SUBJECT: Inter-change my ID documents from another person by your company.
Dear Sir/Madam,
As per cited subject, I am using prepaid mobile service of Airtel since 07 – 10 – 2008 of your company. 15 days back, I had lost my mobile with sim (Mobile no. [protected]) than I blocked. During this process your executives confirm my ID and said this no. is not match with your ID. I went to your local office and checked it is true and also checked at retailer end. He has also sent right document to your office. I have confirmed with my sources this no. [protected] issued to Mr. Prabhat Soni, Address: Darpan Colony, Gwalior. No. of times I have visit your prepaid office and your main office at city centre, Gwalior, nobody taking no interest regarding this issue and taking casually. Your senior officer and your executives are not giving any time and not interested to make any meeting with me. They are saying through guards, company has no. of legal cases, if this case will add there is no effect to the company. This is irresponsible statement. At this stage, I am helpless.
I am sure my ID documents is using another person with another mobile no. this is big mistake of your senior officers, executives and your company.
If my ID documents used for any illegal work, I am not responsible for the same.
Kindly check this mistake seriously and take necessary action immediately.
