I recharged for Rs. 98/- for phone No. ;[protected] just fifteen minutes back. the amount is already debited from my bank account. but it is not showing in my phone. I am not able to make any calls. the voice message still says that there is no balance. Please rectify immediately.

    I have been using this number since last 2 years. Now it's been 15 days the number is deactivated. Every time I contacted the customer service I was told that the number is not an Airtel number. Nothing is there in their records. When contacted the airtel store I was told to provide them a stamp. Even then they say they are not sure if the number will get activated. I am a working woman in government service. This is my official number. I am stuck. I don't know what to do.

      I have an excess amount in my Airtel postpaid which eventually i have paid during[protected].. when i have asked Airtel to refund it.. Airtel is demanding for my bank statement of the period for the refund. Why would i need to give my personal bank statement to Airtel for the excess amount in my number. Under which policy they are forcing me for a bank statement.

        My port in request to Airtel got completed today but the FRC is not activated. I have paid 399 rupees for FRC in the Airtel store.

        This is totally frustrating experience in the very first day with Airtel. I’m coming from Vodafone and I think I have done a mistake here. Should have opted for Jio.

        Please resolve my query. I can’t make any call or use internet.

          I have requested for shifting of my broadband/landline no.[protected] from sector 21-A to 21-C Chandigarh (within city) on 20th March.
          Till the the time no response.
          I have thrice called the 198 helpline. And three executive head Shahid, Rohit kumar, Mohit Kikar assured me that the my issue will be resolved soon, but of no use.
          No response till date.
          One of your executive head asked me that get new one.

            Hi this is ashutosh sinha.today in the morning, i was doing the recharge of 49rs for my father's airtel prepaid mobile [protected], through my lappy.after entering otp it was showing otp mismatch ..try it again.so i clicked on resend otp option n entered 3 times otp.it came try again otp mismatched.when i chked 49 rs was debited frm my father's card three times, so plz refund 49*2 i.e. 98rs in my father's accnt asap.my father's debit card is[protected]**********..thanx

                The wires of my neighbour's Wi fi connection are so wrongy passing through my balcony that I feel too much uncomfortable and one of the wire has got disconnected and is hanging in front of my balcony.
                Kindly come check and do the needfull.

                I thought of taking wi fi connection of airtell but through this activity of your workes i got totally discouraged.

                Kindly do the needfull as early as possible.

                  I was traveling in india in Arunachal and Airtel charged me extra Rs.499 for Bhutan network although I have deactivated my international roaming plan. It's not so much about the money as it's about this goonism way. They didn't ask for my permission to activate, they didn't inform they are putting me on Bhutan network, nothing was working or downloading but still charged me saying I used Bhutan network, I was some 50-60 kms away from Bhutan border and I didn't leave India border, more so with Covid restrictions, one cannot leave India just like that. Forcefully extorting money without any legit reason, permission or service provided. Very rude customer care executive, no sense of value of respect for long term customer, clearly they are ok to let go of a customer for Rs. 500. Cheapstakes.

                    Hi team I am ex employee of airtel. My last working day was 22.1.2021. I want my relieving letter. But I unable to login ambasadar portal. Lot of mails sent to hr active but still no reesponse

                      I am very sad about my loss of money due to my fault. I was careless to recharge at wrong number. But I would like airtel please see my matter and refund my money. As it matters to me so much. For airtel RS149 is nothing but this amount means two days meals for me. I hope airtel will see this matter in perspective of a common person who works day and night to earn 100rs a day.

                          Bought new Airtel DTH connection online. Paid for it as well - Rs. 1441. It has been a week but no intimation on installation from the company. Tired of ivrs response from customer care. Have also spoken to customer care executives thrice but no action initiated whatsoever. Got an sms with confirmation immediately after payment "Hi, recharge of Rs 1441 for your Airtel DigitalTV id[protected] is successful. Updated a/c balance : Rs 1441." Please either install this soon or refund my money so that I can go to another DTH service provider.

                            I have Re-install Airtel broadband connection on 17th Mar'21 (Bangalore, Bommanahalli) & got the bill of Rs. 677/- from the past connection which got terminated on 16th Sept'21 with all dues cleared till 16th Sept'20.

                            When asked customer care executive to raise a Service Request for proper redressal, they clearly denied it & inform me that I will have to pay the amount only.
                            Seems like there is no proper redressal system in airtel.

                              Airtel hasn't refunded the money against the DTH services which were canceled. Salesperson Ashwath reddy ([protected]) cheated with multiple commitments and then absconded, However, the entire amount of Rs 4328 was paid to Airtel which Airtel has failed to refund till now. Shame on you Airtel! Refund the money ASAP.

                                        I have an Airtel postpaid connection ( [protected] ). My bill payment was due from December, against which airtel has blocked its services from past 2 months.

                                        First issue is that Airtel has the worst connection in my area, and has complained various times in the Airtel store as well as previously to the people calling again and again for the bill payment. But as usual Airtel people are launching big campaign for procuring customers but not committed to provide service to the customer using your network from the past 20 years.

                                        Second issue if Airtel has stopped my services then why they are billing me for that month. Is it FAIR to bill a customer for the month the service is not being provided by Airtel ?

                                        Please tell me why I should pay for the poor service and blocked service for the past 2 months. I told this issue to the people continuously calling me but as usual they are not interested in my problem with airtel but only pay the bill is their agenda.

                                        I paid late fine for the late payment for 4 months, I paid for 2 months rental for service stopped by Airtel for late payment

                                        Airtel is following Unethical business practices in order to increase their revenue.
