Due to not working properly on the online airtel payment portal through the Kotak visa card no.[protected], the four times more payment of Rs 588.82 (2355.28) was made on 24/3/2021. The excess payment is Rs 1766.46 after deduction of Rs 588.82. The amount, Rs 1766.46 will be treated as advance. The Kotak bank statement is enclosed for your kind consideration. Please help me as I am a retired Professor otherwise other options will be planned.

      Namaste,
      on date 18th march 2021 time is 19: 12 in transaction to airtel bank app for payment electricity bill rs. 970:00 all processes completed payment payment deducted from my credit card xxxx xxxx 1712 (punjab national bank credit card wisa.
      But i got sms from bharti airtel bank portal transaction is failed. Immediate i call to airtel hel desk no. [protected] and pnb credit card help desk no. [protected]
      1) airtel help desk officer answer that we have not any information about transaction only talk to your bank we can not give information about your transaction
      2) and pnb credit card officer inform that your transaction is not completed kindly call after words after on date 23rd march and 26th march i call again pnb credit card division answer that transaction is completed

      also call to bharti airtel bank airtel on 26th march 2021, answer is as it is also i e mail to both bharti airtel and pnb for this disputes
      today i attach both screenshot of sms from bharti airtel and pnb credit card 2) also attach pnb transaction dispute form 3) also e-mail letter from pnb credit card division letter

      so kindly advise and guide to me what can i do for me

        Dear sir
        I have recharged my mobile no on 12th Feb 2021 with Rs.598 less Rs.12 discount. So net amount is 586. Though I recharged my no I didn't received any kind of services although my Bank ac was deducted. I called the customer service and told about the same and they assured me that the amount will be refunded and still no amount has been refunded to me.
        Please sir nearly Rs.600 isn't any small amount to me.
        I kindly request you to look into the issue.

          There is an Airtel Junction box installed directly in front of my residential land in Chitlapakkam, Tambaram. This has been installed without my knowledge. Now, we are planning to construct house and this junction box is causing hindrance for the JCBs and Lorry in unloading construction materials.

              Dear sir, my number is Airtel [protected] . I recharged for international roaming for Rs 799 on 26 Feb 2021. Again for Rs 1199 on same day.
              When I reached Mumbai airport on 26.02.2021, the number became dead. It started only after my arrival in India. I could not avail roaming . This caused lot of inconvenience abroad.
              Please refund Rs 799 and Rs 1199.

                  I had recharged Rs.49 before 5days but main balance showed Rs.38 but how balance is zero why they are deducted amount I'm able to make any calls please refund the amount

                      I had recharged a mob no for 399 through airtel thanks app, on 21st march 2021 which got failed, but amt had been deducted from my bank account... I mailed this query to [protected]@airtel.com but they also failed to resolve. Kindly look into this matter and process my refund.

                        There was Rs. 16392.72/- in my account on 21st January 2021, when my wallet got expire due to RBI policy of One year KYC. I have done rekyc on 3rd February 2021 from Airtel Store situated in Indore Orbit Mall. But the amount of Rs. 16392.72/- is now missing from my account, i have already made several complaints by call and emails but still i have not received my amount. Also i have emaild my saving account cheque & my id proof as requested by airtel executive for transfer said amount to my saving account on 4th of feb 2021. But still today i have not received my amount.

                            Hi Team,

                            I am very disappointed with the service from Airtel. I stay in KPHB and I am unable find any signals in my area since long and I have been trying to reach the customer service but unable to get through the IVR. This is my final hope of getting better network in my area. If the network doesn't get better within a month from now. I am sure that I am going to port to another network.

                              Airtel Sim showing not Registered

                              My Airtel number is +91 [protected]. My sim suddenly stopped showing signal since last week. I always do International Roaming recharge. Even now, I have done Airtel Roaming recharge and it is shown in the mobile app, that it will automatically get activated once the Sim reaches UAE/International area.
                              I tried rebooting the phone multiple times and even switched the sim to different Phones but still not able to find signal.

                              Airtel is deducted for data usage though i was in another network. I recently recharged for a pack of 298 2gb per day. When i was recharged i was on another network for data usage. After recharge my airtel data balance was showing 1.8 gb left though still i have not switched to airtel network for data usage after recharge. So i called to customer care for this but i got very hash reply from executive.

                                My Name is Martin K Frank.

                                I would like to register a formal complaint against the Airtel Cochin Broadband Sales/ Service Providing Team on their Unethical Practice of making Fake promises of providing immediate “Airtel Xtreme Fibre” Broadband Connection upon making full payment in Advance, but cheating the customer by not abiding to their commitment and Later after repeated follow-ups and mails to customer Care Team, Nodal officer & Appellate authority, they inform that it is not feasible to provide connection to the location, which is located at the heart of the city of cochin. (Initially they confirmed to give the internet broadband connection & collected the money after physically verifying the location and reconfirming the same)

                                I have recently shifted to my current location in Vytilla, Cochin. I wanted to take a new Broadband Internet Connection since my son is having daily online classes an also his Online School Final Examination were about to start.

