Sim not working in uae ..

Iam NRI Living In Dubai My Sim was working fine then stoped now nearly 6 months have gone i couldnot reach india so i need my same numer sim why becouse all my bank and other are linked to my number . now iam in dubai how should i get sim .. please help me to get my sim card.....

Recharge of 599 not received

Hi,
This is with regards to an online recharge I did using Axis bank account which I usually do. When I checked for the plans with my phone Number I did see the plan of Rs.599/- which includes data and calls/SMS and I recharged for Rs.599/- on the 11th of November and I did not get the recharge credited to my sim. I am referring to (https://www.ceir.gov.in/Home) website of Dept of telecommunication - Central Equipment Identity Register
(CEIR) - which mentions that telecom service provider is to block the IMEI no when the phone is lost.

Unable to connect to Network

Since 3 Nov 2020 i am unable to connect to the network. In spite of sending multiple emails to nodal office and Airtel on twitter Airtel has very little. Fed up with these guys.

Complaint about mnp

Yesterday[protected] i visited airtelstore located at 2 41/2 CHAITANYA CHAMBERS CHAITANYA PURI DILSHUKNAGAR BESIDE HP PETROL BUNK HYDERABAD 500060 . to port my mobile number from vodafone to airtel. the executive in the store simply said we are not porting to airtel prepaid currently.. take postpaid plan and convert into prepaid after 3 months... why should i take postpaid plan.. is there any rule by airtel the mobile numbers which are ported...

IMessage activation error

My iMessage was working fine with my Apple ID and my phone number using Airtel service provider ... but since 2/3 days I m getting an activation error ... please look into it ......

failed transactions for which money was deducted :
1) Airtel recharge Rs. 98 . done at 7:21 pm on 20/11/2020.
2) Airtel recharge Rs. 98 . done at 7:26 pm on 20/11/2020.
please help to reverse these failed transactions ASAP....

Incorrect overcharged bill

I took the one sort plan of 698, but the bill I got on first month was 1750, after settlement I paid 724 then again they sent me wrong bill. I told them I want to discontinue their services and debundled the sim. Now they have sent a bill of 2603 and they are neither correcting the amount not converting my connection to prepaid...

Advertisement - To achieve at Zero Questions and Zero Complaints. There is no question unanswered.
The above seems just to a be a fake statement from Airtel . With our own small experience, we have come to this conclusion. We had requested for an Airtel extreme Fiber with a speed of 100Mbps(799 Plan)Broadband Connection. The sales person approached us and informed us that currently there is no Fiber connectivity available in our area....

"I have made payment to airtel prepaid mobile number of AP & telangana circle using Indusind credit card (platinum) .The Transaction shows successful in Indusmobile app where I had done my recharge but the same is not reflected on the airtel number(even in the myairtel app) which shows no recharge done.The amount of Rs.2498/- was debited but recharge not reflected.

Transaction pending {airtel thanks app}

I had recharged my number in airtel thanks app through phonepay, my money got deducted but in the airtel app it showed 'transaction pending'
but nothing happened then....

From past 4months I haven't used this number. I have topped up the sim with 379 rupees.
Can you please check what is wrong with my number. Despite of topping up am getting, this number is temporarily out of service!!!

Airtel SIM is not working in dubai

As I am a airtel customer for more than 10 years.
Previous year I moved to Dubai and using the same number as my primary SIM for last one year and recharging the sim also, but on yesterday onwards the sim is not showing network connectivity.
So please help me to solve the issue....
