My porting request was taken on 1/11/17 and i was assured by airtel person that i will get the service within 7working days but till now my connection not resumed. I have followed up with airtel person for the same. When i told them if i don't get the service then i will move to other service provider, for my surprise your company guy asked me why i am so eager for airtel service then. Airtel — unable to receive incoming calls after porting

Sir,
I have ported my reliance gsm number to airtel postaid plan. As stated, i was asked to dial 59059 to activate and for verification after inserting the sim to the handset. But when i am dialing 59059 it is not verifying my details, rather offering me few offers regarding ringtones and other waste stuffs for which i am not at all interested.

Now i am unable to receive any incoming calls on my number. Kindly look into the matter and treat it as urgent as i am about to receive many urgent calls on my number. My ported number is [protected].

Airtel — miscommunications leads me lot of problem

I have talked customer service representative and added my another number to my existing plan. My parent number is [protected] which having 349 plan with rs 50 discount. My add on number [protected]. It was communicated to me that yearly i have to pay 199 additional to add my another number and i can avail all benefits which is there in my parent number. I mean i can share my data, talk time etc. Based on that i port my number and submitted all documents. Now i am getting only 150 mb data per month and i am no option to share my data as well. Worst service ever i experience. I will move to other service...

Airtel — 4g net speed is too slow

Recently i made recharge of 399/-, unlimited calls and 1gb/per day for 70 days. Unfortunately after one day of recharge, net is very slow during day time. Speed is not going beyond 2kbps. Also outgoing calls are not going if i keep network in 4g mode.
Please let me know whether you will be able to resolve or not.
I can port to other network thinking 399 rupees given to some beggar....

I recently shifted from bsnl to airtel via mobile number portability. I had visited an authorised retailer on nov 6th, 2017 to submit my aadhar details and give an mnp request. He was using the official airtel retailer app. He took my fingerprints and submitted my aadhar details, along with the phone number and upc code. Everything went by smoothly. The app also had an option of first recharge after sim was activated. He asked me if i wanted to give a first recharge amount. Through this letter i would loke to make a request to you to check my bill prepared in previous two months.

My previous two bill (I. E. Of october and september) are charged too much (I. E. My bill is too much). Bill amount is much larger than it should be and there are certain mistakes in it. Please check my bill.

Airtel — could not able to recharge

My mobile number [protected] has been ported-in to Airtel by[protected]:30.

But I am not able to recharge in the above number. So many times I have tried, but problem has not been solved till date. Airtel personnel had told that the matter will be solved within 13Nov 2017. Even after their commitment, the matter has not been resolved till date.

I would request to look into the matter and solve the case urgently.

I requested several times to migrate my airtel number from postpaid to prepaid mode of payment. I submitted all my necessary documents on 31st october and since then i've been waiting for the effect. But failed. Can i further request you to have the effect at an earliest? Otherwise i'll change the network by portability. Please do needful....

I'm adding the same email, which was sent to airtel..

Dear airtel,

I'm writing this to know & understand why my claim request was rejected, since as per your policy the damage will be covered after 15 days of subscription.
However, this unfortunate incident occurred only after 20 odd days.

If you can't give me an appropriate solution/answer for this, i would request you to waive-off the "airtel secure" charges in the next bill which i've already paid & also unsubscribe the offer.

Request you not to fool your customers.

Hi,

Its really sad to hear that airtel is providing very very bad service in the secure claim department. I raised a request through airtel secure for my phones earpiece not working properly.
They asked me for the documents. No one came and inspected the phone for the said problem. And then i got call saying that it is a manufacturing defect and closed the service request.
Now i have few logical questions for airtel:

1) without inspecting the phones condition, how did you guys jump to a conclusion that it is a manufacturing defect?

Worst internet speed as well as 4g is concern. Some times the internet speed is 3 mb/s and most of the time 122b/s. Airtel if you are providing 4g so please be true to your words.in advertisements you exaggerate the things but reality is worst than i thought. I have recently bought your 4g dongle just for downloading movies and the performance of the dongle is more than worst. It's my humble request to please fix this....

Airtel — unable to activate airtel sim

I have ported my number from reliance tn circle to airtel tamilnadu circle on 6th nov 2017. The old sim got deactivated and the new sim shows signal bars, however i am unable to call 59059 to activate my new sim. I tried reaching out to airtel customer care multiple times however they have failed to resolve my complain. Please treat this as an urgent priority and resolve my complain at the earliest.

Airtel — mnp request stuck

I submitted my mnp in an airtel bangalore store for porting from vodafone kolkata post paid number [protected] on the oct 27th. Airtel says all documents are accepted in their system still it shows it's waiting for mnp. It's been more than two weeks now. I've also opened a ticket 81065939 with airtel mnp helpdesk. No progress so far. My vodafone balance is fully cleared still mnp isn't happening....

I have paid extra amount in error @ 468.00 on 12th oct 2017.

I have been calling and mailing since then to airtel customer care. It has been more then a month but i have not got any appropriate action from airtel.
Everytime when i call or mail they give me a different deadline but i did not get any fund in my bank account till the date.

Hi,
This is a complaint against airtel india regarding excessive billing of inr 66119 on my mobile no [protected]. Airtel has accepted that it has wrongly billed but the payment got autopaid from my credit card.
Airtel is misleading me for last 2 months saying that amount will get credited back or refunded to my credit card. But the amount is still not refunded. It has been escalated to appellate team and they say its the highest escalation matrix. We have still not received the amount.
I have made multiple calls,, visited the airtel office and spent 100s of minutes following...
