I recharged on ([protected]) wrong number by mistake instead of [protected] airtel prepaid number of Rs 698 . Please help or transfer this recharge on [protected] number . Because i already did recharge of rs 379 on [protected] at 29 dec 2020 . So cancel this new recharge .

    Respected Sir,
    I am Shanmugam P, I have done a recharge of Rs. 251 through Amazon pay at 9.06 PM on 14/01/2021. But still it shows as pending status. Where as the amount has been deducted from the bank. Kindly do the needful.

      On 26th Dec 2020 I Paid for Fastag for 2 cars as per the confirmation received I supposed to receive Fastag on 2nd Jan 2021 on 4th Jan 2021 I tried to reach Airtel Payments Bank no. 400 (airtel users) for more than 50 times and [protected] ( Non Airtel users) 15 times (most of the time the no. switched off when we dial 400 where we cannot get connected with Airtel Payment Bank Officials and I am been talking to Airtel Customer Care 121 with Senior Floor Supervisors till now and they are failing to provide help to me in this Fastag Issue. I have written Several mails to [protected]@airtelbank.com and Grievance.[protected]@airtelbank.com I have received only auto response mails I have given my alternate mobile no. [protected] to reach me Since I have activated True caller Unknown no. is Blocked.

      I Need your extended support to resolve the Issue or Let Airtel refunds us the amount paid since there is no response from airtel and Customer Care. I have been waiting for last 18 days No Fastag or No Call received by Airtel Payment Bank Officials or Refund.

      So Far no news on Fastag stickers and its details 6 days completed. I am unable to reach Airtel Payments Bank Officer. I unable to reach customer care 400 for Airtel users. Kindly help

      Good Evening Team So Far the Compliant which is not resolved by airtel Fastag, where I haven't received my Fastag yet, could help me to know by when the Fastag would be received Or let them refund my amount. I am requesting the team to extend your valuable support.

      Dear Sir / Madam Tomorrow I am leaving to Native Early Morning so I request whether Airtel would deliver my Fastag today or they would refund my amount . It is going to be 26 days since I placed the order with Airtel Payments Bank. I am trying to reach 400 I am unable to get connected to Airtel Payments Bank.
      Kindly solve the Issue today before afternoon.

      Dear Sir I got connected with Airtel Payment Bank Officials in regards my Refund towards Fastag, But Airtel Payment Bank Floor Supervisor said I need to wait few more days to get my Fastag, as per Airtel T&C the Fastag should get delivered with 14 days from the order Place but Airtel Payments team claiming it is in transit I doubt it is transit Since I am travelling in Car from Bangalore to Mumbai tomorrow Early Morning I requested Mr. Vipin Floor Supervisor to refund my amount of Rs.800 since I and my family will not be there for 15 days in Bangalore My amount is blocked. I need your assistance in cancellation of Fastag and refund of my amount immediately.

      Good Evening Team So Far the Compliant which is not resolved by airtel Fastag, where I haven't received my Fastag yet, could help me to know by when the Fastag would be received Or let them refund my amount. I am requesting the team to extend your valuable support.

        I am currently in USA. I have done my recharge of 3997 which offers me 500 mins outgoing, incoming free and 5GB internet.
        The rest is working but I am unable to use 500 mins outgoing facility.
        I tried to reach customer care and also my parents who live in india went to airtel store about this issue. The complaint was registered but I am unable to get any help from airtel.

              Dear sir/mam,

              I have recharged to my number [protected] by mistake instead of recharging my mother's number with amount 379 today morning and my transaction id is[protected]. I have recharged again my mother's number but i don't want recharge on my number as i already have recharge for the next two months. Kindly help me out and refund my money back. I have recharged through airtel app.

                  Airtel Fibre broadband representative from Permissions Department has signed an agreement with our society for 10 years on 6th December, 2020. There has been zero response after that and it has been a month. None of the personnel are responding to my request for answers. What should I do next ?

                    My self Prasad Gadekar.
                    1. On airtel website i had given porting request on 30 Dec 2020 .
                    2. After given an online request airtel sent airtel send executive
                    for sim delivery and document verification at our office.
                    3. He did verification and gave new Airtel sim card.(Sim No.[protected]
                    4.On 1 january 2021 i received sms regarding schedule for port-in to airtel mumbai at 11.30.

