My no is [protected](airtel), i have activalted 98 Rs gprs 2Gb scheme, my credit limit as directed by airtel is rs 800/- only, everytime it reaches rs 800/- they cut down my outgoing services and my gprs,most of the time i am paying money before i receive my bill for any month. Suddenly they have sent me a bill amounting Rs approximately rs 4400/ for month of april-may claiming my gprs usuage to be rs approx 24378 with discounts of rs 21326. so still they want me to pay rs 3400/- for gprs services. and additional voice calls, totaling rs 4484/-, right before i received bill, i got a call from a person from airtel that my bill amount is rs 950, it has to be paid immediately to resume my services. i finally paid rs 1000/- before receiving the bill, now 4 days back i got the bill in my email, and later call from airtel to pay 3400 immediately, after i complained, they told me they will waive of the charge, but just now on 30th may 2012 a person from airtel called me and behaved in a very rudely manner and said they will not waive of the bill. kindly look into the matter, i feel i am cheated, or else i will switch to some other mobile service provider.

AirTel — Overcharged Bill

Hi Team,

My Internet connection was down for the month of October and November, I raised the complaint but it was not solved on the time. I raised complaint 3 times for refund, below are the complaint number, however each time complaint got closed without informing me and solving my issue.

Apart from this, every month in my bill I can see, that I have been charged for some Website Development, I never use any Airtel Website, I don't know on what basis I have been charged.

    Dear Team,

    I am currently using airtel postpaid corporate number [protected]. I was having free data usage of 2 GB per month. Mt free data usage was going to expire on 25 may 2012 midnight and my billing cycle also ends on 25 may 2012. BY which I should have privilege of free data usage till 25 may 2012 mid night . On 28 may 2012 I have received my airtel bill on mail for the time period of 26 April to 25 may 2012 which consist of data usage till 25 may which is not in discount. My total data usage till 25 may 2012 is of 0.49GB which is very much less than 2 GB . On 23 may 2012 noon 14:49 I have received a MS from 121 of aitel that my 2GB free data usage is going to expire after 3 days that means it is going to expire on 26 may 2012 or I can say 25 may 2012 mid night , but in my bill airtel have calculated amount for the day of 25 may 2012 also.

    For the above issue I have reported to airtel call center and airtel 198 have noted my compliant on 28 may 2012 , the SR number is 43877747.
    But today when I called again to airtel call center, they told me that your bill can not be redeemed because your free data usage was expired on 24 may 2012 and we cannot do anything. I spoke to wing leader of call center also but the same reply I received again.

    Now I want to know how I have received a sms from 121 that my free data usage is going to expire after 3 days that will on 25 may 2012 Midnight. I want you to take action and provide the rectified bill .

          I am using Airtel Broadband connection in Banagalore for the past 6 years. I had no problem and everything was fine. Last month, I relocated to a different place in Bangalore and wanted my connection to be shifted to the new location. I registered a request for the same on 07/04/12. request no. 14020952. I received a call from Airtel the very next day and was informed that the same number can not be retained in the new location so a new number is generated. The new number was shared to me. I was happy that my connection is getting transfered faster then the promised time frame of 1 week. Then later no calls or no visit by airtel persons till 18/04/2012. I started following up with custmer care on the transfer request. some how my previous request was closed with out any resolution. I registered one more complaint and followed up continuously. 14529902, 20313951, 14476278,14695876, 14916992,[protected], 15223194. For all my complaints, I got couple of calls with promises to resolve the problem very soon. But there was no solution. Once again I called up 2 weeks back and checked. Customer case executive informed me that all the previous compaints registered by me were resolved and closed. I got frustated and stopped following up. I started looking for other alternatives for broadband connection. But too my surprise, this month bill is also generated for Rs. 295.85 rupees and dispatched to me. I called up the customer care and informed them that I never had any connection, but the bill is generated. Today, I received a call from collection guys asking the reason for not paying the bill. They want me to settle the bill amount immediately.

          Now I don't know what to do?? Do i keep paying the bills to Airtel regularly even if don't have any connection??

