    Hi, I have requested a Airtel broadband connection via online, first they said connectivity is available in your area then later after paying money 1768₹, I got a message, sorry connection unavailable for your area, your amount will be refunded soon... Then I tried to contact but my calls and messages are still not answered, it's been my 4th day... No response from them...I Googled the nearby airtel broadband office and try to reach, in maps they gave an address but when I reach out there the locality people says there is no office like that...very frustrated... Really worried about my refund...

        I've been using the airtel simcard which is not updated to 4G. Later for the internet connectivity, I visited a nearby airtel store and for upgrading the simcard, he charged me for that sim. Is this true that you charge for every transaction we do in a store must be charged?

            I was facing network issues since past 2 months. Hence I replaced my Airtel sim with new Airtel sim.
            The number remained the same.
            I was promised that the new sim will be activated after 4 hours.
            But it is not activated now even after 15 hours.

            Please help.

              My airtel number does not allow me to make any outgoing calls even though there is more than sufficient balance in the account.

              Incoming calls are working but whenever i try to make an outgoing call, i get an ivr message that "outgoing facility is temporarily suspended - contact 121 for more details). This has been going on for many days now.

                      I brought new airtel xstream dth connection from the Airtel store and made payment by online at same time. Days after a local agent call and ask more money for installation purposes. But I try to aware them that my payment was done including installation also. But they were not accepted it. Now almost 20 days I don't have the connection or my money which paid. Several times I contacted air customer care by email but there was nothing happened yet.

                        I have subscribed to Airtel postpaid platinum with all my 3 family members. Gradually internet service started degrading at my home location. VPN keeps reconnecting all the time. Internet speed is improved for a moment if I open Airtel Xstream app in phone.
                        Fed up of restarting phone, toggling airplane mode and reinserting SIM.
                        I have raised several complaints over past few months

                        I received a response from Airtel as below:
                        "Dear Customer,

                        Warm Greetings from Airtel!

                        This is in reference to your email regarding the network issue on your Airtel mobile number.

                        I regret for the inconvenience caused. I would like to inform you that our network team has done maximum optimization at the nearest network cell site of your location and the issue has been resolved.

                        You can always check the network coverage in your area by visiting our Open Network website – www.airtel.in/opennetwork.

                        Looks like Airtel is just open to questions but not solutions.

                          We have been using 2 numbers of Airtel and seeming very low internet connectivity in night session. The internet slows down always in night as I work in night so I feel very low connectivity and my work get impacted. I have been complaining since long by either ways but no one reply on it.

                            I am from Bangalore I opted to buy new broadband fiber connection from Airtel. So I booked the same from Airtel website after half an hour I got a call back into which I had asked twice about the fiber availability in my location they had also promised me to provide the same after the payment which includes 1000 installation charge and 499 plan + gst on both so they sent me link to pay I payed it and on next day they came for installation and I saw they where installing copper so I rejected and told them to refund full amount, but they convinced me to install and promised to give fiber connection within 10 days but after they were not picking my call so I called customer care they told that they nither can give fiber connection nor refund my money... So now you tell me is it my mistake I trusted Airtel and its employees and took connection, if I had not trusted the Airtel employee at the time of installation I would have got full refund but that person fooled me and installed, now I neither get my refund nor the expected speed of 40mbps I only get 8mbps from copper, pls give my full amount refund and take away your connection its your Airtel employee fault not mine why should I pay you for your fault.?
                            I request others to not get fooled like me, be strict and wise while taking connection don't compromise while taking connection pls

                                      The only option to raise complaints regarding Airtel network issues is through the My Airtel App. But the surprising part is you need to be connected to Airtel network for you to raise the complaint.

                                      For eg: I had 1.45GB of Airtel Data on the last day of the expiry, and wanted to use it. However the data network was not working. So I connected to my Wifi(BSNL) using my other mobile, and try to access the app, while diagnosing it said " Connected to Wifi, please connect to the mobile network and try again".

                                      Will they provide me the data balance for use later, as they are not able to service the data before expiry.

                                      In an earlier instance, there was no network for calls also, and a similar issue. It asked me are you in the location where you are facing the issue, I selected No, and it said "Please go to the location where there is no network and try again"

                                      So, this is the best way to ensure that there are "ZERO" consumer complaints like the ad which says what others are hiding and Airtel is not. Obviously, no compalints can be raised.

                                      This issue was never addressed. The only way to raise complaints is to use the app, which requires data/coverage. If you try to connect to a Wifi through tethering with someone else to raise the complaint, the app says connect to data and try again. Same with not able to make calls when there is not signal. So ideally how can anyone raise a complaint when there is no coverage in the location where the issue is occurring. This way they can claim that there are no consumer complaint. To site an example: my mom's phone was not having signal from many days in her area, and she called me from landline. so I called customer care number and chose the option: not able to make calls or access internet. The AVR automatically says your complaint is registered. Then I had to call from my BSNL number to register the complaint. So please anyone buying airtel connection, please ensure that you also have any other providers call and data with you so that you can raise complaints when your airtel is not working. Just thinking: Instead why not just take connection from an alternate provider so that you don't have to maintain 2 connections.
