I have been experiencing poor network coverage for the past few weeks, with extremely low bandwidth, much below what should be made available to me based on the internet pack I'm paying for. The above-mentioned issue usually occurs multiple times in a day, with steep drops in internet speeds around 09.30 hours-11.30 hours, and similarly from around 22.00 hours-00.00 hours. I haven't been able to find a proper forum on the Airtel website/app to lodge a complaint, hence why the use of this forum.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
