Dear Sir
My phone no [protected](purchased from kolkata)was misplaced at my residence in low battery condition.When got and dialled on 14.02.10
it was showing NO NETWORK COVERAGE/SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED.I immediately contacted your customer care at Delhi.I had been informed
to contact customer care centre at Kolkata at [protected].After listening to the problem I had been told to meet any AIRTEL outlet at Delhi.
Accordingly I met Mr Salim of your Malviya nagar Delhi outlet on15.02.10.He could not solve the problem and informed the above said phone had been
permanently disconnected and only Kolkata office could solve the problem.I contacted Kolkata office on 15.02.10.But they could not solve the problem.
From 16.02.10 evening the phone was showing LIMITED SERVICE.May I know the reason for this permanent disconnection?My phone was a life time connection with a balance of Rs 70 .I had received SMS up to
24 dec 09 and I called my daughter at USA in the first week of January 2010.
I would request to kindly look into the matter urgently.

    I AM OPERATION THE AIRTEL PREPAID CELL SIM NO.[protected]
    SINCE TWO YEARS WITH A SCHEME OF ONE PAISE / SEC OFFER
    BUT THREE MONTHS ONWARDS EVERY DAY MORE THAN ONE RUPEE
    CUTTINNG FROM MY BALANCE WITHOUT OPTIONS, RECENTLY THE SOME WAS TAKEN TO NOTICE THROUGH LOCAL AND INTERNAL AIRTEL CUSTEMER CARE PEOPLE AND EVENTHOUGH NO SOLUTIONS , LAST TWO MONTHS BACK ALSO I STOPED TO RECHARGE , EVENTHOUGH ONE RUPEE CUTTING WITH SHOWING MINUS BALANCE , ON ADVICE OF LOCAL RECHARGE AGENT , I HAVE BARED THE SAME WITH SENDING SMS TO THE AIRTEL PEOPLE EVEN THOUGH THE SAME IS CONTINUEING AND FACING THE SAME PROBLEM .

    i want to deactivate my number because i miss my number before one month. i think this sim card some body used. so, i want deactivate my sim card. otherwise please bar my outgoing call on that sim card number.

      Myself and my family uses the AIRTEL telecommunication service.(Six connections) since more than a year.
      Three of them were provided with unexpected additional paid service. The facts were communicated to the customer complaint section. The unexpected loss of money was partly credited on the account.

      My complaint is-

      1) Why the company hits the unexpected service on the head of the customer?
      2) Is it the responsibility of the customer to be vigillnt against such practice?
      3) Why cant' be the attitude of such companies should be caring of customer rather than DOUBTFUL?
      4) Why the company adjusts the loss only that - related to the LAST RECHARGE ?
      5) Why the honourable people on the back end customer care service cuts my call without satisfactory explanation of doubts?
      6) What is meaning of 'sufficient chance given' (paryapt moka) for getting the doubts cleared when I call the customer service without getting the satisfactory understanding about what has happened to my money?
      7) Is it a TECHNOLOGICAL FAULT or DELEBERATE unacceptance of complaint call of a customer, as i placed the complaint after the experience the facts mentioned in my complaint NO.-5 as mentioned above..? I do not get access to the customer care executive after the DROPPED (CUT...?) CALLS IN THE MIDDLE of communication.

      8) Why should I continue with their service?
      The complaints are very valid.
      I my self have faced these problem.
      Infact just some moments back I also made a similar complaint. You can view it at

      I have given a detailed information of all the malpractices done.
      Infact what i had forgotten to mention is.
      You can talk to the call center executive at the max 3 times and after then you cannot talk to the executives but have to be content with the automated computer recording and have to wait for a day to get a chance to talk to these so called executives again to get a resolution to your problem.

        I have recd an intimation from 5919823 saying that i have recd MMS from[protected] and i should open internate browser and log on tohttp://125.21.241.88/mms with login[protected] and password provided . but inspite of putting all my efforts i could'nt ope the mms.

        Airtel — regarding non receipt of MMS

        My friend has send me as MMS on my mobile but i didnt recieve it and recieved a message that ''You have recieved a MMS but it can not delivered on your phone. Retrieve the MMS at http://125.21.241.88/mms. Use your number to login with given password ###### '' but when I logged on to this site it says invalid user name or password.

