cannot open certain websites on google chrome like ( facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and APN numbers. Also i cannot open any game downloaded from play store. What kind of joke is this Airtel playing? Why even bother to give free data when you can't use it freely as you are redirected to their irritating webpage. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible.

                  I had taken Fastag in the month of Jan 2021 Recharged twice for Fastag for my two cars, Yesterday the Airtel Payments Banks sent a message stating 2 Cars Fastag deactivated without any prior intimation, since I have not sent
                  any email or voice CALL TO deactivate the service. Airtel Payments Banks said amount refunded to Wallet but it should be transferred to Bank account not the wallet. Today one of Escalting Officer from Airtel Payments Bank Officer used unProfessional language as ### and raises his voice in top tone. As CUSTOMER care he should have patience and should solve the issue rather speaking Felthy language and I request Airtel Payments Bank to give a compensation of Rs. 1, 50, 000 for using Felthy Language. I request respective department to contact in my alternative no. [protected] .

                    Sir, I'm writing this to inform you that my Airtel broadband/internet connection is not working since 23rd May. It's been more than 10 days and I'm getting no proper response from anyone. I have sent numerous emails and called CS care, no resolution. My entire work is dependent on internet connection as I'm working from home since pandemic. Every representative who visits my home says issue will get resolved in next half hour but nothing.

                    It's been a horrible week at my work as all my deliverables are impacted due to this. It's really frustrating for me as TN is in lockdown and I cannot visit my relatives house for this..

                    What has to be done to get this resolved as my pressure is mounting high due to my workload and I'm getting irritated to the core. M in ground floor so Mobil data is also not available.

                        I face very very bad response from your service provider, I asked for new broadband connection and airtel staff call me and inform about plans after the I ask for connection availablity in my place, they promise me they have service in my place. After that assurance installation was done with in 24hrs then only I paid my bill, after payment finished, airtel staff told me on the same day they will install my internet service, but nothing happening, next day I called no responds not even pick up my call also, so I created compliant in 121 service then airtel 121 call center staff told me they will install within 24 hrs, still nothing happening, next day again I call airtel sales staff still not pick up my call, after that I call 121 then they informed me again installation will be done in 24hrs. Now day 3 still installation was not done and they removed my compliant in my account also still sales staff not pick up my phone
                        This was very poor response from your side your sales staff suppose to tell me exactly when they going to install before I paid my bills, after payment after several times call after 3 days waiting still installation was not done.
                        I thought airtel was have good coustomer service, but they way your staff treat me is totally unprofessional
                        This is way airtel treat your customers. I really disappointed in your service.

                            Hello Sir/Madam, I have tried and tried and tried contacting Airtel Customer Care about the network issues we all are facing in our area, which is,
                            Avachitnagar, Jaysingpur 416101
                            Kolhapur, Maharashtra

                            But, I have been getting no response, not at all. I am using their service for 4-5 years now. And, they don't even have a single proper care number or something where I can contact them. It's really frustrating to go outside of the house just to get the sim network every single time and all the time, during the calls. And, it doesn't seem that Airtel India or any other Network operator is serious about solving these issues, even though they charge a hefty amount of bills every month. These Network operators are only focused to provide good service in the Urban areas. And they really don't care about the Rural and semi Urban areas, even though the customer pays the same amount of money, but has to face a lot of issues related to Network connectivity and call drops, etc. The Internet speed is worse, needless to mention. They charge us for 4G speeds, but the speeds are not even 2G. I have been complaining to them about this for years, and not a single response has been provided. Finally, I am leaving my complaint here.

                                Today i have receive sms on 9:02 am that I have consumed 100 percent daily data limit 1.5 GB . While I have not consumed
                                That data . As per my phone data setting only 400 MB data consumed . Company customer care not support me in this matter. My some important work has been obstructed due to this.