          I don't wany any airtel connection. I am happy to have services from other vendor. I want my connection to be closed and never want to have any airtel services in future.

          Can anyone from Airtel, resolve the problem and close my account?? Or do I need to go through some legal course to get the problem resolved??

          Airtel Broadband Connection — Connection not transfered

          Hi,
          I was using airtel broadband services for 2 years. Recently I relocated in the same city. I requested for change of connection. but it couldn't be transfered in three weeks, though they promised to transfer in 2 days. They only made false promises every time.
          This is the worst service I ever faced.

          AirTel — Broadband Connection Not Transferred

          I have applied for a transfer of my AirTel broadband (Phone Number [protected]) on Jan 8, 2011 to my new address at #29, 2md Floor, 15th Main, 9th Cross, BTM 1st Stage, Bangalore 29. After so many follow-ups I got to know that initially the address was noted wrongly. Then they rectified the issue and the technician never came to my house. The reason I asked a person to come to my house to check the availability is that there is already AirTel connection in my room and that works. I just want you to transfer it to my name.

          People are not understanding this simple thing and telling me that “no port is available”. Port is already there and it ends at my room.

          Eventually when I requested for a new connection – a person came to my house and told that the port is available I will get the new connection. When I asked about the OLD connection transfer – he said it will not be done.

          I wonder why AirTel is not interested keeping their existing Corporate Customer.

            Hi,
            My Name is Ashish and I am having AIRTEL brodband connection for quite some time. My landline number is [protected].
            In the last month bill , they have added something called as Smart bytes activation of 799rs.

            I am using internet at my home and I do not remember activating it also.

            They are saying I have activated it on 25th april. My billing cycle starts from 11th april to 10th may. My download limit is 75 GB with 2mbps connection. I argued with customer care on the following things:

            a. I know how to use internet and I have never done activation of SmartBtyes for my account
            b. Why would i activate smart byte if i have 75 GB of download limit , that too in the span of 14 days (11th april to 25th april), if you are saying so, pls provide me the detailed bill usage for the last month so that i can come to know when i exhausted 75 GB of download limit
            c. If AIRTEL is saying that i have activated it, you need to provide me SUBSTANTIAL PROOF for the same. what is the guarantee that in the next month, you say the same thing stating that I have again activated it and charge me again.
            d. I did not get any email or sms for the smart byte activation, so i did not know that they are charging me for this. for every small things, we get sms/email alert, why not for this one.


            I have said it very clear that I will not be able to make the payment unless they provide substantial proof.

            Pls look into this if you can.
            I have been loyal customer and enjoying airtel services for long time.

            Hi,

            There seems to be some bug in the system . I have having the same issue and they said it was activated on 25th April .

            The AIRTEL services have been horrible since quite some months . The customer service representative does not understand the user's concern .

            Most my collegues have cancelled their connections .

            I have escalated the issue to Nodal officer or else I have to take some Legal Action

              I have Airtel Mobile connection with Number [protected] upon my mobile i am receiving messages that u can enjoy download games through http//gclub.com and Rs.5 deducting from my balance some times Rs.10 some times Rs.15 and some times Rs.20 I never enjoy the service of gclub. Due to which i am afaid to recharge my mobile balance.

              Now request to stop this service from my mobile and as well as stop to deduct amount from.

              on my mobile no [protected] service of model of the day has started automatically probably from Airtel Live and it has been showing URL http;//203.115.112.5/modeloftheday/default.aspx?route=unsub for deactivating service but after clicking on it nothing happens and i hv been charged Rs.15 for every 7 days and so on. So i request higher autorities to look in into the matter and kindly deactivate this service at earliest and obliged me.
              For the fourth time, without me applying for any hello tunes service, the service has been charged for.
              I am a student and do not earn, Rs.30 for me is a big sum in my balance and I am definately throwing the sim card soon. The Customer Service centre on the phone is pretty intelligently made to waste further balance and I request whoever reads this to please try contacting a human voice on Airtel's Service Center on the date 19.10.2010 as I have not been able to get through even after 15 calls.

