I was a customer of Vodafone one year ago due to their poor network and internet facility I ported my sim into Airtel network but still I am having same problem with this network.
I already complaint in customer care but they did not resolve my issue.
Today it goes beyond my tolerance limit there is no internet today. if they will not take any action I will file case in consumer court.

    I had requested for airtel xstream broadband connection on 17th may 2021 and made the payment online. they promise to service their customers within 24hrs.
    but, I did not get any response from airtel team until 21st may and on 21st may i got a SMS stating that the connection request cannot be processed and the payment is not refunded to my account.

      My Airtel SIM suddenly lost network and now it is failing to register on any of the Airtel networks. I don't have network, not able to make or receive calls. What the hell happened to Airtel all of a sudden? I am in Marathahalli, Bangalore area. Please help.

          I got this number 3 years back but still I get calls from people asking for Pardeep. Mpaytm app also shows this number registered on some Pardeep.
          PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER & resolve it ASAP.

              Unable to send PORT SMS to 1900 from XXXXX70535

              I tried to send port message to 1900 from my Airtel number by using format - PORT [protected]. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to Airtel customer care who repeatedly states that they couldn't find any reasons why port messages wouldn't be delivered. Please help...

              I am not having any network for weeks now. I had informed airtel already but they seem to be only working on this. No resolution. The network bars are totally blank. I am not able make or receive calls. The airtel app is not doing right diagnosis and says may be Volte is not turned on and saya may be SIM is not in right slot. I am literally fed up now

                Warm welcome! We are using your services for very long period.. But for the past 6 months we are facing many problems.. Eventhough we have a data of 2gb per day we can't able to use those facility as ur network is dead slow and signal problem.. We are almost now dissatisfied with ur services..                   I have paid for 499 fiber pack but in my area there is no fiber connection please kindly add fiber in GHAZIBAD UTTAR pradesh many people want the fiber connection my area but because of low internet speed there are not interested i have only 25mbps speed with is too low please add fiber connection there thank you.

                    I ordered fasttag from airtel payment bank and it shows delivered but it hasn't received it to me. I don't know where it was delivered or they are saying lie because when I contact my nearest courier of DTDC they told me that they haven't received my courier please look into this matter X70417429

                          I did a recharge for my wife through my airtel app.the payment was initiated through paytm.the money has been already deducted as the photo attached from Paytm clearly shows that the airtel bank has successfully received the payment.but my recharge has not been done yet.all the services has been discontinued.this is not at not tolerable.see to this asap.

                            Over the past several months I have requested your customer care to send me my bills to my registered email ID ([protected]@gmail.com), however your company insists on sending the email to my work email which is NOT MY REGISTERED ID.
                            Kindly correct this immediately as I will soon stop getting emails on this ID.

                                Dear sir/madam

                                I want to say that on 7.5.21, I tried to recharge of AIRTEL XTREME DTH with Rs. 370/- and a following message was received from your end:-

                                Payment of Rs. 370.0 via Airtel Thanks App through Credit Card towards your Airtel digital TV id [protected] has been processed. Order Id :[protected]. You will receive the order confirmation within 4 hrs.

                                On 8.5.21, another below message was received from airtel :-
                                Payment of Rs 370.0 done via Airtel Thanks App through Net Banking towards your Airtel digital TV id [protected] has failed. Order Id :[protected]. If money is deducted, it will be refunded within 7-10 days.

                                But till date Rs. 370/- was not refunded in my account dispute talked to 121 & 400 number as well as our Axis Bank, s customer care.

                                Please see this issue on priority basis and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
