Dear sir,
I Mr. Ram Y. Desurkar from Belgaum-Karnataka, India from no 54321 they send a jawa game on my mobile without my permission and deduct 99/-Rs. from my sim. who gave them permission to withdarw any amount from Airtel sim, shall I get refund the amount.
sir u plz note that i m an educated person plz think of those one o[censored]r poor customers, , who are not able to afford and, , , and cant understand msgs then he has to pay widout any reason & unwanted services ...u plz think about those persons, ...thnk u...

    My mobile No.[protected]-Belgaum-Karnataka,India. I read a message on my handset from No.56362.ur oneday free trial 4 games club is now active u will be charged Rs.99/-month after free trial. & after one day another message send by No.54321,that Thanks for downloading Jawa Game from airtel you have been charged Rs. 99/- these messages sent me at midnight 1.30 AM.& the amount deduct from my sim.
    My question is how theese senders know my mobile number. My age 62 years & I dont allow any person to touch my handset also I dont know what r these jawa Games & all.Is there any internal connection of Airtel with these unwanted service providng persons if no then how they deduct amount from Airtel sim without their permission, I make complain to airtel customer service & asked same question but the customer executive said i[censored] talk like this I will disconnect your mobile service. what can I do will you guide me or u will take any action on this matter shall I receive my deduct money.again I receive a phone from airtel No. [protected] that We transfer above amount till 9th of this month. I try to contact on this numer but it is out of service & till today 11-03-10 I cannot receive the amount.??????????????????????????.

    sir iam being charged daily 1rupee by the waste messages from the number 5432101. so please deactivate it.
    sir i have been charged unnecessarily because of a call going to some unknown number in spite of me not calling on that number...

      I am a Airtel Mobile customer. My number is +91-[protected]

      I have not subscribed to any filmybuzz service but 3 weeks ago I got a message from 54321 which states -

      Thanks for using filmybuzz subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 10. Filmy Buzz and Pics 321 69#

      As soon as I recharge my account balance at least a minimum of Rs.5 gets deducted and this is going on since the past 3 weeks. I did complain to customer care people lot of times and they give me numbers on which i could deactivate this service but its not working. Once i was told that it will be deactivated from your side within 4 hrs but it never happened.

      I need your help. Please.

      I have not subscribed to any filmybuzz service, but today I saw a message from 54321 which states -

      "Thanks for using filmybuzz subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 10. Filmy Buzz and Pics *321*69# From: 54321 10:53pm 14/2/10"

      I do not understand how Airtel can automatically subscribe and charge me for Rs.10/-, without taking my permission.

      How can a Telcom operator do this? I am planning to file a case against this.

      I want this service to be immediately stopped and Airtel to repay back the deducted amount ( Rs.10/-). In future do not want such kind of automatic subscriptions to any such stupid services.
      yes mr. garg i am also suffring from the same problem as you have. I dont understand that why Airtel is not working fast on these sort of irritating problems.I have been also deducted the same amount plenty of times and also i'ev tried to STOP the service but nothing happened.AIRTEL is such a big telecom company and how they could do such a dumb thing.
      It should resolve these problems very fast otherwise we'll have to complaint at higher level

      I have been coming across the same problem ... please, please do not activate any kind of service like this without the customer's permission .. i got this filmybuzz amount deduction message for the third time just two days back and its really annoying..kindly let me know if the resolution that has been mentioned by the Airtel Customer Service Team is applicable for all customers automatically or whether i need to give my mobile number specifically to get this service deactivated and if so, then please let me know where do i need to submit my mobile number. I have been an Airtel customer for almost three years now and things like this have been happening several times but this is the first time where calling customer care has been totally useless..! I request that you take care that this doesnt keep happpening .. its for Airtel's own good ..

