Hello,

My mobile number is [protected]. I am able to get any network here in Dubai.
I have done the recharge and validity is also there.
Please fix this, I am not able to get any of my important messages.

    After the recharge I was unable to go onto any website, it is showing error so due to this my work got disrupt and anytime i look on the signal on my sim it is very low i think better i should change my network. from the time i bought this sim it is giving a lots of trouble to me. there is no use to show off in ad you should also maintain it in a proper way.

        Suddenly on 18th April, 2021 the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. It shows no service. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. I thought it is due to network issue for some time. but all of no use. Response received from customer care on my email buy duplicate sim which is not possible till another 15 days.
        All this without any intimation from airtel, which affect my work, Same is registered with bank also unable to do banking transactions. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.
        I would like to restore my number as soon as possible.

          Yesterday I recharged with 598 plan from Airtel app, I used 40 wallet balance and I got 50 discount, and 508 deducted from Phonepe.
          I accidentally deleted transaction I'd of confirmation but I have Phonepe transaction I'd.

            Suddenly on 03rd April, 2021 the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. I thought it is due to no recharge but it's not. I have done the recharge for Rs. 49. The recharge was done but I don't receive any message from Airtel to my number. And it's still the amount is in that number but the number is not in use. I lost my number and my amount too. All of no use.
            All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.
            I would like to restore my number as soon as possible.

              Hi,
              My money is stuck in karte wallet which is about 6781rs . Now airtel is not allowing me to withdraw my money back and also not transferring money to bank account. I have sent all details to them on mail also shared all requested details adhar card copy, cancelled cheque copy. Still i am not getting my money back they have stopped responding

                I ordered fastag using airtel thanks app on March 25 whereas still it is not delivered and order showing in validation.
                Called multiple time to airtel customer care but no response received.

                If your company is unable to deliver fastag then refund the amount.

                Would request Indian government to check and put heavy fine on Airtel for the SCAM carried out by Airtel in the name of fastag where they are collecting money from customer but do not provide fastag or any service

                  I have data balance but not work

                  I recharge 1.5GB /day data balance and another extra data balance of 12GB at 98₹.

                  So I completely used 1.5GB daily data balance but I have that remaining data from 12GB extra recharge. then also some site are not opened after 1.5GB used from dailt data pack. That sites are very important as from my job point of view.

                    Whenever I call or receive call neither I can hear properly nor other person can hear, changed the sim as they told, did all what they said like switch off sim out, etc. Even changed my mobile devices also but nothing helped,

                      I applied for airtel xstream fiber broadband connection online I received confirmation and number of person who will come install the fiber connection, device. But the person never comes and when I call he says service isn't available in your area without even checking, and once one person came and checked on my location that service was available and he said he will come back tomorrow but never returns, I was told and still they say I'm there platinum customer, is that how you treat your platinum customers.

                          Its been 3 weeks now and I am facing severe issues with my calls, every incoming /outgoing call I am having problems with the voice, there is major break in the voice and I just cannot understand anything.

                          Complaints have been raised since 3rd Apr mainly on Twitter but all I get to hear is someone is working on it.

                          All work is currently done on the phone and the phone data, it is unbelievable that the company is taking this so lightly.

                            And call was not getting connected from my another bsnl number [protected]

                                AIRTEL changed my plan without my consent

                                Hi, I have been a loyal customer of airtel for more than 20 years and had no complaints till now apart from the usual call drop issue.                                     My fastag has been blacklisted. Airtel payment bank asked me to cut thr fastag and they will take care of deactivation process, I did that and it's been more than month since they haven't resolved the issue.
