My mobile No.[protected] I had given so many complaints to customer care & u also that unnecessary deduct my amount Rs.99/- from my airtel sim by 54321 & 56363, How these persons deduct any amount from any mobile sim without customer permission from airtel sim. after complaints I received two calls from Delhi No.[protected] within seven days we will credit your amount but till to day there is no any action taken by you,
So I request you plz credit my amount as soon as possible,

Airtel — unnecessarly Rs.99 taken by airtel

I don't want airtel WAP connection. I got some message from wap.mobifun.in. I wrongly pressed my button.because of that reason, i got message like Rs 99 reducted for airtel wap. Truly speaking without any notification sending some messages and detecting some money is rediculas serive. please return back my Rs.99.I highly dissappointed with this Airtel servies.My number is [protected].
U r absolutely rite.i lost rs.99 today.dose fellows send me a service msg abt games @ low price.4 furthr instruction i clickd d link and my 99 rupees just vanished 2 thin air .i thnk v d customers should unite and crack d airtel network.airtel services realy suck.

    Dear Concern,

    Yesterday I activated DND (Do Not Disturb) service in airtel. The activation period its 45 days, this is too horrible. When the airtel sim cards can be able to activate with in 2 to max 24 hours, why this service is taking 45 days? Hope it wont be a big mountain cutting work. The interesting part is before yesterday I used to get one call and multiple sms per day. But today up to now I got two unwanted calls from airtel (automated calls) and 2 sms. It too irritating, please reduce the time of DND activation time.

    2. First complaint to Airtel[protected] dated 2nd April. They promise to resolve by 15th April.

    But till date I am repeatedly getting unwarranted tele sales calls.

    Airtel — Airtel - Ignores DND!!!

    I am getting a lot o[censored]nsolicited sms on various Airtel services that I don’t want. What should I do? For example, one is this ‘New Generation Life Insurance Rs. 1 crore life cover at Rs. 1927pm’ call Bajaj Capital. Then there are other cookery classes, learn how to make glasses, etc. I can’t understand why there is so much spam, and all this after I have opt for the DND service.
    plz animation side is my to deactive the connection.
    Curse AirTel and change your service provider or go court because AirTel never change their motto of customer harracement..

    I am an airtel corporate customer for about 4 years and registered for Do not disturb service long time back. My number is [protected]. I have been recieving messages form different builders about the availability of apartments and flats in different locations across the NCR. I have spoken to customer care and the TRANSACTION ID is[protected] and[protected] and I was assured that it will be taken care of, however, the problem has still not been resolved. I would like to know that what is the next level to which I need to go to get this problem resolved as the messages drop in at any time of the day. I am very well aware of the brands to which I have subscribed. If AIRTEL cannot do anything about this, then whom should I approach for this problem?

    Airtel Prepaid Service — Mobile Service Not Activated

    I submitted the document on 14.08.2008 in the evening for new activation of mobile no.[protected] 15th, 16th, 17th being holidays, I went their relation center (Agrawal trading distributor office) at Bhayander West on 18.08.2008 and asked for activate the mobile no. I was informed number would be activated within 4 hours.However even after contacting their No.[protected] several times, but they still not activated the no. even they are not giving proper reason. My document of attested driving license copy is Ok & valid. I complain to higher ups it is okay with them.It is surprising that for a job not properly done by their Salesman Executive(Sunil & Rohit), Airtel is not ready to take responsibility. I spended lot of time and money. I also found that staff of Agrawal Trading Bhayander West not aware of proper procedure and different solutions were offered without any use.     I am trying to register DND and being asked to get the uniquw identification number. How do I get this number

    Airtel — Number not getting activated from last 1.5 month

    Last month i have applied for converting my number from corporate account to individual account, i have submitted all the necessary documents including N.O.C. from the company and applicable charges. Its been more than 1.5 months i am waiting for my number to get activated. I have visited airtel relationship centre several times, mailed to nodal officer but no response/update.

    Please suggest me what can i do??

    I am filing complaint every week on unwanted SMS, One fellow from 54321 sends me love message.Cant this Airtel act according to their programe, when asked for DND, the company must follow the rules.Also, they merrily deduct a service fees of 30 inr per month and clear entire prepaid amount.I need this mobile for my emergency medical, but could not use,

    I subscribed Mradio application of Airtel 4 months ago...suddenly from last 1.5 months I started getting
    some sms from 51234999 saying some text like "Index for mradiosync channel is XXX days old and is last updated on[protected]". Daily moring I'm getting the same message 4-5 times. This is very annoying. There must be issue with Airtel application. Please try to find out. When I called to the customer care they said they can't resolve the problem and I have to go for DND. In DND it takes 45 days !!! This is totally unexpected from service like Airtel. This much day I have to suffer with the crap messaes like these. Plese do the DND service more effective and less time consuming. In 45 days one country can go for war and finish it as well !!!