      I took the matter to the customer care cell of airtell 3-4 times, but but each and every time they told me that there is no service activated other than caller tune. But the messages are never stopped. My number is from a corporate plan i.e. of Radha Soami Satsang Beas. I fear that they will definitely increase the billing inspsite of my repeated requests for stopping such non sence.

      same problem with me, because my airtel sim balance deducted 20/- Rs. in 1-2 month. But now its solve is-
      type MENU and send it to 555630 then you got one message like - for active channels plz type *321*44#
      just follow instructions and unsubscribe it.

      there are many prepaid plans are also available in airtel so anyone have iue with there pospaid plan so they may plan for the postpaid to prepaid plans

        I had purchased a data card from Indrapuram Airtel Office but from last one week i am not getting the committed speed and not most of the time not able to find the connection. I took the best plan and almost spent 2000 Rs on data card. When i went to that shop for helpp they behave like it was my fault that i purchased the card. I am unable to cop up with the problem as i already speak to a lot of people and really sad with the bad behavior. We are common people in India who are just getting the notions from the higher people that we are having the right to say....but i am now completely in favor of the fact that we people are made to suffer. I am not a media person who can just raise the finger. Well Mr Mittal is going for a big deal...common Mr.Mittal see the small things u are just going larger by cutting our stomach....I am hoping that consumer forum can really come out and support the people like me and making some hard rules for the companies like Airtel who are just getting larger by sucking the blood of poor.

        AirTel — DATA CARD SPEED

        I am Vijay kumar from Gurgaon . It is to inform you that no body taking the action against my complains (usb data card speed issue ).i have many ticket no. 21943641, 21962358, 21966665, 21986587.but till date not resolve my problem when I call 7070 Mr mirza & Mr khurram ( supervisor ) he said to me this is the issue of technical department .when I call a couple of time Mr devli [protected] they no pick my phone why I don’t know, again take a new no, Mr anil [protected] they said to me if your card has connected that is no problem from hardware so I can’t do in this matter . And I have a called to dealer when I purchased the card ( Nehru place Delhi ) Airtel Company executive (Mr vikram)gave me the total wrong information regarding their services he said to me you will receive speed usb data card 30 k/s to 40 k/s . and they said to me what can I do if you don’t receive the speed at your place you come my office I’ll show you, but problem at my home why will I go to delhi your office and if you want to salutation your problem then you can call 7070. and again I call him 7070 mr khurram said to me your problem will resolve next 10 days and I have already give 7 days now how can it possible you will, . then I want to ask you who body will pay my bill this month june 2009 .
        it is very shameful against your service .AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE BB VERY BAD SERVICES

        We regret for the delay in responding to your mail as your concern was escalated to our circle.

        As per the revert from the circle, we would like to inform that you will be able to get around 4-5 kbps downloading speed and it will improve after Gi link capacity increased.Also Team is working on it.

        No Resolution and They didn't provided the commited speed and no network when i was on roaming.

        If the customer is not getting the proper solution, then we the citizen of India has the right to raise our voice.

        I request our customer's who experiencing the bad services to report here and give their feedback.

        I request Airtel to follow this section to rectify the issues.

        Customer Support for DataCard division is so poor.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          We brought airtel DTH one and half year back as we used the airtel sims and service was good.But the service from customer care and technical support guys is so poor that we feel to shift to other vendors.From 3(10 MAR 2010) days we are unable to get signal even after paying for complete year subscription.
          When we called customer care on 7 MAR 2010 to raise complaint he asked the problem and hanged the call without raising complaint and we had to call next day and repeat everything from beginning.They just say technical problem and will be resolved.Next day one person called when i am in office and said he will come at 1pm that day and i went from office to home taking half day off but nobody came and didnot even pick my call from that day till now.
          Every time i call one person he gives me another person's cell number and nobody get back to me with solution.When i was in office the person who called said that for them 9 to 6 is working hours and if you want it to be resolved come home but they dont have respect to others time.
          Sorry to say but people working in airtel customer care doesn't have basic knowledge of the product and issues with them and with technical support people customer doesn't have contact and result is problems never get solved.
          The same issue we are facing trice in this one & half year.And our account is disabled from 6 months hence we couldn't watch any movies on demand for this we have complained "n" number of times but no use.
          Its shame for established company respond this way.We have finally decided to return this box if it is not solved by 11 MAR 2010 and take help from consumer court if required.

            I dont know if anyone pays heed to these complaints, yet I am writing on my experience with Airtel Collection agency, Delhi. Dispite the code of conduct etc on the website, Airtel called me up reagring my old number [protected] ( maybe with Cureman collection) and assured me that if I pay INR 10,000, my bill would be settled and i shall get the NOC. I paid through credit card the agreed amount and still they chase me for money. Inspite of the code that only one person will follow on case, different people call at different times and are abusive, loud and brash.
            Hope someone at Airtel reads this and takes action. I am still Airtel subscriber but feel vicitmised.

