On 12th of May 2021, I recharged my airtel number in airtel thanks app using Google pay. The rechargeable amount was deducted from my bank account but I received a message from customer care saying there is some technical issue and so on at 12:09 am

The message said as below :
We are experiencing technical issue at our end. We will refund or recharge with your selected denomination in next 2 hours. Regret the inconvenience.

So I waited till the next morning but didn't get any info or refund. Then I again recharged and the same thing happened with same message. This was on 12th of May 2021, at 7:51 am

So please can I get my refund asap.

    My SIM card for prepaid number got damaged having mobile number [protected], there is no method to report a complain for the same. Airtel talk big in media but when in come for customer related issued to post there is no mechanism.

    During this pendamic i tried all resources, visited stores but no soultion, in the webpage they mention about airtel store, all stores are having the same contact number (Very strange) and when you call the number the same is not available all the time.

    so how do and from where shall i get a new SIM.

          I recharged my postpaid no. bearing contact [protected] on 10th May for Rs 598 Unlimited pack using Airtel Thanks App. Instead of receiving an SMS for recharge successful for the said pack the amount of 598 was added on to my bill reflecting -598 in the app.
          I tried again recharging the same Rs 598 unlimited pack by local shop. Again instead of a successful recharge the total amount reflected in my total bill as -1196..
          Am really annoyed by this.. its the first time i am facing problems with airtel and my two internet packs worth Rs 1000 have gone down the drain.. I demand a refund of my money...

            My customer id is [protected] of airtel digital tv not working in a proper manners, it has been a problem with "automatic changes of channel" and with a continuous blinking of below line of channel no. & name and change it automatically from long time
            i have tried so many times to complaint it at toll free no. but there is no response from other side and it disconnected automatically. please contact me at my registered mobile no. or in my email and do the needful. thnx.

              Hi,

              I have tried to do the recharge on 13th May of Rs. 598 using Airtel App.
              I have done the payment using Paytm, money got deducted but recharge failed.
              Below is the message which i received.

              Payment of Rs. 598.0 attempted via Airtel Thanks App through Upi has failed. Order Id :[protected]. If money has been deducted, please wait for 2-7 days for a refund or contact your bank.

              Afterwards i did the recharge using Airtel App. I have done the payment using Google Pay. And this time everything was succesful.

              So waiting for the refund for the payment which is done from airtel app & paytm.

                This is a cug mobile from state bank of india. Outgoing calles are debarred. When i checked online, it shows o balance due. Please resolve the issue at the earliest. Customer 121 is also not going which is supposed to be free call.

                    Our Airtel broad band and landline number[protected] is not working since yesterday morning, our complaint number[protected]. Inspite of our various follow ups with your customer care (Miss Neha) and engineers (Mr. Santosh Yadav) we have not yet received proper service from Airtel. our Airtel Broadband service has not resume till now.
                    Please necessary action to resume our Broadband services at the earliest.

                        I am an Airtel platinum customer with a postpaid connection. I travelled to nigeria and landed on 14th april and the phone was working fine on international roaming. since 18th april the phone ceased to work and it showed sim not registered . i swapped the sim to another phone to and still its not working . since then i have sent numerous emails to airtel and they keep sending cut and copy messages but nothing is done with any honesty.
                        i has this same issue in 2019 and the airtel assigned a technican and it was said that the sim is location o[censored]AE ( my transit location ) and not nigeria and finally he did something and things came back to normalcy . its been 1 month and this issue is not resolved and in covid times its important that you also have your indian number for emergency to talk to your old father and mother, they cant spend money on calling international numbers.
                        I had been a airtel customer for 4 + years, never deserted them when Jio was taking all thier customer base ... but look what i got ... i am in a alien country, my home phone not working and not able to transfer money or do any thing which involves phone and also getting a very poor customer experience . i am posting here so atleast the some high airtel official sees this and helps me, unlike those people who keep sending cut and paste messages

                          Hi,
                          We are a Residents Welfare Association of our society SLS Sunflower and we had an agreement with Airtel that Airtel will be paying our society Rs. 10, 000 every year to get t he permit in our society for the broadband connection

                          However, there are not paying us these years charges and not even responding to our emails to tell us when are they doing to pay us these annual charges.

