This is the complain regarding the Internet spped with the AIRTEL USB data card, I have complained for this also, but i am still getting the same complain. Even i was told that some executive will be visiting at your place where you use it generally to check signal. But what is the use of this.

I have adopted most expensive plan which is 1103/- unlimited , but it is all wastage of money.

Could you please help me out in this matter ?

    Hi Sir,

    This is My concern regarding Your Sales Department and Your Coustomer Care Department.

    On 10th Feb 2010 My Father Received a call from Your Sales department(female) asking about Me that Is I m talking to Mr Gaurav.(on Cell no.[protected]) this Is my Father Phone which is Registered with Airtel Digital TV.My father replied that he is not at Home then she replied then why You Pick the Phone and my father Disconnected call then.Later When I came Home in the Evening I realised that Some channels are not coming( I think Might be a Technical Problem becoz of Sealing Process of Towers going on ).On 11th feb the Problem still continue then I called Your Customer Care Department and have word with Mr.Shekhar(Team Leader out with Airtel Digital Tv).He marked My complain and Give me a complaint ID.1921434.My Plan
    was changed from Rs.250 to Rs.165.(Channels not coming in new Rs.165 Plan Like Bindaas,MTV,Cartoonnetwork...,etc).I wait Till 13th Feb 2010 till Evening.Then I called them in the Evening When My Problem was not Resolved I again Have word with Mr.Shekhar N reply was Obvious that I Plan can'nt change Your Plan becoz it is not available any More.I tried to convenience give some discount or something as it was not mine Mistake.I Never Requested for any Plan change N non of my Family Member because they dont have any Knowlede about Airtel Digital TV services or anything.Even You can check my Past Phone Call records that I Ever forward any request for Plan change.

    Now my concern Is that Is the way Your sales department Works or is this the way Coustomer Service deals When I told him I m going to Mark a mail to Your Senior Person he say ok Fine Sir You Can Mail I can't help You,do what ever You Like.He was asking me to Pay Rs.360 Per month for the same channels which I was getting in Rs.250.


    Is I am that that I would Pay More for the channels that I was Enjoying in Rs.250.
    Why Should I Pay Rs.110.Pls Tell Me.Is this the way Your sales department works.But I can say Very Nice Plan change Every body Plans on Your Own and When they ask for the same Channels told them for Charging Extra.I Can Never Believe such a Reputed company Like Airtel will do this Kind..,I dont have much words to Explain

      We are some airtel costomers from malappuram district .we send this mail to you for solving a issue that effected us.
      we are 100% satisfied by the airtel services like offers ansd VAS services and network ,we have 1 problem about airtel
      service. we inform this problem many times in customer care but we cannot get appropriat e solution from customer care
      issue is given below
      1. Sms pending time
      Now airtel giving sms pending time in 8 hrs.but we spend Rs.1 for a sms sending we need complete consideration and value for our money .all of the providers in kerala giving this service in 24 hrs defaultly so
      please study about this issue , we hope that you take a better solution for our problems

        I had subscribed to Airtel USB modem - Data Card. there i was given 1GB/month for Rs 599. i was assured a speed of around 240Kb/s. i hardly get speed of 100kb/s. after i got my bill, i was shocked to see.the bill was huge. this is because, ther is a minimum usage of 1MB every time i login/connect.meaning that even if i connect, but don't use, it will be considered 1MB, and if i use more than 1 mb, the count will be considered rounded upto the next level, meaning that if i use 1500KB, it will be taken as 2mb, if i use 10.5mb, it will be taken as 11mb, if i use 9kb, it will be taken as 1mb.
        i was NEVER informed about this sort of billing plan.
        moreover, one can know about his/her account usage only after he/she gets the bill.

          I HAD booked a complain to AIRTEL nodal officer as follows:


          I have three Airtel mobile connection nos. [protected] [protected] [protected] under Airtel GNFC CUG plan [For GNFC - BHARUCH employee].