              Regarding airtel prepaid services worst network apart from this for existing customer to chane to paisa per second i had to call 1000 times every time supervisor note down complain in vain i am running behind for this for past 2 month at last i got the number of mr anand airtel official then on next day somebody from airtel office call he dont know either english or hindi speaking in telugu telling you are not eligible in getting paisa per second what does it mean when you are dialling clear message for existing customer recharge with rs 27 change to paisa per second it is big fraud airtel people playing with customer i advise all customer not to go with airtel i had tata docomo nice service network nice who ever responsible in airtel take immediate action with the official

              i have activeted wtih Rs 32 fo 1 paisa calling my callining of 1 paisa is still not cativated on my no [protected]

              AirTel — Airtel Defrauding Consumers-charging excess paisa for per second.

              I m using airtel for one year. when I bought the sim(prepaid) the call charges were 1p/sec on all local and STD.But From 1st may 2011, company is charging 1.2p/sec on others. I hv sent so many emails but no neccasary action taken by company.I hv also dialled 198 and 121 but no one attends the call.

                Sir,

                Over the last quarterly period we have been facing problems with Airtel wherein they are resorting to unfair means to bill us in excess of the actual usage. Secondly they are also not including our other corporate connections taken from them in CUG as promised by them, which is presumably their strategy that by not doing so we will be incurring more bills as maximum calls are within CUG network.
                Repeated requests to them have gone unanswered and they do not reply to my e-mail requests and instead call me from various other mobile numbers falsely telling me that they are resolving our said problem. We have over 80 corporate connections with them as on date but there is absolutely no effort from their side to resolve our simple query.                   I have taken 2 Air-tel numbers which is mention below

                  and after using it quit a long i wanted to cancel both my number because i got the vodafone number and on 22september2009 i went to R.T Nagar Air-tel office and placed the request to cancel both the number so the person who was sitting there she has take both number cancellation request and asked me to clear all the payments so at that time only i payed the payment of both the number ending with 3954-amount was 274/- and the another number ending with 3953-amount was 680/- and after that she gave me only one reference number and said both number will be canceled with 2-3days time and the reference no is 28493557 and i came back, after some days time i got the collection call stating that i did not pay my bill for this number [protected] and the amount was some 720 or 750, so at that time only i called up to Airtel help line no and complained about the same that cancel my no as soon as possible and revers my payment so the person who received my call he transfer to his floor supervisor and i explained the same to him so that person took the request to revers the charges and cancel the number and after some days time i got the bill that charges has been reversed and the payment was some 32/- so i was quite relaxed and again after some days time i got the call from Airtel that i have the pill to pay and the amount was 650/- or 680/-, so at that time only i went to Airtel office which is there in NandiDurga road Jaymahal on 29Jan2010 and complaint about the same but they said that they don't take complaint and they asked me to call up to helpline number so i called up from their phone only to helpline and again i explained the same to that person who picked up the call and he said he will take the request to cancel the number as soon as possible and i said please revere my charges and moreover keep my 300/- deposit with you only and that person gave me the reference number for that complaint the reference no is 30686169 and i came back after that now this huge bill has come where in i have throughed that sim long back when i gave the first complaint to cancel both number now today again i spoke to one of the floor manager to look in to the case and i have already explained to him so he told me he will do the needful and still i don't receive any confirmation regarding my issue and cancellation of my phone no.so kindly request you to help me and sir i can not pay this much bill i can not afford to pay because i belongs to poor family kindly request you to do the needful

                    Promotional Message before Hello Tune(Value added Service)

