No Peace TV on AIRTEL DIGITAL TV DTH

Dear Sir.

This is Syed from Mumbai, i have requested airtel to add Peace TV on Airtel DTH, but they cannot.

my question is if they have any limitations to give all the channels why they told/advertise at time of buying"YOU CAN ADD CHANNELS AS YOUR WISH"

beacuse of their wrong endorsement i feel cheted by Airtel before buying i gone...

Balance depletion - due to VAS getting activated without my consent

I am Vignesh - using [protected] (TN Prepaid no of bharthi Airtel). I am suffering a lot with airtel network. I am using this no more than 4 year above. i ever seen this type of irresponsible work as taking customer balance's & activating the VAS ***** service. I lost more than 200rs for this issue.
How ever, i given a complaint to cust care by dialing 198 & 121( charing unit). but i didn't get the proper response...

ON 07.02.11 AFTERNOON AROUND 12.30 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM AIRTEL CALL CENTRE.ONE GIRL WAS TALKING TO ME SHE WAS SAYING MY NUMBER SELECTED FOR FREE CALLER TUNE.YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED EVEN 1RS FOR 3 MONTHS.I SAID OK IF IT IS FREE. BUT THEY DEDUCTED 75RS FROM MY BALANCE.
AFTER THAT I CALL CALLCENTRE BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THE SIDE.
PLEASE GIVE MY BALANCE.

1. I have not requested to unregister from National Do Not Call registry. But the service provider has done it and I started getting promotional calls and SMS.
2. The Service provider is charging Rs 0.50 for a 3 minute pulse for calling the customer care for any information. This is actually their duty to provide information free of cost. Is this within the rule?

Plan not activated - 21/- recharge

without Notice channels disconnect

we are using more than 1 year of dth service from airtel ,
In my current package I am satisfied with current list of channels,
So I recharged for 1 year, when I recharged for 1 year suddenly they disconnect one of my favourite channel number(517) (Aditya) without any notice, I called to customer care but they are telling like the cost of the channel is high so we disconnect the channel.what is the mean of I recharged...

wrong broadband plan activated

sir i applied for a connection of Browser 699-LUPAirtel/KT/FL/21 plan but after two days of activation i was getting speeds of 1mbps. examination reveled that Surf 699Airtel/KT/FL/09 limited plan was activated on my account. i contacted the customer care associate who told me that my plan could not be changed.
it had been clearly mentioned in the customer copy of broadband application form that the intended plan is 512kbps unlimited...

Airtel-Broadband IPTV Landline-not-working

Last week my airtel brandband stops working. There was no dial tone in the phone. Airtel said its deactivated and need to activate again. This took almost a week and after 3 days, same issue occur again.