          Regret to inform you that since last six months there is huge increase in drop calls connectivity failure problems faced by me and other Airtel connection users in GNFC area. My complain of[protected] is still pending as per customer care centre. Some time call can not be connected some time call auto disconnect after connecting for few seconds some time caller voice could not reached to receiver some time receiver voice could not hear by caller. Even call can not be completed while talking to customer care on 121. This happens for @ 6~7 out of 10 calls received or dialed. Even I am also aGPRS user and its connectivity is not available many a time during peak requirement.

          My new complain is F[protected] dated 02 02 2010.

          I have got checked my mobile instruments also and no discrepancy found in it. It works fine without any problem with other mobile service provider¿s connection.

          I came to know from my friends in GNFC they are also facing above problems in Airtel GNFC CUG plan connection.

          Frequent disconnection of call while talking leaves wrong impression as I intentionally disconnect call with person with whom I am talking and put me in awkward situation. Therefore I hereby request you to look into matter seriously and resolve the problem at the earliest under intimation to me within week time; otherwise I will be compelled to change the mobile service provider.

          Hope that you will understand gravity seriousness of above problem and take suitable prompt effective action in the matter under intimation to me.

          Airtel — Nonavailability of email connection and other facilities

          email connection is not availble.several complaints were given over phone.The response from mobile is not audible and not very positive.catalog updates failed., no connection networks, packet data not available etc are the messages coming while trying for web and other facilities.
          no proper gudance is available from airtel.Even though the connection is in Delhi the set is used all over India, mostly in Assam(Bongaigaon)

          Airtel — non availability of network range

          I had purchased a sim bearing number [protected] from airtel in SEPTEMBER 2007
          There was a problem in the network range of my mobile in my house. There used to be no network/very less network range when I used to be in my house (KALYANINAGAR-KUMARCITY, PUNE)
          I used to forward my complains to the customer care regularly but they instead blamed my handset which was in perfect working condition. I thereafter also tried with some other handsets but to no avail.
          The complain was never solved.Finally I had to give up and throw away my sim card and get a new idea number
          The idea of this complaint is an awareness which i want to generate in the readers.
          PLEASE DO NOT BE A AIRTEL CUSTOMER.

          i think that 18 days is enough for connection change

            Hi,
            i am working in Satyam Computers Bangalore. Airtel is selling CUG postpaid connection for Satyam corporate. i purchased [protected]@199 lan from airtel office, JAYDEVA FLYOVER, BANGALORE and the sales guy is venkat (mob: [protected]). He took 300Rs from me and did not give Consmer slip; and promised to get the sim activatedwithin 4 hrs. Today is 14th december and SIM hasn't been activated yet.

            I have been calling this guy but he always says it would be activated. Some times he says it is sim problem, next time he says it is number problem. Having been exhausted from his false promise, i raised concern in Airtel customer care on 12th decemberbut still they could not resolve my problem.

            I has been my horrible experience with Airtel. Theit Sales team and Customer Care team seems to be vey pathetic
            i bought airtel sim from airtel dealer situated near jyoti chowk that is can and cable from the girl named poonam she overeacted and didnt activate my sim for 72 hours im sufferinf from so many problems jst because of that girl i want strict action against her

                The Airtel Customer Service is now moving towards decling side. I belive the Airtel is one of the Worst Service Provider in the market now, and now the time is here from where the company if not wake-up will loose it customers speedly.

                Hell to the Company.
                Dear uncle, please send a message START DND to the number 1909. It is the national Do Not Call registry. It is with the government and these private companies are anwerable to TRAI. Keep track of it using the number that you will get as reply. You can take it up to top level in TRAI.
                My Airtel Prepaid Connection Number is [protected] from Orissa.. Last month while browsing a sms from 54321, Airtel TV was activated. OK. Next week I made call to 121 and requested for deactivating. They noted the complaint and assured to deactivate within 5 days. Nothing had happened. Next Saturday again my account was debited with Rs.40/- Again I called 121, and got same assurance. Again same failure and my account was debited with Rs.40 again. Third week also same scene.
                What to do? whom to contact? Can I proceed again Airtel in Consumer Court. Please help My email is [protected]@rediffmail.com