                                While I was enquiring about the immediately available Broadband Services in the neighborhood, I was approached by an Airtel Broadband Sales Team Staff (Cochin Region) by name ‘Mr. Amal Rajan’ (Contact No: [protected]) on 20th March 2021.
                                When I told him about my urgent requirement, he assured me to provide the “Airtel Xtreme Fiber” Connection within maximum 1-2 days’ time if I pay the 3 months amount of Rs. 2828/- in advance (at 100 mbps speed). I had clearly told him that I was willing to take the connection only if he is 100% sure about providing the connection in a day’s time owing to my son’s online classes and examination starting within a day. He told me that he was 100% sure about the same.

                                But then, my neighbor Mr. Pramod had cautioned me about the recent bad experience he had received from the same Airtel Broadband Sales Team. He had also recently paid the full amount for taking Airtel Broadband connection at his residence believing the false promises of the Airtel Broadband Sales Team & after weeks of waiting, he had to finally opt another Service Provider and had to apply for the payment back from Airtel.

                                When I enquired about the same to Mr. Amal, he reassured me that it was due to some technical problem with the Airtel Connection Board and this time he had rechecked the same and had already ensured that the problem was solved. Hence, he reassured me that I would be getting the Broadband connection at the earliest.

                                When enquired about the Airtel DTH Connection, he told me about the Airtel Android Box service and also advised me to pay another Rs. 1500/- toward the DTH Android Box Deposit Amount along with the broadband payment, so that he would send the Airtel DTH Team as soon as I receive the Broadband Internet Connection.

                                Upon getting his reassurance about the Broadband & DTH connection, I paid a total amount of Rs. 4328/- (Rs. 2828/- towards the Airtel Broadband Connection + Rs. 1500/- towards the Airtel Xtreme Android Box DTH Connection) via online payment through the link that has been forwarded to me through the Airtel App via SMS. The details of the same has been provided below;

                                From the day of making the payment I have been consistently following up with Mr. Amal. But the only response I got from him is “I have talked to the team, but not yet got the confirmation.” As promised by Mr. Amal, I was supposed to get the connection before 23rd March 2021.

                                But even after checking several times with him and getting reconfirmation from him before making the payment, the Airtel team has cheated me by giving false promises, even after I told them about the urgency of the situation.

                                If they had at least .01% doubt regarding the delay, I would not have paid for the Airtel Internet & DTH Connection, but would have installed another connection through an alternate service provider which was easily available. Owing to the same, my Son could not write one of his exams and failed to attend his online classes.

                                After sending the complaint mail to the Airtel Customer Care Team, Nodal Officer & South India Appellate Officer, I received a simple sorry mail stating that it is not feasible to provide connection to my location in Vytilla, which is located at the heart of the City. It was also mentioned that I would be receiving Rs.2828/- after 7-10 working days (Even though I had paid Rs. 4328/-) as if they are doing a big favor to us. All this was done even after a team of third party sub contracted people by the Airtel came to my apartment and laid & fixed the required fibre optics cable through the wall to my room.

                                I strongly urge the consumer complaints forum to take necessary action against the Airtel Team, Cochin and request fair compensation for the mental trauma & pressure caused to me and my family due to this unethical practice by the Airtel Management & Airtel Broadband Sales Team who take the slightest of their chances to cheat the customers by giving false promises and snatching their money for attaining their monthly sales target. I also request to immediately credit the full refund of Rs. 4328 + necessary compensation for their act of cheating the customer.

                                  I had requested to port Idea to your Airtel 3 days ago and taday morning I got sms that port in scheduled tonight 10 pm. At 10:15 pm my idea network have gone so I put new airtel sim at the same idea slot and it's showing no service after I restart my phone.

                                    I am Venugopal R from Bangalore. I am owning an Airtel 2G mobile number from 2007. 2 days back my SiM stopped working. I went to a nearby Airtel store to replace the sim. The executive there told that their database shows that my number is belonging to someone else. My bank, Aadhar, CGHS etc are linked to this number. Expecting a quick resolution.

                                      I am an airtel customs since its inception in Chennai, for the last more then 30 years, My number is [protected]. I ordered an AirTel One connection and a broadband and DTH connection for ONE TV has been installed.NOW Airtel is refusing to install xstream box for my 2nd TV stating they have NO expertise in concealed wiring. The person who came to install DTH had severely damaged the tata sky dish and IAM UNABLE TO HAVE DTH CONNECTION FOR MY SECOND TV
