      As I am small dealer from Balangir, Odisha . On dt, 08-02 I rec'd a auto refill of ₹500 but due to some reason I got late to pay the amount to distributors.. now the dse threatened me to close my autorefill as becoz first time I got late to repay money.. is there any rules from company to close or such distribution is demoralising small dealer n pampering good dealers... Please look over it ...

        Ours is an corporate number having 250 + connections. and few peoples are using personal number of Airtel also.

        In Bangalore office we have 30+ connections and we are not at all getting signals. request you to solve the same ASAP.
        In Office JIO is working fine.
        Our staff is raising the query when JIO is working why airtel is not working.

          This is the third airtel sim in my household that suddenly corrupted all of a sudden. I am sure this is a fraud from airtel pushing users to buy a new sim and impose a charge on renewal which is 100 rs on local stores. I can understand this can happen once or twice but every sim is getting corrupted is not believable. I tried to call to the customer care and their behaviour is definitely unbearable. They repeat the same lines in conversation and irritate you and finally cuts the call. My household is user of airtel from past 15-16 years. But now i will switch to any network rather than airtel. Just imagine you are on travel and suddenly your network service stops. #stop_fraud_airtel

                On 9th February 2021 I visited the airtel store located at Shop 2, Plot 17, Bhawani Dham Phase 2 Bonnie Foi School, Ayodhya Bypass Rd, near Sagar Gaire, Narela, Bhawani Campus, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462022 .The 2 female staff were incompetent and lacked professional ethics .The were laughing and insulting me .They were unable to resolve my damaged sim issue.The store itself was not properly sanitised .They was no hand sanitation bottle and the female staff were not wearing face mask .

                    My sim is not working since morning. i went to airtel relationship store at orbit mall vijay nagar indore but the staff was not supportive their work attitude was not at all satisfactory . A long queue and also the staff is not capable to handle the customer. My problem was not resolved. i told them i am a costumer of airtel since very long time they told we don't care.

                      Hello I am Piyush. On 17 Jan I recharged my Airtel number from airtel thanks app.698rs got deducted then they told me to wait for 10 banking days for refund then they refused to give me refund.Its soo frustrating..

                            My name is Siddharth Sasmal. My mobile no. is [protected]. On 29th Jan 2021 at around 2pm, I recharged on number [protected], which has been just ported from vodafone to airtel few days ago. Unknowingly, i recharged on that number of Rs. 598, through airtel website through netbanking, for which money was deducted from my account but neither the message for 'Recharge Success', came on the mobile till now, nor the money was refunded. Please look into it, this is a serious issue.

                              Since past few days I am waiting like a mad for getting new connection from Airtel. I clearly mentioned the address and location where I needed the connecdtion, but no one did bother to call back for the status. Initially, after giving the address / location where I needed the connection, I got message saying connection is feasible. But since I didn't get any response on time, I applied again and then I got message connection is not possible...for the same location. What the hell is going on? The people are begging and running behind you for connection and you guys simply don't care. The rest business are begging for customers but here customers are begging for you and you are so shameless that you don't care for responding. Very bad.

                                I have recharged for 399 for 56 days on an airtel number. Again by mistake recharged for 599 for 84 days. Could you please refund the 599 one?

                                  Sir, i just bought the airtel postpaid sim from airtel store. for office work. i am living in one of the develop place of kolkata @newtown near axis mall.my airtel internet speed is so slow. i cannot work for single hour. its giving 3 mbps speed. when i bought the sim they told me that it will give approx 30 mbps speed. its my request please improve the speed of the internet near axis mall. its really bad.

                                    As i had to pay my bills of the broadband, I have got money into my Airtel Wallet. When I tried to pay it asked me for my Mpin which i've forgotten by now. as I try to reset it, it ask me for a few details which even after I've correctly entered blocked my account for 24 hours. Even after trying again after 24 hours with extreme caution, it won't work. I'm not sure what to do next my money is stuck in my Airtel wallet now and I can't even pay the bills now. I tried to reach out to the Company's Email but it doesn't make any difference.
                                    I hope the company notices my problem and helps me out with this.

                                      My Airtel payments bank account was debited with Rs. 203 on 26 Jan 2021 with transaction description as "FASTAG TOLL TRANSACTION AT KHALAPUR TOLL PLAZA". The transaction id is FT[protected].
                                      But in actual I had not visited KHALAPUR TOLL PLAZA on 26 Jan 2021.
                                      The Rs 203 amount deducted transaction is shown in my Airtel Payment Bank Wallet account, but the same is not seen in my Airtel Fastag transaction history. I called Airtel customer care many times, they told to wait for 48 hrs but no problem not solved. I have also sent email to Airtel WECARE but solution not provided till yet. My Fastag is also Blacklisted. Please return my Rs 203 amount and clear my Fastag.

                                        This complaint is with regard to my mother's airtel number, which she has been using since 2009.
                                        The phone got lost recently and when we applied for the duplicate sim, the sim card is in someone else's name.
                                        It is in the name of Tapas Harichandan.
                                        We need the same number as all the official documents have been updated with that number.
                                        Kindly help me with that.
