No service Or emergency calls only International Roaming

I am an NRI working in Kuwait and Visit my native in India once or twice a year. I had subscribed to a Airtel prepaid life time service SIM card in my last visit to India in the month of April'09. Mobile phone no is +91-[protected]. It was explained to me by the Airtel Agent that I need to have a minimum balance of atleast Rs 200/- to keep the SIM card active. On 20/02/21 I have made an online payment from Bharati Airtel Limited website of rupees 411/- for my postpaid Airtel number[protected] and the money was deducted from my account number by ref. And cheque no.[protected]IGA
KOBIJM9 but it has not adjusted with my Airtel bill and still I have not received the payment as refund credited to my bank account..

Postpaid bill payment of Rs.294.00

I have deposited an amount of Rs.294/- in the airbank against my postpaid bill for the airtel mobile no. [protected]. Transaction initiated and transction id [protected]. The said amount has also been debited in my bank account. But the bill is not paid and no entry is shown in the airbnk transaction. Wallet Dormant - Can't Activate Fastag

I purchased Fastag from airtel payments bank, but due to covid, I was unable to activate it at that time. Now my wallet is in the Dormant stage and cant use my Fastag

Cant make and receive calls after port

Ported SIM says No Service

I recently ported my Jio SIM to Airtel. Last night Jio SIM stopped receiving signals so I inserted Airtel SIM. For few minutes it showed signals and I received messages saying “ Your services have been set. Please restart your handset”. But after restarting, it says No Service. Tried every possible resolution nothing works....

Airtel sim not getting registered in UAE
