I have placed a MNP request from Idea to Airtel and it shows completed on 5th April but no network is coming. Also my Idea network have stopped after the request completion. I went to Airtel store and they swapped my SIM and asked to wait for 24 hours but still not getting the network on the swapped SIM as well. Now Airtel Store having no idea as what to do. When I make a call from jio network to Airtel it drops the call without ring. If I make a call from another network it connects immediately.

Regarding call drop I tried to contact customer care 121 and 198 official number but the call is not taking the 9 number for customer executive . And disconnected the call.