        What should I do to see this MMS now? Please help.

          Dear Sir,

          I enrolled for Airtel IPTV Service on 04 Feb 2010 vide at my residence in Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi. The Triple play Service launched recently caters to Telephony, Broadband Internet and TV over a single line.

          For the installation of service, I’ve paid Rs.1750/- as installation charge with a monthly pack of Rs.999 per month which includes unlimited broadband at 256kbps speed and a landline connection. This amount paid vide cheque dated 3/2/2010 to Bharti Airtel and the same has been encashed on 9/2/2010.

          My experience so far has been VERY FRUSTATING, full of agony, mental torture and all my communication is affected which has deeply hurt my family, my aged parents and my profession/patients.

          The service worked initially for 2 days only. Since my complaint on 06 Feb 2010, the service has not worked at all. Me and my father's repeated calls to Airtel service centers are either disconnected by CSRs or not logged at all. I am always told that either the Server is down or the Server is getting upgraded. I’ve been talking to Airtel technical contact Mr. Anand Agarwal ([protected] – system installer) almost daily (for last 8 days) to get the service working but everyday he tells me system upgrade is not over yet.

          If the service was launched recently, I fail to understand the need for a server upgrade. Why has the service been commercial when the basic infrastructure is not ready to support the triple service.

          As if this harassment was not enough, I’ve received my first bill (Bill No.[protected] dated 09 Feb 2010) for the amount of Rs.2072.43/-. Airtel has mischievously added Rs.1750/- again (the same amount I already paid for installation) in this bill alongwith applicable tax charges to hike the amount of bill. This is nothing but duping the customer and using false and cheating methods to extract the money out of the consumer. I will be filing a separate complaint for the same with TRAI to bring this issue in limelight as I won’t let Airtel take consumers for a ride by not providing the service and charging doubly.

          My family members are deprived of their entertainment needs as the TV is down. My kids school assignments are affected as they cannot do their research on internet and they have to spend money on cyber cafes and a family member has to accompany them for the same which causes lot of inconvenience and has upset the family schedule. My profession is affected since I cannot contact my patients for their problems or after-care since last 10 days which is adding to my loss of income.

          By subscribing to this Airtel service, I seem to have enrolled for agony, if nothing else.

          I want Airtel to restore my service, confirm that the service will run uninterrupted as the whole communication gets affected with this service, refund me the installation amount and compensate me for the denial of services, false hope and false promises, non-functioning of Telephone, Broadband and TV and for the harassment, mental agony and loss of income it has caused to me, my aged parents, my kids and other family members.

          Also, Airtel should be directed to put in a geographic redundant system so there are no further excuses like service upgrades the whole communication needs are affected by an untested system/service. Allowing such services on one pipe is catastrophic itself in nature and such services let Airtel monepolize and take the customer to ransom by not committing to restoration of services. No Telecommunication services should be allowed to run if the Operator cannot restore it in 2-3 hrs.

          I've complaint on 8.3.2010 that our IPTV is not working properly but till date nothing is done by airtel. They send their people who just do some formal check ups and tell that it can't be done here, or some optical fgibre problem and go back. So please do take care of it .
          you does not providing proper service and remote control not working of iptv i request yu to please see or check it
          i stay in North Delhi region of Delhi... We are having worst experience of IP TV installed at our place and it doesn't work most of the times and now it is not working at all since a week ...CCO has come to our place to rectify it but problem is still the same ... It is just 1-2 months we had it ... I find that it is waste paying 1800 for the installation and then every month as it doesn't work prperly at all... Our local cable operator's connection works better than this IPTV...

