Address: Airtel store - Address: Shop No, 565, KA/89, Kanpur Rd, Muslim Nagar, Alambagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226005.

I was cheated by the Alambagh Airtel store - Address: Shop No, 565, KA/89, Kanpur Rd, Muslim Nagar, Alambagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226005. They took 500 INR to issue Fastag. Took Cash only. Did not provide a receipt when asked. Entered the vehicle number incorrect in their database despite filling the form 4 times and providing the RC copy. This resulted in Fastag getting blacklisted at toll. Paid again for getting it reissued and still it is in RC validation pending status. What actions can be taken again such fraud and lousy service?

    Hi, iam airtel customer ([protected]), i replace my my existing set top box and coneccted with extream box as per your saelsman request . Same is instoled on friday 7.30 pm by your engineer mr aakash singh mobile no [protected], he ask that same will be started after one hour, but after laps of 40 hours extream box is not started, i contact to customer care but no response from their side & request me to tolk in english only, how it is possible in india government polocy is local language + govt official language ( hindi ) + english. Pl look in to the matter personaly & take necessary action pl,

      I have applied for a broadband connection the executive told me i will get it in 3working days i have paid the amount in Airtel website now the executive is saying that the box is full no new connection can be made. He told me the offers on airtel I believed in him and disconnected the previous broadband service from asianet who is the only other service provider near so due to lack of knowledge I don’t have any connection please look into it

          I am currently in Zambia, south Africa . And I have a sim of airtel where I have ₹500 as talktime. And also have 49 and 48 recharge done for validity and incoming calls. But still after all this neither I am not able to receive or make any calls nor able to send any messages

              I had 2 Airtel DTH boxes and when I relocated I have disconnected One setup box in November 2020 but after recharging my wallet divided in 2 boxes without using.
              again in march 23 I have requested to disconnection of my no. 1 setup box and recharged 1622 but airtel didn't add cartoon pack so I requested many time to add on with 300 recharge but Airtel cheaters not listening customer problem and make all complaints resolved to fulfill their data only.
              Worst experience with Airtel DTH not recommended to all ...

                  I am sending mails to airtel to close my fastag of two vehicles PB35Z2185 and PB35AD0577 . Now airtel is telling
                  send us proof of destruction of fastags. I dont know why they want proof when both the tags are closed i will not be able to use them neither money will be deducted. I am giving my consent to close them.Kindly get my both the fastsgs closed and money refunded to my airtel wallet with security and reserve amount. Airtel just harrassing customers.

                      From past 4 months i have been sharing my calls and emails with airtel that they have marked unnecessary hold on my airetl wallet and have stopped me from using my wallet for bill payments and Fastag usage, They asked me to get my KYC updated at nearest airtel store to which i aggredd and visited there store which is 1 hour drive from my location, there airtel store people showed my that it cannot be resolved from there end as backend team has marked hold on your account, now when i started called airtel money team and call centre team, they said mail us your consent that you want to shift your airtel wallet into Airtel payment bank savings account, without any requirement i aggredd and sent them my Adhaar card and consent copy, Still nothing happened and they kept on delaying my wallet usage.
                      Funny thing is that i can add money in it but cannot use that balance.
                      Later after getting anoyed i asked for my amount refund, they aggreed to it and asked for my personal bank account details, i gave it and till date from last 3 months no refund initiated.
                      More shocking there social media team is even more hilariuos they ask for patience and still no one revert after commmiting call backs.
                      i have recordings of sonia, Rajgopal, Ahmeed and many more still no help.
                      Are they bankrupt and will my INR 1002 going to help them make salaries for ### like the names mentioned.
                      Really amazed and looking forward for legal help now with compensation against harrasment and suffering.

                          Hello team,
                          I’ve been using Airtel postpaid sim around more than two years. 3 months before I I had upgraded to one Airtel postpaid plan and had ported in my other 3 family numbers into Airtel. And since then Airtel network at my home stopped working. I had lot many complaints regarding this through every way I could but till date no action have been taken. So I had decided to port out all my numbers to another network but I wanted to have a broadband connection at home so I enquired in Airtel only since I saw a good review specifically for airte broadband and I enquired. One airte executives checked feasibility of it at my area and twice committed that it can be installed at my home. But since the sim network was not at all good I was firm to port out all numbers but wanted to have airte broadband only but the situation was only for individual broadband there is no feasibility at my area but for one Airtel it is ! So I confirmed again and one Airtel executive asked me to again switch in into one Airtel plan so I again added my other two numbers in my plan paying unnecessarily pro data basis charges. But still airte people lies with me and now they say they don’t install broadband at my home and no action is being taken for network and there’s no any word for the charges I paid for pro data basis and it is around 1K. Also if I have to port out they people are gonna charge me again on pro data basis. Please help me to find out a way for this and guide me how I can take these people for a legal action so they don’t make a fool for any other customer.

                                I have renewed my wynk music pack but it still shows that app has not been renewed I've paid 399Rs. for it but it still doesn't work. This is really very annoying even after taking paid service. I have also contact to customer support by message but they not replying.

                                  The internet quality at my location is extremely poor. While using the internet, the connection drops suddenly. Then I have to toggle Airplane mode on and off to use the internet again. And that also does not work sometimes.

                                  I have complained to Airtel many times about this, but there is no resolution.

                                  Also there are very frequent call drops. While talking on a phone call, there is very frequent voice drops and disturbances.

                                        My sim card is showing no service from changing one phone to another it's working only on samsung phone not on oppo mobiles phones I've been trying various methods to resolve this but ends up nothing worked may be it's problem with this service so fix this issue as soon as possible.
