When I Done The Payment Then It Say Threshold Exceeded But The Amount Got Debited But Not Recieved To The Recipient Pls Help ASAP

    I(Dr. Reeta Rani Jha) had taken my Airtel no [protected] with broadband connection having DSL ID[protected]_dsl and plan Airtel-UL-Xstream Basic 799 Unlimited GB
    (100Mbps/1024Kbps) COMBO Plan on 29 Sep 2020 for three months. For this, I paid Rs2828 (bill attached) and also got free modem for taking a three-month subscription. This expired on December 30 2020, and I again took a three-month subscription by paying
    Rs 2828 on January 4.

Post this I shifted to another place on 7th Feb 2021, and consequently applied for the transfer of my Airtel broadband connection, but due to feasibility issues I could not get the connection transferred to my new address. I then applied for discontinuation of the service on 10th of February 2021, and received a confirmation from Airtel customer care that my Airtel broadband connection has been deactivated, and I would get refund for my extra payment of 47 days within 45 days at most.
    All of this I had mailed to Airtel customer care email address [protected]@airtel.com and they gave me a reference number[protected] for the complaint and assured that they will resolve the issue before 3rd of April 6 PM. They asked for these documents: -
    1) Bank Cheque
    2) Bank Account Number and other bank details
    in order to refund my money.I responded the mail with all required document but the matter is still unresolved and I never received a refund even after their final deadline of[protected], 6 pm.

      Fed up of calling the Airtel customer executives, requested the complaint a week ago but still no response has been received. Mailed their department for the same, still no reply.
      Raised a complaint for the above reason, here’s the reference number- 9303124

      Most important, the Airtel payment bank executives are useless! They don’t know a thing. I wish I could record there calls. Recording anyone’s call without there permission is illegal so I dropped the idea.

        On 31.03.21 evening, i changed my One Airtel plan, after paying all charges as told by executive at Airtel outlet itself and changed from postpaid to prepaid, also recharged for those numbers by the executive itself, they told ur DTH service will be cut shortly, after that u can recharge for Rs 205, like that I recharged for Rs 250 on 1st April morning, once I checked at Airtel thanks app, it shows my primary balance as Rs 46 valid till 6th April, when contacted through 121 or 12150, prepaid executive told the deduction is not their side, u contact oneairtel section, getting connection to executive is a tedious process, when contacted one Airtel executive, they told there side no issues, you contact prepaid section again, this play goes till today
        I had a bad experience of automatically closing of tickets raised for poor net connectivity 4 times without resolved which forced to come out of the plan. Poor response for exorbitant charges, unbearable for common people

          Yesterday, On 1 -4-2021, I use airtel app to recharge my phone and dth as well for that i add 250Rs. to airtel wallet..but money debited from my account but wallet didnt show any money..since yesterday i am trying to reach to customer care on no.400/[protected] but the no has only 2 options both for their schemes and advertisement ..no option to talk to the official..i have also registered compliant on website..not replyed yet on that too..as last option am trying take my money back on this platform.if not yielded legal action is my last resort mob.no.[protected]

              Dear Sir,
              iam not satisfy with your Internet Network
              Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to BSNL...then i have started
              to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
              but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 time...

              Thing is I am able to send all the message but not only to 1900

              I don't think so it's ethical practice
              And I am trying to call the customer care no but everytime just not able to connect threw any no.

              So please help me to change my service provider

                  I, Swastik Bhattacharyya, Father's name- Ujjwal Kumar Bhattacharyya, When I was working at Airtel Company (Year 2015), I used a Postpaid sim which was taken in my documents (KYC) and given by Airtel Company. Mobile number was [protected]. And registered address was - 4no Kalibari road, Dumdum, PS- Dumdum, Kolkata- 700030, but now I am staying at Sukantapally, Khasjangal, Abash, Near Telecom Abasan, Paschim Medinipur, PIN Code- 721102, and alternate registered mobile number- [protected]. When I left the job I returned the sim to Airtel company authority and told him to close the connection. I am not using this number after left my job in the year of 2015, another person use this number month on month. I got bill payment related massage month on month to my alternate number [protected]. Today when I checked through online with otp based I shocked, I have seen registered email id is [protected]@yahoo.com. The suspect is using the sim card into a Device. Device name- Huawei E5573s-606, Device Imei number- [protected]. Why Airtel company authority cheated with me? Why Airtel company authority has given the sim card to another person without informing me. It was totally fraud (Sim Swap).

                  I request you kindly take a legal action against that person or authority who using the sim card without informing me. I don't know the suspect person.

                  Another person is misusing my documents, Please pay attention to the facts...

