Broadband plan change without any information

Have been using airtel landline plus broadband for years.in june this yeae my plan was changed from 599 to 899 without informing me and without ny consent. I have called their no 121 hundreds of times but there is bo way you can reach to a person. On everything they send you airtel links. Wrong number activation sms

I got a sms from 121 to share OTP to reactivate an airtel digital sim [protected]. I have not applied for any such new sim activation. I tried to reach customer care 121 and 198, however, they are not providing any option to directly talk to customer care representative to raise this issue. Hence, I have to lodge a complaint against a fake sms and and false activation of number which I have not applied for. Kindly assist on this....

For Tele-verification My sim doesn't get activate

I have paid for airtel broadband service through card payment for airtel account no [protected] for Rs. 2829 on 3rd February 2021 and received an SMS with Transaction reference[protected] of Rs. 2829. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from the bank. Till now I haven't got the refund or any message regarding the refund, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. Internet is an utmost inferior

My Airtel mobile number is [protected] and I have only one pivotal complaint that I can't use internet appropriately and even I can not use YouTube without buffering. I am facing this issue from a long time with a hope that it will be fine, while it becoming excess worse than past. I have done electricity bill payment through Airtel payment bank on[protected]. USC NUMBER:[protected]
Transaction ID:[protected] .the amount is debited . And paid to APCPDCLOB. Which is wrong provider .. but the details showed are all correct so I have paid the bill . But the bill is not paid .. please refund my money as soon as possible ......

Broadband connection not working

Facing connectivity (landline and broadband) issue from 15 feb 1pm.
Raised complaint[protected],
It's not resolved but my request closed.
Engineer not visiting my premises.
Again reopened complaint 16th feb .
Assigned engineer spoke with rude behaviour in phone call (repeated issue). Now he disconnected my connection wantedly...

I have bought 12 gb plan for few days. As I am using to watch few videos my plan of 1.5 gb per days wasn't enough. It has not been merely 3 days and my whole 12 gb is almost finished. Left with only 1 gb. I come home after work to watch technical videos, that too with low resolution Cuz I have been reading that airtel is cheating with data. Auto update and auto download for all apps are always off except whatsapp and gmail. I realized now...

Didn't get refund

I recharged my father's number with 1498 which was successful from bank but due to some issue it failed from Airtel's end and i got the message that the amount would be refunded but till now there is no refund. I tried complaining on twitter and for past 1 month I have emails exchanging on the appellate email Id but no resolution till now....
