My Reliance no: [protected]. I applied for MNP from Reliance CDMA prepaid to Airtel. I received a SMS from Airtel and from 1901 on 18th August 2012 that my application is under process. As on 4th September 2012 the number is not ported to Airtel.
I called Airtel 121 they told they dont know anything about my MNP application.

Can any one help in lodging a complaint or knowing the status of MNP??

    Hi,

    My Name is Vineeth and my Airtel no is[protected]. Mobile no is [protected].

    I'm having the broadband connection almost a year. But one simple change Airtel are not able to do.

    I have made a simple request to change my mail Id in their records. They also changed but I'm not receiving only the bill in that ID. Other than that I'm receiving their adv mails.

    This is from last March. Still I have not received the bills.

    Every month they call me for the payment and I usually make that with the late payment fee for the last 7 months.,

    This time I had stopped the payment requesting the bill. That too they are unable to provide me.

    From last month my connection was disconnected due to non-payment.

    ALL I NEED IS THAT AIRTEL TO SEND ME THE BILLS TO [protected]@GMAIL.COM ID AND I'M NOT GOING TO PAY THE LATE FEE AND ALSO THE PAYMENT FOR WHICH I HAVEN'T USED THE BROADBAND FROM LAST MONTH AND I NEED THE CONNECTION IMMEDIATELY...

    I have requested several times for the broadband disconnection for my connection no.[protected] but instead of acting upon my request they are not disconnecting instead the company is sending their bills of exorbitant amount.Recently I have again requested for disconnection on 27th & 28th of December'2010 for which I have been provided request reference number 41314236,As I am sheduled for my journey to North on 31st of Dec;2010 .
    Kindly take action before 31st Dec;2010.

      I downloaded a free application from nokia n8, and then unistalled it, automatically a link got open up, and my balance was deducted by 99. A Message from AT-AIRINF came "Thanks for [protected]@Rs_Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 99.

      I do not want this transaction to happen and want this transaction to be stopped and want my Rs. 99 back.

        my sim card no. [protected] which i have been using for the past 5 years has been rejected because i didnt use it for 3 months only, now the customer care people are saying that nothing can be done , this no. has been deleted from the companies database , even they say main branch cannot solve this issue. i was out of town for 1 or 2 months for which i could not use the no. , but still no message or call from the companies side came to me to remind me of this issue , simply they rejected the simcard and it is too rude action taken by the company towards an old and loyal customer. now the problem is i'm running a buisness and many of the clients are aware of this no. only, i cant afford to loose the customers as they are exhausted trying to call me on this no. i am very much worried regarding this matter and hoping to get this matter resolved. my emailid- [protected]@gmail.com

          dear authority,
          I am an user of airtel prepaid no [protected]. On 2nd august,12 around 12:30-1 pm, i was doing net on my mobile(UC BROWSER). i was having a net usage of 34 MB. I was downloading a file of 21MB. after downloading 10MB, i have checked for the amount left by terminating the browser.I was left with 14MB more for usage and 11MB was left of the file download. So i set the download on. logically 3MB should left in my net account after completing the download, but to my surprise airtel has commited a mistake in that. when i see the status i found that 0.00MB left in my account, moreover Rs90 also has been deducted from my main balance account. when i called customer care 198, their information doesn't match my situation. so i have to complain. moreover i have a complain on airtel that when net usage fully completes,they should inform customer that their balance is over, they should start start deduction from main balance for browsing without knowing their customers. money means a lot to us.
          I request that Rs90 should be credited to my mobile number.

          AirTel — WRONG DEDUCTION OF MONEY

          I have a prepaid AIRTAIL custumer.Company started wrong deduction 30/month arbitrary without choosing any option by me. In spite of repeated request it is not being correct. Please look the personally to stop it.

          My self mr. Gaurav Kelkar. i m using ur airtel prepaid No:- [protected]. I Recharge of Rs- 67 for 15000/- Free Msg. On 10/3/2010 on 3.08 Pm Transaction ID [protected]. From 11/3/2010 From 7.00Pm I send Messeges to someone i charged Rs.0.50. Hw after i Recharged Rs-67 the free msg services starter. i request you see the problem immediately within 12 hours . ur company is cheater . if this happening again & Again pl. refund my money back to me.

