now it's been more than 3 months but money not yet credited to my account and i have called to airtel payments bank they not even providing proper resolution(case number:7294078)

      HI Team

      I have bought a new 4g prepaid airtel SIM today i.e. 22nd dec 2020. and was informed that once I insert the SIM in the phone, I need to dial 59059 and get the sim activated and further to it recharge the pack.

      When I dial 59059, the call gets failed. its been 6 hours, the SIM is yet not activated. I am unable to call on 121 or send/receive any texts also.

      please help

        Several websites do not open, rather the browser redirects to one.airtel.in/rcconf and the screen displayed shows that "this site can't be reached".

        This problem began around December 20, 2020 and has immensely increased in frequency by now, December 22, 2020.

                  Since 19th Dec 2020, I am not able to send/receive calls. When I make calls and SMS it is showing "Mobile network is not available". Suddenly my sim stopped working.
                  I am not able to call 121 even to raise my request and also my airtel thanks app is not working because I am not receiving OTP.
                  How can I contact with customer care and raise my complaint.
                  I have alternate no. of vodafone, but I am not able to call customer care of airtel through vodafone no.

                      I have processed one prepaid recharge through #airtelthanks app and payment made through #amazonUPI on[protected] and amount has debited from my account but the recharge plan hasn't activated yet.I checked with the airtel customer service and they were saying the plan hasn't activated so, please contact amazon customer care. Then I asked amazon customer care, they were saying the amount has credited to merchant account, so ask airtel customer service. I'm continuously chasing the both but, I couldn't get any resolution on this issue.Dear consumer cell I'm requesting you to kindly notice my problem and help me out to get the refund amount or activate the plan and attached is the screenshot for your reference.

                        Wrong Recharge not being reversed

                        I did Recharge which accidentally went on other number ..
                        I tried the wrong recharge reversal method they said I'm not lapu reversal authorized
                        I mailed them there they told number not registered with them
                        I want to reverse the same Recharge to my other number .
                        And I used Gpay to Recharge it
                        Plz help...

                          I recharge on Airtel apps for DTH for Rs.200/- On 29/9/20 at 1.50 a. m. but deduction from my account of RS.5000/- immediately send an email to airtel company site . I get a massage on my RPN that your amount will be credited within 48 hrs. But I not get the refund, I contact with customer care on 27/10/20, 13/11/20, 19/11/20, 8/12/20 . they always give an assurance that your problem will be solved within 7 days. I am a retired person so passing a hard days, so kindly look after the matter and solved as early as possible ( due to mental harassment I want a compensation for Rs. 10000/-) My details as under:-

                            Broadband Connection Refund not received since August

                            I made a payment to opt for a Broadband Service in Muzaffarnagar. I was given a link by the Airtel Representative to make the online payment to confirm the installation of a connection. I made the payment of Rs 8150 via my PNB debit card. After payment I got confirmation from airtel team that my payment is confirmed but next day I was told that my payment failed and If any amount debited will be reversed in 10 days.                             My Airtel number had been inactive. I reissued this number but was unable to first recharge. Due to this this Airtel number had been inactive again. Then on 14Dec2020, I again reissued this number. Even now I am unable to do the first recharge on this number. I am continuously following Airtel retailer for First Recharge. But they always tells me to come later. Please look into this matter.

                              My mom number [protected] is not getting incoming calls from last 5 days & trying to reach airtel team on customer care or airtel app nothing is happening. Even though outgoing is working fine she is not getting incoming calls & getting error as invalid number or not reachable or switched off.                                   Hi All

                                  I have tried to reach airtel store to get duplicate SIM. So let me describe my issue in detail. Around 6 months back I have not got signal in my airtel SIM. So I was out of country hence asked my brother to check with airtel store they claimed the SIM is damagedi need to apply for the new one and I want to be presented in person. So to avoid cancelation of number they asked to recharge it on regular basis.

                                  I have regularly recharged my number till now and 13th Dec I have reached the country. So I went to airtel store to get duplication Sim. I don't have airtel store in my village (Puduvoyal). So I need to go to karaikudi to get duplicate sim. I have reached airtel store and submited original license and they have taken my photo t activate the Sim. They have collected Rs 100 for issuing SIM card and asked to wait for 4 hrs to get it activated. But after a day the Sim didn't get activated. I have called them to chrkc for the status they told me the application is rejected for photo mismatch. The again after couple of days I went to store in person and this time I have submitted aadhar card and again it got rejected.

                                  So when I reached them for the details again they told me it got rejected for photo mismatch this time I have give original passport and been in the airtel store for 3 hrs. This time also the application is rejected for photo mismatch. I have tried for over 5 days to get it activated because all my account and digital acclubts OTP will be issued to this phone number ([protected]) and I dont have any other number to reach any one of them I have borrowing from my cousins and making calls to reach this guy's.

                                  Hence I have explained all the scenarios to the airtel store member. He alsed me to take a temporary number ([protected]) and asked me to pay Rs 300 for the Sim card. So now I have number to reach customers care for details. To make call I have recharge for Rs 298. Now after an hour this number got activated with the sam proof.

                                  Now the airtel is approved this proof but when I submitted the same for old number they rejected it. I have called customer care and efxplain this issue. They have gone through all the details and spoke to airtel store representative but didn't get any solution.

                                  On Sunday again I have tried to reach customer care and when through whole process to connect with customer care represntative after 10min l. He got all the details from.me and told he will not be able to help. So he escalated to higher level again to the new representative I have explained the entire issue but she was having me in the call.and chekcing all the details. Now he suggested me to go to another airwtle sore near me. I have told her the next airtel store is in trichy. Which is around 100km away from.me.

                                  She insited there is no other way other than going to trichy to get this activated. I have asked her who will bear the cost for travelling. Why there is no solution for this issue when everything is digitalised. But she was going on providing the same information to me. The call went for 1hr 10min but my issue was not resolved and tp escalate this further I have got the reference number frm.her.. The reference number QDOCI1BLR[protected]. I want someone to, help.me on this.

                                  My two cents are when the proof has been accepted for new connection why the same has been rejected for old.connection. I have provided original license, aadhar card and passport

                                  I have been regularly recharging the number without using it.

                                  I was not able to transfer Money and not able to reach my well wishes without this number. Last 5 days I lost my peace and put into tremendous mental torture. There is no proper ownership taken by airtel to resolved this issue.

                                  I have gone through alot but not able to put all over this message. I am totally frustrated and searching for all kind of help to escalate thiS.

                                    I came on visit to UAE and unfortunately I could not return due to COVID. My Airtel no. has not been working for past several months and repeated attempts to contact Airtel has failed. Customer service on phone was of no help at all. Network shows as no service even though it is postpaid and they refuse to hand over a duplicate sim to my husband saying I have to be physically present. There is no Airtel office in Dubai. This telephone no. is connected to several online payments and gas booking. Would appreciate your help in this matter.
