Sir,

I am extremely sorry to say that your company & your people are unable to restore my Airtel service

in its normal way on following facts.

1. That it is the case of my Managing Director home telephone ( along with Internet )

being earlier used at E 64, vasant marg, Vasant Vihar , New Delhi

2. He has changed his residence near by to 43, Poorvi Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi

3. Your people are unable to restore service for the reason that there is no airtel wiring

4. I am surprised that Poorvi Marg is very posh zone of Delhi and your facility is not there.

Also your people are saying that new connection can be given in a week but shifting is not possible.

5. Since, wiring is not there , then how I can ask you to increase service capacity by 80 GB

6. I hope you will resolve the matter at the earliest and shall not put pressure on us to adopt alternative telecom.

    My name is Pavan and my mobile number is [protected].

    I have submitted documents for MNP (from Docomo to Airtel) on 10th Oct, 2012.

    Yesterday (16th Oct, 2012), I have received SMS saying "Namaste! Request validated by Donot and Porting Time:[protected]:13:00:063".

    So, changed my SIM card at that time and AIRTEL SIM is working. I am able to received incoming calls and not able to make any outgoing calls.

    I have called customer care and shocked with their response. They said, it will take 7 days to activate outgoing calls. What the hell? They want customer to carry phone without able to make outing calls for 7 days. This is how they treat customer coming from other network.

    Please help me in resolving this issue.

    AirTel — not make my outgoing calls

    hello, i was paid my airtel mobile bill.but after that my mobile not make a call. i talk with custmore care he was abused me and not started my airtel services. he said i was not getting your cheque but i gave him before 5days . but he stop my services. i want to camplait in court because he was abused me and loss me . it suffer in my business and i losss of 5lacs. i want reply otherwise i go to court against your services.

    Airtel Sim — not processing outgoing calls

    my out going calls not processing please give the reason to this case

    i was offered a airtel post paid sim card after submitting my photo and proof of address to your representative who called on me he game a airtel postpaid kit and PACK CODE: MthofPkg-09/2009

    a lady called me and asked reg the plan and she put me on me on 195/-
    when i used the sim card in cell it showing invald sim. they not told me the mobile number also. please do the needful.

    AirTel — Not Making call in customer care

    i have been doing complaint in airtel since 28 oct2010.my problem is that when i make call in customer ,my number is cut,i have write this problem 3-4 times and another problem is i took message plan for ruppes 88 this plan were disable 10days approx. i taked krishan,jaslin,rita etc they all are astray me .plz help me

    Airtel — Not able to make calls

    Hi,

    My mobile number is [protected]. I am not able make any outgoing calls despite having sufficient balance, in fact more than sufficient. I am facing this problem for the past 10 days.
    Kindly do the needful ASAP.

    For No reason my airtel mobile no was barred from making and receiving calls. When i made a call to airtel customer care they told me that the number was barred due to address verification not completed. But the customer care executive were able to read me through the system and confirm me that the address verfication was completed on Aug 22nd at 12:20PM. This was as per their system update. But when i checked the reason for my number was barred i was told that the address verification was not completed.

    There was no courtesy call from Airtel confirming if the number can be barred or not. How could airtel get into my account and make changes to the number without my knowledge. And also when taking to the customer care executive , it seems airtel doesn't have any defined process for anything. examples are
    1. when they ask a security verification details i denied it (to check what level the process is strictly followed) , but still i was able make complaint, talk to the customer care executive, request for a call back from airtel, and process all my request.
    2. The customer care executive says they have send me a sms regarding an information about my number, and due to technical reason at their the sms wasnt processed and delivered to my number. Is Airtel service is just send an sms that doesn't even reach the customer or to communicate the details properly with the customer ? This is a big question i have for airtel.

