Since past few days I am waiting like a mad for getting new connection from Airtel. I clearly mentioned the address and location where I needed the connecdtion, but no one did bother to call back for the status. Initially, after giving the address / location where I needed the connection, I got message saying connection is feasible. But since I didn't get any response on time, I applied again and then I got message connection is not possible...for the same location. What the hell is going on? The people are begging and running behind you for connection and you guys simply don't care. The rest business are begging for customers but here customers are begging for you and you are so shameless that you don't care for responding. Very bad.

    I have recharged for 399 for 56 days on an airtel number. Again by mistake recharged for 599 for 84 days. Could you please refund the 599 one?

      Sir, i just bought the airtel postpaid sim from airtel store. for office work. i am living in one of the develop place of kolkata @newtown near axis mall.my airtel internet speed is so slow. i cannot work for single hour. its giving 3 mbps speed. when i bought the sim they told me that it will give approx 30 mbps speed. its my request please improve the speed of the internet near axis mall. its really bad.

        As i had to pay my bills of the broadband, I have got money into my Airtel Wallet. When I tried to pay it asked me for my Mpin which i've forgotten by now. as I try to reset it, it ask me for a few details which even after I've correctly entered blocked my account for 24 hours. Even after trying again after 24 hours with extreme caution, it won't work. I'm not sure what to do next my money is stuck in my Airtel wallet now and I can't even pay the bills now. I tried to reach out to the Company's Email but it doesn't make any difference.
        I hope the company notices my problem and helps me out with this.

          My Airtel payments bank account was debited with Rs. 203 on 26 Jan 2021 with transaction description as "FASTAG TOLL TRANSACTION AT KHALAPUR TOLL PLAZA". The transaction id is FT[protected].
          But in actual I had not visited KHALAPUR TOLL PLAZA on 26 Jan 2021.
          The Rs 203 amount deducted transaction is shown in my Airtel Payment Bank Wallet account, but the same is not seen in my Airtel Fastag transaction history. I called Airtel customer care many times, they told to wait for 48 hrs but no problem not solved. I have also sent email to Airtel WECARE but solution not provided till yet. My Fastag is also Blacklisted. Please return my Rs 203 amount and clear my Fastag.

            This complaint is with regard to my mother's airtel number, which she has been using since 2009.
            The phone got lost recently and when we applied for the duplicate sim, the sim card is in someone else's name.
            It is in the name of Tapas Harichandan.
            We need the same number as all the official documents have been updated with that number.
            Kindly help me with that.

                  Some one with phone number[protected] is making calls in the name of property dealer and he keeps arguing for no reason.
                  My phone is on DND and out of that he called. When i told him i have not registered with any of the property dealer he said he have the number based on browsing details. I can definitely say that i have not looked for any property and have not browsed any of the website. Some times he tells he is from 360 and today he is telling that he is from 'pink *' some thing which i did not understand . when i have not registered anywhere why he has to keep calling and more over he is threatening. The way he says is as if i have to bear the call .this is 100th time in this 3 months he is calling. While my number is karnataka registered, he speaks in telugu also.

                      I had procured a broadband/fixed line connection from Airtel from May 2020.
                      Currently I am trying to get my connection discontinued. I had raised a deactivation/disconnection request on Jan 29 2021 via email to [protected]@airtel.com. I also got a confirmation email that my connection is deactivated on the same day.
                      After which daily I started getting calls to transfer my connection to someone else on my name and suddenly today my connected has been reactivated.

                      Today Feb 4th 2020, I have received an email from [protected]@airtel.com saying that my connection is still active, when I have repeatedly told them to disconnect my connection.

                      Airtel Service personal are wantedly trying to keep my account active. So that my account will enter another billing cycle and so they can cheat and extract money from me.

                                    As per the subject, I am raising complaint on Airtel company for not providing the needs of the customer. In my Apartment there are nearly eight to ten flats and most of them are using Airtel. The problem we are facing is that, we are not able to use the internet (Data). In view of this, many complaints were raised, but nothing seems to be working. For your perusal, below are the complaint raised by me, for which no solution has been provided till now. Also the customer support are not answering with the required standards. Every time they give the answer that it will be sorted out in 2 days.

                                    In this regard, I need proper justification to say why am i supposed to pay for the internet for which am not using. Else, i need the answer why it is not working (sometimed i have 2 kbps) properly in that locality.

                                    We were not able to work during the pandemic situation, also the online classes for our children has become a major hurdle with this type of network connectivity.

                                      I did recharge two time the plan was of Rs. 48 for 3 GB data validity: 28 days. The transaction is done both the times but the scene is not activated. It was on date 2 Feb 2021 and 3 Feb 2021. I request for both the scheme to be activated within an hour.

                                        My Airtel SIM stopped working and there is no network in my phone. I tried the same SIM in different slot also but same issue. I tried to use the same SIM in different phone also, but same issue. Please resolve this issue ASAP