I had gone to dehradun on 17th for one day and airtel have wrongly deducted Rs 99 for International roaming . I was in India only just 300 kms away from Delhi. i have contacted the customer care executives they they even lodged a complaint regarding this on the 18th and gave me time till 23rd my money will be refunded but nothing had been done from their side. I am in a helpless situation . I am a student and this amount matters to me a lot. As i have dont get much money. i would be grateful to you if you take action against the company. ASAP.

          AirTel — Wrong deduction of money

          Sir,this is Deepak Kumar and i have a complain regarding wrong deduction of 6 rupees from my number.This happens in two sequences i.e one yesterday i.e on 16/08/2010 and another 4 days earlier. Each time 3 ruppes were deducted.

          As i remeber i have not activated any plan etc.So please have look on this issues and do inform me as early as possible.

          Sir,I have using my airtel orissa prepaid sim since 6 months having number([protected],orissa).I am using in roaming in maharashtra since 5 months nearly.There is a roaming plan of amount 44.00 for per second pulse charge activation (1.2p/sec) for outgoing calls.I have recharged Rs 44.00(fourty four) on dec 9th 2011.But still then the plan has not yet activated .While am calling to orissa they have been charging Airtel to airtel 60p/min and airtel to other mobiles 80p/min wrongly.They have deducted nearly rs 50 to rs 100.00(not calculated the exact amount) till today.I have complaint them several times.But they are not responding,saying that they are deducting right charges for me and all the complaints are solved for you.But there is no solve of complaint.So take action for them regarding this ,I will be highly obliged.

            Illegal installation of mobile tower in residential area:


            I and few of my fellow housing owners have come across a serious problem please review to respond me at the earliest. An Airtel mobile tower is installed a Tower in front to my house. The land in which the tower is getting installed is only95 sq yd. It is also situated in narrow lane (only 14 feet).
            We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of Subhash Nagar Gali NO-11 (Nale ki Patri), Meerut City -250002, Uttar Pardesh, INDIA, against the installation and functioning of multiple mobile phone towers installed on the said adress and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.
            . As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation emanating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. The Airtel Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect. The other few companies are also using this tower for mobile communication equipments also.
            As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbors has objection to this installation in their areas.
            We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the residential area in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area..

            There is Airtel tower installed in recidential area on top of building tower, without conset of naboure hood.
            Please look into issue.

            All recidential ppl are going to put it in court. And going to tak legal action and compassion if no action taken from company.

The building on which the tower is getting installed is an educational institution namely Ranjit Bed College owned by the same individual getting the tower installed. It is getting installed just overhead of our homes situated in narrow lane (only 15 feet).
            We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of Bandhu Rakh, Kunjwani, Jammu, J&K, INDIA against the installation and functioning of mobile phone tower consisting of atleast 4 GSM and some parabolic antennas, thereby putting the life of residents in hazardous and tensed situation.

            As you might also be aware of the fact that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation approx.50 meters away from the residential area or as per the count of the antennas. The radiation emanating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body.

            The same was escalated to the installing firm namely Ericsson and inturn also escalated the same to the Airtel authorities via telephonic communication but all in vain as no one is ready to listen to our request and the installation and structural work towards the operationalisation of it is continued in double speed to avoid any interruptions.

            As per the rules, it is the necessary to take the concent / No objection certificate from the society/ Neighbouring residents in surrounding areas which has not been a part of the same.

            We therefore request and urge you, to kindly look into the matter personally and the above stated tower be removed immediately from the residential area in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the society.