    Every executive, floor supervisors , manager talk about different process for a same request or an issue. This looks like Airtel doesn't even have a defined process and they are not working to address any of the customer queries and issues.

      i am kethan kumar p my cell no [protected], for this the company stop the out going and incoming because of documents mismatch but, when i port from idea to air tel i submitted my Adhara id and photo, again i submitted same documents second time, but again i got msg from air tel for stoppage, again last week i submitted 3rd same document to Sim purchased dealer but still i didn't get connection, plz solve my problem its an important number for my professionalism.

        i was researchged a 1500/- airtel 3G data plan on 15 Oct 2012 and i has been getting only 10 kbps speed. so i complain customer care and they said that this 3G plan is not configure with their system. but they are assured me this problem will be solve within one day. i am waiting for two days ....today 17 Oct 2012, the hopeless airtel company still not solve my problem.
        china make a longest bridge in 2 days . but our indian company like airtel can not solve a tiny problem within 2 days. what a company ...rising india ...in gov. sector as well as private sector...

          Hello Sir,

          I am using Airtel prepaid conection- ([protected]) sinnce last One years, i have activated DND service 4 month back, but since last 5 months i am
          reciving calls from Kisan call center- [protected] giving information about farm, every day i receive five to six calls in a day, i called so many times to Airttel customer care for the same, but so many times they cut my phone , and they used to give answer like we cannot do anything,
          Finally on 24th Oct 2012 one call center agent register my complaint, (Com No- CDRGP[protected]) and after two days i received reply that "no action hass been taken against the number reported by you as the call record do not sugest any telemarketing activities), please help me sir.

            Sir, I have subscribed to airtel virus annual pack and it was expired and they have charged Rs.750/- for renewal for the next one year. I have asked your technical support to stop the service and naturally I need to pay my
            bill less Rs.750/-. If you want me to continue for one year for this Rs.750/- pl allow me to continue the same.
            I told your people who have disconnected the virus pack and want me to pay Rs.750 also which is highly
            unjustifiable. Please either you allow me to pay my bill less Rs.750/- or allow me to have the virus pack for the next one year.

              Good Evening,

              Sir, I am Mehul Parkhiya a Customer of Airtel Gujarat with Mobile No. [protected] since 19/07/2012, I am a Government Employee of P.G.V.C.L. ( Electricity Company ) at Jasdan-360050 Dist. Rajkot, State Gujarat

              On 16/10/2012 Airtel company has disconnect my mobile Incoming & Outgoing service on just a fake request of lost Sim Card and due to this one Government employee is about to suspend from his job.


              The whole case was start before a week , Airtel retailer or distributor of Rajkot Mr. Ankit Kotecha whose mobile number is [protected] has visited my local PGVCL Office for the query of his relative and ask me why his ( his relative's ) Electricity bill is high so i solve his query and told him to pay as per government rule , but he request me to less the bill amount which was not possible as i am a honest employee of my government company, so he gave me threat that if i will not make bill amount less then he will disconnect my mobile service when i need it ( he knows that this time in gujarat is under ACHAR SAMHITA and all we government employee should on their cellular card for 24 hours emergency ) and that will effect on your job ( this all was in front of my colleagues ) , so I told him that i am a regular customer of airtel mobile service and pay my mobile bill regularly before due date so that company never disconnect my mobile service, so he told me that there are many ways to disconnect the mobile service and you 300 to 500 Rs. customers don't know us.

              So i already complaint about it on 121 Customer Care with reference id No. [protected] on 10/10/2012 that please don't disconnect my mobile service without any confirmation with me on call due to threat by your retailer and as I am a government employee and due to this I should lost my valuable job, so he also agree with me and told "Sir , Our company never disconnect your service if you pay your mobile bill on time , and if regarding any other reason we have to disconnect your service then we will call you before do it"

              But today approx 12:15 to 12:30 PM when i have to call on my S.S. to stop the power it says "This Numbers' Call Service is Temporary Unavailabe" so I thought that his mobile number is in problem so i tried it 3 to 4 times and I check my mobile and found it with Stop Service , So I call to 121 and ask him why they disconnect my service so she check and told me that your simcard is lost so as per our retailer's request we disconnect your service so I told her whole the case and ask her to transfer the call to Senior Executive so she transfered me to there but I was surprised that Airtel executive told me that they don't do anything if their retailer make a fake request ( which he threat before ) and you disturb.

