Dear sir/madam i am complaining about network connectivity in my area (Mainly for Airtel). It's's about 3-4 months that i have complaining about Slow internet connection. The customer care were foolishing me about that they are working on it. How can a network operator can take time . But they cannot do anything. I request you to please take some useful steps because today everything depends on internet. Due to low interenet my studies are problematic.

      I have been experiencing poor network coverage for the past few weeks, with extremely low bandwidth, much below what should be made available to me based on the internet pack I'm paying for. The above-mentioned issue usually occurs multiple times in a day, with steep drops in internet speeds around 09.30 hours-11.30 hours, and similarly from around 22.00 hours-00.00 hours. I haven't been able to find a proper forum on the Airtel website/app to lodge a complaint, hence why the use of this forum.

          I had a Airtel broadband with 6 month pre-payment. with payement on APR and OCT.
          I made a cancellation request on SEP-2020 and I was told that your line will be cancelled and someone will be contacting you for next step and and prorated amount will be refunded. This is during the covid times and I was not able to make a physical visit to the store.

          During Month of OCT/NOV, I get a call from Airtel for a pending amount of 900+. I told that i made a request for cancellation on SEP and I should be getting a refund for my unused service. But they told there is no record of such request and your line is active and i am liable to make an payment. I started getting multiple call in a week for a payment reminder. I told i will make the payment but please cancel the connection so that I am not liable for payment again. All these discussion were in phone, and there is no email proof for the same. I was given assurance that that is the last payment and my connection will be closed.

          Again on month of FEB I got a bill of 700+ and reminder to make a payment. This time I wrote a mail (no phonecall) to cancel my account. I got multiple calls from airtel asking me the same question (why i want to cancel, can i move to a new location etc etc) and after 2 weeks of call my connection was disconnected. But still I am getting the phone calls to make the payment and pending amount is increased from 700+ to 1600+.

          Airtel take pride with customer support which is great. But I never realized cancellation will be so painful. Airtel app is great and customer can raise all type of service request except for cancellation. Airtel website have lot of help docs but does not have have steps to cancel connection.

          I feel there is systematic, conscious and deliberate decision from Airtel to hide and obscure the steps. so the cancellation is painful and difficult for the customer.

            I am consistently getting fraud calls from your call centre, one particularly rude man, today he called from [protected], who is telling me the outgoing bar will only be removed if we download the app. Why? Kindly resolve asap and please make sure this gentleman does not call again. He is extremely rude and keeps cutting the phone, without resolving matter. Kindly remove outgoing bar on [protected]

              My airtel prepaid [protected] recharged by 399 rupees two time, mobile couldn't get recharge but airtel company deducted total 399+399=798 rupees from my sbi account [protected].
              I want my money back in my same account

                I have been following with your Team from last 15 days, but our problem is yet to be resolved. I have taken one airtel plan in which there are 04 mobile numbers, Fiber, Landline Airtel extreme & one DTH.
                Your representative Mr Vipin ([protected]) contacted us and informed about the plan. Earlier i was having 02 DTH. After this Mr Vipin informed that in this plan one DTH shall be replaced with airtel extreme box and we agreed. Initially for some days the airtel extreme worked, but after that it doesn't show any channels.

                So please look into the matter & in case you fail to close it within 12 hours, I will through this out and change my entire system to JIO.

                    Airtel — FaceTime and IMessage not activating

                    I’m Swathi priya

                    I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating

                    I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.

                    They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service, but no amount has been deducted from my account yet.

                    Please resolve this issue asap.

                            Date : 08.03.2021
                            From morning facing issue in receiving OTP from web based services like Ajio.com, Myntra.com etc on my airtel number. Called help desk multiple times, they had only one answer "Everything is fine from network end'
                            After trying so hard to make them understand, they agreed that issue exists at server and their technical team is working since morning to fix it.
                            Now the question is being so advertised as fastest network, does their technical team is unable fix the issue with less time, ok atleast within 8 hrs?
                            Its more than 12 hrs passed now with no updates.
                            Disgusting!!

                                      My Airtel sim suddenly stopped working on March 03, 2021. It's a Postpaid connection. I rebooted the device still network is not showing.

                                      I had to visit the Airtel store in person and had to give my documents for re-verifying.

                                      Airtel is now charging me the cost of the SIM, despite of causing Network issues and wasting my time during work hours.

                                      I don't want to pay them.