                    Problem: I have hellotunes active on my airtel number [protected]. I have 4 songs in the album, of which I have added 2 songs recently. Out of 4 , 2 songs are ok, and other 2 start with the promotional message, "Press *9 to copy this tune, monthly rental 15/-", I asked customer care to remove this promotional message before the hello tune is played and their reasoning is as follows.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have two Air Tel Postpaid Corporate connection My No-[protected]/32 Name of Tushar Sharma. I have problem in a bill ( [protected] ) . i was call to customer care but no buddy listen my quarry so i was not pay the from January because i have not received the bill n bill detail and i was not clear. That day i want clarification also and pay the bill n I was pay regular bill of my second no. ([protected]) so i was decided I'll wait for any call from air tel then I'll clear about my call detail and then I'll pay all bill. But in February in last week somebody call my no. [protected]. i was in my office his name is Mr.Sameer he was talk me very rudely and i was told him 'sir please don't worry I'll pay the all bill you just send my call detail on my mail id Then he was normal and he was send the bill with call detail on my mail id. and he was call me again he ask me about my problem i was told him 'sir I am not satisfy my call charges and roaming charges he was told me sir you can Settlement on your bill and he was suggest me if you want continue your no. then you have to pay Rs.1350/- or if you want full and final payment then you can pay Rs.1200/-. After that i was decided I'll pay Rs.1350/- and continue the number. He was told me 1more thing he said 'sir your SIM is not working you have to purchase new SIM in Rs.25/- from any Air Tel shop. That time I was agreed with him. After that he was sent Some buddy on 24/02/10 for payment collection From my house i was payed by post dated HDFC cheque (date -27/02/10, amt-1350/-) but that day i don't know about my a/c was blocked by bank for other any security reason then cheque was bounce and i was feel very embracing.

                    After that 06/03/10 Mr. Sameer was call me by a lad line no.40662042 time-02:36pm he talking me again very rudely and he was abusing me and very clearly i was feeling very very bad he said to me very rudely again Mr....you have to pay cash payment write now......i said Mr.Sameer firstly please talk to me in behave. he was not listing me and he said if you are not pay the bill then I'll raze your call detail and I'll call your relatives and friends and I'll ask them you are not able to pay the mobile bill of Rs.1350/-........

                    Then he was normal and i said Mr.Sameer Do one thing please send my some buddy on my office (south ext. part -1) and I'll pay in cash Rs.1350/-. He said again Speak loudly and he said Sorry I Cant Send Any buddy for collection...u have to go to shop and pay all amount Rs.1800/- . i said ok I'll pay at Air tel shop after my office...He said no Mr.Sharma you have to pay write now otherwise I'll call on your relatives number and ask them... .And then he was cut it my call after few Minute My friend is call me then he said sum buddy call me from air tel and he is talking about you and he is very abusing.... after that i was call on his ladeline number - 40662042 and told him Mr.Sameer this is not fair you are call my friend number......he said I'll do more calls from your call detail.......I said Mr.Sameer please send some buddy I'll pay your all amount he said ok I'll send some buddy from collection department on your office and pay your amount in cash of Rs.1350/- Recipet No.-1756334 and I'll Send The new SIM tomorrow but that time i have Recorded This Talking In my Cell.
                    Now I have Pay The Balance Amount Also Because Next Day he told me that you have to pay all balance amount also.. by Card recipt no[protected].

                    Now I have Attach The Voice Recording Please check the recording and do Something........

                    Airtel — Complaint against recovery department

                    I have used one cell no [protected] and closed that connection somewhere in august 2008. I was ready to pay last month rental but airtel wants me to close the connection after paying whole outstanding similarly they have increased outstanding and just two days back I received a call from Airtel recovery office chandigarh regarding the same outstanding and our settlement happened at 599 i.e. last month rental of the mobile and given me that I'll not receive any call regarding outstanding I paid the amount readily and I got the call next day about remaining outstanding. Now What should I do?

                    this is a complaint regarding my payment i am yogesh dhawan proprietor of amritelectronics gurgaon haryana my dealer code is 11147 i received one of my payment customer name sk chandel cheque nb 033142 amount 25832/. dated 5-11-08 some how that cheque got misplace from my office instantly i made the complaint in bajaj office gurgaon i made the proper format and do all ur formalities which is necessary for stop payment and request for another cheque i made the request for the payment for the last two months but there is no responce from gurgaon bajaj officials and daily they r telling us tomorrow we get the payment this we r listening from last two months so kindly look forward towards this matter and solve it as early as possible as we are waiting for too long.

                    HDFC Bank — HDFC bank clear my postdated check to Airtel

                    On 20 April I droped 1 HDFC check in Airtel Office( Maruti Infotech Centre. Domlur Inner Ring Road. Bangalore) for landline bill.

                    It was postdated check of 30 April 2009. It means that Aritel can not get the payment before 20 April 2009 with that check.

                    But Airtel got all the payement that i mentioned on that check on 29 April 2009 afternoon( before 30 April 2009).

                    I donot know how Airtel got that payment.

                    Now the question why HDFC bank didnot verify date mentioned on check ?