                    NOW SINCE 1 JAN 2021 MY AIRTEL SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED TILL DATE AND ALSO EXISTING PROVIDER DISCONTINUED NETWORK SERVICE. NOW I am not able to do any online transactions My number is link with my all http://banks.Now my mobile Number is showing its does not exist.

                    NOW NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO MY QUERY.

                    MY QUESTION IS WITHOUT DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND WITHOUT UPLOADING MY DATA WHY I HAVE RECEIVED THE SMS TO KEEP NEW SIM READY ( ATTACHING SCREEN SHOT HEREWITH

                    Please let me know when my number will start

                    I feel like I made a mistake by porting from Jio to Airtel

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        There is an airtel box in front of our house installed from atleast 20 years now. We have shifted to this house and accommodated this box for 13 years in front of our gate in the street. We now want this box removed as it is blocking our gate and we are not able to park 4 wheelers inside compound.Also this has become a free dumpyard for everyone in the street.

                        I have attached the picture of the box in the email.

                        On calling the number provided on the box, airtel BTM branch informed me to write to this ID so that airtel team can remove this box.

                        Kindly facilitate box removal from our gate . I also request you not to wind any wires to the tree next to the gate as we plan to get that cut as well in sometime.

                        Kindly arrange to dispose the box and cement block outside the street from your side so as not to disturb neighbours.

                        Contact me for anything in this regard. My parents are senior citizens and I do not want them to be disturbed and hence lodging this complaint on their behalf.

                          Hello, this is Mohammad Sadiq baba. I'm using mobile number [protected], which is currently in my brother's name. I'm using in for 8 years. So all my bank, google pay, and my work are associated with this number. Suddenly yesterday morning my sim card stopped working. It says no signal. It thought it was a sim card issue but not there are 3 other persons in the airtel store I visited facing the same issue. I'm very angry with the airtel now. I want to get my sim activated or do whatever you guys want. HOW CAN U STOP SIGNAL TO MY PHONE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. I'm taking this issue as a top priority and check with the RBI ombudsman if needed.

                            I Shristi Sisodiya(Indore, M.P.), holding airtel mobile no. [[protected]]. Yesterday onwards it stopped working, and showing no signal. I am not able to call(dial & recieve) anywhere including customer care(121) nor the internet, I've an active connection showing on my Airtel application the pack's validity for +17 days. You please resolve this problem ASAP. It's extremely urgent. Otherwise tell me what should i do? Shall I take another number?

                            Even I'm facing the same issue for 2 days. I'm an active user of Airtel for the past 8 years and such and ridiculous mistake without any prior notice is not at all acceptable from Airtel. I thought it was my sim issue but unfortunately, it was not. there are many people who are facing the same issue. Airtel should address this issue asap.

                                Hi me & my whole family ported from jio to airtel recently but after conversion into airtel we all are facing network issues not a single tower is coming inside the house. We all don't have wifi calling option in our handsets. When we were in jio we didn't face any network related issue but in airtel we are.
                                Please prioritize this complaint as we all knows airtel listen to his customers

                                  I tried to recharge my account [protected] (Airtel DTH) using online Credit/Debit card option. I receive the OTP and from my bank to process the payment. But unfortunately after I insert the OTP I receive below message.

                                  "Sorry, Your request cannot be processed. Please try again later."

                                  But the amount INR 5721, I tried to recharge was debited from my bank account.

                                  Your immediate assistance will be much appreciated.

                                    AIRTEL has poor quality network. Although I am recharging unlimited plan with 2GB/3GB 4G data plan, it is all vein.

                                    Data/network will work only for 2 days after recharge, while doing airtel thanks app & will work before 2/3 days lapse of plan.

                                    Even there is no customer care with whom you can talk / complain the issues. You have to use airtel app but that will show zero registered complain even if you do several complain through airtel thanks app.

                                      I want to claim the recharges done for last one year but unable to download the invoices/order summary from airtel thanks app.

                                      It is also to inform that no invoices/recharge details were sent to my registered email id after doing pre-paid recharge through airtel thanks app.

                                        Its been close to 2months still my fastag is not delivered it still shows as validating order, everytime they reply saying it will be delivered in next 14 days.I would like to cancel and get my amount back but the customer care executives are not giving me any option.
