I took internet/broadband service of Airtel on 1 Nov 2020 in a hope that i will get good internet service and continue my work without any disruption. However since 1st week onwards I facing issue of disconnection for more than of 4 hours and it continues every 4th day. I mailed to Airtel 121, Nodel and appellate but issue still persist. Airtel is overcharging extra for 1860 calls!! on postpaid unlimited pack.

I was surprised to see in my postpaid bill that Airtel has charged for calls made to numbers beginning with 1860, even when my scheme is all local and STD calls are free in the package I am paying for.

Airtel is not refunding money paid for Xstream fiber

Hi,
I have paid 7421/- as advance rental amount for 6 months towards airtel as the Due date was near and wanted to avoid penalty. After that I have asked Airtel team to disconnect my broadband connection as I was moving out of Chennai. Wifi connection - Relocation not yet completed after 50 days

I had submitted a request for relocation from Guduvancherry to Anna Nagar, Chennai on SEPTEMBER 28TH, 2020. I have Airtel prepaid number [protected]. Yesterday my sim stopped working after which I went to Airtel express store for a replacement sim card. There I am told that the number is registered with the name Ravi Kumar, which is not my name. Since I cannot provide any ID proof for Ravi kumar obviously, I cannot get the replacement sim. I don't know where this wrong username come from, and I don't know how to get it corrected....

Unresponsive and Not-helpful staff

Airtel Gallery, Vasant Oscar, Mulund employees have not been able to resolve a simple issue of Simswap.

Refund Pending for failed transaction

I had done a recharge for my number [protected] for rs 558.
Ref#IGAJVWOAP7 on 16Nov20.
It is not showing on the app.neither am I able to connect to anyone on their helpline 121.

Their is no way to connect if your transaction fails on Airtel app. Also I am going to give 1 star rating and ask people not to ever recharge via the app. Airtel doesn't support app transaction failure yet....

I am airtel 4G but internet speed does exceed 100KBps.
I face dropped calls regularly.
The signal Strength fluctuates between -105 dbm to -120dbm
Everyone faces these problems in my village

Blocked SIM Card without valid reason

Hello,

I have been using Airtel SIM card from past 8-9 years. Initially it was on postpaid until 2016, and prepaid after that. I have moved to USA for my education. In order to use all of my banking, insurance, PF (and numerous others) I have to use Indian mobile number to get OTPs.

So I have been recharging the number every month to keep it active and occasionally make a call too. They have blocked my SIM card...

My Credit card is being deducted every month for some Airtel. In PGSI

Cashback bot credited

Cashback of Rs 65 not received on transaction of Rs 1205 on DocsApp on 10th November. There was an offer of Rs 65 cashback on minimum spend of Rs 650 on DocsApp via Airtel Payments Bank.