              So I Want to file this case against AIRTEL , and I also send a message to porting myself and my colleagues From Airtel to Idea.

              I just sent this mail to check Airtel company policy which is completely against government and doing the work which is Intercept to Government DUTY and government work.

It had some important sms and call details in it.Due to this, i am having trouble to contact some important person and the sms were the evidence of some important transaction and details. so It would be very kind and helpful for me, if you send me my previous two months call details and sms.

                  complaint for telephone/broadband no.[protected]

                  we are using this connection for more the 3 years and never defaulted in our payments, but in the month of April, we request the service provider airtel to disconnect the connection with the immediate effect as we were getting better plans from other service providers, after long discussion the service provider offered us a plan redemession plan, which is a special plan given to only retain the customers. which we agreed and retain the connection, and used the connection thinking that i was in the plan offered to me we used the facility that to a minimum.

                  but by the end of may or 1st week of june we received a call from airtel saying that they cannot give us the promise plan.

                  so immediately we requested them to disconnect the connection as they are not keeping their promises made. which they did after taking their own time..

                  after disconnection they started to call us when ever they like and demand and threaten us to make full payment.

                  which was not proper so we said unless the issue is been settled us per the your commitment we will not be able to make any payments.

                  and now they have called and said that they are going to court... so i request you to kindly register a case against them and provide justice to a genie consumer

                    Sir, Today I got a missed call from +[protected]. Mistaking it to be a mobile no. I called back to that no. To much surprise, he mentioned that he was calling Airtel Head office stating that I won some 25 Lakhs of lottery and told me to contact another no which I couldn't save... When I dropped the call and checked the number, then I found that it was actually from Pakistan.. I request you to kindly look into these fraudulent calls and try to block them.

                        This is to inform you that I (Rejesh George) residing in Kakkanad, Ernakulam had taken an Airtel Prepaid connection in August 2011 from Idukki, Adimaly Airtel office. I used the connection till June 2012.
                        In the month of July, due to a short visit outside India, I stopped using this connection. I came back to Ernakulam this month (October 2012). When I tried using my Airtel connection, I got message that the SIM registration failed.

                        On the same day, I contacted customer care and got info that due to non-usage of the connection for 3 months, it got discontinued. On their advise, I took all the necessary documents, and cash and visited the nearby Airtel office (Chembumukku, Ernakulam) for renewing the registration.

                        They gave me new SIM card and assured that the connection will be reset with the same mobile number within two working days. Just to assure myself, I contacted customer care to check the status of the renewal, and was shocked to hear that the same number has already activated for some other customer.

                        I was always a loyal customer to Airtel- thought this is one of the best-prepaid brands in India. This kind of irresponsible and improper service has made me to think to opt for another Brand.

                        I am very disappointed with the service. I took leave from my busy work schedule and took all the pain in calling the customer care, visiting the branch personally – only for getting that old mobile number. Atlast, the service & the outcome from Airtel was not at all satisfactory.

                        Please give me explanation why this kind of irresponsible service was rendered from Airtel.

                        I need my own number ([protected], Simcard Number: -[protected]) back at any cost. Airtel had assured me that this number will be activated. Hopes should not be broken. This is an important message, accord priority.

I have activated Airtel Money Account in the same connection and had submitted my documents in the Airtel Relationship Center , Madhapur , Hyderabad. They charged me instantly with 100/- cash as processing fees which I had to pay. Later again 50/- got deducted from my Airtel Money Account. Two weeks have gone by and when I tried to do one transaction they are telling me " No KYC Customer " , I tried to reach out the airtel customer care who very sadly are not much conversant in english and are trying to convonce me something or the other in Telegu which I am struggling to understand. Finally , I got the point that they want me to resubmit my documents and I did the same at the same Relationship Center , Madhapur. Please help.