          Airtel Broadband IPTV — Agony with Airtel customer care

          I got airtel 2 IPTV connection installed in Dec 2010, since then I am undergoing a mental trauma. My Dec'10 phone bills were blown out of proportion. Even after making an initial payment for the Set Top Boxes(1750x2), the same was not reflected in my first bill and they added the amount to the bill. Later when I called the customer case I got a confirmation that I can reduce the amount and pay the bill. But my agony doesn't end here, next month's bill (Jan 2011) they added the late payment fee even though I made the payment well in time. Mid month my call services got blocked and even after raising multiple concerns, the customer care did not help me in reinstating my services. I am totally fed up of the services and got stuck up with a useless box here. To make any call I need to use my cell or my family needs needs to rely on local PCO.
          My suggestion for any new subscriber is to think twice before opting for Airtel IPTV services.

          from 2 days i have problem on iptv
          and the problem is channels are taking around "20 SECONDS" to change
          i guess airtel iptv has started new format to display the information of every channel after changing it...this causes delay in changing the channel

          and second problem is information is not correct which is shown
          for example- if i am watching sony then information will b displayed for zee tv

          i request you to please solve this problem...

          and a heartly request to remove the format of showing information(AUTOMATICALLY)
          WHICH LEADS TO DELAY IN CHANGE OF CHANNELS...
          For past one month there is f..king change in Airtel IPTV. When I purchased it six month back, I was happy as I was not seeing banner when channels are changed, now some f..king manager at top decided to copy TataSky or similar service and every time you switch channel it'll be jammed for next 20 seconds until that banner disappear. Some f..king s/w engineer did this development and some f..king tester cleared it. I'm f..king and waiting for banner to go away and can only change 3 channels in a minute now. I'm forced to see some f..king scary scene in front of my kid and some f..king love scene in front of mother as channel does not switch even if I change the channel. If they had shown me this feature first I would have never dropped TataSky. I talked with Customer care, some of the guys even came in but they say it is back-end problem and they cannot do anything. Airtel are you hearing it? if you really want to remain in business, get this fu.king mess resolved. Dont try to fool me talking to me or me as you can fix this problem from backend only. I'm going to sue you for the mental harassment you've given me in last one month.

            Delay in new connection

            Hi there,

            I applied for new broadband connection at Airtel Showroom, 100 ft Road, Indira Nagar, Bangalore on Feb 04, 2010, after making sure that their port is available in my area, Kodihalli. Since it was urgent for me, I insisted for a connection at the earliest and the person in-charge promised that I would get a connection in 4 days max. I got the address verification promptly on Feb 08 and was informed that I would get...

            Dear all,

            This is to inform that I was availing Airtel facilities. Mr. Deepak called me and said that the amount was due and he will send someone to my office to collect Rs. 5381.00. The actual bill asked for is Rs. 5125.00, which included GPRS charges. On asking the bill details were mailed to me from "Sarabjit Singh Batra" <sgfs.[protected]@gmail.com> address. I was surprised as he asked for Rs. 5125 as it should have been Rs. 5381.00 as the due date was over. After discussion with Mr. Deepak, Collection Agency, 5 Phase Mohali it was found that in the month of Nov. 09 no GPRS was activated and no charges were included. In Dec, 09 and Jan, 10 suddenly GPRS charges were included for both the months. Mr. Deepak was unable to answer me whether My GPRS was activated, when and where? After discussion Mr. Deepak happily aggreed that Rs. 500 can be waived off as I have not switched on the GPRS facility. After I pressed that my GPRS service charges was Rs. 299 + 299 = Rs. 598 and the same should be waived off, he then aggreed. So he agreed that Rs. 4500 may be remitted to him. The amount (Rs. 4500) is handed over to Mr. Rajpal. I was surprised that is it a vegetable market where if you argue you can get a discount sometimes of Rs. 500 and sometimes Rs. 600. According to me the amount should be Rs. 4783.00. Earlier the same thing happened with me and they said the GPRS must be switched onn by chance and the amount was charged for one month. The question that arises is if there are so much discripancies with the bill, is it safe for the customers to take airtel connections.

