[protected] is my account number registered with Airtel broadband. We have moved out of Hyderabad city way back in July 2020 and we had put request for disconnecting the service.

I have even written multiple emails to the Nodal Officer of Airtel regarding the issue.

But I am still getting calls to pay the bills.
Last time I got a call to pay the outstanding amount and then they will disconnect the services. I paid the amount but then the services were resumed because of my payment and they have not disconnected the server since and are forcing me by multiple calls to pay the bills, even when i haven't used it. I wasn't even there to use the services. We have shifted the city!!

Please help in stopping this because even after multiple calls to the customer care and emails to the nodal officer, they are looting the customers and harassing them with so many calls

    I am using airtel 4g dongle. From yesterday afternoon I am facing issue in it. The signal indicator turns into blinking red for a while and then becomes green again. When it is in blinking red state I am not able to get connected to the internet. I hope this indicates that LOS. Kindly look into this at earliest.

    For a frequency of 5 mins my dongle signal indicator changes from green to blinking red

      On 27/01/2021, I made an internet recharge of Rs. 250 on the Airtel thanks app. Although the amount got deducted, the internet recharge was not made. The amount has neither been refunded in my bank account.

            Hi Team,

            Internet stopped working on my phone in December 2021 and my recharge worth 598/- got wasted.

            I recharged my account again with an unlimited plan+6GB data to be able to make calls.

            I raised a complaint - Service Request No.COPRI3DEL[protected]

            But no action was taken.

            I called on 121, and despite having an unlimited plan, I was charged 2rs and the CCE asked me to go and buy a new sim without even listening to my issue. When I asked for a complaint number, she transferred it to someone who first denied giving a complaint number and when I asked again, she accepted that a complaint was in place but disconnected the call.

            I have the call recording as evidence.

            They robbed me of the recharge, behaved badly, and charged me extra to face their rude behavior.

            Please look into this issue and take strict action against them.

                  Voice Breaking for opposite people

                  I wanted to change my Airtel broadband plan to Rs 499 from Rs 799.

                  In spite of a telephone conversation and written confirmation of the same on January 05 2021, Airtel has refused to do the needful and continues to bill me on the old plan.

                      It started in October this year 2020 and it still continues till today. I have tried complaining this issue in airtel thanks app but the longer i wait the longer airtel is taking to reslove the issue. The signal is very poor and also the calls tend to cut in between and mostly we cant even hear what the other person is trying to say. So please try to reslove it airtel now that we all have online classes its really frustrating to wait for the signal.

                        Unable to call certain numbers from Airtel

                        Hi,

                        I am using airtel since last 1 year, but whenever I want to call some customer care numbers like icici customer care number [protected] from my airtel number, it just dropped, no trying to connect.

                        one time I already raised this complaint on airtel thanks app but they didn't solve this problem and closed my compaint.

                          Hello team Airtel,
                          I have been waiting since yesterday for activation of my new SIM card as my old card was not working. Please refer to my trailing mail.
                          I am on outstation travel and I am struggling with out connection and communication.
                          There have been so many mails and phone calls front and forth from my team with so many vague and needless clarifications sought form your end. While I understand your concern on security there is no one who is bothered in your team to do a quick understanding of the issue to a root cause and resolve it in a quick manner in order to help the customer’s urgent need. The least you could have done is to quickly understand the customer’s issue to resolve it to avoid inconvenience and then sought to rectify your errors which were from your end on records not due to any of our mistakes. Please note that this email id ([protected]@yahoo.co.in )of mine is what is mentioned in the bills and I have been getting all communications and bill intimations on this id till date and when it came to attending to a complaint you kept coming up with with vague replies stating that this is not the email on record and even disputing mails from our corporate registered mail id, it seems like your concern was not to help the customer in need but to keep dodging with out any efforts to understand the issue and it’s root cause.
                          My companies and I have been your customer for so many years with nearly 85 CUG connections across
                          1.Arkie Atelier design India design ( pvt) Ltd and
                          2. INCI construction and Interiors (pvt) Ltd,
                          and I happen to be the founder director of these companies.
                          You may please check with your own records and see for how many years we have been your customers and how prompt we have been on our payments.
                          With the way my request is being handled looks highly unprofessional from your end with no one bothered to do needful immediate action.
                          Tell me if this is how airtel works and if I should seriously consider completely changing our service provider .
                          I request all concerned to take immediate action to resolve the issue and meet me in person at my office and offer a detailed explanation on the issue failing which I may be forced to cancel all connections and move to some other service provider in addition to approaching the Consumer forum.
                          I hope at least this complaint of mine will be approached In a professional manner with due attention to its merits and proper action is taken at the earliest to avoid further bitterness and dissatisfaction to the customer.

                                Hello there,

                                I have paid 548₹ for recharge to airtel,
                                Rs 548.00 debited from a/c **2911 on 19-09-20 to VPA airtelin.[protected]@axisbank(UPI Ref No[protected].
                                But airtel didn't give services for this. I have raised complaints with them many times, but I have still not received my refund. Which in case is cheating.