                  I purchased an airtel sim on 6th jan 2010 and i provided my passport as identity proof and no local address proof was demanded by the retailer.Then on 3rd feb i got a sms from airtel that i would have to goto my nearest airtel relationshipcenter and provide a local address proof.I went to the arc on 4th feb evening filled an annexure E form {relating to local address},on 6th feb iam notified that my sim is cancelled and reason stated was that "NO ADDRESS PROOF PROVIDED"+ "when called the customer-care i was told that i was did not submit the proof in time ".Also i had 100rs talktime on the sim.Some of my freinds had 300+rs talktim when this happened.
                  Please suggest me what possible steps i can take

                    Hi,
                    I have to say that my name is Navneet Kumar i am using a Airtel Pre-paid number as +91-[protected] on the dated 21/02/2010 i called to a number [protected] but at that the due to some technical error from the side Airtel my call is connected to a Afghanistan number i.e.[protected]. for that call i charged as Rs.15/Min. before that deduction i have a balance of Rs. and 24(Aprox.) at 1PM on the same day when i try to make another call the pre-recorded message given to me that I have no sufficient balance to make that call but still at that time I have Rs.9 in my balance then I make a call on Airtel customer care for the 2 problems as follows:
                    1. Unable to make any call
                    2. Unable to check balance while dialing *123# and 123
                    The customer care associate who received my call at that they say me that “this is a temporary problem kindly try to check your balance after 30 minutes and you are also able to make call after 30mins and he also tell me to once switch off-on my mobile”
                    I follow the entire process and then check my balance at 7PM on dated 21/02/2010 then the my mobile shows me the balance of Rs.9/- only then again I make a call to the customer care and the receiving person tell me that I make a call to Afghanistan(As an international Number) I told the CCA* that I not made up that call but he said me to check my recent dialed numbers in my mobile I checked them all and find the same no as [protected] which is a number of reliance telecom of Delhi-NCR then I again call on that no [protected] and just charged normal as 60ps/min (as My tariff) then again I call to customer care(TIME:- AROUND 7PM )and tell him to put a complaint of WRONG DEDUCTION from my account but the CCA tell me to charge-up my pre-paid a/c and pay Rs.50/- for checking the details from the Airtel and just tell me not to raise a complaint on my problem I made a warm request to that CCA but he not file my complaint.

                    This is not a issue of Rs.50 but a issue of Airtel service that if a customer is saying that he charged wrong for anything the CCA is not even filing a single complaint for him then what is the recruitment of customer care helpline if they can’t even file a customer’s complaint.

                    Airtel — Regarding wrond deduction of call charges

                    dear sir,
                    i am having a Mobile Campus card with number +91 [protected]. i am facing problem of about wrong deduction of call charges for campus to campus numbers. so i launched a complained against Airtel last time.
                    i have not satisfied by the response given by Airtel. As i am facing this problem for last 3-4 months i have been complaining about this for several times but no action taken by Airtel. Whenever i call customer care at 121, i used to get false promises and they use a rough language with me.

                    Campus to campus charge is 10 paise/sec
                    any other mobile is 1 Rupee/min

                    So i request you to take my complaint seriously and take necessary action.

                      Airtel company is sending matrimonial message to Airtel custmers in entire Bihar & Jharkhand in cities Bhagalpur, Madhubany, Durg and Bokoro City etc. since[protected] from Matrimonial message no. 5432105.

