On 19th october 2011 i sent a sms to 1900 for changing my mobile network from airtel as the call rates was high .But a customer executive name by Mr.Srinivas called me and told that he is going a better plan and low call rates and requested no to change to other network.Request num is RPOCN[protected]. And informed that it takes 5 working days to activate the new plan. But today on 25th october 2011 when i called the customer care they are telling that there is no such plans for my mobile num and they are telling to continue in the same plan.Request you to kinldy take necessary actions against them. sir here, mr pankaj patel from ratlam my airtel broad connection contact number [protected].i have register my complaint about dsl charges which are conitnously added in my bill from last three month.i have talk many times to your customer care no 198and 121 .they are promise me to recitified my promblem but sorry to say its one of most worst Responsed company .they never feed back me properly.i had go to airtel office in Ratlam they said me to pay bill without dsl charges .my complaint number is 16652776.if your intersted in resolve my promblem then do it before 13 july bcoz my bill amount payable date is before12 july.already late fee about dsl charges are added in my account.otherwise cancel my airtel connection i will not pay any bill without canceling dsl charges.adjust my bill and inform me as soon as possible.my last bill no is[protected]and current bill no is[protected].regards -mr pankaj patel

    Hi Team,
    I have been using Airtel prepaid subscription since a while now. I only try to contact in an extreme situation which I think everybody does. However the problems people face are different with different people. What exactly happend with me, is that, I am using Blackberry subscription since the time I have airtel prepaid connection. I have been charged only .05 paisa for a text message. Recently I got to know that it been increased to 1.00 rupee/text. I am fine with it however I was told that you will be charged same rate till the time u use blackberry subscription which had bot happend. I spoke to customer care and then things turn in a rigid way. They discord me many times I thought that there are different type of representatives so may be that person is in a bad mood when usually happens with everyone. I spoke to another person they put me on a 20 mins hold n never came back after a day I called in again but result was same even worst this rep puts my call on hold about 25 mins n never came back I I got little service centric stratigy and asked next rep to transfer my call directly to floor supervisior he spoke to me but I still doubt that was not supervisior as he was even unable to understand english and his annitiation was typical and I strated in hindi as I know that language as well. He told me that i[censored] want to stay with aortel its ok and I not then change the network n disconnected the call even I told that person I will go cunsumer court for your behaviour but he was stick to that he simplified again we have been charging 1.00 and we never charged you 0.05 paisa. I was surprised. And shocked as well. I thought may be he will start abusing me in a while so I disconnected the call this supervisior which he says he is Inderjeet kumar and rep I spoke with last time is Manish bahari.
    I would really appreciate if somebody would ask them to pull the call records of my coneection to listen the calls I made and than look into what could have been and what is suppose to be done after that. Whosoever is accountable to this but I blame Airtel itself since they hire people who get training which think for process knowledge and also would like to advise Mr. Mittal you can give 1000 more for per employee to train them on basics of custmer service etiquette.
    Thanks for your time and I would be glad to see the outcome for complaint.

    Not responding properly, my tariff plan has completed no one instructed me even though I have called so many time to customer care then line not connected after that line connected 3 times then I told my tariff plan has completed then they disconnected the line, no body has guiding me properly, Iam very much angrier on this people .take a complaint on customer care executive no one has instructing properly

      Hi,
      My Airtel DTH STB stops functioning when I get calls on mobile other than Airtel Network. No Engineer is able to resolve the issue and upon insisting on dropping the services, they send in another engineer insisting me to Buy another STBox paying some 400Rs. I have been facing this problem from the beginning of time and upon calling the customer care they either put me on hold for 30 min and hang up the phone without providing any solution OR say that this is the first time they are hearing such Issue and hangup the phone without giving any proper resolution.
      Though the problem is genuine they dont bother to resolve the Issue. Please help...................

      For four days and again I have complaint they said your Airtel DTH will be repair that day by 1700 hrs.
      Till now nobody has came to repair my set up box.