                    On what behalf HDFC bank cleared that check ?

                    This bank is doing totly wrong.

                    This is one blunder mistake of this stupid bank.

                      Recently I migrated from Airtel Prepaid connection(which I was happily using for 8 years) to postpaid connection - Voice & Data 399 plan. On 3rd March, I suddenly started receiving a flurry of SMS from Airtel Live, thanking me for subscribing for host of beauty, video games, cricket sites which cost me more than Rs 500. I immediately called up customer care and complained and they informed me that they cannot take any action until my bill gets generated on 12th of March. Today, I am not able to make outgoing calls and when I enquired customercare, they are asking me to make partial payment for the non-sense downloads which automatically happened without my knowledge/authorization. For the first time in my life I felt that even Airtel can cheat. I had such a nice impression about this service provider when I was having pre-paid connection for 8 years. One month after migration, I came to know the real face of Airtel. I am planning to disconnect if my concerns are not addressed by Airtel and I am even planning to sue them for the harrasment I have been going through.

                      I have an airtel prepaid connection which i rarely use, use wen i cum in home network den airtel plans automatically subscribed and money deducts from my balance wen i lodge a complaint to airtel customer care den no one listen.

                        on contacting airtel customer service, i was told i have to go file an FIR. dont think i have time for that.

I have recharged with a sms offer of 500sms/day for 1 month for 67 rupees on 25th Feb, 2010. but i am being charged for my sms from 8th March, when its only 13 days completed and i am well within the limit of 500 sms/day. COnstumer care agent says the offer is still active and no money will be deducted and the deducted amount will be refunded. But nothing happening. Please look into the matter ASAP.                             I got a Airtel data card yesterday only and got it verified it in one day. However the speed they are providing is pathetic. i never knew that airtel performance has got this much down. I am certainly very upset with the performance it took almost 30 mins for opening gmail and when it got opened i was only able to put in my username and password and after that i kept on waiting it didnt open my emails.

                            I have purchased Airtel data card almost 2 + weeks back. Card number [protected].

                            I think this was really a bad decision on my part. I raised complain same day when connection was activated mentioning that this does not give me speed to work.

                            Most of the time it does not connect ( as signal is really weak). After I raised the complain I was told that this will be resolved before 30th of May. Someone from Airtel visited my house on 26th May and said there is no signal in this area.

                            I waited for 30th and called your customer care almost 15 times since then but everyone says please talk to my manager. When I talk to manager he says he will get back within 2 hours. This has happened almost 15 times and looks like no one cares after selling the instrument.

                            I really need help here else I don’t have any other option other than going to consumer forum to get my money back (Instrument cost).

                            Before purchasing instrument I called your customer care and they said me “if your Airtel mobile has signal data card would have and they gurantee it to work”. I also asked from showroom on ITPL road to tell me the speed, they said minimum 2 mbps. While for me any web page does not open – I just keep refreshing it.

                            My house location: Flat number 20011, Prestige shantiniketan. Whitefield road, near ITPL Bangalore.

                            I tried to connect every time from above address.

                              I am Arun Makkar final yr E&EC student for PEC University of Technology ,Chandigarh. For four years I m using the prepaid connection of Airtel. On 3 March , the company blocked my sim and re-issue the sim of same number to different person. Now I have issued new sim from Airtel showroom and want that it shoudn't be re-issued again to another person anywhere in India. I want all my balance which had in the sim before blocking.

                                Hi,
                                I am Airtel landline and broadband user at Bangalore with landline number 080-************. You can refer to a complain generated in your system on 8th MARCH 2010 which is mailed to me on my cell as : Service request number 30264874. ( This is repeat to my complain on 5th March)

                                The point here is planned corporate cheating by Airtel in clever manipulation at consumer bills.

