Sir,
with due respect and humbly submission I beg to state that I am an inhabitants of vill-Barbang, Khandopara p.o.-Barbang, p.s.- patacharkuchi.pin-781325. I am a customer of Airtel.my phone number is-[protected]. I have been facing huge plight due to the poor network of Airtel.In our place Airtel network is playing a hide and seek till now.On account of poor network of Airtel we have been unable to make a phone call and unable to use internet since one month.we have been complaining this matter to the Airtel customer service but they refused to help us in this matter.so i kindly request to government please help me.

    I have completed submit document to porting my number [protected] from jio to airtel 4 days ago. I have received sms contains tele verification PIN, but no body call me to verify. my airtel sim not activated. why? what is the problem. how can i activate artel sim? . my jio sim already inactive.

      Dear Sir, I am not able to park my vehicle in front of my house, since there is a big junction box of Airtel which is obstructing the path.
      is it ok for me if they can hang it on my boundary wall. that way at least I will be able to park my vehicle.
      actually I tried to find the way to communicate with Airtel on this but could not find any.

        I am belongs to a village (Tai, pin 312620) there are no data coverage from last 5 year.but i was ex employee of airtel so i use airtel as no option.but now resigned and get this number on 19 nov 2020 on my individual name as norm. 90 days complete on 17 dec. still airtel not giving UPC code.

        error msg "UPC cannot be the generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

          Respected sir/mamdam,
          My Airtel number is [protected].
          I have recharged my number 3-7 days back with a plan of rupees 399.
          But unfortunately today I have recharged my number again with a plan of rupees 379.it got activated now itself.
          Now I want to cancel this recharge .
          Please help me to cancel my recharge plan and please refund my money back.

              Hi,

              I priya using airtel sim no: [protected] (using this number since few years) in my new phone oppo mobile. Since yesterday suddenly my phone network stopped and showing no network singal. I checked my phone and their's no problem with my device. I have tried inserting Sim in different mobile but it's still showing no network. Can someone please fix this on priority. Since the above number is not working You can reach me to [protected].

                  I have paid 2249 to avail Airtel Xtream services in my place(pincode: 560100).
                  After receiving the money the executive said they couldn't provide services in my area and will return back the money.
                  It's been more than 45 days I haven't received the money.
                  Not able to connect to customer care since the ID which they gave is not valid now.
                  I have the bill transaction details and message too from Airtel.

                      3 days back I went to Airtel office regarding to change the network (port) Vodafone to Airtel. I desired to select 499 post paid plan but Airtel executive convinced to take me 899 plan and he said next day(with in 24hr) our engineer will visit your house & do the installation. But till now installation not done & call to service engineer no response from him & again i was call to Airtel office executive, he said that “ change your plan otherwise & If the installation does not do what i will do” this is response.

                        I did call in airtel care (198) for knowing recharge scheme. In scheme they said I got 1.5 Gb/day, 100 SMS/day and unlimited calls for 84. days in just Rs. 558. I did recharge from phone pay of 558 and I got only 56 days recharge scheme. Below I attach audio recording. Please hear carefully. Please give my money back or apply scheme as per tell in audio recording.

                          I do not have any link with Credit Mantri or others, they are sending me BAKWASSSSS messages every day unrelated to me. I already called them and inform them I did not register for anything then also I am receiving these SMS every morning.

                          Please stop all these and keep my number away from telemarketing/sale/etc.

                            I recharged my phone with the 98 rs. data (12 GB) pack that will be valid till my main offer. The airtel app shows that the recharge is successful. However, there is no net coming. First I thought it would be my phone, but no. The wifi is working fine, but the offer won't work. Please look into it.
                            I did both the recharges on 16/12/2020.

                                  Dear sir, i did recharge of my airtel no [protected] of Rs.49. on 16 Dec 2020. after recharge done Airtel deduct of Rs.30 from my main balance. i called to customer care number they told me it is 2 month subscription charge for hello tune... last month i did recharge with unlimited plane and this month i recharge with Rs. 49 that's why you deduct my money ..why should i pay for 2 month subscription ...i have no information about this subscription is chargeable ...please credit back my money or i will port my number with other operator

                                    Hi, am an NRI working in Abu Dhabi and Visit my native in India once or twice a year. I had subscribed to a Airtel prepaid life time service SIM card . My Mobile phone no is +91-[[protected]]. I subscribed to international incoming call free package while i was in UAE, but I didn't do ay outgoing call from my sim for more then 3 months. Al though I have subscribed to incoming call free packages and had sufficient amount in the Airtel account the sim card got deactivated suddenly. It is been more then 7 months as of now from my sim card got deactivated. So, it doesn't indicate any mobile network in Dubai.

                                    I simply request you to look into the matter and provide a satisfactory service to NRI customers which is lacking badly with Airtel as of now. Kindly let me know the status oy my SIM card and advice accordingly how to keep Airtel SIM with me for further use in India without any pain.

                                        I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs.399 on 15 december 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn# [protected] of Rs. 200. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