                          CLEAR PESTERING BY HYPOCRITE AND EXPLOITED SERVICE OF AIRTEL

                          1. It has been regularly observed since few months that AIRTEL is regularly deducting the amount for their incoming SMS to customer ([protected]). How they are configuring their server silently cutting for incoming SMS ALSO AND WHY THEY ARE DOING SO? Is it not configured for hacking the customer hard earning money?
                          2. Also it has been noticed that they are sending some unnecessary & meaningless messages in the mid night or in late night around 3 to 5 O’ clock in the morning, which is not instigated by the customer and deducting the amount from customer account per SMS Rs.1.00 .
                          3. It seems that AIRTEL IS DOING TO MERCY TO CUSTOMERS, INDIRECTLY IT IS INDICATED THAT THEY ARE TAKING SERVICE FROM CONSUMERS INSTEAD SERVING CONSUMERS AND GET PAID FOR THAT FROM CUSTOMERS, IS IT NOT? If not what’s true?
                          4. Factually, they are openly hacking the innocent customers’ money around the country from consumer account by they pseudo services. I request my responsible and consciously government to look after the dispute arising with consumers.
                          Solution expected from my responsible government and officers. I am looking forward that I will get satisfactory action against the same.

I have submitted the employer letter head i.e.SBBJ bank. but the service provider did not accept it. As a employee from other part of country it is difficult to get local add proof. I have given voter id proof also. it is requested to solve the matter.

                                Fake calls for 10 lakhs lottery from airtel
                                Around half an hour back today (Feb 20, 2010), I got missed call from the number [protected].

                                When I called back at this number, I came to that It was from Dubai and the
                                caller said that he is calling from Dubai AIRTEL office. They informed about the lottery which I won worth 10 lakhs.
                                I aske the name - it was some Mr. Vijay Kumar(probably fake) told to talk to thier head office to claim this amount.
                                The person asked me to give my account number so as to transfer money of Rs.10 lakhs.

                                He also said that around 130 Airtel number won this lottery.

                                This call deducted huge amount from my balance in mobile.When I called to
                                Airtel Customer Care, they said there is no such office in Dubai.I
                                was shocked that how someone got my Airtel number and trying to get information like this.
                                I request Airtel to take strict action against this number - or the series of numbers as mentioned above by other users.

                                Airtel is a brand, and I've been its customer for around 10 years - it should should consider this kind of complaints pretty seriously.
                                Any amount of money deducted may be re-reimburse back - thats a suggestion.
                                I hope Airtel keeps up to their brand value and not let it get tarnished like this.

                                  Hello Airtel (Andhra Pradesh),

                                  I have been using my Airtel number for more than 4yrs. I got it converted into PREPAID a little over a year as I was going overseas.

                                  Without a message or an SMS, the number has been deactivated and the message I get is "SIMCARD REGISTRATION FAILED", and its not the SIMCARD problem, got it confirmed from your Customer Care Executive.

                                  It was under LIFETIME VALIDITY and had around 100 rupees as balance.
                                  The last SMS I got was on 08FEB2010.

                                  Kindly reactivate my number for me please.

                                    Airtel made DATA CARDS only to fool the public and make money from them. I am using airtel data card from past 1 year, it worked well for 6 months now the only speed which comes is 2kb to 3kb in a 144kbps connection. Not even a site or messenger can be opened. They only know how to make money and not even rectify the problem after listening to customers. Its a great business by airtel to make money from customers.

                                    When i call customer care they were very rude n were denying to refund my money/balance.

                                    Hi,

                                    I use airtel which just now started working fine in my area after my last complaint. Shameful to launch complaint against airtel once again.

                                    I am in singapore and before coming to singapore i confirmed the ISD and international roaming charges. I activated the international roaming on my mobile phone as it was very important for me. my unbilled amount then was 340 or something. When i came here that, i did not get regularly updated unblilled usage as i get in India. Not even online on my airtel account. So i asked my friend to enquire in nearby gallery.

                                    She went up there and asked updates on this and was shocked to know that my bill till jan 11 is above 4000Rs. I came to singapore on 9th. In two days i dint even make outcoming calls of 10 minutes. not even incoming call or messages that many. How can the bill go such highier by nearly 3600 Rs?? And i dont understand why dont i get the updates o[censored]sage through unbilled as well as online access?? Is it the way hidden charges are applied? This is really getting very frustrating for me and i am planning to sue you in the court for this. You apply any international charges mentioned on your web then also the bill will not go this much as i dint even use it that much. I want a full explanation on this one and want to know why am i not getting any updates.