        Sir,

        Regrettably I have to complain about the very slow internet service of Airtel.It is really very irritating to wait long for the response when I click on any option like yahoo mail or gmai or google news etc.Despite unplugging the connection and re-connection, I could not find out the reason from any source although all the internet connection five bars are visible on my laptop.I request Airtel to check their system and redress the grievance at the earliest possible.
        An early action is solicited please.

          i m saraswati kandel vpo sukhrali ggn haryana.my mobile no.is [protected].May 2012 se har mahine mere no. pe koi na koi service activate kar diya jata hai aur paise kaat liye jaate hai.customer care pe baat karo to to kuch na kuch bol k hame chup kara dete hai.mobile recharge hota nahi ki paise kaat liye jaate hai.Airtel representative bhi raise tone main baat karte hai .airtel is paying them for helping us in our problems but instead of that they r creating problems 4 us.i m very dissapointed by this type of behaviour . if one more this thing will happen i m sure i will quit Airtel from all our active numbers in my family.i request u 2 solve this problem as fast as u can.

            I had recharged day before yesterday from a retailer for Rs. 200/- The mobile was updated with Rs. 1/- and the remaining thing as explained, when we called the Airtel customer service was for a 3G. Actually our mobile does not support 3G and secondly, we have been recharging using 200Rs. (Actual talk time being 179.2) for a very long time. Neither this was known to the retailer or to us. The retailer explained to customer service executive Mr. Omprakash, but he denied giving feedback. This is a insult and infact i would like to discontinue services of Airtel Prepaid due to this reason. Kindly action the complaint and revert

            Airtel Prepaid — my talk time not increase

            i'm receive massage " FREE STD calls sirf Airtel ke sath Rs. 175 ka Easy Recharge Kijiye aur paiye 150 min ka STD talktime bilkul FREE. Aaj Hi Recharge kijiye!!!"

            i'm Recharge same Day in 175 but my talktime not increse or not provide any STD talk time
            it give A2M balance is 150 so pls. converted my message balance to talktime balance

            Prepaid cell phone connection — False messages and no full talktime on recharge

            My no. is[protected]. I got a meassage that Full talk time for Rs. 202 recharge from 8-10 April 2008. Namma Airtel, Namma Tamizhnad. But when Recharged for Rs.202 on 8th April at 7.19 PM I was recharged only to Rs. 179.78 only. I have given complaint to ythe local easy recharge shop. But in vein.

            Do not cheat the customers by false messages. The Trade name will be destroyed.

            I m living in out of station always my mother is too old and having a prepaid mobile there i want to make her re/e chrge by my credit card online but there is no facilty in my home location plz do needful for this

            On the date of 28 sept 08 i have recaharge a voucher of RS 100 Top Up and massage come from airtel as Invalid Voucher. Mintime i am cont with the airtel customer care at [protected] and they ask me that due to system failor card not recharge and will active on 30 sept 08.
            Again on 30 sep im trying to recharge and result same . cont customer care at[protected] and they ask to wait up to 2 oct and also said that it will active automaticaly.
            But nothing was hapening according to their comitment.
            After this im trying severel time to lalk with C..care but no respone from other side.
            1. Is this the system of the Indias largest telcom compeny?
            2. How can i setisfied with this type of services.
            3. have i go to Consumer cort for RS 100?
            4. I dont have any tree of mony Rs 100 is lots of valuable for me I dont wast it with this type of services...
            5. I want to back my mony?
            6. This type of services not assential for me?
            7. today this question for Rs 100 tomorow it may be for Rs 800 or more then this...

            Airtel Prepaid — CHARGING FOR SERVICE WHICH NOT AVAILABLE

            Sir,
            I hold an airtel prepaid connection No. [protected] in Gujrat state. Airtel provides MO service for GPRS @ Rs.15/- per day.

            I activated the MO service on 14 Nov 08 at 1400 hrs and got the usual messages for activation confirmation but I was not getting GP signal from airtel.

