Reply to dijiye sir. 7 December ko maine 149 ka recharge kiya. Spice money dwara. Waha pe transaction successful dikha raha h aur mobile number pe recharge nahi huwa h. So please check and tell me.

    My airtel number [protected] has been deleted, it is a long time use sim card since i was using aircel, after porting from Aircel to Airtel i regularly use this number for so many years but suddenly without any notice message or call they directly deleting my number from Airtel service, i had requested to Airtel office to get back the same number but they told that the number had been deleted from the Telecom due to mismatch or insufficient documents... I this regard i request to please help me with this matter as the main balance Rs 5000/- and three month pack is still available with this number.

      My Airtel SIM is not working suddenly in Muscat Oman before it was working properly am getting SMS from India like OTP etc.. now even SIM network not showing regularly monthly am recharging to my number, please rectify and solve my issues ASAP

        This problem has been happening since quite sometime now. But the intensity of the problem arose when I tried reaching out to every single person in the family and in every single phone call it said that “the number you are trying to reach is nit valid”. The problem happens every single time until and unless there is an incoming call from any number. Then the outgoing resumes. So kindly look into this matter

                With refernce to this number [protected], I recharged it with 598 on line from my laptop through your portel. It showed the recharge failed.

                I did recharging the same again for the same amount.

                Now, I see there are two deductions. Kindly refund the extra paid amount.

                        Dear Sir as this company charges too high for DTH package's . They simply charge 153 addition charge for network charges .
                        They do not give Relaxiation in channel selection.
                        As they compulsory add oriya, bengali, urdu form there sight, let every person is off different types my parents wants to see only hindi channel, so why this company add all other 1, 2 channels by there sight of many language.
                        From this method they simply confuses us and all the rubbish channel are shown to us.
                        They don't understand simple words.
                        They don't have any pack less than 295,
                        How can poor family see tv with this type of pack.

                        I suggest sir please understand our problem.

                              Sir,

                              There were unsuccessful recharge transaction messages in two of the transactions made unsuccessfully for my phone number [protected] on 1 December 2020 and in the third recharge attempt it was successful as per the message. However, of late, I came to know that in both the transactions, it was deducted from my SBI account as shown in the attached photo of the transactions from the a/c, even though there were messages that the transactions were failed. Only one was return unspent as seen therein.
                              Therefore, kindly arrange to return the unused money faultily transacted or else use it for following period after the present recharge period is over.

                                      I am a customer with ID [protected]. I have been following the replacement of Set Top Box since several months. I have all the proof of my complaints and email. Their service department is purposely behaving with me in this way. I have not received a single call from the Nashik Region regarding my complaint. I am still paying regular monthly charges. They are not even ready to replace set top box when I am ready to pay. Please stop the Harassment. I am feeling very depressed due to service of Airtel. Who will shoulder the responsibility of my health? Why are they continuing to harass me and not providing any service to me. The recent complaint number is 33188584.                                         I hereby request you to stop installation of cellphone tower as it will affect the nearby people please stop the request this complaint is filed from Veppampattu, here people will get more cancer rates as many of them have own house not a rented one so they will live here as they may not be economically potential there is a possibility rates for cancer and many more which I hope you know I think you will notice public health please cancel the installation
