My airtel prepaid [protected] recharged by 399 rupees two time, mobile couldn't get recharge but airtel company deducted total 399+399=798 rupees from my sbi account [protected].
I want my money back in my same account

    I have been following with your Team from last 15 days, but our problem is yet to be resolved. I have taken one airtel plan in which there are 04 mobile numbers, Fiber, Landline Airtel extreme & one DTH.
    Your representative Mr Vipin ([protected]) contacted us and informed about the plan. Earlier i was having 02 DTH. After this Mr Vipin informed that in this plan one DTH shall be replaced with airtel extreme box and we agreed. Initially for some days the airtel extreme worked, but after that it doesn't show any channels.

    So please look into the matter & in case you fail to close it within 12 hours, I will through this out and change my entire system to JIO.

        Airtel — FaceTime and IMessage not activating

        I’m Swathi priya

        I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating

        I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.

        They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service, but no amount has been deducted from my account yet.

        Please resolve this issue asap.

            And my money got deducted twice

                From morning facing issue in receiving OTP from web based services like Ajio.com, Myntra.com etc on my airtel number. Called help desk multiple times, they had only one answer "Everything is fine from network end'
                After trying so hard to make them understand, they agreed that issue exists at server and their technical team is working since morning to fix it.
                Now the question is being so advertised as fastest network, does their technical team is unable fix the issue with less time, ok atleast within 8 hrs?
                Its more than 12 hrs passed now with no updates.
                Disgusting!!

                          My Airtel sim suddenly stopped working on March 03, 2021. It's a Postpaid connection. I rebooted the device still network is not showing.

                          I had to visit the Airtel store in person and had to give my documents for re-verifying.

                          Airtel is now charging me the cost of the SIM, despite of causing Network issues and wasting my time during work hours.

                          I don't want to pay them.

                              I did one recharge from Airtel Thanks App on Nov 19th 2020 of Rs.598 with a discount amount Rs.40 and paid via amazon Rs.558.                                 I went to airtel office branch located in Dharapuram road, Tirupur, Tamilnadu and i met the branch head Mr.Suman raj and requested to provide me two more postpaid numbers for my airtel account. He said the monthly plan tariff will be changed as 1179/- from the previous 749 plan. He took my Aadhar card copies and 3 numbers of my passport size photos. I gave my phone to Mr.Suman Raj of the Airtel office. He has changed the tariff without my permission and given me two blank sim cards and told me that these two numbers will be activated in 24 hours. But nothing happened. Only my tariff bill rate has changed as 1179/-. I have talked to the customer care and they said to go again to request Mr.Suman Raj of the Dharapuram road Tirupur Airtel office. I went there and told all the issues, I requested to return back my aadhar card and my photos. but he said this is a corporate company, we can't give back anything to anyone for any reasons. Also i can't do anything so you should pay the available bill.
                                Such a worst Airtel company cheating every customer in different methods keeping their branch office and fraud employees.