              I have booked a connection on 30th Aug-12 and made the payments of Rs. 2190/- for add-on HD connection (Trans No.[protected] the connection was booked by Mr. Rajan (Vertex Group Airtel Digetal Group) till today the connection is not installed and I am struggling for this. I have contacted customer care but got unsatisfactory responses and the call was disconnected. Finally I got through and speak to Mr. Inderjit Singh Yadav (Vertex Group Airtel Digital Group) as per him there is no booking was done for my connection however the amount has been deducted from my CC account. Help me if you can... The customer care executives were very rude. I am struggling to get my add-on connection please help.

                I am having a postpaid connection of airtel and corporate scheme activated. now i want to give up (stop) this connection. the custmercare representatives are not giving me the exact out standing ammount. thy are only telling me the total amount without deduction of my free miniuts and they are saying that i have to pay all this amount. as i am given the 500 miniuts free so the exact bill will be definitly less. then why i have to pay more.

                AirTel — not giving connection

                282614 is my application form. I paid full amount even i waited for past two weeks. These guys won't give me proper reason for not giving connection upto this and even not returning my money too...

                I gone upto zonal manager by means of sending an email, till not yet solved I called up several times to the customer care too... I tried with all the options... at last I came here... is my problem is get into solved...

                  hi,

                  I also got the Fradulent call from number[protected]. and he told me that i have won a lottery of rupees 25 lakhs on my airtel sim. and he also gave me another number to call and confirm my Identity. and when i said let the other person calls me than he said he won;t call you as he is the head. So, such calls should automatically be blocked by airtel.

                    This is regarding your bill towards my broadband connectivity.

                    Due to cable shortage or something from you side the BB connection was not working for 7 days, 3 days prior to New Year 2012 and after. I had many commitments and appointments because of new year day. Due to the non availability of BB connection none from your concern took immediate action which made me lot of loss from my commitment. As I am having airtel connection for the past 4 years in two landline numbers, I don’t wish to change the network and requested a small amount of Rs.275 as a waiver and paid Rs.347/- out of my bill amount Rs.622/- for the month of Jan 12. Regarding this bill pending amount I was called by your concern for more than 35 times, every time I replied them about my problem. In-between the connection was blocked from July 2012. Meantime the calls continued from your side for bills payment and at last they negotiated me with the payment, I agreed to pay Rs.200/- which was accepted by the person who called me and then within 5 mins I received a call from the same person and asked me to pay an additional amount of Rs.25/- then I thought to pay the amount and then a guy came in person to collect the amount and compelled me to pay Rs.300/- which made me irritated and told him that I was asked to pay only 225/- there after your executive left, Then I received a call from the same guy who asked me to pay 225/- and said you have to pay only Rs.300/- which shows the improper communication with the customer, I got totally upset. At last on 17th july one lady called me to continue the connectivity with a fresh account in the same LL number (which will get activated within 48 hours) believing, I accepted to continue the same. But your commitment to your customer went on vain. Unfortunately on 29th Aug I got an SMS from airtel regarding till date payment. I could not understand that how is it possible for you to charge for a non availability of the connection. Being a prompt payer of my bills till July 2012, I requested a valid waiver of Rs.275/- but every month adding late fee of Rs.75 per month for the requested amount Rs.275/- I surprised you people torture me for this small valid waiver amount , hence either provide me the fresh connectivity or will go for a good service provider.

                      Airtel — billing related problem

                      Dear Sir,

                      I subscribed for Your Airtel Broad Band Connection -555 Plan on 29th July. It ensured me to provide 2 G.B in a month.
                      The problem is I am not at all satisfied with the billing criteria, because it doesn't dispaly the information rearding my total Downloads till date.
                      I havent done much of downloading, and the billing shows much higher amount than expected.

                      so I will request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                      i have taken airtel usb data wireless modem wich made me pay 2999 for the modem and 599 for the sim and 399 according to my monthly plan advance rental...but while selling me the usb i was not given any reciept nor told or informed that the usb under any circumstances would change even if it doesnt work neither does any and i mean any airtel rep knows even to show how it is being used b'coz they themselves dont know how and what about it?i took the connection on 2 nd august 2008and ever since i have been only complaining but in vain 1:they alloted the same nbr to someone else 2nd they didntinform me and when they alloted me new number it just didnt work since then i m only visiting or continuosly calling airtel but no response i m really ashamed of my self for going for an airtel connection which has a distrasous service

