    3 days back I went to Airtel office regarding to change the network (port) Vodafone to Airtel. I desired to select 499 post paid plan but Airtel executive convinced to take me 899 plan and he said next day(with in 24hr) our engineer will visit your house & do the installation. But till now installation not done & call to service engineer no response from him & again i was call to Airtel office executive, he said that “ change your plan otherwise & If the installation does not do what i will do” this is response.

      I did call in airtel care (198) for knowing recharge scheme. In scheme they said I got 1.5 Gb/day, 100 SMS/day and unlimited calls for 84. days in just Rs. 558. I did recharge from phone pay of 558 and I got only 56 days recharge scheme. Below I attach audio recording. Please hear carefully. Please give my money back or apply scheme as per tell in audio recording.

        Hi,

        I do not have any link with Credit Mantri or others, they are sending me BAKWASSSSS messages every day unrelated to me. I already called them and inform them I did not register for anything then also I am receiving these SMS every morning.

        Please stop all these and keep my number away from telemarketing/sale/etc.

          I recharged my phone with the 98 rs. data (12 GB) pack that will be valid till my main offer. The airtel app shows that the recharge is successful. However, there is no net coming. First I thought it would be my phone, but no. The wifi is working fine, but the offer won't work. Please look into it.
          I did both the recharges on 16/12/2020.

                Dear sir, i did recharge of my airtel no [protected] of Rs.49. on 16 Dec 2020. after recharge done Airtel deduct of Rs.30 from my main balance. i called to customer care number they told me it is 2 month subscription charge for hello tune... last month i did recharge with unlimited plane and this month i recharge with Rs. 49 that's why you deduct my money ..why should i pay for 2 month subscription ...i have no information about this subscription is chargeable ...please credit back my money or i will port my number with other operator

                  Sim card Activation - NRI

                  Hi, am an NRI working in Abu Dhabi and Visit my native in India once or twice a year. I had subscribed to a Airtel prepaid life time service SIM card . My Mobile phone no is +91-[[protected]]. I subscribed to international incoming call free package while i was in UAE, but I didn't do ay outgoing call from my sim for more then 3 months. Al though I have subscribed to incoming call free packages and had sufficient amount in the Airtel account...

                  My airtel wallet no is [protected]
                  Today at morning while paying electricity bill of 2052 money deducted my bank account but neither this money did no add my wallet nor this money done my electricity bill
                  And till yet i have not receivd any confirmation message from airtel

                    I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs.399 on 15 december 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn# [protected] of Rs. 200. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                      Damaged sim Card replacement

                      I have upgraded my aircel sim to Airtel Postpaid later changed into prepaid on 2018. In 2019, tower was not shown in my mobile even after restarting my mobile. When I enquired in showroom, they said sim card might be damaged. So I have paid 25Rs and replaced my sim card. Same issue occurred to me on[protected]. After enquiring, showroom staff told me, they are not manufacturing chip/processor.i have again paid Rs 30 which I asked Bill, but...

                      I am using airtel payment bank account since from many years. The last transaction I got credited with rs 7.5k. Now I want to transfer that money to other account on a urgent basis. While initiating a transaction, im getting error as the debit is disabled due to debit freeze or account is blocked. I think something is going wrong with my account. I don't want to lose the money please help me in solving this problem on urgent basis.

                        I want to file a complaint on airtel for misleading me from past 1 month. I have placed a request for reissuing my mobile number, which is [protected] At 20 november 2020, as it was disconnected by airtel at the respective date of 26 august 2020 for non payment of my monthly bill. They first told me to go to vodafone idea because my number was originated from idea at the very beggining. But i have ported it to airtel due to some network issues. After so many mails and visits, vodafoneidea told me that my number is still in airtel and i can get it from them. Hence i went back to airtel with a mail about my quarry, with which they reverted me that they have the number and i can visit the nearby airtel store with my credentials. On the next day i visited to rajouri garden's airtel office and they told me that they dont have the number. I dont know why they are toying with me but its really annoying and i am getting frusterated by there pethetic service. They promise to hear evry question but here they are avoiding me and misleading me from pas 1 month.i have told them thousands time that this number is sooo much important to me, but it seems like they are not interested in solving my problem. Please help me with my quarry as you guys are my last hope. Please this number is soo much important to me.

                          Am SIVAKUMAR. Took AirtelbBroadband & as per offer taken AIRTEL XSTREAM setop box by paying Rs. 1500/- .                             Sir,
                            I had change my billing cycle of above mentioned mobile number from your 11 No. India Exchange Place, Airtel Retail Store. Last Data credited on 06/11/2020, there after no data credited till to date and time. I have visited several times to your retail store, 11 India exchange place to resolve my issue, they again changed billing cycle but problem is persist.

                                Hi i was charged on daily basis while i was on international roaming without my consent
                                duration when this daily packs were activated 11th March 2020 to 6th November 2020
                                i had also bought monthly IR Packs at different times as well
                                and now as the bill has accumulated outgoing has been barred past 10 days
                                i am an airtel customer past 25 years and more
                                please resolve at the earliest
                                Please reverse these 1 day packages charges asap so that i can clear the final dues

                                  I am using airtel sim card since july 2016 which i got it from ( bannerghata airtel store ) from last 2 months i am not getting network in that sim card for that i visited near by airtel store to rectify my problem they told me after checking in their system that this sim card is registered with some XYZ company . some fraud had happened with me how is t possible that the sim which i am using from past 4 years is registered with some company name . i have sent sevral mails to airtel customer care but i did'nt get any response . please look into this otherwise i have to report a FRI regarding this because i have been using this number for my official purpose .