              Please look into the matter, because Airtel's goodwill is definately going bad.

              it is not clear to me what makes the company like you start cheating with customer.

              Airtel — Unnecessary Late Fee Charge From Last 2 Months

              My Airtel Fixedline bill for the month of October-November in 2010 was of Rs 670 and the last date of payment was 7 December,2010 and i paid it on 4 December,2010(Receipt No. 15602) at the authorised Airtel store namely Mobile World,Shop No. UGF-3,Akanksha Market,C-Block Ramaprastha,Ghaziabad U.P.-201011(Phone no.[protected],Mobile No.-[protected]) in Ramaprastha,Ghaziabad.But in the next bill i was charged with a late fee of Rs 75 which made it to Rs 812.When i mentioned it to the Airtel Complaint Helpline 198,they told me to make a payment of Rs 737 only and not Rs 812 as i wont have to pay the late fee charge.So i made a payment of Rs 737 on 6 January,2011(Receipt No.17179) at the same authorised store in Ramaprastha.But to my shock they sent me the next bill of Rs 850 which again included a late fee of Rs 75 and a due payment of Rs 75 of the previous month.I tried to contact the Airtel sore many a times but to my dismay it is closed from the past 1 week.I want to request the authorities to look into the matter or else i will have to file a petition against them in Consumer Court.

              AirTel — Unnecessary charge for Customer Care

              This is Sabarish. I have been using Airtel mobile network since 1.5 years. Now, whenever i need to get assistance from Airtel, i am calling 121 and i am charged at the rate of 50 paise / minute from my account balance. I am not sure why there is a tariff to avail a service assistance from the network service provider which is definitely supposed to be free of cost. I got to know that we can call 198 alternatively which is now free for users. However, the representative of 198 is forcing me to call 121 again as they cant provide any technical assistance. What a weird support by India's famous mobile network? I am looking for a valid response from Airtel on this issue.

              I, Mohammed Ahmed Hussain, bearing Mobile # [protected], have recharged with Rs. 55 on[protected] at 20:39 Hours (8:30 PM) and I'm suppose to receive Rs. 45 but I haven't, after that I called twice to the same number where I spoke to my friend for 28 Secs and 17 Mins & 32 Secs and the charges are supposed to be Rs.9 and 50 Paise and the remaining Balance should be Rs. 34.57 but I was left with only Rs.24.57. Even after calling the customer care,no action was taken, infact CCE has disconnected my call thrice while transferring my call to their supervisor, and they are too poor in English to communicate with the customer.
              I want that my amount should be reversed asap and a serious action should be taken against the CCE's.

I have not subscribed any schemes like missed call alerts ,daily horoscopes ,hello tunes ,jokes and a whole lot of other things.THESE subscriptions have solely been activated without my consent and, I have been charged for the same.Since these subscriptions were made without my consent I request you to REINSTATE THE CHARGED AMOUNT TO MY CONNECTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT OTHERWISE I WOULD BE FORCED TO MOVE THE CONSUMER COURT FOR THE SAME AND CHANGE THE SERVICE PROVIDER

              I have also faced same kind of problems and lastly I have been port my cell no to vodafone.
              We cancelled our landline connection in April and cleared everything. We followed the procedure in doing so, submitted an application..cleared the dues and then our phone got disconnected.
              Now starting next month, airtel guys have started calling us telling that we have 500 Rs outstanding.
              i wrote a mail to them asking about the details and what it is about, they have replied back that we have 974 Rs. pending..i dont know what to do.

