Dear Airtel Team,

This is Babu from Andhra and my Airtel number is [protected], I am using this same number from last 7-8 years.

As, I am in London from last 2 years but I'm visiting India frequently with in 6 months and my Airtel number always activated here in London and I used to do recharge frequently. For some reason suddenly my Airtel number has been DE-ACTIVATED last month.This is the only number which I have been using for all my bank transactions, electricity bill & etc .

Please consider and ACTIVATE BACK this same number on the same sim as soon as possible .So, it will very helpful for me for all my bank transactions. I didn't receive any warning message or single SMS or any notification from Airtel provider, suddenly my Airtel number DE-ACTIVATED.

Please activate my number ASAP, its very urgent for further banking transactions or for other use, I need to do some urgent transactions but due to number not activated I am not able to proceed for banking transactions and its very URGENT. I'm ready to recharge or pay additional charges required for this activation.

Looking for your kind response as soon as possible.

Please take this matter in URGENT basis and consider this mail my personal request to ACTIVATE my number. THanks in Advance!

    Hi Sir/Mam,

    This is Aparna Mandal, Register Phone No is = [protected] and The Verified Mail Id is = [protected]@gmail.com.

    Sir, I am writing this about a refund related issue. I have been trying to get it since 6th Nov, Still there is no solution.

    First of all, I want to tell the whole case:-

    --"On 16th of October I did a payment on Amazon of rs. 782/- to buy a product on amazon via Airtel Net Banking.

    The transaction id is - [protected], you can check it from your site. Then I had to return the product for my Personal reason.

    After returning the product, Amazon initiated a refund in the mode of orginal payment method on 6th Nov, 2020 and promised

    to be credited in my bank account before 11st Nov, 2020.

    Then there was an another issue, My Airtel Payment Bank was blocked/on hold due to some KYC related issue. You can check the details in your system.

    As a result I did not receive the Refund of 782/- in my Airtel bank account. Then I contacted to Airtel Payment Bank care(400) and mailed the KYC document then solved the KYC issue. After a long hold finally my Airtel Bank was unblocked on 19th Dec, 2020.

    Then I again contacted to the amazon for the refund, then the amazon customer service told, "the refund has been processed from our end, You should contact to the Airtel Bank and check for the refund." They also provided me the Refud Reference Number - [protected].

    Amazon also told, "In case you will not receive a refund of 782/- from your bank's end, then You should collect a 'Refund Denied Letter' from your airtel bank and upload/send it to Amazon, then Amazon will look into this matter and will give a proper resolution."

    And then I again contacted to Airtel care and also leave a mail on that mail id '[protected]@airtelbank.com' but there is no proper resolution as well as there is no proper 'Refund Denied Letter'. A mail reply came from your site that after 48 hours We will automatically contact you, and they are telling that from our end the transaction is successful.

    --- This is the case that happened till now.

    Now I am eagerly requesting you please please look into this matter and please give a proper resolution.

    In case you will not find anything for the refund, I am again requesting you to provide me a "Refund Denied letter'' so that I can contact to the amazon and can take my amount as a form of refund.

    I know that the mail is too long to read, Still I am requesting you to read it and please understand the whole matter from my point of view. I have already attached the all screenshots in that mail, please check it,

    and if anything require just mail me or you can directly call me at [protected]/[protected].

    I want your help to gain my refund sir/mam. Just help me. I think being a Airtel Bank Customer I will be your Priority from Your site.

      I have ported to airtel SIM has signal but can’t make calls and can’t receive calls. Its been over 24 hours after receiving signal but still no service. Contacted customer care, they said wait for 4 hours and it will start working.

            I had made a recharge from a retailer je made the recharge the plan also started but then he cancelled my recharge and I am very much angry and cant do anything

              I recently ported my Jio SIM to Airtel. Last night Jio SIM stopped receiving signals so I inserted Airtel SIM. For few minutes it showed signals and I received messages saying “ Your services have been set. Please restart your handset”. But after restarting, it says No Service. Tried every possible resolution nothing works.

                Hi, I am working in UAE. I have my Indian Airtel mobile number [protected] which I frequently recharge to keep it active. For the past few days the sim is not getting registered with any network. I have subscribed to international roaming and still I am not receiving any service. I have many accounts linked to the number and I couldn't access the account.

                  Have been using airtel landline plus broadband for years.in june this yeae my plan was changed from 599 to 899 without informing me and without ny consent. I have called their no 121 hundreds of times but there is bo way you can reach to a person. On everything they send you airtel links. Even on their airtel thanx app there is no way to make a complaint. I have been paying all the bills before due date according to my earlier bills. They are charging me more as per their own wish. I searched for their email id for complaint on net and sent a mail refarding the same. I got a call today after 3 -4 days and they are doing me a favour of waiving rs.200 as if it is my fault. I was told by the executive that its my fault that i have made the complaint late. I should have called them earlier. Well i have called them n no of times but its of no use. They have levied rs..800 on my account on their own. Whereas no one can change the plan without the consent of the customer.I made this complaint almost 5 months ago.There has been no resolution from airtel.All my other bills are cleared except for the irrelevant charges. Now they have barred my outgoing on the basis of their incorrect charges.

                          Wrong number activation sms

                          I got a sms from 121 to share OTP to reactivate an airtel digital sim [protected]. I have not applied for any such new sim activation. I tried to reach customer care 121 and 198, however, they are not providing any option to directly talk to customer care representative to raise this issue. Hence, I have to lodge a complaint against a fake sms and and false activation of number which I have not applied for. Kindly assist on this....

                            For the Activation of my Airtel account after eKYC a link was passed on and made a payment. First I paid ₹3532 on 25 March 2021 through net banking. It failed but the amount was deducted from my account stating that the bank declined. I waited for the return credit but still not got back. Then the personal again called back assuring that the old amount will be reverted. So I send the amount of ₹3532 through another bank which also did not show successful payment. I was annoyed and I got the screenshot and approached the Cyber cell. After half an hour another message drops in stating that the payment was successful. I am still not aware how come there can be two messages. One stating successful payment and failed payment. I expecting the earlier amount to be reverted. But it shakes consumers confidence and digital form of payment. I still hope my connection will be installed... today...

                                I have paid for airtel broadband service through card payment for airtel account no [protected] for Rs. 2829 on 3rd February 2021 and received an SMS with Transaction reference[protected] of Rs. 2829. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from the bank. Till now I haven't got the refund or any message regarding the refund, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. I have tried contacting the airtel customer care support service but there was no response from there.

                                    My Airtel mobile number is [protected] and I have only one pivotal complaint that I can't use internet appropriately and even I can not use YouTube without buffering. I am facing this issue from a long time with a hope that it will be fine, while it becoming excess worse than past. I beg to you solve it as early as possible because as an IETLS student, Internet is an essential for me.