                      On August 7th, 2008 my brother used the Mchek service on Airtel and paid my mobile bill using correct keyword, but the bill got credited to his own account, but he is an employee of TCS, New Delhi using CUG connection and the office pays his bill every month. It was a mistake from Airtel side regarding payment of bill. Since 20 days I have been calling Airtel and raised several complaints regarding this but no action has been taken. My bill last month was Rs 788 and my brother paid Rs 1000 using his Citibank Credit Card. He got an instant receipt confirming the payment, but I did not recieve the payment, so I called Airtel Customer Care here in AP and requested to look into this matter, but they have failed to do so. I am receiving messages and calls from Airtel to pay my bill soon or my outgoing facility will be barred. I paid my bill 7 days before the due date, but I am facing these problem. Whenever I call Airtel, they hold me at least for 10 minutes and tell me that a new complaint has been raised in this regard and we will solve the problem soon and to be patient. I request the Airtel to clear the amount into my account or refund the amount through cheque or cash to my brother who stays in New Delhi .



                      I don’t know what all is happening in Airtel services. The television commercials featuring Film stars popular celebrities etc and promotional messages from Airtel are waste of valuable time and money of the customers. I request all the customers of Airtel to be careful while using these services from Airtel. They are promoting the service, but don’t know what problems customers have after using these services.





                      I have recorded all the calls, messages, and feedback calls of Airtel and I will provide them when needed. I spoke with customer care at least 50 times during this period of time and my problem never got solved till now or I got any satisfaction that my problem will be solved by Airtel.



                      I have decided not call Airtel call center anymore.

                      here as i made my payment on the date of 2.03.2009 amount 1000 where my bill was 973.00 rs and i made the payment and on the date of 11.03.2009 amount of 500 rs but my outgoimg facilite is not realesed and i walk in to the nearest airtel sh/rom they inform me that no details avaible plz check and get back to me on the no [protected]or [protected]
                      Please send me the total receiving payment detail. My mobile no. is[protected].
                      With reference to my landline phone No.[protected] This is to inform you that I made the payment of Rs.325/- on 3rd of this month and again on 4th also. But till today it has not been icluded in my payment history available on on line. While these two payments are being shown in my SBI credit card payment history.Kindly confirm

                      EVEN ESCALATING COMPLAINT TO APELLATE AUTHORITY DOES NOT HELP. ONLY REPLY REPEATEDLY RECEIVED IS THAT THEY WILL COMEBACK WITHIN 72 HOURS BUT THEIR CLOCK PROBABLY DOES NOT MOVE.


                      I had requested for shifting of my phone no. [protected] on change of my residence in the month of October 2011. Despite making dozens of calls, the phone was not shifting by your people for next more than one month. Therefore, on 23rd November 2011, I asked for cancellation of the phone no. [protected] and applied for fresh connection from your organisation. On 27th November new connection was installed and during the Post Installation Call received from your customer service department, I specifically enquired as to the status of my old phone number and got a specific confirmation that the old number as that lady could check from her system, was disconnected. I made payment of the bill raised after that and thought the matter was over.
                      Unfortunately, I received another Telephone bill for the period beyond 23rd November, so again made a call to your Customer Service department and was surprised to know that the phone was not disconnected and they noted cancellation request afresh. Aggrieved on this account I lodged a complaint and after a few follow-up mails, received a call from your staffer who confirmed that firstly my phone was disconnected and second the bill raised was cancelled as the phone was never used while acknowledging that this all happened due to deficiency in service on Airtel’s part. Once more I thought matter was over, but how wrong I was, I forgot that I was dealing with AIRTEL for which customers are the least priority.
                      Again a telephone bill was raised for the next period including demand for the previous bill which was stated to be cancelled. So, I again lodged a complaint with Nodal Officer this time but as usual the excuses are there but nobody tries to address the issue. On getting no response I raised the issue with Apellate Authority but every time the response I get is a system generated mail that Apellate Authority will respond in 72 hours, the 72 hours which never are over.
                      I doubt whether there is some accountability concept exists in your organisatiion.