                    I have ordered the airtel payments bank Fastag on 8th march 2021 & it was said that it will receive in 14 working days.. but even after 14 days it is not received..!!!
                    on 28th march called them on airtel customer care no 400, they said will check and reply after 2 days with complain no 9239343... I have also sent email too, on [protected]@airtelbank.com they register complain no 9243164 said will get back in 2 working days ...
                    on 29th they resend email & said will get back in 24 hours. another email said will get in tough with you in 4 hours.
                    today on 1st april called them on 400 again and they said still we do not have any update...!!!
                    Mean...!!! how many time to call & write email but not getting a ordered fast-tag...?? for such a small thing... too many follow ups...??
                    Airtel takes money and gives to fastag company and do not hold any responsibility / commitments ... customer paying in advance mean they are king...we have to only suffer...keep them calling and wiring for getting fastag... We pay the money where is the service...!!! there is no option for cancellation & they do not accept allow the refund... too..
                    this is big problem need to resolve...

                      Hi I have done my recharge prepaid airtel no [protected] of rs 249 on 1 April 2021 but recharge not done and amount has been detected from my bank account, I was waiting for 1 hour and still my service not activated then I have recharge again for rs 249 and this time my airtel service got resume. I am attaching the message with transation I'd[protected], which was not activated, so when will I refund of rs 249 which was not activated.

                          An airtel junction box has been installed in my site number 4CC 210, East of NGEF Layout, Kasturi Nagar without my permission. I request you to shift the junction box as soon as possible as it is installed in the middle of the site which is hindering my house construction work.

                            Hi,

                            I have recharged my airtel number today for 599rs. Amount was debited from my account but still I did not receive the recharge success message. So I checked in balance check number 121. There also recharge was not reflecting.

                            Please help to resolve this issue.

                              Since last 4.5 years I am trying to take airtel broadband
                              connection.so that I am giving a request for connection already more
                              than 100 times, in the meanwhile I am paid for connections two times(Transaction Reference :2217399) But company refund me the same already, &
                              inform me that there is no connection available at the time & wait for
                              some time work in progress. But the thing is that form my address both
                              sides approximately 250 meter distance connection is available So, my
                              question is that if connection is available only 250 meters distance
                              then why company not extended the broadband line in the last 4.5 years?
                              Every time your executive said wait for some time. Is it the airtel company policy?

                              So, can you please explain to me how much time would be required to
                              extend only 250 meters?
                              See I loved airtel service. That's why I am asking you otherwise there are few options available in my area like BSNL, Alliance, Local Cable operator, and currently working JIO.

                              Would request you kindly give me a broadband connection immediately.

                                Airtel is unnecessarily deducting balance from my account without making any calls .
                                It is deducting 90 rupees everytime and in transaction history showing call done to same number (my phone number itself)

                                Also the call center guys are not responding properly.
                                Airtel is a big cheater I have lost more than 500 rs without any reason and they do not have any justification.
                                Wherever I recharge and they see balance, they deduct it

                                Last deduction happened just now on 30 mar
                                And 8 mar of Rs 90

                                Also they do not show any transactions in the app.and balance keep on reducing

                                Pls resolve this.this is highly irritating.

                                  Sir i cancelled my dth and broadband connection...but airtel didnt refund my money ...i cancelled my transactions on 11 th January...and they promised me to refund in 7-10 working days...i used to call their agent but they are not responding anything...and boy who used to take this payment to picking up my call...my application form number is[protected]...and mobile number is [protected]...and their representative who is talking in abusive lanugae his name is akhilesh tiwari...my total refund amount is 3268...

                                    On 21st March 2021 I have transferred Rs 712.00 to my Airtel Payment bank ( [protected]) for postpaid bill payment. But after successful transfer the amount I was unable make the bill payment. Then I called to customer Care of Airtel Payment bank and they informed me that my account is freezes. For unfreeze I have to sent them my documents with signature which I have completed on that same day and they given me a complain number with two days TAT. But till now my issue is not resolved. And when called them they just asking me to wait again 2 days.
                                    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Each n every day I called to their customer Care and also I have send lots of mail for this same issue. But till now I didn't get any response from their side. They just respond me that my complain number 9144053 is in open state and our back end team is working on it. And each n every time they are giving this type of statement from 22nd of March 2021. But till now my issue is not resolve.

                                        I recharged Rs.1498 pack in January 2021. As I have jio connection as well, I use airtel very less. But today, I.e., on 29.3.2021 it is saying only 5GB is left! Is it not cheat on data? Please fix or I'll shift to another connection.
