I have recharged my Airtel mobile number [protected].with Rs 598 pack on 5.3.2021 from Airtel.in website. An amount of Rs 598 deducted from my bank account ( SMS message for the transaction received from the bank is attached) but re charge was unsuccessful and my services were stopped by Airtel.I have contacted customer care through mail [protected]@in.airtel.com and they have verified records and found that the recharge of Rs.598/- done on[protected] was unsuccessful and ensured that the amount would automatically be reversed to my bank/credit card account within 10 working days, they also mentioned in the mail that in case the amount is not reversed to my bank/credit card account beyond 10 working days, they asked to forward the following details for refund of payment.

a. Web site where recharge was done

b. Transaction id

c. Mode of Transaction payment (Net banking, Debit card or Credit card)

d. Bank statement in PDF Format (10 working days statement from the date of recharge)

e. Alternate contact number, in case we need to get in touch with you.

I have forwarded all the above sought details to Airtel mail on 9.03.2021 but I did not receive the response from the Airtel.

I have once again reminded Airtel through mail on 16.03.2021 but is regret to inform that, even after 10 days elapsed from my request, as promised by Airtel i didn't receive the amount Rs 598/- till today.

I request consumer Forum intervention to resolve the issue please.

    We have been using Airtel service for the last 6 years.

    We have made last payment on 17th December 2020 and cleared all old dues. On top of that, we have been given by your office a credit limit of INR 19, 300.

    Surprisingly, for due amount of INR 5, 400, which is charged for the month of January 2021, why have you disconnected our landline when we have the credit limit and courtesy no one has the decency to call up our office and check before disconnecting. We also follow-up with your team for reconnect our line but not getting any updates from them due this we have not paid the bill for Jan & Feb.
    Your tell me, How can we pay if line is already disconnected for these month.

    This is our corporate office with 50 people working and without the landline, we are facing acute problem in connecting with outside world like customers etc. Also we are not receive the any information about our landline disconnect from customer support.

      Most of the time during talked with friends or famaily problems i m facing voice breaking issues call is aautomatically droped & disconnected. I was tried to logged my complaints many time on 198 & 121but unable to talk to ccustomer service officer.

          Hello Team,

          I am getting insufficient balance message whenever i tried to call anyone. Incoming call is working fine. I called customer service but did not get the resolution. They are asking me to wait until 24th March which is tooo long. I have 1498 rupees plan enabled on my mobile which have 365 days validity (plan valid till 11 Jan 2022.
          since my outgoing was not working after consulting with the customer care...

          I am a resident of MGM Medical College, Kishanganj, Pin code-855107...I have been a permanent customer of airtel since very long but nowadays there is a massive network issue in my area...internet is devastately affected and even calling is issued nowadays...for the same I reported the issue to airtel services many times but they haven't taken care of any of my complaints, I am really mentally frustrated using airtel services...
          So, I request airtel to send their maintenance team ASAP and let the customers enjoy the services as promised...

            Airtel — I want to reverse the recharge.
            I accidentally recharged a no. Instead of another no. I was using Amazon pay, they suggested to contact operator. I have written an email as well. The text services says that
            “you are not authorized to use lapu reversal service. Please contact to circle coordinator.”

                Airtel prepaid providing inconsistent internet speed or no internet and also voice call drops and not audible voice calls at location pincode 609606.I already complained them but no complaints or complaint number showing in airtel app. By calling 198 or 121 not able to reach customer care only ivr talking and even when we select proper number its not responding. So totally isolated from customer care.
                This type of providing no customer care support is clearly ignoring its customers.

                  Outgoing services disabled without any reasons

                  Dear Sir,
                  I am Harshal Garg using airtel network from past 6 years my contact number is [protected] and from last one week outgoing calls blocked on my number without any information to me and though I have validity of incoming and outgoing calls for december 2021 as in december I have recharged for Rs 2499/- so there is no issue to block my outgoing from my end. I have called many times to customer care and also visited Bathinda Mall...

                    Sir, for last one year we are facing fluctuation in your network. we can't able to make calls and call get connected we are unable to hear what is person there speaking. even when a guest arrives to our area using airtel complains about network in our area . i have registered complain in this topic but no actions till now taken. please kindly work on it or else we have to change the provider.

                      Dear Team, On 12th March 2021, my Airtel number 99xxxxxx96 which i was using since past 18-19 years is been blocked! and when i had visited the Airtel shop, the operator gave me other sim card by telling my sim is blocked; and also he informed me that the sim card will be activated within 3-4 hours. After 4hours when i inserted the sim, it says the services are not been activated in this no!!

                      then i thought, let me give some time, let me ON the sim on next day morning SUnday 14th March, but still! on 14th March the whole day the sim card wasn't activated.

