    Requested for broadband speed upgrade since long time back. But customer care could not do so and says only 100 mbps is feasible in my area. Any request for local area server upgrade is not acknowledged. The local vendor and the Airtel manager says that it is not profitable to upgrade the servers to enable 200 Mbps. This is unfair for a paying customer. I am currently in 100 Mbps paying 799 Rs. I am unable to take advantage of paying little more and subscribing to higher speed and also convert to one airtel plan. I guess Airtel's 200Mpbs and higher speed advertisements are only in paper and in real not available.

    Sad.

      This is to bring into your notice that, 2times wrong toll have been charged on my car via fastag linked to airtel money bank, one was Rs 75 on 19/02/2021, which is in haryana but the car was in Chandigarh, i called them and raised a complain about it, but they replied on email that they charged it correctly, , it was wrong and also due to farmers agitation, all tolls in haryana and punjab are already closed, how they can charge. Second one was on Dasna toll Uttar Pradesh on 22/02/2021 for Rs 90, car was at home town in uttarakhand, but toll was deducted in uttar pradesh, i called their customer care, , and every day they are saying we can't give any information because server is updating, it's been 5 days continuously they are saying the same thing, they are not giving any update and not taking complaints also. I am concerned that as government has made mandatory to use fastag, we purchased it with the cost, i am in concern on recharging airtel money bank as they are deducting money unethically and not even taking the complaints . I can't stop using car also as it's mandatory to use on tolls. Screen shots are attached for the two transactions, , and the complain number for transaction on 19/02/2021 is 8693974, my registered mobile number with them is [protected] with car number UK04R 0222

          To the Nodal officer or regional manager, myself Pratap Singh Rathaur and I am using two numbers of your company. The number [protected] is being used since 2003 and another [protected] since 2018. Since Oct 2018 both numbers were in postpaid and later on I in Oct 2020 I changed both numbers in prepaid mode and i.e. the day the network of your operators is very much cheap and call breaking with breaking sound of callers and receiver. On dated[protected] I visited your customer care neelam bata road where one attendant namely Miss or Mrs Kajal advised me to change the sim. On advise of the said attendant I changed both the sims as the new sims but the condition of service is same as it was previous after expences of Rs. 50/- for new sims. Yesterday I also visited to your above said CC office and narrated the problem to miss Kajal and also requested to lodge my complaint, but she denied to lodge my complaint on excuse of mode of complaint. Now I myself searched your website and lodging the complaint to unusual behaviour and misguidence from CC office attendant. I think when I pay my money to you for better service and the service is poor with the continuity after paying the money then why I should be remain with you ? Would you call to me to solve the issue ?

            I am unable to contact airtel customer care. As whenever i call them my calls gets automatically disconnected. I want to complaint about my broadband speed. As i have high speed plan, am unable to get speed since a very long time. And i want them to take action as soon as possible. As i am paying high speed plan charges.

              I have purchase prepaid airtel sim Number [protected] from airtel. I wanted it to convert it to esim. So i requested by calling 121 on 23.02.2021 to update my email id but till date they have not updated my email id and iam not able to convert it to esim. This sim is lying with me but iam still paying for the services . Customer care is telling to wait upto 7 days.

              Why should i wait. The moment i had purchased sim i should be able to use it for my satisfaction. its irritating to wait for 7 for email updating.

                    Hi I have recently ported airtel sim from postpaid to prepaid but i am outside India to follow the steps by calling 59059 since I'm not getting airtel network . There should be a way to do verification incase outside India.

                        Hello,

                        I am a airtel broadband customer and was using I had Airtel Xtream plan. On January 15, 2021 I got a call from Airtel advisor named Mohammed Afzal ([protected]) and over the call he told me that as part of your Airtel Xtream plan there is a benefit in which you will get 2 postpaid numbers free under One Airtel Plan. He promised following things

                        1. Two prepaid numbers converted to postpaid with Unlimited calling and 85G data per month for each number.
                        2. The broadband plan will remain as it is.
                        3. The bill of INR 1499 + GST would remain the same.

                        He came to my home and I verified his identity card and he was actually Airtel employee, so I got the numbers converted to postpaid as promised.

                        After 2 weeks or so when my numbers were converted I opened the Airtel app and was shocked to see that everything that airtel advisor promised was wrong and a big lie. The Airtel app showed me following changes.

                        1. My broadband speed was reduced from 300mbps to 200mbps.
                        2. For my primary converted number the data was 75G.
                        3. For the secondary number the Data was Chargable.

                        So I wrote to Airtel appellate at appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com on Feb 11, 2021 and mentioned the entire case to them. I also provided them the name and phone number of the airtel advisor as they asked for it.

                        Even after providing them all the details to airtel, they have done absolutely nothing to resolve my issue or fulfill the commitment made their advisor.

                        I also told them I never called/emailed airtel to offer me One Airtel Plan or convert my numbers to postpaid, it was their advisor who came to me, made wrong and false promises and even then Airtel is doing nothing about it.

                        All they do send a copy/paste email saying that they have escalated my issue from past 2 weeks.

                        This is pure case of cheating with customer and I would request your assistance to resolve this issue for me.

                        I would request you to advise airtel to either offer me the same benefits which their advisor promised as this is resulting in more bill for me.

                          I have recharged from 3 gb per day plan but after using 1.2gb or 1.18gb Airtel message that "u have used 50% o[censored]r data" always everyday same . I have tried registering complaints n trying to get this problem slove on airtel app n no. but no solution to this problem. Also my data coupons also disappeared from airtel app like coupons never existed.i checked available and redeemed and expired coupons section in app but no solution found. Also network speed is very slow compare to what airtel advertising. App showing excellent good data and voice in my area in airtel app but truth is airtel data coverage in my area is poor.

                          Still same problem I am using wifi and open airtel App .. it's deducting data from data balance. I am using another phone for wifi .. but why the hell my mobile data deducting from airtel sim

                            I moved to my new apartment. I have been facing network issue in my apartment. Airtel network here is terrible and irritating.
                            People trying to call me said to that my phone will be out of reach many a times. I have missed many important calls due to this and it is irritating and put me in risky situations all the time. I have to depend upon whatsapp calls all the time.
                            If I try to call it is hard to connect and if that call connects luckily then we face lot of voice breaking.

                                I ported my sim to airtel 1 year ago now due to an issue in SIM(undetected).I have gone for sim replacement the store owner took 100Rs without any bill or something for replacement. I needed that sim extremly so I had to give that money.

                                  I recharged with 598 Rs from Airtel App..y money got debited from Bamk but it showed recharge failed... So I wrote a mail to [protected]@airtelbank.com and I shared my details for 3 times and still u guys are insanely asking for my details... Can't u even check emails sent... And ur writing we are waiting to help u... That is just showoff.. u actually wasted my 598 Rs and Thank you for that.. I am going to port my sim to idea again.. it's better, it doesn't play with customers money..

                                    I wanted to purchase a fastag for my car (OR02BE4430) and submitted all the details as per requirement, and the agent issued me a fastag .He could not activate the same and subsequently taken back the fastag .Now my car is showing blacklisted and fastag can not be issued to my car no. I have written several emails regarding this to Airtel but they are saying that the problem is not from their end.kindly do the needful.

                                        I went to airtel store for new sim card where i came to know that the sim card is resistered on someone unknown person anand ugale ! So they denied me for new sim card ! I am facing lots of problems because of this! I request you to plz look after it!