                                    3600Rs is certainly not what i thought when activating international roaming and your operator explained me everything. how does the 15 minutes usage causes me the bill of 3600 Rs. I want you to know. I am taking this matter to consumer court now. I am continuously in problems with Airtel service. Firstly it was down for 6 months in my area. After trying many days and lodging many complaints got it to work. This time it is even worst. Are you guys fooling your customers through such foolish. I will surely sue you in the court for this now. If i am being charged i want the details of every single minute I am being charged and on what basis your heavy charges are applied and even how do they vary by the ones given by call center users.

                                      Airtel — airtel service is getting poor day by day

                                      Airtel service is is getting very poor day by day.They cut the money from my balance without any cause.then after they are showing excuse such that..u have done chat...or call for background music... etc,,i m really fadeup with their service.

                                      The Customer Care really don't care about the customer. Perfect parrot in practiced English dictions, a little off-beat question confuses them thoroughly. They put you on hold and ask their supervisor.after long time they left after giving illogical excuse.

                                      Airtel Post paid Service — account not activated even after a week - no proper response from Airtel customer Care

                                      Hi,

                                      I am customer of Airtel Service for the past 8 years.
                                      I hold two post paid accounts. I went to Australia in
                                      2006, but to retain the number I continued paying the
                                      bills propmptly. Airtel Customer Service (Hyderabad
                                      Branch) suggessted me to change the account to Pre paid
                                      as per the new policy (new policy says that if the
                                      post paid number is not in use for 6 months it will be
                                      de activated). As per their suggession, I did the same.
                                      When I came back to India and requested them to change
                                      my account to post paid again, they have informed me that
                                      it is not possible now and I need to open new account and
                                      then can provide me the same number. I have completed all
                                      the formalities and paid an advance of Rs 500. They have
                                      informed that the account will be activated in 48 hrs.
                                      Its been more than 8 days my account is not activated and
                                      no proper response from the Airtel Customer Service.
                                      The customer service team have raised a complaint 16734387 to
                                      the technical team handling such request. For the first few days,
                                      they have told me that the server is down and service cannot be
                                      activated. But its been more than a week and now the customer
                                      service team started saying that they dont have any updates
                                      from the technical team about the account activation status.
                                      Every day I need to call them and remind them. There is
                                      no pro active response and pathetic service from the Airtel.
                                      No body knows what is happening and they in turn ask me questions
                                      about the status of the activation.
                                      As a old customer, I am very disappointed by the way they are providing
                                      me the service.
                                      Please see that some legal action should be taken so that in future other
                                      customers should not be in trouble with this kind of service.

                                      Airtel Postpaid — CHEATING OVER BILLS

                                      This is in regard to my post paid connection of airtel that landed me with problems. i am a airtel user since last 3 years. initially they were very good at their service but now a days they are looting the customers. i receive my bill at my residential address while i m engagged in a marketing job away from my place so i used to pay the bills over the SMS that i got from airtel or many times even i had to call them to enquire about my bills but since last year NOV 2007 i noticed a hike in my bill for which when i went at my place in holidays i went through the bill and found that they are charging me a monthly rental of 499 as against that of mine 175. when i enquired about the same at the 121 they said that there are ADDITIONAL PACKS that are being activated on my account that too on my request. since then DEC 2007 i am requesting them to deactivate the optional packs but still i have the same problem repetedly. for first 4 months i.e. DEC 2007 - MAR 2008 i had to call everytime when my bill is generated and ask them to correct the mistake and they would just wave off few bugs. but now i m fed up of all this repeting nonsence and nonsence answers at the customer care like we do not have your requst for deactivation, we are sorry for innconvinence this wont happen again etc etc.

