I have been asked to submint documents regarding verification by airtel..My airtel network services have been stopped, and i recieved a message to resubmit documents for verification. When go to the service center to submit the documents, they say i need to go to karnataka as sim was brought there now I am in telengana.This is really an inconvienence.I have already submitted the documents during the purchase of the sim.

    Regarding new XtReam Fiber Connection I have paid the Airtel Sales Agent (Kranthi) on 25th November, 2020. He delayed the activation
    of the connection until 1st Dec and when i raised the complaint he falsely said i have requested for a new location.
    I would humbly like to note the behavior of the sales agent first toward noticing the incorrect address i.e. House number he noted as
    A503 instead of A403 and then delaying the connection for 1 week. I specifically told him i need that connection in urgent and he still
    behaved like that.
    Multilple SR I raised were falsely closed without resolution :

    SR[protected]

    Airtel has denied me the connection on false ground and now not issuig the refund after providing details multiple times. Attached full correspondence with the authorities. The replies from Nodal, Appellate are really surprising and shows the attitude of Airtel towards customers with zero responsibility.

    I have paid and done my due diligence as a customer for acquiring a new broadband service from airtel but to my horror I not only got service denied for invalid and incompetency of the airtel team but also the airtel team is not refunding my money. So not giving service is one thing, now airtel funds have gone so low it has started coming to fraud of consumer pockets.

    I think this is the behaviour more and more people are moving away from airtel.

      I've ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

        Hi Team,

        I have processed one prepaid activation on 19th November 2020 with Rs.598 plan and applied a discount coupon Rs.40. I made payment via amazon pay and amount has deducted but recharge pack hasn't activated. Below are the transaction details:

          I'm very very disappoint to tell you that, the service of your airtel internet is so bad. I've experiencing slowest internet speed ever. I'm also a regular customer of your service, I paid you regularly for your this type of dumb service. If you can't handle it then sold your this poor company.
          Really I'm very very disappoint from your service.
          If you can't improve it in a month then I will go to court. Because I want the value of my money behind every recharge.

              Hi, I am staying in Dubai and keeping the airtel number [protected].
              This number is with me now more than 13 years and all my services are connected to this.
              Every month am keep on recharge to keep the sim active, last few days I noticed it is showing NO SERVICE, in my Airtel application it is active.

              Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest as am facing some issues because of this.

              My SIM card is active in Airtel application with a balance of 80+ rupees and one more month validity.. am residing in UAE and last many days network showing NO SERVICE...                 I lost my airtel sim and applied for a new one with the same number [protected] which is under my name. However, the duplicate sim can’t be activated after apply for 4 times, the activation process was all unsuccessful. It was written ‘no service’ even after 2 days. Even now there is no service I have went to the office for 4 times now and they still can’t solve my problem. Here is my alternate number [protected]. And here is my mail [protected]@gmail.com

                  On the date of 15.01.2021, I recharged mob no [protected] with merchant id[protected] from oxigen wallet of CSC portal but unfortunately my mob was not recharged against successful deduction.I also raised the complaint with same to CSC and received the above merchant id for better resolve of issue. I also do same amount of recharge once agin for enjoying my airtel services.

                    Dear Representative,
                    This is to notice you that, your mobile tower NATU-01 at Nathuwawala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India is closed by MDDA( Dehradun Development Authority) from January 2020.
                    By that we are not getting our monthly rent from last 12 months, we are instructing you that, kindly release out outstanding rent of last 12 months and remove your all mobile tower and its facilities from our land, by which i can use that land for other purpose.

                      On 26 Nov 2020 I tried to add 500rs to my Mitra wallet and money got deducted from my bank account but didn't added to my wallet. So I raised complaint to my bank and they told me that the amount has been transferred on 1st Jan 2021 but still it is not updated to my wallet. I contacted my distributor but he is not helping to solve the problem.

                        I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs. 698 and 558 on 19th January 2021 and received an SMS with Transaction references and Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. Screenshot attached. please initiate refunds to my bank immediately.

                              Whenever i try to call some mobile numbers, it always disconnects stating "all lines are busy".I am facing this from last week. I have tried to contact costumer care and registered my complaint twice. Still problem is not resolved.

                                On 15.01.2021 while recharging of Rs 598/ on prepaid mobile no [protected] through debit card, it said payment unsuccessful . Once again I tried and same thing happened, though in both cases my account was debited .Since that was the last day of validity I recharged from local shop . Afterwards it was found that payment was accepted and they have arranged to make one refund, which is yet to be received .
                                So assuming that one amount will be refunded, the situation is that I have made one extra recharge which is done from outside .
                                So I request you to either refund or keep that as advance payment and to make it effective as soon as the next recharge falls due

                                    I have been using Airtel mobile postpaid connection from 8 years. Now Airtel has suddenly barred the connection saying the documents are incomplete and that too without giving any intimation or time to submit the document. And they refuse to share any gap.
                                    Recently I changed my mobile from Postpaid to Prepaid. The customer service is pathetic and the operators are rude

                                      In Airtel app I can see my fastag is shipped till now my Fastag is not delivered even after 20 days.

                                      I want to know where is my fastag why it is not delivered till now .

                                      Hello, my name is sachin i live in osmanabad 413501 Bypass road near Bhawani chowk, my airtel number is [protected], and since a few days my 4g internet connection gets cut off atleast for 1 hour everyday in the evening after 6pm, and also the regular 4g strength is ###, despite of having daily 3gb plan, and iun addition to that 50gb backup plan, it keeps notifying to recharge more, pay more pay more even after the hyped up charges than before, if their crappy system can't handle it then they should sell the Airtel to somebody else!