    Airtel — activation of DND

    I requested for activation of DND on 17 of november and was told that the service
    will be activated from 29 of november. My request reference number is RDREG[protected].
    But on 29 of november I Got more msgs from AW-59830.

    Airtel — DND service not activated on my number

    I have got my phone number registered on Do-Not-disturb service sine march 2010. Despite that I have been continuously receiving promotional messages. I logged another complaint for this on[protected] and was told that these messages would be stopped after[protected]. However, the condition is still the same and still continue to receive messages. also, the waiting time on customer care is pathetic. After trying for 3 days it was today that I was able to log a complaint and the lines were not busy. Moreoever, i was again asked to wait for 10 more days to for the messages to stop coming. also, the solution that i got was that in future i[censored] keep getting messages then please keep logging a complaint...Why the hell cannot an action be taken once for that? If I have to lodge a complaint again and again for the same thing and still no action being taken on this, then what is the use o[censored]sing airtel services..Please look into this matter urgently!

    Airtel — Services Activated without asking

    Dear Sir

    My complaint is that ..airtel has activated 2 services on this number without consulting me...

    first service was Cricket.. which company had activated on 28th dec 2010...and other service was Fun Time activated on 4th feb 2011..

    i was unaware of this services... and i come to know about this when i called bharti airtel(number 198) on 25th feb...

    the money deduction is as follow

    3 rupees per day for each cricket match...

    1 Rupee per day for Fun time.

    i talked to there customer care representative.... so they told me that your complaint is registered and you will get your money back soon...

    as i didnot get my money back so today also i called to Bharti Airtel 2 times... first time there customer care representative has disconnected my call ... and on second call ...they told me that you will get message of your complaint number..and suddenly he disconnected the phone..

    but i didnot get any complaint number and money...

    Airtel — Unexpected service charge

    My Mobile No.is [protected].I never subscribe My Tune service from Airtel company.Airtel company deducted Rs.10/- from my balance without informing me.At that time i have only Rs.4/- balance in my mobile.And company stopped outgoing service.If i recharge the balance, airtel company will renew this service & deduction made from my balance.I want to stop this service immediatelly.So no any other charge deducted from my balance.Please do necessary atearliest.

    I have activated DND option on my Airtel connection SIM([protected]) on '23 rd March 2011'. Even after 45 days i am still getting the SMS related to Advertisements. Please do the needful in stopping those kind of SMS.

      On seeing the message from message centre no.[protected] about offer of full talk value of Rs. 349 on recharge voucher of Rs. 349 up to 25.03.2010,I e-recharged my mobile no. [protected] on 20.03.2010 at 8.00 pm vide Trans ID no. [protected] by Rs. 349.After that,I received the message that recharge is successful Talk time only Rs. 1.00 from message centre no[protected].i.e. full amount of Rs. 349 was not credited to my mobile balance.My airtel mobile no. belongs to Delhi and e-recharge was done at Ajmer(Rajasthan). Please credit full talk value of Rs. 349 in my airtel mobile.

        hello Sir/Madam
        . My number[protected] is working since feb'05 (5 years now).
        I was using free GPRS till feb 2009. i was committed that it will be activated again and i can use it for free again in 1-2 months. but it is now been a year that i have not got any such service. everytime i call, yopur call centre people start giving a number of options to use GPRS by paying. still i need to use GPRS for free. i have been with AIRTEL for 5 years. you can chek my previous details. evrything is fine always. i would be highly obliged if you allow me to use this service of GPRS for free on my cell phone.

          My Airtel Land line 4262 187 area code 0824. ECS request given on 5th December 2009 given to V-Care communications said to be frenchise unit of AIRTEL ( as they have not exibited any sign board to that effect) at 4-1-160/ 59, 60 ,83 ,84 at Saibeen complex Lalbagh Mangalore 575004. As told by frenchise firm december month bill which i receive in January 2010 should have been debited to my a/c through ECS. But even after 4 months no action to activate ECS is taken And I was made to pay bils of December 2009 , January 2010 with late fee. February month bill also received with out the mention of ECS on it. V. care communication promises it will be debited to my a/c through ECS & all late fee paid after giving ECS request will be recreditted in future bill. My request to Airtel to look into the matter immediatly & direct their frenchise unit at Lalbagh Mangalore ( who does not have a practice of neither issueing acknowledgement nor maintaing record for having received ECS request & forwarded to concern office for necessary action.