              It is a horrible experience for me to keep air tell Sims with me. I Have been in India for few months and chose air tel and to be honest this is the worst experience of my life. Every time they cut my money without any reason and the services which i never subscribe and when i call them, customer care informs me that i requested for it and it happened continuously every month.               I am sick and tired calling airtel and asking them to waive off the unnecessary charges that they have been applying on my bills for last couple of months.
              They have been charging me for blackberry services but i don't have a blackberry phone so why will I activate this service.they have been charging for some hungama services which I never used.
              When I asked them to waive these charges they refused.
              I will not pay this bill untill they waive off this charge.
              pathetic network and pathetic services.
              half the time their network services are down.internet doesn't work.you can't make or recieve calls.
              poor customer service.People are rude and they hang up on you if they can't answer your query.
              I just don't want to ever be with airtel.
              I have port my reliance sim into Airtel then airtel says me you will get 30 rs talktime and reduce call rate 30ps per min for 3 month but after 2 month they stop services and says your 3 month is completed.
              I Don't Like Airtel after this behavior.
              Airtel is Very Bad,Fantoosh, chitter,and so on.............................

              i have taken a coupen of airtel SMS pack on 18 june and recharged on the same day for sms with validity of 10 days now i recived the sms on 26 regarding the auto renival i replied to same on 28 morning that i donot want this services of auto renival but still i was unheard and at around 11 am of 28 june auti renival was done to my mobile debiting 24 rs from my mobile wen i called your customer executive on the same day they were not readt to respond to me as i was kept on hold very long and then after that they were speaking very arrogently that norhing can be done my request to you is pl cancel this autorenival system on my mobile i donot want your this service i want my refund

                  This is regarding the Airtel Broadband connection we have had since years. For the last 10 months, we have been facing this problem where the bill amount is much higher than our usage.
                  We have a plan where the download limit is up to 3 GB per month and we are required to pay around Rs700 per month (inclusive of taxes).The usage is limited to about browsing the net and checking emails for about 10-15 mins (each day)- about 2-3 days a week. The rest of the time the modem and the main plug points are switched off.
                  Considering this minimal usage, it is ridiculous that our bill amount comes up to Rs900-Rs1100 every month. It has become a monthly routine for us to call the customer care, complain about the higher billing amount and then they would get back to us apologizing for the 'error' on their part. Last month, I had called the nodal office of Airtel Broadband and he apologised and promised that this will never happen again. But, today when we received our bill, it is the same story.
                  We are totally fed up and planning to surrender our connection.

                  We were happy customers of Airtel earlier but the problems faced by us in the last 10 months has changed our opinions drastically! Earlier advocates of this brand, now all we have to say is- Beware!

                  Airtel Broadband — Inflated Downloads

                  Since the past 2 months airtel is highly inflating my downloads. Like i have downloaded only 300 MB and Airtel is showing that i have downloaded 650 MB. This is happening since that past 2 Months.

                  They are doing this so that people move to higher unlimited plans.

                  They are just looting people. I have complaint ti Airtel several times and have asked to provide me the details of the downlaods made including the list of the sites from which download is made but they are refusing to
                  provide me such details.

                  I will move to consumer court in some time if they are not able to provide me the details.

                  airtel broadband 555 — billing error

                  i was using the airtel broadband 555 plan which has 3gb download free and 100rs of call free.
                  I took the connection paying the rent for 6 months which came in a package of 3000. RIght now the problem is that the bill generated 0n 27th of october is having a huge amount in the DSL download area. I had seen the unbilled amount on 24th of the same month( 2 days before the billdate) and was less than 3GB and i dont know how such a bill can happen. Also the discount mentioned is not covering 3GB download free limit.
                  even i was confused earlier but now it is clear that airtel 555 was an old plan which has been discontinued. only old users have this plan and it is not listed on the site. it has a download limit of 2gb and not 3gb like you said. i think you are confusing with the plan airtel 599 which is listed on the site with download limit of 3gb. please confirm with 121 customer care like i did, and find out if you are using airtel 555 or airtel 599. if your bill shows rent of 555 then i am right. your download limit is 2gb and discounts shown in bill will be according to 2gb.