                        First this connection was dead for 3 weeks, now they are charging for the dead phone.

                        Now I am writing to them regularly for last 2 weeks on this matter, no response despite their promises to address this within 3 days time period.

                        This is the kind of reply they send after several reminders.

                          Here are the facts :

                          1. I am writing to you guys for over a week. First mail to Appellate on 24th August after a call from the customer service, who have asked me to write to you.
                          2. You never bothered to call me even once, your excuse that you are not able to get through me is not valid as my phone was never off and you are the service provider, more than anyone else, you should be able to get through to me or try again.
                          3. Seems like no one bothered to really read and understand what I have written there, just made a one sided decision, very poor, incorrect and factually wrong.
                          4. I have a total of 3 airtel connection giving me problem currently, fact is that is driving me crazy, hence fix the issues rather than become a pain to your customers.

                            I have been a user of Airtel DTH for over two years now (customer id [protected]). Recently, I relocated within the city and raised a request with your customer care regarding reinstallation of dish and setup box at my new house.

                            The first request was raised on 25th August 2012, and since then there have been 4-5 new requests raised for the same issue (the latest request number being[protected], however the reinstallation hasn't happened, no engineer/technician has even visited my place.

                            To make the matters worse, I've myself made an effort to contact the local contact people for Airtel DTH and scheduled a visit 5 times since the first request, and none of them have been honoured. The excues range from "the address not being updated in their records" to "the vehicle of the technician broke down". I have come from work early for these appointments wasting my valuable time, and none of these times did anyone come, or even have the courtesy to inform me that they won't be coming. Your blatant disregard towards your customers is shocking, and has been an extremely frustrating experience for me.

                            Today, I spoke to two "higher" executives, and was promised by both of them that the issue will be resolved today at any cost, and even then no one turned up. I'm inclined to now break my dish and throw it on the road for my neighbours to see what kind of crap you're doling out. Please be informed that you, as a company, have lost all your respect or credibility, and I'll be wise to inform all my acquaintances to stay away from your utterly ridiculous company.

                              My Airtel landline no. is[protected]. My broadband is not working since 23rd Aug,2012.After making multiple call at airtel customer service and local vendor, no technician has come to see the problem & no solution provided to me even after assuring me to provide the same within 24 hour. Then I requested for cancellation,but even the same has been not done. I was an Airtel customer since 2009 & I was quite satisfied with the services provided by Airtel. But this time I felt a really bad service which i never expected from Airtel. The local vendor of this area(Indirapuram, Ghaziabad) is really unprofessional and careless who dont know how to talk to customer and dont bother about customer's problem.I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and now want my connection to disconnect as soon as possible.I had made atleast 40 calls but nobody listen. I have really faced lot of
                              frustration while dealing with airtel staff and it is pathetic to note that customer service is now least priority of airtel.

                                Taking the Prepaid consumers for a ride....deducting cash from Pre paid balance for no rhyme or reason... I got a call from automated call system of Airtel, on picking found it was informing about Hello Tunes, upon disconnection got the message that Rs 2.71 deducted from my Prepaid balance....Upon calling the customer care, the guy from Call Centre was even more trained to defend the fraudulent action of Airtel... He told it was me who dialled a five digit number to avail the service... Despite my saying BIG NO, He insisted it was me who called and the money shall not get refunded... On asking to speak to somebody senior, he kept me on hold and later the call got dropped... I ended up paying another Re 1 for the call to customer care.. The amounts in few Rs do not matter.... but imagine Airtel duping millions of Pre paid customers like this to boost up its ARPU....sadly still of no help... The Bharti Airtel share touched six year low....Dear Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal...such gimmicks will not lead your company anywhere...Finally saara hissab upar toh dena hi padega.....

                                Airtel Prepaid — Fraud Deductions

                                I am fed up with the blatant nature of deductions made in my airtel prepaid account. Earlier it was the GPRS thing and now I receive an SMS that money has been deducted for the renewal of some service .. to which i never subscribed in the first place.

