In the month of November 2020, TDA had applied for the Airtel Xstream Fibre 5G Service for the whole office setup including (back office and front office). It was with high service prospected that a so-called big name like Airtel offered us uninterrupted high-speed internet service.

But the truth of reality turned to be contrarily worst as it within two days it's internet service went out of track and many of our systems were inactive with the broadband connectivity and upon calling them they were sending inexperienced hardware personnel for the task of networking which is a software task.

More than half month has passed and half dozen times TDA registered a customer complaint regarding but on in all the same story, upon pressuring as to what the exact issue, they said it is related to networking and they do not have any man for it. The internet connection gets active on some systems only while on others it goes missing.

This is the futile situation of this tech giant firm which claim to provide the so-called "best internet service". The area manager does not have even a clue as to what can be done, they are only concerned with billing and false offers.

Following is the basic in brief of our complaint -

Plan Speed- 300 Mbps, Unlimited

TDA calls out Airtel (Bharti Airtel Ltd) to address this grave issue and resolve at first hand. If they really have "spine", If they really care for customers then we are expecting a solution to it.

We are highly disappointed and irked with this service quality and conduct by Airtel and hereby declare not to pay a single penny till the solution is provided and urge everyone to raise their voice against this big company's anti-customer side.

    Dear sir/madam
    I, Javed Ahmad Khan, am using airtel sim. Since last two days there is no network in the sim. I went to airtel store in New Delhi and been told that sim is not registered in my name, so same Mobile number can not be issued to me. I am using the same number since last 8/9 years. I purchased the sim using my college identity card when I was in Dhanbad. Also all my ban account, aadhar are linked to the same number. I need the same number. I am ready to submit all the document needed like aadhar /pan.

      Hi,
      My mother ported her Vi number to Airtel in early August. She went to Canada later in August and left her Airtel number with her sister in India. After two months, her Airtel number stopped working completely and gives an error "Not Registered". Her sister went to Airtel store to get it checked but they said that sim is bad and no longer works. They refused to replace the sim. The number is 15 years old and is the primary and only contact that everyone has. It is also linked to her bank accounts and all other government services where phone number is mandatory. She cannot pay anymore bills because she cannot get OTP without getting the number fixed.

      I also contacted Airtel through Facebook and Twitter, but no one has been able to tell me the problem and how to fix it. They keep on asking me to provide an alternate number for them to contact. I live in Canada so I provided them my Canadian number. They always come back by saying that "They tried to call us but couldn't reach me". I have heard the same response so many times when I didn't receive a single call from Airtel. I also asked them to provide me a number so that I can call from here but they did not provide that either. I asked to provide proof of calls that they made and they did not provide that either. I asked them for complaint reference number and they haven't given me anything even after asking more than 10 times.

      Customer Care on Twitter told me on 24th November that the validity of the pack has expired on 20th November and I should recharge. I did an online recharge of Rs 49 but got an error "Sorry! Your request could not be processed. Please try again later". The amount is already debited from the account. My mother is so stressed because of this and it is so annoying to hear the same response over and over again from Airtel.

        My incoming calls are blocked overnight. Outgoing calls are not blocked. If anyone call on my number then it says that the number is wrong or seems to have dial a wrong number. I have complaint in airtel store and they could not resolve it. Also customer care says that everything is fine there might be some error that they don't know. I'm an advocate in Delhi high court . I have so much work with my phone number. People are not able to contact me. Airtel have done this type of call blocking before 2, 3 months and have created so much problem for me and this is after I pay 500 rs. Per month for my bill.
        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Now my number has been permanently deactivated. Staff of airtel store says that it is due to non payment of mobile number portability but there are no pending dues. I have cleared all the outstanding amount of previous operator. They say that the number is inactive in airtel . It will be given by vodafone. Vodafone says that the number is also inactive here. What the customer could do despite no fault on his part.

                  Today ( 29.11.2020) I have made transaction through Airtel online payment services for Rs.598. the amount was debited from my bank account but which is not credited to Airtel mobile number.After payment successful it shows error. So kindly take steps to refund the amount at the earliest.

                    Airtel validity expired before DUE date

                    I have recharged with unlimited pack. It's valid till 17 dec. However it expired on 29 nov and says insufficient balance. The same has happened even before. I tried calling customer care multiple times and ivr response is worse. It just gives options but done accept the response. Stop giving advertisements that you don't receive any complaints. The reality is ur ivr is as such it doesn't accept any complaints. Provide a proper customer care...

                                      Dear sir/ mad (my name is Mohammed Asif KH ), (my mobile number number [protected]) am living in dubai since last 8 monthes are, am being using my sim card more than 5 to 6 years are, usally i keep recharge 48 reupees every month and recently my sim card not showing the service, my last massage was received from airtel 26/9/2020, & i have visited to india last two week ago for some emergency purposes and on that time i have bought a new replacement sim from airtel agent, than i went back to dubai and operated the sim card, still same problem, not showing the service, so requesting you to find out the solution to reactivate my valuable sim card, thansk airtel hope to receive from u positive response.
