As per advice of Airtel SMS i decided to recarge my mobile # [protected] through ATM of Union Bank
Bank ATM deslayed that i could recharge minimum amount of Rs 10 and max of Rs 10000.
i asked for recharge of Rs 200 which was done promptly informing me that talktime of R8 181.40 has been added in my balance ,of course Rs 200 were debited from my bank acct.
After about 15 minutes i felt i may require more balance...

BUSY TONE WHEN PHONE IS FREE

I am a subscriber to a prepaid Airtel number in Jamshedpur and I face a peculiar problem.

1. Even when my line is free there have been times when the caller gets a busy signal

2. There have been times when my phone actually rang at my end (and I have missed it) - but at the same time the caller hears the busy signal.

I assume this happens on account of network problems - like I have faced in Adityapur...
