    My Airtel Payment for Postpaid is not reflecting into my account . I have done payment for my number. Bank has confirmed payment done and already claimed by airtel. Even after multiple follow ups issue is not resolved since raised i.e. 25 /12/2020. Also no concrete date has been shared by airtel for resolution.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Refund of prepaid airtel amount for rs 399/ reg

      Sir,
      I have recharged the Airtel Prepaid amount for Rs.399/- on[protected] for my airtel mobile number [protected]. But the amount debited on my bank account and the same was not credited in the airtel prepaid.account.
      After that I have recharged the prepaid amount for Rs.199 towards to one Bharti Airtel Ltd on[protected] through net banking for validation of 28 days. The amount was credited into the airtel account and I got...

      I had recharged my Airtel Prepaid sim on 23rd December 2020 with Rs.401 pack which includes 30GB data along with Disney plus Hotstar subscription. My money(Rs.401) has been debited from my HDFC account. But the recharge failed. Its still not credited back to my account.
      This is a very bad thing to happen as I am new to Airtel; a real bad experience. I request my money back.

        Dear Sir,

        I have recharged my father mobile number [protected] on 01.01.2021 13.10 using my Phone Pe app. I paid the airtel recharge plan of Rs.598 using my Axis bank UPI Rs.588 Ref No UPI P2M[protected] and Balance Rs.10 paid by Airtel Bank Ref No.Tnx ID [protected] on the same time. Unfortunately the recharge was not completed. Hence I requested resolution through my Phonepe app on the same day Approximately 3 hours later from the recharge time. Unfortunately the recharge also not completed eventhough I raised ticket through Phonepe app. I called the phoenpe customer care number [protected] on the same day 18.52 and have a conversation with the customer care executive about 17 Minutes 45 seconds. I was not received any favorable reply from the customer care side. My father mobile number validity has expired and he could not able to make outgoing calls and sms. He also not able to receive incoming calls and sms. Because of that He and Me mentally upset and frustrated with this bad service from Phonepe and Airtel. Because of not recharging my father mobile number in a timely manner he has heavy loss in his business. During this New Year festivel he could not able to get incoming and outgoing calls in his mobile he met an heavy loss in his bussiness. So he planned to go to the consumer court for his loss.

            My name is Arpita dubey and my airtel landline number is 4233689. I made a request to reactivate my broadband connection on 28th dec 20 and i was told that it will take 4 working days and gets resolved by 31 dec 2020. When i called after 4 days to get the updated status i was told that ur activation request is registered today only even after sharing refrence request number of my previous request they didnt listen me and raised new request. Now they are saying it will be activated by 2nd Jan 9.36 am. Also i am getting calls from airtel customer care that it is mandatory to switch to postpaid broadband in order to reactivate broadband connection and also saying that after one month of postpaid broadband i can switch same connection to prepaid. Whereas when i discussed same thing to airtel customer care by calling them they said there is no such scheme of transferring same connection to prepaid from postpaid. In just one day i spoke to 7-8(muskan, sonali, Karan, Ashwini, Jyoti, Moorthy, Umakant etc...) of customer care dept and each one in coming with different stories. Also they are very annoying they dont listen to customer and keep telling the same thing what they know even when its incorrect.
            Airtel seriously don't care about his customers and i am a big proof of dat.

              I have a airtel prepaid connection.
              I recharged with 199rs plan for 1 month 1.5gb data and unlimited calling. My 200mb data daily thefting by airtel out of 1.5gb daily quota..
              Always shown 1.3gb data left out of 1.5gb.
              Where 200mb data goes daily please help.

                        Hi my self Nithin, my mobile number is [protected], i has been using this sim about 1 and half year in UAE, and was working perfectly, now this not showing any network, and i tried using manual network selection, that also showing error. I used this number to receive SMS, every moth i recharge with 45 rs, but now past 24 days my sim is not working, plz help me to resolve the issue

                              I have recharged my mobile number[protected] through net banking for Rs. 249 on 30th Dec 2020. The Transaction reference# BIL/RCHG/[protected]/AIRTEL/[protected]

                              The bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                                    I have done DTH recharge of ₹1000 through debit card. The amount has been debited but recharge is not done. Customer care numbers are not working too. Bad experience with Airtel DTH recharge. Had similar issue in the past.

                                      I have been using Airtel connection for last 4 years and on 29th Dec 2020 14:21 got a message to submit the documents otherwise will be disconnected in 48 hours. I called customer service and did not got proper reason for asking the documents. Raised a request to extend time as I was out of state. within 6 hours they discontinued the services. Called up customer service again as they have not given sufficient time. They said cannot do anything on this . Very much frustrated with Airtel service and actions.
