I made a recharge from Airtel thanks app of 249. I paid it using dabit card. Following the formalities I paid it, and bank also send me the massage that 249 is dabited. But the company didn't gave me any massage assureing that my recharge had done. Even my recharge is not reflecting on my Airtel account. When I went to help & support section there I got a option named "Recharged but still not reflecting". I selected it. There the app saw me that the recharge is successful, but on the tranjection history section my tranjection is not reflecting.

What a rubbish system!! Neither the problem solved nor I can talk with the customer care.

                                      We have shifted our corporate CUG from vodafone after the persistent follow up from Airtel Executives. They have committed for 199 Plan and now after the porting they said as per new policy we can charge only at 299 for all the numbers. Despite talking to the Sales Manager the issue was not resolved. I feel cheated by Airtel in this regard and the explanations given were not satisfactory.