            Airtel mobile service bill — Anomaly in Bill

            Dear Sir,
            Received bill of relationship No.[protected]A. No. [protected]) for Oct – Nov. 08. The basic bill plan of corporate discount has been changed to A2All [protected]@0.5ps (Rent 50) arbitrarily. Please advice me the amended bill to enable me to make the payment.
            Further I have never opted for “value added services”. But I had the usage charges in previous bills. These may be refunded.

              i have tried to deactivate from the tm - gup shup, ta - gup shup but still i m getting the messages every day. it is a big mental anguish for me to delete those messages every hour even in the middle of the night .... pls stop it ... my no is [protected]..

                deactivate all 54321 services

                Dear Sir,

                My number is [protected]. For the past few days i am experiencing that i have been charged for unwanted 54321 services. I have never subscribed any of the services. Whenever i stop any service, another services automatically gets activated. I feel like cheated. Please stop all this.

                I am a Airtel Mobile customer. My number is +[protected]

                I have not subscribed to any filmybuzz service, but today I saw a message from 54321 which states -

                "Thanks for using filmybuzz subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 10. Filmy Buzz and Pics *321*69# From: 54321 10:53pm 14/2/10"

                I do not understand how Airtel can automatically subscribe and charge me for Rs.10/-, without taking my permission.

                How can a Telcom operator do this? I am planning to file a case against this.

                I want this service to be immediately stopped and Airtel to repay back the deducted amount ( Rs.10/-). In future do not want such kind of automatic subscriptions to any such stupid services.

                BTW. Interestingly, TRAI site http://www.trai.gov.in/serviceproviderslist.asp mentions that "If you have a complaint about your telephone service, mobile phone service or broadband service, the first step is to call your service provider’s Call Centre on toll free number and obtain the docket number for registration of your complaint. Many complaints can be resolved at this stage.", BUT - interestingly, when I called 121, they mentioned that the call will be charged 50 paisa for the disscussion with customer representative. Though my call in the morning was unsuccessful (due to bad Airtel network), if you have charged 50 paisa for this 121 call, please revert back this money too.

                This has also happened to my daughter. She has submitted complaint to [protected]@airtelindia.com

                  I am using my Airtel post paid mobile no.[protected] since 2004. I got the call in 2004 to verify my name, address and Date of birth. I have regularly paid all mobile bills.
                  I have converted this post paid connection to prepaid on 4th Jan, 2010. I have submitted all required documents (driving licence). It was running fine till 4th Feb, 2010. Since, 5th of Feb, 2010 Airtel has stopped my incomming/outgoing services on the basis that I have not submitted the required proofs. They are not answering my queries on phone and asking me to visit the Airtel gallery where I submitted my documents. I resubmitted the documents to Airtel gellery of Mangal Kunj Bldg, Jambhli Gully, Borivali (W), Mumbai-92 and the customer relationship officer told me that the no. will be activated in 48 hours.
                  On Saturday, 13th Feb, 2010 I visited the same gallery again as the connection was not started. They told me that their backend takes "48 working hours" and excluding Saturday and Sunday to activate the connection. I am now totally frustrated as my mobile no. is not yet activated. My office collegues, family and friends cannot get in touch with me and have resulted into financial loss. Totay, 15th Feb its 6:30pm and I still do not have connection activated. When I was billing customer, my bill was delivered to same address for last five years and today when I am prepaid customer they are unable to verify it. Please can someone help to get me the justice?

                    My customer ID of Airtel Digital TV is [protected].

                    I would like to tell you the complete story of the shoddy affair of this DTH service. A DTH service has been installed at my residence on 1/2/2010 with 4 month package plan. Next day a guy visited my place to collect money from me and adviced that why did not I opt for 5 month plan. So I paid 5 month package plan.

                    From 12/2/2010, my DTH service has been discontinued citing the reason that I do not have sufficient balance. Now after following up 22 times my problem is still in same position.

                    I had logged complain no 1967625, 1925589 and 1952047 When I had called the customer care they told me that this has happened because of wrong billing on their behalf. It has been almost 5-6 days since this complain has been logged but my services has not been restored as yet which had to restore by 14th feb, 2010. Now you customer care buying time to get it in place.

                    As a general consumer, I was the great fan of Airtel mobile service and due to this fact I opted for DTH. Please let me know when it will get resolved otherwise as ethics follow please refund my money and take out your installation.

