Two months back , I opted for an SMS Pack @ Rs.36/= Per Month with M/s.Airtel. I thought of leaving it , once when it expires after a period of 30 days. But, unfortunately M/s.Airtel have automatically renewed the SMS service pack, with out waiting for my acceptance. When I tried to reply on their message , I was not getting connected and hence I left is as such under forced circumstances. Again, this month also , I have received a message for automatic renewal of SMS pack. Fearing, that they (M/s.Airtel) will automatically Debit Rs. 36/= from my balance, I have not topped up for any talk time offer, till date for the last 10 days. All my efforts to reach customer care thro' their Airtel Relationship Centre @ Kodambakkam , have been invain as the hotlines are out of order for most of the days and Airtel Relationship centre staff's are advicing me again and again to apporach thro' hot line only. Net result I could not use my mobile for want of insufficient balance. Please do help me to come out of this situation and ensure that no amount is debited from any customer's account with out getting their approval.

This is further to the ongoing discussion with you, Ravi Kumar and the staff in your office regarding AirTel 4G that LeCroy India has subscribed. We regret to inform you that even after the necessary documents has been take from us, we have not been provided the service. The case has been summarised as below.
Your executive Mr.Ravi Kumar visited out office on 14th May'12 with the necessary documents that was collected back with the appropriate sign and seal. The 4G Dongle was purchased by us on the same day. Receipt #014 Dt. 14.05.2012 against Lakshmi Enterprises for Amount Rs. 7, 999/- Paid vide Cheque# 800718 HDFC Bank, Koramangala, Dt. 14-May'12.
We were assured of connectivity the same day. However there was no connectivity provided upto a week. Upon enquiring, we were told that the application was rejected and another set of doc's were taken from our office duly signed with seal.
After much pressure we were provided the connectivity by the last week of May'12. That did not last for one week. we found that the connection was temporarily disconnected due to clarification in the doc's provided. Till date there has been no update even after one more doc was provided
The purpose for which the connection was required is not needed now. Due to the lax attitude of Airtel, we have taken another service for our company need.
We DO NOT want the said non-functioning service. Please note the dongle shall be returned. Kindly refund back the payment made. And please be advised that we shall not pay any bill that would be charged for this service