                  AIRTEL BROADBAND SPEED — SPEED FAR BELOW THE PROMISED SPEED OF 512kbps

                  My Airtel broadband connection number is[protected] and I got the connection about 10 days back. While giving connection I was promised that the speed will be 512 kbp/s AT ALL TIMES and it will never go below 512 kbp/s. But the speed is only between 300 and 400 kbp/s and at times it goes below 200 kbp/s. I contacted their customer care centre at Bangalore today 25/5/2010 and the lady who attended my call did not care to take my complaint and give the complaint number so that I can follow it up. SUCH IS SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY WHO PROMISES MOON IN EVERY COMMERCIAL!!!!!!!!!!!! My mobile phone number is[protected]

                  Airtel Broadband — Inflated billing

                  Dear Sir,
                  I am writing to you after trying to get my issues addressed with customer services numerous times and after failing to reach you on telephone.

                  I have been Airtel broadband customer (A/c No 13508684, phone[protected] since Jan 2008 and have subscribed to plan 555 since then. In this entire period of more than 3 years, I have never exceeded data limit of 2 GB under plan. However, In the bill dated 6th May 2011 where I was charged for nearly 8GB download. My internet usage has been same or has in fact reduced in last few months. This is evident from my billing since Dec 10. Since May 2011, me and my family have been out of town several times, even further reduction in usage was expected. Hence I was extremely surprised to see above bill.

                  I called up customer care and raised billing complaint (Ref no[protected] on 22nd May 2011. I informed that I am absolutely certain that my usage can’t be more that last few months, and I suspect the issue has something to do with wireless router that was installed recently. I was told that someone will call me to enquire or update on the issue and I don’t have to make payment till my issue was resolved. When I didn’t receive any call or update on the issue, I called up customer care again on 4th June to enquire about status. I was again surprised when I was told that issue has been closed and there are no billing error. On asking why I was not updated, they said they called me twice and on both occasions I asked them to call later, since am busy. This is absolute lie since I didn’t any call (or sms) from Airtel in that period.

                  I informed them that I am not satisfied with response and issue persist since now another billing period is over, and as per Airtel website, I am going to get inflated bill again for billing period 5th May to 4th June. Despite my repetitive questioning and requests, they failed to provide satisfactory response. I informed them that I expect some senior person to call me to understand my grievance.

                  Frustrated after failing to get my grievances heard and not receiving any call from a seniors, I called customer service again on 10th June, to request cancellation of my broad band with immediate effect. The ref no was 1506144.

                  On same day i.e. 10th June I received call from Mr. Ravinder of Retention department. He apologized for my experience and offered to waive my billing amount to some extent. He offered following settlement: (Ref no same as above i.e. 1506144)
                  1. I need to pay Rs 3,800/- for entire billed outstanding of Rs 7,100/- as of 10th June. Remaining amount will be waived off.
                  2. I need to pay above settlement amount by June 25th.
                  3. From 5th July my plan will be converted to an unlimited plan with rental of Rs 649/- ( this will include 512 KBPS speed till 10 GB and 256 KBPS thereafter, will also include Rs 100 calling value (local+STD to any phone)
                  Though the above settlement still seemed unsatisfactory to me, I still agreed to it to avoid any further issues or avoid change of land line no.

                  I was yet again surprised to find on 18th June that both my outgoing calls and broadband has been disabled. The disconnection it appears was done on 13th June. On the call to customer care I was informed that this has been done due to nonpayment of bill dated 6th May 2011. When I informed them of my 10th June conversation and settlement with Mr. Ravinder, they provided various explanation and refused to either acknowledge or accept that settlement.

                  As of now my attempt to get my grievances heard and resolved continues to be futile. This includes trying to reach nodal officer on phone no provided, who always seems busy. This is nothing but pure harassment of customer.

                  Above experience has exposed me to pathetic customer care and grievance redress mechanism in Airtel. They are not only fail to provide satisfactory response to customer issues, they refuse to let customer talk to any senior person. They don’t fulfill their promise. Customer issues, requests, promises , settlements with customer are not recorded / updated properly. No one seems to know about discussions , talks customer might have with others in Airtel.