                                The back ground and case is as described here.
                                I had subscribed broadband on 925 plan. As per the offer in few years back , I was promised I will get Rs 925 free call per month. For which the charge of Rs 925 is put for the broad band connectivity. If in any month I don’t have any call worth Rs 925 then it is the same call amount will be discounted. I was offered a 3GB free download package per month. Any additional data will be charged extra. In few months from subscription I checked and the plan as promised is getting reflected in billing correctly. THEN I STOPPED CHECKING BILLS RELIGIOUSLY .
                                After almost a period of more than 2 years I got surprised seeing this month’s bill. The free call is given for only Rs 425. Then there comes a very high manipulative data download rate for which additional amounts are charged. When in shock I called the call center the answer was the scheme offers only Rs 425 free calls ! Then I went on checking some 2 to 3 previous bills where I found the free call discount is Rs 425 against Rs 925 !! When I expressed that the agreement signed is for Rs 925 the call center person took a pause and told they will revert back. The next interesting manipulation came like this : After few days I called today. The call center told this is sorted out !! I enquired how and with whom. They told somebody called and explained my wife and my wife agreed there is no error in bill !! Where as the fact is something different and actually nothing of this sort had happened.
                                I forced the agent to explain me the same solution as claimed to be explained to my wife. First the call center told they cant re explain it !!!!
                                With lot of argument the call center person told the Rs 425 is charged because it exceeded the free call quote of Rs 925 !! I don’t need to explain and everybody can understand what is the factual technical error the call center is explaining.

                                The gist is like this. Airtel intentionally in a systematic way did this cheating after few months of subscription by providing correct bills initially. This need to be sorted out and required criminal case will be initiated by me for cheating by Airtel. I need the cheating amount immediately to be paid back.

                                Also I request TRAI to take necessary actions against Airtel to ensure all the people who would have cheated by me get back their dues.

                                Airtel — Cheating -Extra charges of Landline

                                AIRTEL IS A BIG FRAUD AND THESE PEOPLE TAKE MONEY OUT OF NOTHING.
                                WE REQUESTED FOR DISCONNECTION OF OUR LANDLINE NUMBER WITH DUE PAYMENT DONE. AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD US TO INSTEAD PUT IT ON HOLD AND GAVE US FREE 3 MONTHS HOLD ON TIME(ON SAFE CUSTODY). WE AGREED TO THAT THROUGH EMAIL MENTIONING THAT WE ARE OK WITH IT WITH A CLAUSE THAT THIS SHOULD NOT BE CHARGEABLE.
                                AFTER 2 MONTHS WE REQUESTED THEM FOR A PERMANENT DISCONNECT. AND NOW THEY ARE CONSTANTLY HUMILIATING US FOR PAYMENT OF Rs 915 AS HOLD ON CHARGES.

                                Airtel — Cheating in the name of TRAI

                                I had taken a sim number ([protected]) on 9th oct 2010.
                                The sim was working for 4 months, and there was a balance of Rs.260 when suddenly on 8th Feb 2011 it became inactive. It was neither possibe to make any call or receive any.

                                Airtel told me that my sim card has been recycled and they cannot revive it as per TRAI reccomendations.

                                They are not able to pay me back the balance in the account as per TRAI guidelines. I had given my documents just 4 months back to them. If they want it i can furnish the documents again. But they are not going to take it!

                                Now I can take a new airtel number if I want!!!

                                To hell with airtel.

                                A rose is a rose is a rose by any name. Cheating is cheating by any name, even by name of TRAI.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am Aashish Bhanawat and my airtel postpaid number is [protected]. On Feb 23rd 2010, I posted a request to relocate my last 5 digit number from Karnataka circle to Andhrapradesh circle (The service Request no. is 31075162 and call answered by RAGHAVEKS and told me it will take max 1 week). On Friday 26th Feb 2010 in morning I got call from customer care that one of the airtel executive will visit me by afternoon 1 O'clock to collect all documents and we explain me all available plan that available. But still your executive didn't visited me till yet. On March 1st my Airtel SIM got deactivate within 7 days without my knowledge, even relocation package activated for 15 days. Neither I was able to call or message anybody nor they were able to call or message me. I completely disconnected with this world. Again I talked to customer care regarding this and, next day by evening 9 PM it again activated. On March 3rd in evening one of the your executive (Mr. Shiva, [protected]) visited and gave me new sim and number, and told me this number will be activated by tomorrow morning 11AM with corporate plan and he will again visit in morning. Neither sim got activated nor he visited me. Also he is not picking up my call. Regarding this again I called AP customer care, they told me please talk to Karnatka customer care regarding this. After that I called Karnataka customer care they said, please talk to AP customer care they will resolve this problem. I told them, I already talked to AP customer care and they told me to talk to Karnataka customer care, then your executive said please call tomorrow after 9:30 in morning, because concern team already left for day. On march 5 morning again I called and talked to concern team manager and he said I am taking this responsibility and by evening it will be activated, but not. Again on March 6th evening 4 PM I called customer care and call answered by Mr. BALARAM. He talked to manger of concern team and told me the manager will call me by 6:30, but I didn't receive any call from him. again I call customer care and this time call answered by SUSHMANS. Again, she talk to manager and told me I will receive call from manager within 30 minutes, but no call from him. Again I called customer care at 9PM and got the reply please call on Monday. Today again I called them and this call answered by another manager UMESHR. He told me again wait for next 24 hour. For how long will I wait. I posted request 2 week back but still no result. From today onward my old number also going to deactivate.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    This is a harassed Airtel Prepaid service user making a complaint hoping that some justice is meted from your end.
                                    I have been Airtel Prepaid customer since last 7 years. There have been multiple issues with the service provided, including non availablity of recharge vouchers across city and the authorised dealers as well. But this time its beyond my patience. I have never subscribed for "Audio movies" , don't even know how to go about the same and have been charged 2 months in a row for Rs.30 for the same.
                                    I called on the "121" number to have the same deactivated and also followed the SMS regime, and received confirmation via SMS on 8 Dec 2009 that same has been deactivated still was charged the renewal amount for Jan'10 and Feb'10.
                                    I have stored those messages on my phone.
                                    Kindly suggest how to take this complaint forward and get my Rs.60 back.Right now I have stopped using the number. Please help.

