Suddenly on 03rd April, 2021 the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. I thought it is due to no recharge but it's not. I have done the recharge for Rs. 49. The recharge was done but I don't receive any message from Airtel to my number. And it's still the amount is in that number but the number is not in use. I lost my number and my amount too. All of no use.
All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.
I would like to restore my number as soon as possible.

    Hi,
    My money is stuck in karte wallet which is about 6781rs . Now airtel is not allowing me to withdraw my money back and also not transferring money to bank account. I have sent all details to them on mail also shared all requested details adhar card copy, cancelled cheque copy. Still i am not getting my money back they have stopped responding

      I ordered fastag using airtel thanks app on March 25 whereas still it is not delivered and order showing in validation.
      Called multiple time to airtel customer care but no response received.

      If your company is unable to deliver fastag then refund the amount.

      Would request Indian government to check and put heavy fine on Airtel for the SCAM carried out by Airtel in the name of fastag where they are collecting money from customer but do not provide fastag or any service

        I have data balance but not work

        Address: At Mahakal, Post Nalwadi, Wardha - 442001

        I recharge 1.5GB /day data balance and another extra data balance of 12GB at 98₹.

        So I completely used 1.5GB daily data balance but I have that remaining data from 12GB extra recharge. then also some site are not opened after 1.5GB used from dailt data pack. That sites are very important as from my job point of view.

        And when I tried to complain for the same on Airtel Thanks App then it shows that you used...

          Whenever I call or receive call neither I can hear properly nor other person can hear, changed the sim as they told, did all what they said like switch off sim out, etc. Even changed my mobile devices also but nothing helped,

            I applied for airtel xstream fiber broadband connection online I received confirmation and number of person who will come install the fiber connection, device. But the person never comes and when I call he says service isn't available in your area without even checking, and once one person came and checked on my location that service was available and he said he will come back tomorrow but never returns, I was told and still they say I'm there platinum customer, is that how you treat your platinum customers.

                Its been 3 weeks now and I am facing severe issues with my calls, every incoming /outgoing call I am having problems with the voice, there is major break in the voice and I just cannot understand anything.

                Complaints have been raised since 3rd Apr mainly on Twitter but all I get to hear is someone is working on it.

                All work is currently done on the phone and the phone data, it is unbelievable that the company is taking this so lightly.

                      AIRTEL changed my plan without my consent

                      Hi, I have been a loyal customer of airtel for more than 20 years and had no complaints till now apart from the usual call drop issue. I trusted airtel hence had opted for ECS, auto debit way of paying airtel bill. I had a monthly plan of rs.424 as of last year(2020).                           My fastag has been blacklisted. Airtel payment bank asked me to cut thr fastag and they will take care of deactivation process, I did that and it's been more than month since they haven't resolved the issue.

                                I initiated an online recharge today (14th Apr 2021) at around 12:45 PM, for Rs. 2698. Transaction ID is[protected]. The transaction was reported as failed - probably due to script blocker in my browser - but the amount was debited from by account, but recharge was not done.

                                I looked up the transaction status in pay.airtel.in/online-payments/transactionSearch.jsp - it claimed that the transaction was cancelled.

                                I contacted CCAvenue - they checked it and found that the transaction has been successfully processed through CCAvenue and forwarded to the merchant (Airtel).

                                Can you please revert the transaction, or provide the recharge?

                                  I am a Airtel user since 21th jan 2020. And since then i was recharging my sim with 399 pack for 56 days, which gives me the access of internet 1.5gb per day, free calling and 100 sms per day. But recently i noticed that i can't use the pack fully. I found some of my friends get their unused data of whole week at the weekends, but i don't. Yes, instead of this, i used that network. And then recently i again discovered that i am unable to make call, or text, or use any data on the 50th day of my 56th day plan! And this is ridiculous. Do something as soon as possible. Because i have to attend my classes. Take action. Please.