                                Bharti Airtel is working very unprofessionally. Porting request for my vodafone no. [protected] was validated on 04 oct. 2012. My no has not been activated by the company even after 15 days. Due to this I have suffered a huge loss in the terms my business, money and my social relations. The dealers and the officials actually do not know their job.Bunch o[censored]nprofessional people are running the company who do not have solution to the customers problem. I got 15 corporate connections ported from vodafone to airtel which I will get deported back to the vodafone company.

                                  Yesterday I got my airtel phone recharged with rs. 300 and I got rs. 300 talktime as per the scheme but when I checked my balance today I found only rs. 30 in my account.... I have just talked for a couple of minutes somewhere and my balance must be around 297 but how they deducted so much of money I have no idea... I have not activated any plan any caller tune nothing.... Please help me out what to do???
                                  i am using this airtel card from last 1 year. i am not satisfied with their services. they deduct ur money without any reason and when u call to ask them abt it,they keep u on hold. through which again they get chance to deduct your money.i donot understand y they deduct money from balance.from the time i have joined airtel nearly 110 rupees have been deducted from my balance without my knowledge.i just want my answer are these people sittins to only fill their pockets or give service to people. it is better now i move to another service provider with this numberb portability.

                                    I have been using an Airtel pre-paid SIM card for the past 7 to 8 years.
                                    This Friday on 12th Oct 2012 my SIM stopped working, and showed 'Invalid SIM' in phone display.
                                    At an Airtel showroom staff conveyed to me that my mobile number has been deleted from their Database. Reason being zero usage.
                                    Please note:
                                    1. No warning was conveyed to me, no suspension period provided, so I could redeem my number atleast.
                                    2. Airtel is not refunding my balance talk time money to me.
                                    3. The official Airtel website has no provision to raise complaint.

                                    I wonder why is Amir Khan having his program 'Satyamev jayate' sponsored by Airtel when it is commiting such FRAUD with people?
                                    They have to do this to just 50 to 100 people per month and they have plenty of STOLEN money.

                                    The Internet shows Sunil Mittal to sponsor philathropical causes, only if he could only stop cheating his own customers!! Sunil Mittal and Bharati Airtel are a team of fraudsters and cheaters.

                                    Airtel Prepaid — no refunds

                                    they hae activated my VASPACK service, they r deducting my balance by 100 rs. but when i call them they tell me that i'll get the balance within 48hrs but they dnt refund my balance.please guide me how can i tackle this problem

                                    I had a ringtone for a few years and Airtel called me and asked "Why do you want to pay Rs.30/- every month and why dont you pay Rs.200/- for one full year??" Unfortunately I said "Yes"

                                    The sad thing was that on that day they lost that particular ring tone and I dont have a specific ringtone as on today and I have been calling them atleast half a dozen times to arrange to rerund the Rs.200/- that was billed in my last months bill. Inspite of repeated complaints nobody seems to take any action. I have got this month also but they have not refunded that Rs.200/-

                                    Airtel should not have charged me Rs.200/- for a service they have not rendered.
                                    Even ysterday I called up one Mr Jadish at 12.35 PM and still nothing is happening

                                    On 18.11.09 at 20.05 hours I received an INCOMING call from mobile No.[protected]. My sister spoke to me for 384 seconds. The sad part is that I was charged for an incoming call. I called the Customer care No.121 and was told that I had requested for a combo. This is highly impossible as I did not make such a request and nobody would want to pay for an incoming call. The next day I called customer care and received a message reference [protected] at 12.44.07. I have not been credited with Rs.3.84 yet.
                                    Request kindly look into the matter and refund the about amount immediately.

