    Hi All

    I have tried to reach airtel store to get duplicate SIM. So let me describe my issue in detail. Around 6 months back I have not got signal in my airtel SIM. So I was out of country hence asked my brother to check with airtel store they claimed the SIM is damagedi need to apply for the new one and I want to be presented in person. So to avoid cancelation of number they asked to recharge it on regular basis.

    I have regularly recharged my number till now and 13th Dec I have reached the country. So I went to airtel store to get duplication Sim. I don't have airtel store in my village (Puduvoyal). So I need to go to karaikudi to get duplicate sim. I have reached airtel store and submited original license and they have taken my photo t activate the Sim. They have collected Rs 100 for issuing SIM card and asked to wait for 4 hrs to get it activated. But after a day the Sim didn't get activated. I have called them to chrkc for the status they told me the application is rejected for photo mismatch. The again after couple of days I went to store in person and this time I have submitted aadhar card and again it got rejected.

    So when I reached them for the details again they told me it got rejected for photo mismatch this time I have give original passport and been in the airtel store for 3 hrs. This time also the application is rejected for photo mismatch. I have tried for over 5 days to get it activated because all my account and digital acclubts OTP will be issued to this phone number ([protected]) and I dont have any other number to reach any one of them I have borrowing from my cousins and making calls to reach this guy's.

    Hence I have explained all the scenarios to the airtel store member. He alsed me to take a temporary number ([protected]) and asked me to pay Rs 300 for the Sim card. So now I have number to reach customers care for details. To make call I have recharge for Rs 298. Now after an hour this number got activated with the sam proof.

    Now the airtel is approved this proof but when I submitted the same for old number they rejected it. I have called customer care and efxplain this issue. They have gone through all the details and spoke to airtel store representative but didn't get any solution.

    On Sunday again I have tried to reach customer care and when through whole process to connect with customer care represntative after 10min l. He got all the details from.me and told he will not be able to help. So he escalated to higher level again to the new representative I have explained the entire issue but she was having me in the call.and chekcing all the details. Now he suggested me to go to another airwtle sore near me. I have told her the next airtel store is in trichy. Which is around 100km away from.me.

    She insited there is no other way other than going to trichy to get this activated. I have asked her who will bear the cost for travelling. Why there is no solution for this issue when everything is digitalised. But she was going on providing the same information to me. The call went for 1hr 10min but my issue was not resolved and tp escalate this further I have got the reference number frm.her.. The reference number QDOCI1BLR[protected]. I want someone to, help.me on this.

    My two cents are when the proof has been accepted for new connection why the same has been rejected for old.connection. I have provided original license, aadhar card and passport

    I have been regularly recharging the number without using it.

    I was not able to transfer Money and not able to reach my well wishes without this number. Last 5 days I lost my peace and put into tremendous mental torture. There is no proper ownership taken by airtel to resolved this issue.

    I have gone through alot but not able to put all over this message. I am totally frustrated and searching for all kind of help to escalate thiS.

      I came on visit to UAE and unfortunately I could not return due to COVID. My Airtel no. has not been working for past several months and repeated attempts to contact Airtel has failed. Customer service on phone was of no help at all. Network shows as no service even though it is postpaid and they refuse to hand over a duplicate sim to my husband saying I have to be physically present. There is no Airtel office in Dubai. This telephone no. is connected to several online payments and gas booking. Would appreciate your help in this matter.

        I don't understand why my airtel number is not recharging. I recharged it 3 to 4 times but its showing payment failed . I don't know what is the issue . Please fix this . My both airtel numbers aren't working. Pls help .

          I am unable to send sms to 1900, for porting out my sim from airtel to another service provider.
          I am able to send sms to all other numbers like my friends and relatives

              Respected Sir/ Madam,
              Greetings!

              I booked an Airtel Xstream Fiber Connection by paying six months of advanced rental of INR 5232. The engineers visited the premises. However, as concealed wiring was not possible the connection could not be availed. I requested Airtel for a refund and they said it will be refunded in the same bank account in 7 working days.

              It has been more than 21 working days and now the call does not get connected to the call centre as they have disconnected the allotted landline number. The IVR says that the number does not exist and disconnects.

              There is no email id either.

              I tried connecting but in vain.

              Request someone in this forum to please address and help in refund.

                      This is to state that I have had recharged my mobile ph [protected] couple of a days back for Rs. 49 with a validity of 28 days.
                      Subsequent to just a handful of calls, I started receiving recorded messages that that there was insufficient balance in the A/C. Worse, as and when any call was made from other mobiles/ fixed line, there was a recorded message that 'the call could not complete due to congestion in the net work.

                      I am loyal subscriber for decades and hold quite a few mobile prepaid/ post paid/ fixed phone connection. I wonder this novel technique of the organisation to deny use of phone with relatively low recharge value.

                      This action of the airtel establishment got me in a soup when I could not reach out to my ailing wife.

                          I have completed submit document to porting my number [protected] from jio to airtel 4 days ago. I have received sms contains tele verification PIN, but no body call me to verify. my airtel sim not activated. why? what is the problem. how can i activate artel sim? . my jio sim already inactive.

                            Dear Sir, I am not able to park my vehicle in front of my house, since there is a big junction box of Airtel which is obstructing the path.
                            is it ok for me if they can hang it on my boundary wall. that way at least I will be able to park my vehicle.
                            actually I tried to find the way to communicate with Airtel on this but could not find any.

                              I am belongs to a village (Tai, pin 312620) there are no data coverage from last 5 year.but i was ex employee of airtel so i use airtel as no option.but now resigned and get this number on 19 nov 2020 on my individual name as norm. 90 days complete on 17 dec. still airtel not giving UPC code.

                              error msg "UPC cannot be the generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

                                Respected sir/mamdam,
                                My Airtel number is [protected].
                                I have recharged my number 3-7 days back with a plan of rupees 399.
                                But unfortunately today I have recharged my number again with a plan of rupees 379.it got activated now itself.
                                Now I want to cancel this recharge .
                                Please help me to cancel my recharge plan and please refund my money back.

                                    I priya using airtel sim no: [protected] (using this number since few years) in my new phone oppo mobile. Since yesterday suddenly my phone network stopped and showing no network singal. I checked my phone and their's no problem with my device.                                         I have paid 2249 to avail Airtel Xtream services in my place(pincode: 560100).
                                        After receiving the money the executive said they couldn't provide services in my area and will return back the money.
                                        It's been more than 45 days I haven't received the money.
                                        Not able to connect to customer care since the ID which they gave is not valid now.
                                        I have the bill transaction details and message too from Airtel.