            I complained in customer care (12140) at 1500 hrs -they asked to get MO settings checked, which I did and found correct at 1528 hrs. Once again they asked to shift to some other area and access the service, I complied with but unsuccessful.

            Again I called at 1801 hrs and came to know that airtel GPRS service is down in this area and was assured that it will be made serviceable within 4 hours.

            The services were not available even on 15 Nov 08 at 0730 hrs and I asked to refund the charges of Rs.30/- for 14 & 15 Nov 08, Mis Anu assured at 1214 hrs that services will be available with in 4 hrs or we will forward your request for refund of Rs. 30/-.

            At 1500 hrs when services were not made available even after 48 hrs I pressurized to refund the charges for Mo services which I could not access for a single minute. Mr. Sandeep Sr. executive told me that there is no provision for refund of such activity and to deactivate the service else Rs.15/- per day will continue to be deducted. I deactivated the service.

            Once again I activated the service on 17 Nov 08 and faced the same turmoil and deactivated at last unwillingly.

            I am an old customer of Airtel and have been using MO service since long, but the response I got for my complaints was really unsatisfactory. Every time a new operator will come and skip the things for 4 hours.

            I hope for your involvement in the matter and get my money refunded by providing such provisions for the period when services are not available from your end. I think it is ridiculous to charge for what you have not provided.

            I would continue to use the service in future I hope you can understand it is not the matter of just Rs.45/. I would like to add that I was more than satisfied with MO service but why pay for what I could not get.

            I would be satisfied if you get back to me on my mobile or email.

            Airtel Prepaid Mobile Services — talk time on online purchase not given

            value of talktime purchased on line on phone no. Airtel number [protected]. payment by ICICI was made but the value of the talk time never credited to my phone.

            I have stopped using the services of this no. but airtel has not refunded my money back.i do not want talk time as i have discarded the services of airtel & want refund of my money

            Airtel Prepaid — Unable to Top-up Mobiles for others

            My name is Farooq Tajani & my Number is [protected]. I have already registered for Mcheck Service & I m able to make Top-up my own number. But, I m unable to make Top-up for other Family members. Whenever, I m trying to do so, I m getting a reply, " Please contact Customer Care Support". I had also callled one o[censored]r Customer Care Executive, he asked me to visited to a Airtel Ralantionship Centre. I went there & discussed the same problem, but they give me thissite address to help me out.

            Now, I request u to kindly me out with the same problem.

            Airtel Prepaid — Yet to be activated with my recharge

            I had recharged of 175 RS/- on dated 28/04/2009 at 04:54P.M. I received a message instantly mentioning that "recharge successful" Until now I have not received a single money in my account. What is this ? What the you are doing ?

            I am really frustrated with your service. Hundreds of friends suggested me not to purchase your service but I didn't hear them. Therefore I am ought to be punished. If this situation is not rectified by tomorrow. I will file a complaint against you in consumer forum. And we meet there.

            Thr. internet banking, i have recharged myself and my brother airtel prepaid card with amount Rs.295/-
            But uptill now, it is not recharge. But in my bank accout it is debited.

            i had recharged with a isd pack of 225, on 30th june, i received d msg dat recharge is successfull, but i m still waiting 4 d pin no., customer care executives r not able 2 answer dat when i'll receive d pin no. and now they r not receiving my call 2,

            Airtel Prepaid — recharged amount not transferred

            I had e-charged my Airtel -prepaid phone([protected]) with an amount of Rs. 999 on the 16th of August. The recharge was succesful. However, I did not get the balance. I complained to the Customer Care, and the told me that the amount had gone into the dedicated account. Now, I don't understand what a dedicated account is, but I cannot use it. I have recharged, and I should get the balance. It is as simple as that.