                      I am a student of IT, BHU, Varanasi and Mobile No. [protected] was in service since 21st July,2009. But suddenly the services on this number has been disconnected without any notice or information and now on contacting Airtel Authorities, they say that this number is an invalid one. This is a prepaid service and about Rs.500 is lying unutilised. I am facing a lot of problems as this number is registered with College for communicating all information.                         Respected Sir,

                        My declaration given to convert my Pre paid connection to Post Paid connection is getting ignored with no value for the money I have paid for that.

                        One of the most Distressed, Deserted and not Much bother Customer for Pre to Post paid conversion- Is this because customer has already paid the Processing fee?

                         Initially an execute from Airtel called me up regarding Pre to Post Paid conversion (approximately on Jan 12th ). During this call she informed about send their executive to collect money and other required documents (like address proof) and to be activating my Post paid account in next 4 working days.
                         On 13th of Jan 2010 one of the Airtel executives have come down to my office to collect the money Rs500.00 and to fill in the form. Where in he conveyed that he would be manage to give me the connection based on my office Address and if at all possible I to be sending an address proof document of their office ID.
                         On 18th of Jan 2010 -I did send them my HP-Gas book Id as residence proof to concerned Airtel officer, which was ignored and my petition was just kept on hold with no update to me on a concern that “Hp-Gas book Id ”.
                         Later I called the execute to know the update as I was not hearing updated status from them neither activation of my number. And what I got to hear is the proof submitted is invalid and they insisted me for sending the Address proof like Electric bill.
                         Later I did send the Electric bill to the same above mentioned executive with a Bill dated July 5th 2008.
                         After waiting for a while about 3 days again not getting updated with the connection status I call the executive for knowing the information, and what I got to hear this time is address proof is too old to be considered for address verification (What does that mean !! wont that address be considered because I staying for a longer time with that place, how would that matter them – when I am still residing and how is carrying the Risk when address is incorrect – I guess it would be me missing my Rs: 500.00 ) and upon expressing my distress with the Airtel Executive for not considering that and not intimating till I have called back and also wanted the execute to drop my request to revert back my money. For which he was not sure to take a call on that and he pleaded and almost begged me to believenot to lose the hope on him - that he would be updating me on the same day - after talking to their chief. But socking no reply for the next 5 days.
                         Hearing the pleasing wording from that executive made me wait for 4 days, but no hearing again from him – with a most distress and frustration I tried to reach out that executive on call for more than 20 time in a working day that too in working hours, shockingly he did not care to lift the phone though phone was ringing for the whole time. So I decided to talk to their Chief again and by Gods grace I could reach him in the 3 attempt itself. I expressed my feeling in more diplomatic way asking him about
                        • Do they have any monthly targets to be achieved for converting Pre to Post - answer was No
                        • Whether they would track all the raised request on timely basis – Answer was Yes.
                        • What In case a requesting is pending for more that 4 working days and assistance or update to customer or not – Answer was Yes
                        • Should the Customer himself to be calling up to know the update status for not getting processed – Answer was No
                        • Then how come my request is still pending with no updates from your team – No answer for this question
                         After these questions to chief, he convinced me that he would be following up on this and took my number.
                         But as a routine – unless I called up the executive he did not thought about calling me, but after viewing my number her dropped the call and got back to me in couple of minutes . Later he wanted to me send the latest electric bill and I did send them in couple of days and I called the executive back to acknowledge them to consider my new address sent – when he promised me to be signing off this task in next two days if not to be paying back my money.
                         Still then address verification went delayed by 2 days and then final one good progress is that my pre paid number got deactivated on Feb 12th 2010.But shockingly my post paid connection is not activated, so waited about 2 days losing vital contact not reaching me out on my number.
                         Today that is Feb 15th when I called customer care center to know the updated, what I hear is my the Post Paid connection card which was issued to me – when I did pay Rs 500 is an inappropriate card. So the customer care service agent asked me to collect another Post Paid card.

                        After having this much dragged with this stringent process - which was nowhere close to the intimation made by execute at first contact or at time of payment; Without providing information
                        Without providing right product
                        Without providing any sort of assistance
                        which are least expected for the wages that are being by the received these Executives for doing their Job but not a favor, wages which are again generated from some contribution of fee which we have paid for conversion. They seem to be not bothered.

