I have purchased fastag on 13 th December and still I have not got my fastag and now 14 days are about to come. And status is still same"Validating order "please tell when I will get my order.if they can't then please refund my money.please I will purchase from somewhere else. My vehicle registration no.       I recharged a wrong airtel number through airtel website. I want that amount to be refunded back to my account. And I can't reach an executive to register the compliant. I want to refund that immediately.

        Hi my self Nithin, my mobile number is [protected], i has been using this sim about 1 and half year in UAE, and was working perfectly, now this not showing any network, and i tried using manual network selection, that also showing error. I used this number to receive SMS, every moth i recharge with 45 rs, but now past 24 days my sim is not working, plz help me to resolve the issue

              I have recharged my mobile number[protected] through net banking for Rs. 249 on 30th Dec 2020. The Transaction reference# BIL/RCHG/[protected]/AIRTEL/[protected]

              The bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                  There is very poor Airtel signal at my location . R291 Greater Kailash 1 Pin code 110048. Calls keep getting dropped . My Airtel Mobile Number is [protected] .

                    I have done DTH recharge of ₹1000 through debit card. The amount has been debited but recharge is not done. Customer care numbers are not working too. Bad experience with Airtel DTH recharge. Had similar issue in the past.

                      I have been using Airtel connection for last 4 years and on 29th Dec 2020 14:21 got a message to submit the documents otherwise will be disconnected in 48 hours. I called customer service and did not got proper reason for asking the documents. Raised a request to extend time as I was out of state. within 6 hours they discontinued the services. Called up customer service again as they have not given sufficient time. They said cannot do anything on this . Very much frustrated with Airtel service and actions.

                        Sim card showing No service, only emergency calls

                        For three days my airtel sim is showing no service. After changing sim slot also, the problem still exists. Kindly advise me how to solve the problem. Should i wait for few days, or go for a new sim to continue with the old number? There is no signal problem as other airtel sims are working normally....

                        I have done international roaming recharge of 799, amount is deducted from account, payment confirmation also generated and there was an error after that. Amount is debited from my account but phone is not yet recharged.

                          Their is network issue in kk Nagar Chennai 78..no network inside the house, near by place in rani anna nagar
                          also the network is so weak.difficult to use internet for the last 2 year the problem persist not solved the problem yet.i have complained more than 50 times..customer care waste they can't able to understand what the customer complaints about.t same suggestions they give for all problems They are saying problem solved without solving customer issues...more over at present 30 second internet cut in 4g and 30sec working..lot of fluctuation in network speed .please don't make them put fake advertisements...

                            I am residing in pimple Saudagar area in Pune which has lot of residential population. Airtel signal is really week in my house and I had raised complaint to Airtel. However I just get a response like team is working. There is no proper service request resolution. Airtel must treat such issues on priority otherwise its downfall is sure.

                                Deceased person's SIM card ownership change

                                My brother has passed away last month and my father was holding his SIM card until last week. but we came to know that, one of the legal heir has approached the Airtel store and transferred the ownership on his/her name. this my father came to know after the SIM got deactivated.
                                how can the ownership of the deceased person's SIM can be changed without the NOC certificate of the other legal heir....

                                I have bought a new simcard of airtel which hasn't been activated even after 4hours. I also have received an SMS from 121 mentioning that validation of your documents for airtel number [protected] could not be completed successfully although I have submitted my adhar card details.. kindly resolve the issue at the earliest!!
