Sir, I have done recharge rs 399/- through airtel thank app today at 12.36. Not reflecting in transaction history and balance not updated though the recharge is successful.
Also message for recharge not received.

    Recently I booked Airtel xstream DTH online, it's been more than 3 days, still no response from Airtel other than a lousy SMS which said transaction is successful and gave my digital tv ID but when you call the customer services with the registered mobile number, they say it's not there, even the digital ID I have received from SMS is invalid it seems, really pathetic service from Airtel.

          Hi,
          I got a mail on 18-Dec-2020 saying mobile number [protected] is activated. I mailed Airtel customer care on the same day regarding this and got acknowledgement saying they updated the system.

          Again I got another mail on 22-Dec-2020 saying some Airtel product is activated for mobile [protected], I mailed Airtel customer care on the same day regarding this and got acknowledgement saying I have to deactivate in Airtel App. I repeatedly mailed and called their customer care saying, I did not availed any Airtel product and stop sending mail. But I get the same response (I have to deactivate the product which I don't purchase).

          This is a security breach and Airtel does not took any action so far. It's like a person can get a Airtel product and he can give any ministers mail Id and they accepts it ! and that's how their system works (Without verifying the mail). Tough I got a OTP mail on 18-Dec from [protected]@airtel.com, I ignored it since I didn't applied any connection.

            Dear Team,

            I tried to recharge my airtel number using airtel website .Recharge failed 2 times but money deducted from my ICICI bank account.

            Recharge Amount: 249 * 2 times

                Hi,

                I am using my Airtel Sim in Abu Dhabi and since a few days now I don't have any network for my airtel sim. I tried changing the settings and resetting the network manually but nothing seems to work! All the OTP's go to my airtel number but i am unable to access any of them.
                Kindly help ASAP

                    Sir,
                    I had changed my billing cycle of the above mentioned mobile number from Airtel Retail Store, 11 No. India Exchange Place. Last Data credited on 06/11/2020, there after no data credited till to date and time. I have visited several times to the Airtel retail store, 11 India exchange place to resolve my issue, they again changed the billing cycle but the problem persists and not interested to resolve the issue.

                            I recharged my mobile number through Google pay for Rs. 449, amount getting deducted from account and also received an SMS but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                                Dear Sir, I wish to bring your notice that there is a Airtel Broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. The installation of junction box is such that it is infront of house. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me. I am going to construct my house, so I requested to remove or shift the Airtel Broadband Junction Box at the earliest. Thanking You.

                                  I paid my Airtel postpaid bill from g pay on 13th dec..this is the phone no-[protected] ..and after paying the intermediary ..transaction got failed..but the amount of 4 599.64 been deducted from my account..this is the upi transaction id[protected]..i also raised dispute through the app with Bharat bill pay on 16th Dec..but still no response ..i need help with the refund plz

                                    I have an Airtel Indian no.[protected] which is prepaid and I have been regularly paying monthly rentals also. During my visit to India last week, I checked with Airtel customer care and my number was showing active. But as soon as I am back to Dubai it's not showing any network, neither I am getting any SMS. It is really creating trouble for me to access any information.

                                        First of all I am feeling very shame full after using airtel digital TV. Lot of time I face problems. And this time I feel, I should definitely go to consumer forum and press release.
                                        I am vikram jeet, my customer id is[[protected]] and my registered mobile number is [[protected]]. I newly appont ath but ur agent are not acctivate my dth acount
                                        and i will paid full payment on online Rs 1484 digital TV account on 22 dec 2020 and till now I am not able to see TV. I.e. my services is not active I am getting error
                                        I called a several times on customer care to solve my problem but they people gives only the assurance and say one hour my agent will be activate ur account and this my agent no pls call the agent not pick the my call from last 2 days I calls on daily basis and I am doing same, customer care executive makes me fool.
                                        I want, my services should be start as soon as possible and I want my money refund on my account which you are deducting on advance
                                        online so i cancel ur aitel dth service and u let ur set of box return u will refund my money till now.
                                        I am not at all satisfied with airtel services.