            Airtel Prepaid — Discontinued Service

            Dear Sir,

            I am using the Airtle Mobile # [protected] number for more than a year. On Jan 28th 2010 evening 5:00 PM. I received an IVR call on this same number asking me to resubmit my documents.I called back Airtel Customer Care to check and was told the same. Past one year I have called Airtel Customer care more than 20 times and each time I had gone through Identity check, then no agent told there was a problem with my details. On Jan 30th at 02:00 PM I submitted my documents at Frazer Town Airtel Office in Bangalore and was given the receipt for my resubmission. Abruptly, without notification, Service to my number has been withdrawn and I am facing a lot of difficulties because of this.I also have Airtel postpaid Landline connection [protected].Airtel has given me Rs100 free talktime on this mobile connection, when I took postpaid landline. So there is no way Airtel can say, that they do not have my contact details. I have talked to Airtel customer care but they are not reinstating my previous balance of Rs 400 , which I recharged on Dec 2009. Also they are asking me resubmit documents again.

            Please help me in getting my recharge amount back.

            Airtel Prepaid — Cross connection in incoming calls.

            I have Airtel prepaid no. [protected] at Dhanbad in Jharkhand state. Whenever i get a call from Bhubaneswar from BSNL mobile phones like [protected], [protected] or [protected] etc. there is a cross connection. At times after 2-3 attempts the caller is able to talk to me. I tried to explain the problem to Airtel's 121 anytime anywhere customer service on[protected] at 2.35 p.m but after wasting 10 minutes the operator asked for the incoming calls phone nos. When I rang up again at 2.45 pm. another operator picked up and he said it is not required. it shows that the Airtels operators are a bunch of good for nothing fellows. So I request you to kindly take up the matter with Airtel and solve my problem.

            Hi All, I have some secret numbers (one for each service provider) using which you can get details of others balance and recharge your mobile from others accounts. Although the amount to recharge from others accounts is rs 100 only per month. If you want to know the number for your service provider send me a mail in [protected]@gmail.com. At automatic response will be sent to you. The subject of your mail must be in the following format:

            [Your Name][Your Cell Number][Your Service Provider][Your Date of Birth in dd/mm/yyyy format]

            Airtel prepaid mobile — Recharge of less against payment

            Dear Sir, 27th Aug.'10
            Vide Oxigen Ref. no.[protected] at transaction time 24/08/2010 10:42:47 , I charged Airtel Prepaid Mobile no.[protected] for Rs. 333. However , Airtel has confirmed recharge of only Rs. 301.90. Please arrange to refund balance of Rs. 31.10 or Recharge this amount additionally. In case of Airtel, for Rs 333 recharge ,no service tax is levied.

            Am using Airtel, On August 1st(friendship day) at mid night i was charged rs 60 for msgs but i didnt got any notifications about charges on that day, i convey about tis to customore care on that night itself, i talked with Mr.Karthikeyan he said that before 4th we will give a remedy but they didnt. on 5th again i called to customer care one guy attended then they forwarded the call to ms Priya, i expect that the customer care will help us but she didnt gave any solution for that, finallyt she said u itself want to bare this cahrges u only loser like that. really i was vexed on that day, your people talk like this? i asked many of frnds that u get any msg about the msg charges on augutst 1st, many of my frnds said no...
            actually my question is who is loser? and we people paying money for everything and you charge for msg without any notifications and wont respond to customers complaint, and talk for eye wash.
            atleast hereafter respond to the customer correctly and do correct.

            Airtel network and customer services are sucks,

            I am in Mumbai and I have Delhi’s airtel phone number, I did not have balance in my phone I got my airtel number recharged by 50 Rs on 25 oct 2010 so that I can call customer care to know about full talk time offers.
            I dialed 121 for customer care, one of the represented picked my call, I asked about any full talk time offer to representative, her replied is “sir, you need to speak to delhi customer care because we can only tell about best offers in Mumbai not about delhi, I asked her “what number should I dialed to speak to delhi’s customer care” her replied “98109810, she did not tell me that this number will be charged
            I called on her given number[protected], after a long wait I came of cross to one of the customer care representative, I asked her about the best full talk time offer, she replied “sir, dialed 1213 from your airtel number to know about best offer.
            I dialed 1213 from airtel number; I got the message “This number is not valid”. I called again on 98109810, one of the representative picked my phone, I asked her same question, her replied “sir, you can get your airtel number recharged by 444 Rs for full talk time.