                                    My prepaid number all of sudden got de-activated (no Incomming / outgoing allowed), I had a balance of Rs 384.41 which has also become 0.00 balance. I complained the same to Aiirtel 121on 02/12/2009 Customer Care person Rajendran, the accepeted the complaint and regretted for inconvenience and registered my compaliant and told the problem would be resolved in 48hrs, I received a reference number :[protected]. I waited for two days nothing happened. I went their office again on 04/12/2009 called 121 again a person called Prasant picked the call he is dumb could not even understand the problem and told he does not have any idea about this and asked me to re-charge again and see. I got fed-up with that and cut the call and told the front office person that i did not get any proper response from that dumboo. The lady sitting there got me connected to a Divya another customer care person. she again accepted the problem with regret and promised me that problem would be resolved in 24 hrs on 5/12/2009 1:30 pm. I waited again till 5th nothing happened waited till monday 07/12/2009 still nothing happened the problem still existed. I went again and was a bit aggressive on the CC people the connected me to the Customer Care service person Neha, I repeated the compliant again was a bit aggressive with her too, she then connected me the line Manager Sreeash, he again regretted for the problem and told he would check with the backend people and call me today 08/12/2009 (The entire call duration was around 30 minutes I spent listening to their lousy music for almost 15mins, has he promised still now I have not received any call. I planning to go leagally on this. Airtel Customer Care is the worst I have ever seen, Lazy people no one initiates on issues. They dont support their Brand itself. pathetic.

                                      I wonder why Air-tel service is going to dogs!!! on the 8the while I was downloading wall paper there was a interruption and my 3g stopped responding .I was crippled as I was not able to keep in touch with the world while I was on the move (No face book/No whatz up/No WWW)
                                      I called 3g tech-support the person who spoke to me filed a ticket (ref no[protected]and confirmed that my issue will be fixed by 10the 13:02 hrs however on 9the I get a message that they tried reaching me and there is no response from my end which is not true as I never received a call. So called back tech support to explain I received a msg stating they were trying to reach me but I didn't receive a call thee lady who spoke to me said the ticket was raised for a wrong reason.
                                      I explained the issue and she raised another ticket gave a TAT 10the. By 10the No resolution so called again was very upset as no 1 understood my issue I get another ref no F[protected] no fix call again to find out why my issue was not fixed told will escalate to TRAI as I had to wait for longggggggggg. . . . .just to get a person.
                                      Called on 15th adamant on getting a supervisor on line finally get someone as a TL (believe me he was not worth) and I know he was not a TL material. Doesn't know jack about how to handle escalation call - Not prepared he didn't know what my issue was and why I wanted a sup for, he was unprofessional talking in Kannada and Telugu without respect and didn't bother to use mute/Hold. He never asked me if I can be placed on hold. I asked for his boss he also came on line and said he will get back with a resolution, which I don’t believe
                                      I am frustrated and want to cancel my account which is more than 10 - 12 years old and a gold member don't understand what that means. Ill also ensure none of my friends and family go thorough this so will definitely influence them to move to another provider.
                                      I would appreciate AIRTEL does some home work before choosing a vendor who are equipped with right training and keep their ears open and have quality standard if they have to survive the race.

                                        i have complained many times by now and maybe they knows me by now.... but there is no improvement yet... i don't know whom to complain to...

                                        i m a 3g airtel user through 3g datacard and my number is [protected]. for the past two weeks i have been complaining airtel people that i can't even open www.google.com and they told me to call many numbers,121,12134,12118, etc... i called them just to be told that i shud call to another number(the numbers doesn't end, it's like series questions in exams).... sometimes the customer people just hang up.... i have so many lost transactions and this adds fuel to speak harshly to the customer care people...

                                        i have called them, mailed them but no use.. so i request people in the higher rank to look into this matter because this is not happening just to me.. it's happening to a lot of people... in short they are cheating people in the name of providing 3g service... please look into it...
