Complaints in Airtel services.
Dear Sir.
I am using this mobile service since July 2008 and find it is most anti consumer related. Not only that it runs nefarious business and there is NO Customer Complaint cell.
1. On 4th November I got one incoming SMS from 5432105 that “Jobs on mobile will be renewed in 3 days. You will be charged Rs. 10 for 10 days service. To deactivate, dial *321*661#. Send tips to 5432105for career tips on job success.
I dialed then and there on *321*661# in order to deactivate but on the contrary, IT WAS ACTIVATED!! What nonsense!!
Again to day dated 17th Nov 2009 , I got the SMS from 5432105 that “ jobs on Mobile service has been renewed . You have been charged Rs. 10 for 10 days of service . Send TIPSto 5432105 etc.etc.
I DO NOT want it nor I accepted , then how they can deduct Rs. 10 forcibly?
2. Further on few days before, I got the incoming SMS from 543211 that “your hello Tune service will be renewed in 3 days & you will be charged Rs. 30 for 30 days. To stop Hello tunes call[protected] or type STOP & SMS to 121.
I immediately called[protected], but it was never connected. Rather I got a further message from 543211 that ‘Thank you for calling the Hello Tune services. Call [protected]@Re.1 per min and say the song name / movie name to find your favorite Hello Tune.”
Seeing this 420 business, I sent SMS to 121, but the reply came “Sorry, no matches found. If you wish to stop your paper bill and subscribe email bill, please send STOP BILL<EMAIL>.
What NONSENCE again? Hence this unwanted hello tune is being continued!
3 On 4th morning I dialed Airtel Live 543212 to see if I can lodge a complain, the recorded version started “to listen in Hindi, put 1. Etc etc” and for all NONSENCE versions for 1.03 minutes, I was charged Rs 12.00?? what are all these ?
4. What all nefarious business?
5. I get SMS every day several times regarding Cricket Match results for which I never requested nor interested. But Airtel disturbs me a lot and charge the same from me.
6. This hallow tune is not required by me and at each month they send SMS and it is mentioned that to stop, pl, send SMS etc.I do it, but they are just charging Rs. 30 from me per month for no reason.
7. I have also lodged complaints in Airtel`s internet complain box , but they never reply , nor acknowledge.
8. In Airtel service there is No Customer Complaint Cell or System, nor do we know where to lodge the complaints (they have done it purposely to loot the people) but simply paying our hard earned money to Airtel for no reason at all!!
Hence I request you to take my case seriously and please see I am no more cheated by Airtel. At least I want to know where the Customer Complaint cell is. ?
Airtel should be booked for running such 420 business and to deprive so many innocent customers every day.

Airtel — Subscription to missed call alert renewed
In an attempt to boost income & be the leader in the telecom sector, Airtel is coming up with innovative idea of looting their customers. In one such even they are every month deducting Rs. 10 under the heads "Subscription to missed call alert renewed" which I'd never ever subscribed to.There's no system to attend my complaint. There 123 has only balance checking & topup facility.
This is indeed a shame for such a company & in coming days it will pay the price for the same.
I guess once customer faith is lost their income will stop decreasing.
I'm with my family & freinds already started advising people not to take Airtel service nor do I intend to use myself in future.
Also I'm sure despite somany complaints nobody in this company will take any actions.
They are coming out with such inoovative ideas under different heads & deducting money from milions of people thereby generating huge sums & thus robbing the entire nation. Can Authoruty take strict actions like United states of huge penalty or barring it from market?