                  I expect a quick acknowledgement/ response and fast resolution of issues. Failing to get response and resolution to my issues will force me to escalate the issue to appropriate forum, including to the TRAI and Consumer forum.
                  Despite escalation to nodal officer, nothing has been resolved yet. Airtel continues to make false promises and make incorrect statement. My contact no is [protected]. Below is the email i have written to aappellate authority today.
                  Dear Sir,
                  After facing extremely unprofessional and discourteous attitude right from customer support to nodal officer, I am writing this email to you.

                  Entire issue and dispute has been described in the attached email that was addressed to nodal officer. Please go through that email in order to understand the issue. What I am writing here is the experience after writing to nodal officer:

                  1. I escalated my issue related to billing and discontinuation of services to nodal officer on 21/06/2011
                  2. On 22/06/2011 nodal officer Varsha Choudhery called me and promised me that issue will be resolved by 23/06/2011 as per the settlement offered earlier by retention department, and that a new complaint (no[protected] has been raised to address my concerns. Subsequently she sent an email saying much the same thing.
                  3. Till 25/06/2011 issue remained unresolved and despite my multiple calls to nodal offcer no, I couldn’t get any satisfactory response or resolution.
                  4. On 26/06/2011, I received an email from nodal officer that my issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. No one called from Airtel to explain what has been resolved and how. When I checked at home I found that my internet connection and outgoing calls are still not working. Hence above email is absolutely false and incorrect.
                  5. On 27/06/2011, I again called nodal officer no to find what exactly has been resolved. They replied that settlement offered to me has been rejected. They failed to answer why nodal officer has written an email saying issue has been resolved.

                  So far below is the summary of whatever transpired between 22nd May 2011 and till date:

                  1. After failing to receive satisfactory response and resolution of billing issue raised via complaint no 46664948 on 22nd May 2011, I raised a request for immediate cancellation of DSL connection on 10th June (Req no 1506144)
                  2. On 10th June received a call from retention department, which requested to drop cancellation request and offered a settlement and a new unlimited plan from 5th July (details of this is in attached mail initially written to nodal officer). The amount agreed was to be paid by June 25th.
                  3. On 13th June my outgoing calls and DSL connection was disabled without any information or update to me and despite above conversation and settlement against my cancellation request.
                  4. On calls to customer care they repeatedly told me that my request for waiver and new plan has been rejected. It is funny because this settlement was offered by Airtel after my request for cancellation and I never made any such request.
                  5. After escalation to nodal officer, story remains same( as explained above). Airtel continues to make false promises and incorrect claims at all levels.
                  6. Till this date neither my request for disconnection has been serviced nor any issue has been resolved. I have practically received no service from Airtel in current month, and I consider my services as disconnected from June 13th.


                  This shall be my last effort to get your cooperation towards resolution of issue. If I fail to receive satisfactory response within 2 days, I shall be forced to escalate matter to appropriate forum, including to the TRAI and Consumer forum.

                  2. Email received on 26/06/2011 from nodal officer claiming issue has been resolved to my satisfaction

I have recharged my cell on 13/5/2012 with 39 rs for airtel to airtel 0.10 paisa calling scheme. but I have being charged 1.02 paisa and my maximum frinds having airtel.                       Attached is the last top ups i have made for this number.
                      I have been using my airtel simcard number [protected] regularly making atleast 5 -6 calls a day. It was blocked on 30.06.2015 without specifying any reasons. I had recharged the phone for more than 400 in that week and a internet pack of Rs. 199. I am tired of Calling customer care.
                      They give all reasons.

                      I had converted my simcard from postpaid to prepaid on 1st April 2015. I had first purchased a postpaid simcard which i used for 6 months approx and than converted to prepaid.

                      While applying for a postpaid they gave me after a year (applied on september 2013 and received in Oct 2014.)

                        I am using Airtel broadband connection from past a year and there are too many problems with broadband internet connections, customer care executives responses and billing problems.. No use of calling up customer care number because of their negligence. kindly make your customer care executives to call on [protected] at least then i would get an opportunity to get out of the problems faced in broadband connection.