          I have salary account in SBI(Ballabgah),on every 10th of each month a amount of 9072Rs.is deduted as a monthly instalment of home loan which I take from DEUTSCHE HOME FINANCE Ltd. but from june onwards Deutsche Bank has increased its instalment from 9072Rs.to 10082Rs.and call me also inspite of 10th this amount is to be deducted on 20th june, so to complete my amount of instalment I had deposited 1000Rs. in a nearby SBI authorised kiosk on 18th june but due to negligence of SBI Banking my amount of 1000Rs. came to my account o 21st june so a fine of 552Rs.is inflicted on me by Deutsche Bank,so please look into this matter and compensate this amount of 552Rs

            I am using Airtel Broadband connection at my home. Last month I went to Airtel showroom to submit my connection to "Safe Custody" - means they take Rs300 as monthly charge and the connection will be kept on hold. After being told that I had to clear the outstanding unbilled amount to submit to safe custody, i made the payments and then submitted to safe custody.

            After a month, now I called them to reactivate . But i was shocked that It didnt went to safe custody because there is some bill amount pending. Doesnt make sense to me .

            "Rule is AIRTEL wont take a connection to safe custody if there is any bill amount pending".
            1) If bill amount is pending, how did they take money from me for safe custody. 2) Why the guys didnt tell me the full amount that I should pay before submitting to safe custody

              We are haunted by the subscription of one "Ganesh Slokam" from the number[protected]. We contacted your airtel office, irinjalakuda, Trichur district, Kerala State for deactivating this and they assured it won't be coming anymore. But till this date it is coming every day morning consuming Re.1/- per day. Please deactivate this with immediate effect.

                sir airtel provided lots of services to activate such as larger thn life service as free trials but after free triali any one wana unsuscribe that one they r unable to provide information regardin its deactivation

                1). My mobile No.[protected] from MUMBAI Location.

                2). I have been using the same number since 3 years.(more than 2years as post paid connection and
                later it converted to Prepaid)

                3). My main complaint No1 ..is about AIRTEL LIVE SERVICES...that's my number has some
                how...subscribed for Airtel Comics portal (I didn't activated myself).So my account balance has been
                deducting Rs.10/week.This has been happening since more than two months. PLEASE STOP IT

                4). The complaint No2 is ...The Jokes subscription, this service also..deducting my account balance in
                their own passion every time balance is deducting Rs.3/ regardless of the time slot. ( even this one
                also ..I didn't activated myself).PLEASE STOP IT

                5). The complaint No3 is .Customer Care Service 121 and [protected] is worst in MUMBAI.There are so
                many service option are missing to un-subscribe the services.like comics(there are some help line
                from the people but those are not working such as sms PLIVE 222 ..The system report NO KEY
                WORD FOUND).So only subscription facility is not enough It must be have un-subscription facility
                also.Please find out those services and provide the help in public portals.

                6).The complaint No4 is...[protected] Customer Care Number. I called this many times.Some one
                Lifting the phone...but, at the movement I'm explaining the issues..breaking down the call(Don't say it's

                Airtel services not good in Andhra Pradesh
                I am Naman Pathak a customer of Airtel. I recharged with 58rs. SMS pack on 16th April 2011. On 19th April evening Suddenly my SMS pack was canceled by Airtel automatically and my SMS charges were cut from my Main Balance. I called in Customer Care 198. They gave no solution for that. And Moreover they changed my Customer care mode to SMS mode from Voice Mode. So from then I can't call in Customer Care too. I went to nearest Airtel Office. They also denied me to help about this. I want to turn on my Customer care service in Voice mode. Why Airtel is doing this ? Is it for to Cheat the customers ? And please change your system that switches Customer to SMS mode from Voice mode automatically.

                I want to Turn on my customer Care service urgently.

                Airtel is a third class service provider in terms of customer services and customer help. It deducts money from customer's a/c without any fault of the customer and never returns back. I am using the handset which is not compatible for mobile tv service and they deduct money from my account without any reason and not returning back.

