Internet stopped working on my phone in December 2021 and my recharge worth 598/- got wasted.
I recharged my account again with an unlimited plan+6GB data to be able to make calls.
I raised a complaint - Service Request No.COPRI3DEL[protected]
But no action was taken.
I called on 121, and despite having an unlimited plan, I was charged 2rs and the CCE asked me to go and buy a new sim without even listening to my issue. When I asked for a complaint number, she transferred it to someone who first denied giving a complaint number and when I asked again, she accepted that a complaint was in place but disconnected the call.
I have the call recording as evidence.
They robbed me of the recharge, behaved badly, and charged me extra to face their rude behavior.
Please look into this issue and take strict action against them.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