The number 64611020 did not accept any reply message to unsubscribe. I am very puzzled becoz I don't understand where to go to unsubscribe this stupid service which charged me Rs.20 almost daily. PLEASE DO UNSUBSCRIBE THIS SERVICE FROM MY NO. [protected] AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

                                    AirTel — Charging for services not subscribed

                                    Air tel Services is very very poor. I have been debited for various VAS Service which I have not subscribed. On protesting, the call centre some amount is refunded and for balance am told have to again complaint. THEY ARE ON THEIR OWN FORCIBLY SUBSCRIBING AND if people do not bother to check, the money is in their kitty. Then we have to keep fighting with them for recrediting the amount.

                                    Not only that, while on one hand they recredit (after lots of messages/followups over phone which costs time and money), again I have been subscribed, again on their own. This has been happening for the last one week - I keep complaining that I have not opted for the service, they keep recrediting, and then again subscribe. The call center operator tells I will not receive again and this keeps happening in a vicious circle. They will take all the addressess etc. but everytime you call up it is different people and first you have to waste time in verification, then the process begins again.

                                    I think we should form a common forum to take on this beligerent co. If anyone has the email id of their MD or top brasses, let me know and then we all can together flood him with mails. I think this should be done to ensure that their MD is aware of the problems we are facing. Even phone should do, but it should be on mass scale so that he feels the impact of the problems we are facing.
                                    Same thing has happened with me... if any airtel agent can disactivate this service for me also and return my 40 ruppees i will be thankful. my mod no is [protected]

                                    I have activated for 98 internet 2gb promotions, while activated the 98 RS deducted from prepaid account and not getting the fecility with my HTC HD2 windows mobile. then I tried to contact customer care, but after press 3 & I saying it will connect customer service representative(Officer) then said this number is not valid. Please let me know how I can get this service as soon as possible

                                      Harassing customers
                                      I am surprised and shocked by the inefficient way Airtel handles their customer service. The customer service reprensentatives donot know half the time why they are calling the customers. They are also very inffecient in terms of giving information or even connecting to the other concerned depts.
                                      They made repetitive phone calls and harassed me over the same issue of non-payment of phone bill.I had open an account in Airtel Post paid number [protected] and closed this number in the month of August2009. Again customer care guys called me why you are closeing this account I told them many time no I don’t need this number any more after many calls they had suggested me to convert in prepaid I was agreed on that and again they asked me again my documents and given me the prepaid SIM. I have spoken to the lawyer and he has checked the databaseand told me that yes I have requested to the closer and had chat with customer care executive and he aplozise and told me that send me the withdrawl. That is really said I After that I don’t they have not even update there database and send me an notice of Non Payment.
                                      I had to spend a good number of hours trying to solve this situation since the representatives justrefuse to listen to me.

                                      I am not sure why can't they update their system with the phone conversations they have so that customers don't get harassed for the same issue (for no fault of theirs) again and again.

                                      Please try to solve this problem as soon as possible……….