                  The Recent Ads about unlimited Aircel GPRS,

                  By watching the Aircel Ad on TV about unlimited GPRS , i called the customer care about the Tarif Plans of this scheme. And the customer care agent of the Great Airtle said that yu have 2GB UNLIMITED GPRS in this scheme. I asked him what is the meaning of 2GB Unlimited ???????????. He said 2 GB UNLIMITED. and i couldnt argue with him more as i found that it will waste my time. But what i am complainting is as we are Respectable Citizens of our Lovely India, and in this country how can we alow for such a open fraud ads in TV or any such media for Common Mass. Airtle is Openly telling lie on the media that this sheme is unlimited and also in the number they provide in this ad only comptuerised voices will speak and no customer care support is there in this number. There is one more complaint about theri previous Mobile Office schem i like to present before you and i will do it after any responce for this complaints. Any way i like to say what is really happening in India.

                  What Mr Stanydalmeda has posted is very true and one more interesting factor i want to tell here is Now the Tata Docomo is following the same path of Airtel by giving the same UNLIMITED advertisements in Media and Channels. And when i enquire with the Customer care agents they say there are no UNLIMITED plans available.

                    I hve lost my mobile on 17/3/10. the same day I filed an FIR. after that I approached to Air tel office situeted at block M5, Connaught Place on 18/3/10. Iwas told that H1series SIM is not available with them please wait for few days. Till now it is not available. when I asked through Hot line from that store I was told to approach radical commnication, Lajpat nagar for the duplicate SIM. There also Store people told that it will be available by 26/3/10.
                    Please look into the matter and provide the SIM or give details where I can get the SIM.

                      Airtel is just selling on name, they don't care about customers. They make false promises and give lame excuses. I subscribed for Airtel DTH as they said they will not charge anything for installation but later they deducted 300/- from monthly recharge for extra wire saying the engineer made a misktake by not communicating about the wire cost. When the balance is low, they don't care to send a courtesy SMS or call before disconnecting. You call up their customer press 1 for English & you will hear very poorly trained customer executives speaking in Hindi who keeps repeating some standard phrases - apologies for inconvenience, it's a technical problem, we are system/process driven - without any realistic meaning to a customer. You ask for a supervisor and you will be on hold for several minutes and when the supervisor is on line he is making desparate attempts to fool you with all tricky words without any real solution. Recently they changed my package on their own without informing me. When I called different executives gave different versions, one said technical problem, another said it's my duty to call them, another said he's checking and the call went blank. Another said an executive will get back to me in 24 hours. When another executive calls up he tries to give false execuses that my profile is not updated. MR MITTAL & CO. WAKE UP BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE, DON'T UNDERESTIMATE RETAIL CUSTOMERS, ELSE YOU"LL PAY FOR IT BADLY SOON.

                        I am using an Airtel Prepaid Sim Card (Number [protected]) for the past four years. This has been upgraded three years back as a Lifetime Plan. Its expiry date was showing in the year 2037. I used to make and receive calls with this number regularly and my last recharge was happened in January 2010. Just one week back, my network was disconnected and got a popup message that 'Sim Card Registration Failed'. Then I contacted with Airtel Customer Care and they told me that, the Sim Card has some problem so I need to go to one of their Retail Store and fill in the application form and pay Rs. 45/- and then a duplicate Sim Card will be issued with the same number and same features. As per their advice, I went to their Retail store at Indira Nagar and collected the application forms. But the next day, my number has been alloted to an another person without informing me. I contacted with Airtel Customer Care and they are telling that, they get an information that the number was not using for more than 90 days which is NOT TRUE. I was making and receiving calls upto the last week. I had recharged also in the month of January 2010. Only within one week gap, how they can allot this number to an another person? I strictly belive that as my connection is a Lifetime Plan sothat, they want to disconnect this by just giving some meaningless reasons. I need to file a case in the Consumer Court and get this issue solved. I am using this number for quite a longtime and I am not ready to leave this number anyhow. I need to continue this number.

                        Please advice and help to solve this issue.

                        Sir,

                        I have taken a prepaid mobile connection (no. [protected]) 5 months back. My incoming was barred on 10/may/2010 for which a complaint was logged (ref no. [protected]). It was understood from customer service desk that there is a mismatch in documentation (after 5 months!!!) and "backend" is working on the same. Follow up calls were made 3 times and the last update from a gentle man named Zameer (addressed as team lead/manager) was that the outgoing will be restored by 17/May/2010 . To my surprise, on Saturday (15/may/2010) the outgoing was also barred.