            I tired to get my number recharged by 444 Rs for full talk time; I got the message “This recharge is not successful”. I had to call again on 98109810.This time representative said “sir, I am sorry some one has given you the wrong information, this 444rs full talk time offer is no more valid. He gave me another number that was 121312 and he mentioned this number is especially to know about full talk time.
            I trust him and dialed 121312 I got the message “This number is not valid.
            At the end I left with only 14rs balance in my phone. I wasted 32rs only in talking with different types of duffers sitting in airltel customer care.
            I still don’t know what is best full talk time offers available to recharge. I also wanted to know any offer for reducing the roaming charges for incoming calls but no one was able to tell me about it.
            Every time I dialed customer care number it took me valuable 5 to 7 min to get connected with team of duffers (airtel customer care).
            I am really fed up with airtel services.

            I recharged my prepaid mobile with 100 rs. topup online but Airtel company denied blaming bank transaction error. But it was fault on the part ofAirtel which it is not accepting.             I was supposed to get full talktime of 200 /-. Even it is stated in Airtel website

            I only got 175 /- talktime and their customer service is so worst that they are not picking up the call. Even if they pick up the call, it got disconnected without the resolution.

            Then again I tried 10 times, but no luck. I didn't get chance to speak to customer care

            This is really annoying and they are least bothered about the customers.

              Airtel has been delivering a poor service to activate my airtel mobile number [protected]. They have disconnected the number without prior notice and when verified asked me submit documents. I have submitted the documents couple of times once at Airtel outlet in Habsiguda on Sep 24th, 2011 and second time at Airtel main branch in Splendid towers, Begumpet on Oct 1st,2011.

              Both the times, the representatives confirmed the number would be activated within 2-3 business days but that did not happen. I tried calling customer care at 198 nearly 15 times but of no use.

              As per my last convestation with Airtel personnel at 125 on Oct 14th, 2011 the number was promised to be activated within 4hours but till date there is no action taken.

              Please help me to resolve this matter and all your support is highly appreciated.

                  My Problem: I requested to reinstall Airtel Digital TV in Kharghar. Finally it has not happened and it has been decided that amount will be refunded around Rs 1500+ after I hand over airtel digital TV instruments. I was told that executive will come to my home and will give cheque and take back all instruments.

                  So far no executive has come to my home, I followed up many times their CS, but no proper response. It is utter worst experience in my life time with AIRTEL. I need someone to come forward from AIRTEL DTH to resolve my issue at the earliest.

                  Airtel has the most pathetic service among DTH TV providers in Jaipur.

                  I have this connection for the past one year and I have been consistently facing problems with the broadcast (Signal loss in fair weather when other DTH services are working perfectly fine)

                  The money you have invested in buying the service is a total loss since there is no refund if you disconnect. (As per their terms and conditions, even the dish antenna and STB are owned by Airtel and they take it away of you disconnect.)

                  Also, when I compare Tata Sky packages - I am paying more for a similar set of channels in Airtel than what I am in Tata Sky. Not that TSky is perfect, but it is miles ahead in terms of customer service and service quality as compared to Airtel.

                  Sorry Airtel, you need to get your quality up and invest a little more in getting quality customer service personnel in place.

                            I have had an Airtel Sim card for 2 - 3 days. The card is activated as I can dial and receive calls as well as SMSs. The thing is, lately I have been getting random calls from different numbers. I called back a few numbers amongst which one was dialed while the other said 'The number doesn't have incoming call service'. In the one I was able to dial, the person who had called me said that his cell was lost and that Airtel people gave him my number to call on. So the question is, is Airtel giving away random numbers to anyone who calls them up or what is the matter exactly? This is really irritating. Secondly, I am trying to send BIS model number to 121 to activate Blackberry Rs.399 plan, but every time I get "We cannot process your request. Please try again after 24 hrs if you are a new Prepaid Customer." and if I call up on 7070, the system says that 'This scheme is not available for this number.' Please resolve this problem soon.