                            Hi,

                            I have been having problems with unusually high billing from Airtel in the past few months.
                            I used to be on a 15 GB /month plan and used to download large files once in a while and never exceed my limits.
                            But since the last year or so since I upgraded to a 30GB/ month plan, my limits seem to be consistently getting exhausted extremely quickly.

                            It would be great if all the broadband provider are mandated to provide a live billing meter to give an idea to the consumer the quantum of data consumption. This is currently only provided on the website and the data is is a day old.

                            Secondly, there should be a way to measure if the billing itself is done correctly. At the moment, we do not have a reference point and have to go by what the service provider shows with no way of validating the. For example, how can I be sure that a 4 MB download is not accounted for a 8 MB in the system.

                            Lastly, Airtel used to provide good service earlier. Now they have failed to respond to my query even though it was raised 3 week ago.

                            Airtel Broadband — Billing High

                            I have broadband. I found on 30th and 31st may airtel bill 4000INR for download charges where as i am not using broadband on sat and sun. After my two time compliant at call center they are giving only ref no and no resolution till date. I am feed up with this kind of support from a reputed company.

                            My Broadband Bill between 05/07/2009 to 04/08/2009 have come to 6, 626.00 for download charges for the days I hardly used internet. I have been facing the same problem since last 2 months. I had raised so many complaints over phone for which they gave reference numbers and even sent executives to home but they were also not able to fix the issue and we finally ended up paying the bill for which we had not used.. I also have receipts for this.
                            This time the bills have come up so high where I hardly used internet.. As usual I raised a complaint over phone. I want to know the download details for each day like what I have downloaded. I can pay for the charges for phone and the rental charges..If this problem is not solved before 26th of august and if I am fined for that I cannot pay it since I have already raised a complaint.

                              As usual they have started deducting money from my account.Airtel people are number one to do this type of acts among all service providers.My request to authorities to take action against person responsible and refund the money already deducted and stop deducting money from my account

                              AirTel — Unauthorised Charges on my Prepaid Mobile No

                              My complaints are:

                              1) Unauthorized Activation of Caller Tunes with Monthly Rent of Rs 30/-.
                              2) Activation of Jokes
                              3) Subscription to Matrimonial at Rs 10/- for 10 days.

                              When I made a call to the Customer Care the reply was shocking. The executive told me when you answer the call made by us (Airtel) it gets activated automatically and there after he just disconnected the call.

                              Hearing the reply I sometimes wonder whether we should accept calls from unidentified numbers.

                                    I am using airtel prepaid new connection for the past 6 months, I used to recharge for full-talk time around Rs, 300 once in two/three months. last month they subscribed me a value added service and taking 1 rupee/day, actually I am not interested in this subscription I tried cancelling the subscription through the procedure provided by airtel. but it is not get cancelled, I also tried this procedure through mobile recharge retailer but it is not
                                    get cancelled then I planned to change network and applied to the retailer they told me that my the network will change in 5 days still my network has not changed after 12 days.

                                    This makes me mentally frustrating, Its like steeling our money and making the people mad, our government has no control over this company policies

                                      I added i-darshan channel online twice, iut started showing on my online account both times, money got deducted both times but the channel has not been added. First time I did around 20 days back, kept it for around a week, money got deducted but the channel was not added so i removed the channel. I again added it on saturday, again it showed on my account, again got charged but wasnt added again. I called your customer service yesterday who took a lot of time before hanging up on me as she was not able to resolve it. She was totally unprofessional and dint had any knowledge. I called you on the paid line to make sure that you might resolve it faster but after around 17 mins all i got was a totally unprofessional behaviour from your customer service. The rep dint had any clue what she had to do as she kept placing me on hold and finally disconnected the call.
                                      I want to ask you is this the reason that you have customer service facility for, so that you can annoy people??
                                      I want the channel to be added asap and to get refunded for the charges that i am paying for the service not recieved as the channel hasnt been added as yet.

                                        On 23rd Sept, 2011, I received an email from airtel.[protected]@vriti.com stating that installation is not possible in my area due to "signal problem" and that they have put my case in refund process.

                                        Even after repeated reminders, I have not received the refund.