                        When contacted on Monday(17?may/2010), another gentle man named Najeeb told that the number is "recycled" becuase address could not be verified.

                        This is not justifiable and un reasonable because of following reason.

                        1. I am staying in this address for the last 5 yrs and I hold a valid driving license and voters id in the same address. More over, I also hold a post paid mobile connection from other service provider in the same address.

                        2. It is not acceptable to deactivate a number without informing the customer about the fact and giving him a chance to respond.

                        I would like Airtel officials to look into this matter and restore my connection with immediate effect.

                          I am a subscriber of your connection gfor over 2 years with [protected].

                          Let me detail what you had written in your FAQ and in your terms and conditions.

                          25. What is credit limit?
                          As per the international practice followed by telecom operators, we use the concept of credit limit. Your credit limit helps you keep mobile costs in control, track of your usage and ensures no misuse of your mobile phone. It is like the spending limit on your credit card. We have preset a dynamic credit limit defined basis history of your association with us, security deposit and your average usage.

                          26. How does it work?
                          Your dynamic credit limit is defined on the basis of your security deposit, your average usage and history of your association with us. As you reach XX% of your credit limit you'll be informed through a voice or a non-voice message. In case you exceed your Credit Limit, there's a temporary restriction on your making calls and sending messages. However, you can still receive incoming calls and text messages, and make emergency calls. To start the services on your mobile again, you can simply make an interim payment to bring your account outstanding below the credit limit.

                          29. Will my incoming calls also get barred if I do not make the interim payment?
                          Sir/Ma'am, Incoming calls will be barred if interim payment is not made within 10 days from the date when outgoing calls were barred.

                          30. How do I increase my usage limit?
                          Sir/Ma'am, At Airtel we regularly review the credit limits set for our customers. If your usage steadily increases, and you maintain a good payment record we automatically raise the credit limit. If you foresee, that your usage is likely to exceed the credit limit allocated to you, you can simply make an additional deposit payment. Your credit limit will automatically be increased by the amount of additional deposit paid. You can also increase your credit limit by a convenient payment method of Credit Card standing instruction or a direct debit from your bank account.

                          My connection had a credit limit of 3100 Rupees, so ideally I would have expected a message when I was nearing my limit and my phone to be cut.

                          Which was not the case. You dynamically increased my limit by 14000 rupees - a dynamic change of 548% !!! Will your company understand if my bank balance dynamically drops -500% ????

                          Please be reminded that your change was not intimated too. So please tell me how to handle this situation, since I am not willing to pay your charges which one of your collection agents has already called to extort with me.

                          In India, I am sure we do not have to use THUGS to call and demand to be paid. I cannot do it, you cannot charge me the roo[censored]ncalled for violating your own terms and conditions and badger me for it !!!

                          Please help resolve this is a civilized manner - I AM NOT PAYING YOU 18,000 RS EVEN I[censored] GO TO THE SUPREME COURT. PEOPLE OWE ME LAKHS IN BANGALORE AND NO COURT LAWYER MIX HAS HELPED. SO TRY ME ON FOR SIZE, IF THATS YOUR WILL.

I tried to contact airtel customer care to register my request. I was informed that as I was calling from my corporate no. I must try with some other no and contact customer care on [protected] however on calling I was directed by computer generated voice instructions to contact 198 and further to 121. Finally I could not reach any customer care executives. My complaint can not be taken by any other means. WHEN I SAW THE BILL THERE WAS A CHARGES (HIDDEN ) OF ABOUT RS. 1250/- WHICH WAS CHARGED FOR ONE TIME FOR SERVICE FOR WHICH I WAS NOT AGREED AT THE TIME OF ACCEPTING UR SERVICES AND EVEN NOT AFTER THE SERVICES STARTED BY U. AS IT WAS COMMITTED BY UR REPRESENTATIVE SWATI THAT THERE WILL BE NO EXTRA HIDDEN CHARGES ON ANY ACCOUNT ONLY BILL PAYMENT OF THE CALL MADE R TO BE PAID. AND I AGREED FOR THE SAME AND NOT FOR ANY EXTRA ADDITIONAL HIDDEN CHARGES WHICH THE AIRTELL CHARGED ME AND REPEATEDLY ASKING ME TO PAY THROUGH SO MANY AGENT AND DISTURBING MY ROUTING LIFE STYLE AND ALSO TO MY FAMILY MEMBERS FOR PAYMENT FOR WHICH I HAVE NEVER AGREED TO PAY. WHEN I HAVE BEEN PROVIDED THE ACCOUNT CLOSURE NUMBER THEN WHY THIS TYPE OF TORCHURING EMETHODS ARE ADOPTED BY THE FIRM WHICH VOILATING THE RULES FOR MADE BY THE RBI THE COSTOMERSTHAT'S ALL. NOW I NEED REFUND OF SOME BALANCE AMOUNT OUT OF RS. 500/- WHICH I PAID AND NOT UTILISED UR SERVICES AND REQUESTED TO STOP THE SERVICES.