                          I want to attachment some documents like, agreement copy, email communication with them.. But I dont see an option in your complaint form to attach it..

                            Wrong Billing Airtel

                            I gave this Nokia 105 mobile to my mother who is close to 55 years old. she knows only how to answer the calls..but i see there is number 5924102 getting dialed everytime..and this number charges 5Rs per minute which is very too much.. She doesn't even know how to operate how can she dail the number for more than 1:40 minutes

                            Why Airtel is not blocking such numbers. I have seen these numbers begin reported by several people....

                            Hi,

                            I have paid Telangana's power bill through the Airtel app gateway, an amount of INR 2503. When I was paying, the app showed the details properly, and even the bill payment successful message (attached screenshot) showed the biller name as "Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Ltd". But later on, we came to know that the paid amount is not credited to Telangana (TSSPDCL), instead, the airtel app paid the amount to APCPDCLOB and deducted the amount from my card. The bill amount got paid to AP electricity, I had to repay the Telangana electricity board.

                            I am a resident of Hyderabad and have been paying my Telangana Electric Bill through the airtel app for several transactions. This has happened for the first time, request a refund of my amount which got paid to the AP Electric board paid via the airtel app.

                              I have paid electricity bill through the Payment gateway- Airtel thanks App.
                              The payment gateway took APCPDCLOB, through the Bill desk aggregator and paid the amount.
                              But the payment hasn't been made to the electricity board.
                              The response from the grievance officer of airtel as well as from [protected]@airtel.com is that " we request you to contact your bank and biller for any further assistance". But the problem isn't with them. The problem lies with the Airtel app.
                              The app initiated to pay the bill. But the payment hasn't been made to the related electricity board.

                                Hi, on 22nd of April approx date I have requested broadband connection relocation to the new address in same city but calling everyday also to Airtel customer care isn’t resolving issue. No one from past 3 weeks has came to see the face even or even contacted me for any reasons why the request is not full filed. I have two postpaid Airtel connection plus broadband too, being a platinum customer I am facing such a low quality service then I don’t have any words, even wrote to the ceo desk of the company but as usual no response from such a erratic company. This is completely mental torture given by Airtel and it’s a kind of harassing only to customer.

                                  My Airtel refund of Rs.11, 115/- paid on 28’th Nov 2020 has not been refunded till date.

                                  I have lodged several complaints to customer care, in vain.

                                  The complaint is about the refund not received till date for the double payment made to Airtel for purchase of Airtel Fiber ( complete package consisting of Fiber, Xstream box and fixed landline).

                                  On 28’th Nov I had made payment for Rs 11, 115 (entire package for one year) via my banks netbanking using the Airtel link provided by your Sales person Mr.Subhash Chandra (cell no [protected]). This payment they said was not reflected in Airtel account for two days and so I was asked to make another payment again on 30 Nov 2020 of same amount. This payment was made using my credit card this time. I was assured that the earlier payment (of 28 Nov) will be refunded to my bank account immediately.

                                  Now since 30’th Nov I have been following up with customer care and also with the accounts team. Several email communications between me and Airtel customercare team/accounts team/nodal west team/appellate west team has given me no results so far.

                                  Request you to kindly look into this matter for refunding my Rs.11, 115/- . I also have relevant email communications from my bank that confirms Rs.11, 115/- has been credited to Airtel CC Avenue on 28’th Nov itself twice.

                                    I am mano from Puducherry I have given details for new connection in airtel website after which I have got a call from mr.gopi airtel employee after which he said if we make the payment for 6months rent in advance we can get the modem rental free accordingly I have submitted all the papers required and also paid the amount on 27.04.2021 order id 5966009 but till date they haven't turned up and telling that slots are not available and technical team is not updating.its been morethan 15 days