                        What I have been undergoing all this time is:
                        Distress to keep myself waiting for this to process to accomplished at any point of time.
                        At least 20 to 30 attempt of cross checks per day leaving me with no outcome like
                        1. Address verification to be happening today or not? if so will the concerned person walk-in with a prior intimation or not?
                        2. My connection to be functioning as post paid or not?
                        3. Sim to be registered or not?
                        Thinking in these terms built up some sort of pressure due to distress and anger unknowing and killing about 1 or 2 hours daily thinking of this processes.
                        Also impacting my daily routine activities because of this pressure
                        Missing many of friends and relatives to reach me out at my number.
                        Not knowing who to approach to get solved with this problem (To file a petition in court or in a consumer court )

                        Please help customer like me to have believe on the words like promises/commitment spoken for the deliverable to be appropriate.

                        So What will be compensated to a customer like me to ensure not to be dissatisfied and what is call on the current process undergoing for pre paid to post paid conversion?

                        Promising and commitment related words have no meanings when they spoken by a customer care executive.

                        One of the Airtel executives called me up as he is intended to do as a routine, as his Backend team escalated the problem to get resolved( I still hope its for getting resolved but not for buying some more time). As per our conversation he was asking for 24 hours of time to resolve the problem (Annoying this is not the first time hearing this but almost 6th time to get resolved with one request), but the same executive is asked for sending a mail saying the same looping in his team; he voice lowers down and utters “will get back on this issue”. When I still insisted to send that message via mail, he wasn’t willing to say YES.
                        What does this mean to a customer : Speech/dialog by a Airtel customer care execute is worthless hearing

                        When the same executive same questioned for knowing whether this call is getting recorded he answered YES
                        And when he was asked for his Employee No: he disconnects the call – Cheers to the brave hearts and others who support him in his team.

                        What does this mean to a customer : Recording of voice call to customer - at a customer care in Airtel can be managed within the team. If was something else like mail could be forwarded to higher authority.

                        So finally what is the take way from this:
                        “Speech by an Airtel executive mean different from a written transcript ”, if that is the case how a customer should be communicate to CUSTOMER CARE Executive (Executive - actually who don’t care the concern of the customer but the salary they take home and have no value for the customer time)

                        Million Dollar Question:
                        When can a National wide organization’s management realize to take some action? Another doubt that raises from inner conscience - Will they really realize at some point of time?

                        Thanks you very much for escalating the issue. I completely agree with your complaint. Me to faced the same problem which I tried to change my number form pre-paid to post-paid. I though it’s an easy task for them and they can provide the post paid connection in few days. I truly trusted the agent.

                        The first day as per agents details I provided address proof and filled the application and agent told that it will done in two days, to my surprise it was done in one day. I am so happy for the service provided by airtel. But at the same day from evening my number didn’t work and called the customer care, they told that 500rs or a blank crossed check in not provided. I asked them, with out intimating how they u disconnect the service. They said sorry and there is not other option then paying money. So I went to near by airtel office and paid the money, it worked fine. After two days it disconnected again. I though what f..k it that again happening. I got angry on airtel and went to office and talked with the agent, they told that address proof Xerox is not clear and to my luck I am having the same copy with me I showed the same to them (Both are same). They said sorry and re-connected. Sorry Is the word which doest bring back my time and effort wasted in roaming around the airtel office.

                        After few days an agent came to my address and checked the address. I thought from now no worries will be there, but to my surprise it got disconnect again the reason is address proof was wrong. I got angry and went to airtel office and told them that please give me back my money and take your bloody sim back. After few min I came to know that they are ready to give the money back with out looking into the problem. The agent who is sitting at the front desk is like a person who won’t care about 1 customer. He is in a view that if not me some other will for connection and he can reach his target. This is not the way a person should be. Please look into this issue also.

                        By then I decided not to use or suggest airtel service to any one of my relatives or friends. my main intension is, as I am educated I can understand the situation I can talk with the agent if any issues occurs, what about a common man how can he co-ordinate and see the work is done.