                      On 15th March 2021, when i rebooted my mobile, suddenly the network bar showed some network but the calls were not going from the number. So i thought let me dial my Airtel no from other phone number, for my surprise it did rang, but not in my mobile, in someone else's mobile, and someone received the call also!!! this is really not done! i haven't deactivated my number & how my mobile number can be connected to someone??. TO check the same i asked my Hubby to contact my no, when he contacted no one responded but the call was going through!! after some time the person calls me back & for my surprise its my number i see as calling 99xxxxxx96!!! on my mobile display!! but when i asked that person he mentioned that the number he is dialing is his number starting from 87xxxxxx88!!! Now! tell me who is at a fault here??? is it the AIrtel service provider???? Please answer my querry and i want to lodge this complaint. I need my number back !

                            My name is jitendra singh, airtel payment bank acont number is [protected], and i have return product on amazon and amazon send refund in my airtel bank 4 march 2021, refund of 1499/- and 4497/- issue 4 march and one amount 1499/- is credited my airtel bank but second amount 4497/- in not recive my bank, i call amazon and amazon say we send succesfully two amount 1499/- or 4497/- but if not credited your bank we give refrance number and call your bank and give refrance number your bank bank help for this, but i call bank but bank not help with refrance number, refrance number is[protected] amount 4497/- my airtel bank ac no is [protected], amazon send succesfully but 4497/- amount is not settel in my airtel bank acount number [protected].

                              So 5 days ago, My sim suddenly stopped and I was unable to make and receive any calls, neither I was able to send any messages or use data.
                              I spoke to customer care and they asked me to replace my sim card from the airtel store.
                              I did replace the sim card and waited for a day.
                              again next day my sim didn't work and customer support told me that they hasn't received the request.
                              Again I went to Airtel Store which is in Vyapar Kendra Gurgaon and he told me its done else you can go to big airtel store which is in Galleria Market Gurgaon.
                              I went to Galleria and after discussion, they also told me to replace the sim card from their store.
                              I again got a sim replacement and waited for the entire day to get it to work but it didn't happen.
                              on 3rd Day I called customer support and he said document mismatch is the issue and plz get it corrected, I went to the galleria store again and asked them to update it and they said give voter id card this time as last time I gave aadhar for both the centers.
                              Now they have given me a new sim card again 3rd time, which I thought should work finally.
                              But alas that also didn't work, I enquired again and all customer support, airtel store was giving me false answers.
                              Sometimes they say sim masked, sometimes they say sim barred and document mismatched.
                              No one was cooperating while I was waiting for my sim to get activated.
                              I raised the issue on Twitter as well and mailed the same to the nodal office and applette of Haryana and delhi.
                              My sim has an active plan for the next 2 months so there wasn't a chance of deactivation/suspension.
                              Customer support says they are escalating the issue and I have to wait for a couple of days or so.
                              I waited and still no update or call from them even on my alternate number.
                              The store manager and executives were telling me that they don't get this issue and tehy mailed and waiting.
                              But no one was really trying to fix it.
                              As the issue passed for another day and still they were not able to provide any help or communication I decided to raise a complaint.
                              They are charging me for new sim cards again and again and also asking me to visit stores multiple times.
                              Also, my pack validity is reducing day by day while I am not even able to use it.
                              That's how they are looting people.

                                By Bona fide a mistake recharge was done to mobile number [protected] instead of [protected] by paying a sum of Rs. 1498/- through online dt:[protected].
                                Immediately at 12:55pm contacted the local airtel office for redressal of my above grievance, but to no avail. Thereafter at 4:10pm sent an email to the airtel seeking remedy. I contacted the person holding mobile number [protected] to whom recharge has been done by me by mistake. But he is not prepared to refund any amount and he is not answering my calls.
                                In view of the above facts i request that recharge done to mobile number [protected] and services provided to it may be reverted and services for the above said amount may be provided to my number i.e [protected] for which my son has paid the amount of Rs. 1498/- as aforesaid.
                                I am prepared to pay any fee or charges to the company for reverting and giving the services to my number.
                                I hope my request would be considered.

                                    As i am writing the mail again For the same concern of Reissuing for SIM CARD FOR NUMBER -[protected], As now it is a very harsh Situation, as spoken earlier To The Nodal Officer of Gujrat as well as Delhi i was being informed That The Reissuing of SIM will be done same Home Cirlce, So i had Proceed to My Home Circle ie Delhi, I have made this Journey From Ahmedabad by Utilising my Leave From my office and spending around 20, 000/Rupees for this no, But Now As I had Been to AIRTEL GALLERY, They as clearly stating that i can't get the Number, but i am in need of the same no as all my Important Documents and clericals are mentioned on the Same Number, I AM RESIDING IN DELHI TILL TOMORROW
                                    So I Request to you please give a a complete fare Resolution on this, Wheather Provide me the Same Number, or else Reimburse my the Amount Incurred in my Journey. As i have made this Journey on Saying From Your Nodal Officer, Or Else I have to Take a Serious Action By Procedding To CONSUMER COURT,
                                    I AM VERY VERY DISTURBED, & MENTALLY TOCHERD WITH THIS KIND OF SUPPORT FORM AIRTEL .
                                    WHEREAS AIRTEL IS A ONE OF BEST SERVICE PROVIDER WHICH SEEMS NOW NO GOOD.

                                    So Please issue us a duplicate Sim Card to the AIRTEL No. [protected] Since the present Sim Card has been lost .
