There were unsuccessful recharge transaction messages in two of the transactions made unsuccessfully for my phone number [protected] on 1 December 2020 and in the third recharge attempt it was successful as per the message. However, of late, I came to know that in both the transactions, it was deducted from my SBI account as shown in the attached photo of the transactions from the a/c, even though there were messages that the transactions were failed. Only one was return unspent as seen therein.
Therefore, kindly arrange to return the unused money faultily transacted or else use it for following period after the present recharge period is over.