                            I have been getting these frequent calls from [protected]. When I dial back it says the number does not exist. I want a resolution or I'm going to appeal to your nodal authority.

                            I see that many people have complained about the same number, but Airtel is reluctant to divulge that this is their own number (telemarketing?)

                                Sir on 23.10.2011 99rs was dwducted from my account from mobile no [protected]. When i called customer care they told me that i had activated hungama wap content which actually i havent activated on 23rd i have surf internet aferwards they transferred my call to their senior then he told me that i had activated hungama wap content by browsin Airtel Live which i havent opened and they also told me that the money will not be refunded to my account and they are forcing me to accept that i had activated the service. When i told them to deactvate the service they deactivated and after their confirmation i received a message that Thanks for using Pack Purchase subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99. So it is my humble request you to sort out my problem. Thank You

                                I m saroj parida I have a complaint i.e.On 25.11.2011 10 rs was deducted from my account from mobile no [protected]. When I called to customer care they told me that I had activated AIRTEL TALKIES_10 which actually I haven't activated from my side anythings for that, so how can it possible. And they also told me that the money will not be refunded to my account and they are forcing me to accept that I had activated the service I thing this is one type of torture so plz stop these type of things else openly You told us U have much more customer U no need any more then we will remove from your network but please U do not do like that. When i told them to deactivate the service they deactivated but I m not sure it will be really deactivated or not so let me check next month I also don't know from how long it is activated .Actually I have also have another number with other company but there was some network problem thats why I took this airtel no for better service but now I realized that actually I was wrong Actually if you will do with the customers like that then one day will be come all users told that AIRTEL is a Cheater company, so please stop that type of bed service otherwise we will be bound for change the no to other network. So it is my humble request you to please stop that type of things, other wise who is take the responsibility .

                                  I'm using the above AIRTEL post paid number. Recently i've received messages from AD-54321, stating that "you have been renewed for SubcriptionVideosParlou subscription service from AIRTEL. You have been charged Rs.5" on 16.10.2011 & 23.10.2011 respectively.
                                  Kindly organise to unsubscribe it immediately.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    My mobile number is [protected] I am using rechare of 34 for 500 mb regularly till 14.10.2011. On expiry of day validity I recharged Rs 34 on 15.10.2011 and I thought I woukd get 15 days validity but suddenly on 22.10.2011 when i connected internet Rs.40 has been deducted from my main balance what a cheating by airtel! Even I checked their net tariff on 22nd it says 15 with 500 mb when I recharged on 22 it gave valdty till 28 with 300 mb!

                                    Total loss from 15 is balance 800mb as on 15, 34 recharge on 15, Rs.40 on 22nd, Rs.34 recharge on 22nd total Rs 108 plus 1800mb and validity.

                                    Will any one do some thing or airtel services are becoming now a days worse?

                                      I recharged my Airtel 3G balance for 750 Rs. from their site. The money was deducted from my account but the recharge did not happen. When I called the customer care they denied that the transaction was done. After a few calls they even stopped answering my phone.

                                      I have a copy of the receipt which I have attached here. Please take some action for my complaint since I have paid for the service which i did not receive. Even their customer care centre is not ready to help.

                                        My name is Major SB Singh. on 21 Oct 2011, i contacted airtel customer care and asked for procedure to get call details of last 6 months of my mobile. As told to me, i send messages EPREBILL <MONTH> <e-mail> to 121. Rs 50/- per request was deducted from my prepaid account(total 250/- for last 5 months). i was told that i will get details on my email within 6 hrs but it has already been 48 hrs but i have not received anything. i require details on a very urgent basis. i even contacted customer care yesterday( reference number CIBIL[protected] dt 22 oct 2011). i request that details may please be forwarded to me at my e-mail. Also, the amount deducted for request is too heavy. Rs 50/- overall is enough and not per month. its just a call detail that too soft copy and not paper bill. this point may also be considered and if possible, money may be refunded back.
