Hello,
When someone is trying to reach me they get a Tobe saying number does not exist, however I am able to do all outgoing calls. All incoming calls are barred on my number. Please help at the earliest. We have changed the Sim and handset both.

      Pre paid airtel no [protected] is out of service since today(10.12.2020) evening. Kindly solve the issue immediately since no outgoing & incoming calls and sms service also affected. Do the needful immediately

          Non-receipt of your FASTag.

          I have applied for FastTag 1 month before on the Airtel app. I have completed all the details on the Airtel app and uploaded the RC of the car as well. But in the next 2 weeks, there were no updates on the app so I had written the email to Airtel Customer Care at [protected]@airtelbank.com.

          After receiving my complaint, they told me that I'll get my Fastag in the next two weeks so I waited for the Fastag to received. On receiving...

            My mobile with sim card number[protected]has been found missing since last week. Referred to cyber wing of Kerala police. Your no 121 is not responding despite several attempts. On sending a mail it is infirmed to attach mu ne mail id to the phone. Kindly arrange to attach the same and block the number so as to any misuse as I am a former Addl: Secretary to Govt:of Kerala and Sim carries several official numbers,

                  Consolidated itemized bill

                  I have 5 lines under my relationship number. For the first year Airtel gave me consolidated itemized bill for all my 5 numbers. This year for the last 9 months, every month i ask them for one single bill for all my numbers and they will give 1 number 5 times or 1 number last 5 bills etc. Have to keep writing to them at least 5 to 6 times every month to finally get a consolidated bill....

                  I am not getting any internet connection since today in my postpaid number, which i use in my 4g dongle of airtel. I have been writing to facebook, twitter airtel customer support but no reply, no call backs from them. Restore my internet connection at the earliest, otherwise i will have to disconnect your services.

                      This is to bring it to the notice of the isp provider for claiming to be fastest 4g coverage and reach, its really not up to the mark.

                      *indoors zero coverage to make calls
                      *outdoor very less net speed to even launch a page
                      *need the 3g/4g coverage extended in existing tower

                          Airtel — my 10 year old phone number allotted to someone else in just 3months

                          I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past 10 years plus. I recently was in gujrat for 9months. before 3moths ago my sim corroded and it's shoes no signal.
                          Due to covid and the sim was on my mother I'd, and it's not safe to send my mother out during corona I complained airtel care evening and they denied to give the sim without my mom presence where my mom lives in Andra Pradesh. My work location is Gujarat.

                          I tried to apply when I'm in home and it was already alloted to someone else before a month ago.

                          This number is update in all my bank accounts, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 10 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service i did not expect airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number. Thanks & regards,

                            I've visited Airtel care centre in new Bowenpally Hyderabad, they charged me 650/-rs for first recharge after MNP, now my new sim is activated but there is no recharge available, I've proof o[censored]pi transaction, location proof, the store lady said there is no bill for recharge as it is online and due to covid there is no physical copy

                              I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through the airtel thanks app on 7th April 2020 and received an SMS with a Transaction reference and I also have a bank statement. The bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                                I am a senior citizen of more than 78 years of age & have undergone heart bye - pass surgery. Have Airtel Mobile connection [protected]. Already paid the charges up to 07.05.2021. For the last 1 month, there is no network connectivity. due to that I am not able to receive any calls & OTPs, which is causing me a great loss & inconvenience.
                                I have complained a number of times, but no action has been yet taken to restore the connectivity. Earlier Airtel was providing best services & any complaint was attended within hours.
                                I once again request you to take an urgent action to restore Network connectivity.

                                  I recharged my phone today with 349 so amount deducted from my bank. I received message also about the recharge has been initiated to your mobile number. But when I check balance in my phone it says 0 balance and phone not recharged.