                                      if You go through my previous history of bills and will get to know that there is never a delay of payments or any thing so, if still they do not care for a customer the customer has a choice.

                                      Airtel post-paid — Billing issue - poor services

                                      I am facing poor services from Airtel Postpaid services, which I am holding for past 4yrs. I had requested for a CUG change in the month of Aug 2007...there started my issues. They have changed the CUG but with some othername as customer. I am paying airtel every month bills, but suddenly I have received a letter in the month of Nov 2007 mentioning that there is due of 1850/-, they also mentioned that please ignore if you have already paid the bill. I started getting calls saying that I have to pay bill of 1850/- which is over due. I have done every thing to resolve this issue, approached airtel customer care, Airtel-Accenture customer care executives/senior people, etc...Finally I got response that there is a/c no change when the CUG is changed so the difference is coming. I have asked for the bills i paid it has clear history for every month, they are saying that the transition period calls are not paid which is 1850/- i.e. between 28th Sept 2007 to 04th Oct 2007. I have asked for the bill details for the above period and got response from the saying that they can't provide the call details.
                                      In this process of 8months, due to deactivation of my mobile services I missed twice my flight, missed many international calls and finally they disconnected my outgoing & incoming (today)...Airtel is really pathatic service provider. I have lost with Airtel & thought of approaching the Consumer Court with all details of mail trails/flight tickets etc.

                                      Am user of airtel post paid mobile. I had paid my bill on Sept 13 for Rs 1163 to the phone [protected]. The Airtel outlet at Residency road who received they said you will get an sms as confirmation. But even after 15 days I did not recieve confirmation. Knowingly to avoid chance of disconnection I sent mail to customer care stating I have apid my bill and not recd the confirmation, therfore pl see that its not disconnected. Got a reply saying your complint ref and will look into. For sudden suprise I kept getting sms and calls saying that to pay the bill. Expalined each caller and to customer care n number of times on the payment. Each time they ask us to go to airtel outlet and explain. They do not have any record for the receipt of payment. I have given my ATM statement and bank main statement as proof. I kept visiting their outlet at Residency road and everytime they say it has been done. Even after 50 days still they are unable to set correct it and even now I get complaint that bill is pending. Meanwhile 3 times they disconnected my conection, after bombarding they reconnected.

                                      Overall Airtel service has come to foot path co level and very low and very poor net work all over. Calls get disconnected all of a sudden during middle of conversation. Consumers do not get to speak to their higher ups neithr get their suprior name add phone. Every outlet we can see system is down, sorry. They do not give receipt for mobile payments.

                                      Airtel Karnataka (Banglore) is providing the worst support and & customer care in the World!!.I am working in Corporate company and had taken Nine (9) sim cards for me and my family but after one day ttwo nummbers had been given to some other person and 2 simcards not even registered and the address verification person came on 4th December and all the formalities had been done but still now nothing they had done not even enabled my outgoing.After several call and mails still no update and I called customer care and finally asked them to cancell all my numbers as it is no use for me to have the mobile with out outgoing.They had disconnected by gods grace and not they had sent bill by mail for those 4 days without outgoing which included for even the deactivated sim and the Bill for two numbers which had been given to some other person is also is in my name.I had sent mail but still no update on that .The worst and pooverest service by AIRtel if it still continous regarding my bill then I need to go to consumer court.
                                      Totally agree with you even i m facing a problem from last 2 months i called up the customer care 40-50 times to stop the sms service (love tips) which was activated on my no. without any approval and all the amount that i recharge on this no [protected] cut off due to the above said stupid service to whome these people are not stopping at all, they always promise to me that in next 2 days you will not receive any more messages. but things are not changed from last two months now i have 2 options 1st to get the sim out and throw it away or should i appeal in the consumer court for the same..

                                      First of all there is a pure negligence from your side to inform us about the billing of blackberry services for 899 per month which we have been paying it for a long time. Oher thing the relationship manager Mr Keshav Gowda appointed by you is useless and he does not have the sense to talk to our director Rajesh Lakshmanan.