                                I have written to nodal officer also but no resolution.

                                The only reason I am still with Airtel is that I have been using it since 2003 and changing the number is now a problem for me.

                                In past 5 years I must have lost almost 1000 bucks in various deductions made by Airtel

                                They are pathetic
                                I am facing the problem of my balance deduction for a "National News" service activated on my mobile. I want to deactivate this service, for this I have sent "STOP" to 121 but the service is still activated on my mobile. My mobile no. is [protected]. Tell me, How can i resolve this problem?
                                I recharge SMS topup of 95 rs to get 15000 SMS, 500 per day but frm last day my balance duducting i got my balance again but my service of SMS not getting until frm last day so kindlu lookkkkkkkkkkk
                                Ur compain-lodging-system is so horrible that few consumer will have patience to lodge their complain here. My prepaid balance has often been deducted by unilateral activation o[censored]nsolicited services by ur Bangalore Zone System. My Airtel Prepaid No. is [protected].                                   i am rishabh garg.my airtel no [protected],mane 3 month pahle connection dissconnect ki request dali thi but mare connection disconnect nahi kar gaya balki 499 ka additional plan add kar deya.nd mujhse us plan ka confirmation bhi nahi leya gaya.1 month baad jab uska bill aaya to mujhe pata chala ki mere acc par ye plan active kar deya tha then vapis mane disconnection ki request dali nd connection disconnect nahi hu nd 2 month 1100 ka bill aaya. now ab mujhse airtel office se mujhse call aaya ki aapko 1100 payement karna he. mane unhe mana kar deya,ab vo kahte he ki hum aako 1100 waiverdete he to aap connection continue rakhenge to mane connection continue karne ka kah deya but aaj jab mane customer care par phone lagya to unhhne bataya ki mujhe only 450 ka waiver mela he nd now mare connection par 150 (only calling vala kyu paln active he )so sir plz mujhe ye waiver de kar jald se jaldi mare ye connection start karva dejeye(mujhe ye connection shift karvana he main address de chuka hu)

                                      I have bought Airtel DTH 3 days back but from last 2 days i am getting signal problem.The DTH works fine in some hours of day but it is giving no signal message for rest of the day and night.I have registered the complaint.But to no avail. Please help me to get the refund as I am not at all happy with the connection.The receptions is not up to the mark.Even analog cable is better at least it doesn't stop in between. I don't think technician can do anything in this as the DTH is working good for some hours confirming that there is no problem at the CPE end.The company has cheated with customer promising to give service but I don't think it has proper infra to provide it.

                                        On 23 August, 2012 suddenly my website not running and its free service provided with my airtel broadband services which i pays rs.1100 per month also PC Secure but i haven't used it because i use linux, i complaint to airtel website builder team and they given me [protected]@airtelwebsitebuilder.com and i have emailed every things related to my account but now they are not responding to my query/email(s) i have searched nodal and appellate officers email they assured me that with in 24 Hrs it will be resolved but now its been 2 weeks for same problem no one replying and when i call to 121 or 198 customer care they say that these query not in our hand they given me no. [protected] but no one picking that phone where do i go now and who will resolve my problem as its my business website i am loosing my business day by day and airtel not responding to any query/email(s) i am totally frustrated with that company.

                                        And i am decided to discontinue my broadband services from airtel and not giving any single Rupee even if any outstanding bills are there as i having proofs of those emails to show them, if they claim anything to me so i will sue them to court as that "They are the worst broadband company" in the world, and i will do that because lots of people facing problems with airtel.

                                        Airtel in Nigeria is poor.

                                        I subscribed for the 3 months BB data plan commencing in November 2012. This is 19th December 2012 and my BB service was deactivated with out my consent.

                                        I have spoken to 5 customer service representatives having made 20 calls to their automated line 111.

                                        No one has rectified my issue but they keep asking me to call back. "what a funny customer service section".

                                        Well, This is the festive sesason and I can see how Airtel has crippled my communication.