                        Done make agents to work as to reach targets in making connections, make them work to provide better service to customers and resolve all the issues at the same time if any not look one by one and that to week by week checking the address once, deposited money once, documentation once, look every that at the same time resolve every thing at once. I am not feeling sorry to write like this I am feeling happy that I am able to express the things which I faced with airtel and really appreciate kiran for taking a step.

                        Don’t waste money on making ads with stars and paying creative directors. Spend money on providing better service then no ads will be required to attract public.

                          Hi.
                          My number is [protected].Many a times my cell is automatically getting switched on and off and then it says.."Invalid Sim" "Simcard Not detected" I've ensured about this problem not being related to cell as I've checked the sim in other mobiles. Also,when i insert this sim card on other cells,I can't see any of the contacts which were stored earlier on the sim card.Tell me what to do now.Is it possible to get a same number sim card which works fine ?

                              am facing a problem from last 2 months
                              (customer executives saying we get 30 to 40 kbps but i m getting only upto 6kbps.this is maximum speed.average speed is only 2kbps.it includes sent and received data.)

                              Present i m using gprs data package 98 - for 2 gb on both mobiles.I m using 3g supported handsets.so there is not a problem for data speed.

                              i called you many times and given many complaints.but there is no response from ccare.every time they say we solve your problem within 48 hours.
                              two weeks back one of the technician also came here and checked all the information related network signal strengths etc....he said we ve only 7kms along from the tower and we ve the maximum signal strength.he said that within 24 hours we resolve your problem and you ll get maximum speed as we provide.
                              but still now we re facing the same problem.
                              Still now problem not cleared. & they say we can't clear that problem. so i want to Complaint Against Airtel Mobile Phone Service. i have all complaint no's also.

                              Sir/Madam, I am to say that for the last 3 days my mobile No. [protected] is out of service. No signals are available. pl. do the needful done and activate my number immediately.

                              airtel is cheating all its customers. and friends hav decided not to use airtel internet service. I want to say that why airtel is trying to have a bad name. I have easy recharged with Rs 98 and i am not satisfied with the bandwidth speed. Its only 2KBps. to browse one page it takes 2 to 3 minutes.
                              Mr. mahesh Its obviously correct, i am also facing same problems from many days and i have given many complaints regarding the network bad band width but there is no use of it, Airtel simply ignore it. they provide bad internet band width comparing to other networks its so bad service.I am staying hyd i have always full signal but the data speed its too low that around 8kb but they said we are providing 20kbps to 30kbps but does not cross even 10 kbps in any time so friends choose better network.

                                I was using GPRS pack of Rs.89 on my Airtel no +91-[protected](UP East) while on roaming.Its validity was upto 7th Feb 2010, on 7th Feb evening Rs 150 was deducted from my balance. Then after expiry of my GPRS pack I activated Rs.10 daily rental plan on 13th Feb at 1:06 am. After which Rs.34 were again deducted when I was using your GPRS service in evening. Followed by 2-3 more deductions of Rs 2–3 each same day.
                                There was no response when I tried to contact costumer care service.
                                Kindly seek necessary action against my complaint.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  My internet connection with Customer ID: [protected] (as given by Customer Care and not by Sales Executive) in the name of Mr. Rupesh Lapsiya was down today, 13/02/2010 from 11.00 AM to 11.45 AM.

                                  This was due to some fiber cut at Shiv Tirth area near Paud Road, Kothrud. This was conveyed by the Airtel Service Engineer Mr. Durvas Navghane.

                                  When asked for the SLA or the ETR of the downtime Mr. Durvas bluntly refused to give me the same. Also he denied to provide his Boss' contact number for escalation.

                                  When contacted the Sales Officer Mr. Prasad, he provided with RSP number which is 102470. He was unaware of the fullform of RSP, SLA as well as ETR.

                                  In meantime the Customer care refused to lock the complaint because the link came UP when I was on call with the CC Executive.

                                  The whole process was shocking for me as there was no hint of CUSTOMER CARE was observed by any of the AIRTEL Employees Mr. Durvas, Mr. Prasad and CC Executive.

                                  Please see that next time any consumer don't feel neglected by the Companies' and get a proper treatment by Companies' Employees