                                      This is to inform you that when we took the blackberry mobile we had paid the INR 7000 per year for the services. But now we have seen the bills paid by our accountant for 899 per month for more than 1 year without knowingly.

                                      My airtel post paid connection in bangalore, all of a sudden stopped working since 29/03/2009 morning, and has still not been fixed even today that is 01/04/2009. I have made repeated calls to airtel customer service, talked with their service representatives, their managers, and everytime they say the same thing, "We ar sorry for the inconvinience, our concerned department is working on the same". Initially they promised that the problem will be resolved within 24 hours, and they also promised to provide regular updates to me, but nothing has happened from their side.

                                      I have even mentioned them, that how many of my important calls are not happening because of this, but even that did not help.

                                      Please suggest the course of action i should take against Airtel, as i have had enough mental harrassment.

                                      Airtel Post paid Service — Call Drop

                                      Sir,
                                      I have post paid connection of cell service provided by you.Since 6th June i am facing problem of call drop specially when I am at home .I lodged complaints at customer service many a time but till date no improvement has been observed.I am sorry to inform you that in case problem is not solved within next 48 hours, I shall be left with no any alternate then to surrender the SIM and go for any alternate service . Please look in to it and revert back.

                                      Airtel NOP Service — Not activated service as told

                                      I have recharge rs.104/- for NOP service on 14 nov. at 11 o,clock, but still now i could not accessing this service, i had spoke to the customer care executive lots of time but they did not solve my problem. Initially they told me that the service will activate after 24hrs. But now the time is over but in vain, after that i again spoke to the C.C.executive, now they are telling me that the service will active after 48hrs. What is, this its really redicullous.
                                      Airtel is providing the worst support and & customer care in the World!!.I am a CEO of my company and had taken Three cards for me and my employee.Last five months i had a network problems and other Network regarding problems, I was complaind @ it to customer care and dealers of airtel at visnagar but still no result @ it, they are calling only for bills but not for survices, nothing they had done.After several call and mails still no update and I called customer care and finally asked them to all my problems .I had call but still no update on that .The worst and pooverest service by AIRtel if it still continous regarding my bill then I need to go to consumer court

                                      Airtel — NOP service activation

                                      I am using a airtel prepaid no:[protected]. Its been 10 days i have been calling airtel customer desk requesting the same thing repeatedly that i want to reactivate my NOP services, But its been a long hard time for me to get through the same. i have got few reference no: also for various complaints that i have registered till date, but what solution i have got till date is?????

                                      Answer is NOTHING..
                                      most of the executives i have come across are unaware of what exactly is happening around with my no:. Can somebody help me??
                                      I had a problem in this month bill for my postpaid connection. I had called the customer care 8 times and sent mail to their higher authority twice.
                                      For the 8 times, customer care executives said the same line " We will call you back". But till now I dint get any call from them. I think they were not ready to give proper explanation on this billing issue. They are not so responsible for their customer. I am very tired of calling them. Instead I made their payment. But finally I am not happy with the Airtel Customer care service. I am gonna opt for some other service provider who cares about their customer very well.

                                        Respected Sir/Ma'am

                                        I am one of those who are suffering from taking an airtel postpaid numbers.

                                        My mobile number is [protected]. I got it Disconnected on 19th of January, 2010 my complaint number is 30527105. In reply to that i got a call from Mr. Vikas who convinced me to continue the number by saying that i would be getting certain new features to my number, which were:- 1. Zero rental, till the time i use this mobile.
                                        2. An additional Rs150 calls on local numbers for 3 months which is extendible to further 3 months after that.
                                        3. 100 messages free for the rest of the time that i use this number.

                                        Still when the number started and the bill came it had no rentals deducted in fact my std calls were charged with 1rupee while it was told to me that it would be 50 Paise.

                                        I do not know what to do except for moving to the consumer forum.

                                        Kindly revert with a positive response that makes me keep my number as i don't want to loose this number as it is distributed everywhere.