                              PL REFUND THE MONEY AND AS PER THE CLOSURE ID REFERRED TO ABOVE SERVICES WERE TERMINATED AND ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED.
                              PL ONCE AGAIN I AM REQUESTING TO CLOSE MY ABOVE ACCOUNT AS PER THE CLOSURE ID AND REFUND THE BALANCE AMOUNT OF OF RS. 500/- WHICH I PAID TO U FOR MAKING CALLS FROM CELL

                              yes exactlly, this compurised answering must be stopped as w are live and need to get a good answer from service provider. Why airtel does not understand this factor???. Are they thinking that there are no other mobile provider. It si a request to Airtel MGT to establish customer service effectively inorder to be the leader in the market or continue the same and loos all customer and be a another loser soon

                                Hi ,

                                I was told by the airtel rep in Nov 14 2009 to take a new connection for WI FI and Airtel IPTV and it would cost 2250.
                                I made the payment through my American Express card no. [protected] on the 14th of Nov 2009 for Rs 2250 in the airtel Dwarka Sector 5 office ( one on top of Pizza Hut).
                                I was given a reassurance that the Wi Fi and digital TV would be installed in 3-4 days .I was given a form no. 1957221 in the name of my father Mr. P.C. DHAR(Parimal Chandra Dhar) for the address B 602,Palam Apartment,Sector 5, Plot no. 7 ,Dwarka ,New Delhi 110045.

                                After 5 days when I went ot the office to check they said it would take another 5 days .When I went after another 6 days as it was not installed I was told that it would be done in another 4-5 days as they dont hav eenough pillars at the moment. Tired of waiting I went back in DEC first week and was told that it cannot be done and would get my money refunded back in 10 days and would be mailed to my address.

                                I went back to check in the last week of DEC 2009 as no cheque had arrived.Again they told me that there wassome discrepancy and the check was stuck and now they have sorted it out and I would get my refund back within a week by cheque.Again I went in Jan and in Feb and now they will not refund me money back as they say its stuck some where and they dont know.

                                This is stealing customer's money and harrassing them again and again.I have gone their in my working hours as their timings and my office timings clash and thus I my job has been impacted as well .I am so upset with this that I wont recommend anyone to have any association with AIRTEL.This is just not expected and the torture I have gone through I hope they realise their mistake some they as many are suffering.

                                  I have activated internet on my mobile by dialing 567# and selected unlimited Rs 10(100mb day) same time i lost my balance by Rs 10 .Same time i received sms saying that ur request cannot be processed and also got a message saying that ur unlimited 50kb 30ps activated and u can use the service.


                                  I have activated this on 21 03 10 and thought that i have made somemistake but i am sure .
                                  steps i followed


                                  after i dialing 567#
                                  selected 1.internet packs
                                  and the offer list came
                                  from that i selected option 4.( unlimited rs 10(100mb day).


                                  And i today was in need of gprs ie on 22 03 10 and i activated daily plan .And the message came in and i got angry.




                                  so take necessary action .


                                  i have lost my money(20Rs) and time .

                                    I am a regular customer of Airtel from Haldia, West Bengal from last 4 years. I normally use GPRS facility of Airtel. From last 6 times, whenever I move outside my home state I am unable to use the GPRS service. i made regular complaints but there is no response. Rather, once a fake sms that my problem is resolved was sent by customer support.
                                    I am still in roaming and not able to use the service.
                                    Whenever i connect I get message that.. "Max. connection in use please close some and then connect"

                                      This number already closed on August 07, but still I havn’t receive any refund against the above mentioned number.
                                      Last complaint no. 16086325 given by excecutive in Airtel showroom located at Rajouri Garden.
                                      Before that I have made so many request and complaint for the same but I have not get any response from company side only executive gives...
