I have made a transaction through Amazon app on dt.22.02.2021 for prepaid mobile recharge of Rs.598/- to mobile no [protected] received messageboard recharge failed. money deducted from my Bank account but as on today i.e., 07.03.2021 evenafter 15days amount not refunded.

Transaction ID[protected] dt.22.02.2021 amazon pay ID P[protected].

    From today morning i.e.on 06.03.2021 network fail from my post paid no [protected]. I was also going to the nearest Airtel store i.e at khurda situated in the Main road they told me after 2 hours it will correct and your problem will solve .but the problem has not been solved till 5 p.m..then I had gone there he told me to change a new sim and give me a new sim. he told me after 2 hour your sim in the same no will be activated but after 4 hour the sim has not yet activated so as i am facing embarrassing situation to manage my day-to-day work. Please paid special attention to my problem and solve it

      I have done recharge of 219 rps through My SBI internet banking for my mobile number [protected] but amount is deducted from my account and recharge is not done till now.

      I tired to contact airtel customer care but i am not able to reach

      Pls do the needfull to refund my amount to my account

        Payment made but not credited.

        Dear sir on 06th Marchl 2021, I have made Rs.661/- payment for Airtel Monthly Bill through Union Bank of India using the payment gateway ibibo web pvt ltd.
        as per my bank account statement payment debited from my bank account on this day, I also get confirmation from bank. I check with Airtel Account, they did not received the money. The details of payment is Ref No.[protected] & Amount 661 regarding payment for your reference.

        Please refund my money immediately.

              I made the payment for fastag on 17th feb and was told that within 14 days i will receive it. Later i enquired and was told that i will receive it on 5th. I still havent received it. I have been trying to call airtel to raise an issue but they are not responding to my call when i call 400. and the other helpline numbers say they cant help i have to call 400 itself. I am stuck. Very bad experience. Poor service.

                    I am working lady in an university in a scientist position and I live with my family. I am being disturbed by a person by different numbers whom I dont know. Every time I receive the call I guess the same person. The call came during night time also.

                      I have been using my sim card from a very long time but recently I was not able to receive calls from few people after that I have recharged my mobile again then that problem got solved but now again even if my balance is not completed I am still not able to make and receive calls from anyone...

                          My income and outgoing call have disconnected due to non recharge, i have sent emails to airtel but they are always telling my email is not registered, i just want know that how amount of recharge should be done to start my number, but the Airtel is not responding correctly, i cannot call 121 as i am barrred

                              Hi, I have requested a Airtel broadband connection via online, first they said connectivity is available in your area then later after paying money 1768₹, I got a message, sorry connection unavailable for your area, your amount will be refunded soon... Then I tried to contact but my calls and messages are still not answered, it's been my 4th day... No response from them...I Googled the nearby airtel broadband office and try to reach, in maps they gave an address but when I reach out there the locality people says there is no office like that...very frustrated... Really worried about my refund...

                                  I've been using the airtel simcard which is not updated to 4G. Later for the internet connectivity, I visited a nearby airtel store and for upgrading the simcard, he charged me for that sim. Is this true that you charge for every transaction we do in a store must be charged?

                                      I was facing network issues since past 2 months. Hence I replaced my Airtel sim with new Airtel sim.
                                      The number remained the same.
                                      I was promised that the new sim will be activated after 4 hours.
                                      But it is not activated now even after 15 hours.

                                      Please help.

                                        My airtel number does not allow me to make any outgoing calls even though there is more than sufficient balance in the account.

                                        Incoming calls are working but whenever i try to make an outgoing call, i get an ivr message that "outgoing facility is temporarily suspended - contact 121 for more details). This has been going on for many days now.
