Dear Sir,
I had applied for getting Airtel broadband connection on 5th October 2009. I have paid Rs.2600 during submission of application for 3 months (unlimited Rs.800/month plan). But subsequently my application was rejected on 7th October siting feasibility as reason. I logged a complaint and was told that I will be getting my money back within 15 days from the date of cancellation (7th october). But till now I have'nt got back my money.
I request you to please do the needful and return my money at the earliers.

Everytime I give a complaint to Airtel, I only receive a sms message saying that the issue will be resolved in 10days. I dont want anyone to call me. Please return my money at the earliest.
Also before taking the money please check for feasibility. You are keeping your unfortunate customers money for more than a month. Are you going to pay interest for that?

    Sir,
    I am using Airtel Mobile Office and I am paying Rest. 10 Per day for this service when I used for this service, since last 2 days airtel is charging with us Rs. 10 per day and 30paisa per KB sir, when I talk to customer care they told to me I have lodge your compliant and after next day airtel is charging with us as Rs. 10 /- per day and 30 paisa per KB I again talk to customer care about this matter but they told to me I can not refund your money which is deducted by us.

    I am really unhappy with airtel sercive provide to us they simply say that we are telling them to activate the service with out our permission and the charged for that simply my no is [protected]. if this things are not going to stop at once then i will have to lodge a compliant in consumer court for this things
    your excecutives are not at all good in conversation and the also don't provide the proper service if this is not going to stop then i will definately lodge the complaint to consumer court.

    kindly pay attenstion to this problem as soon as possible.
    I m using nokia 6303 with the airtel connection of Madhya pardesh...i hav activate the mobile office on my handset ..but i dnt knw how to get the setting for the same..one of my frnd had told me to send a mes by wrting MO at 52567 i hav send ths mes a no of time but didnt get any reply..can anybody tell me how can i use ths facility of mobile office and how to get the setting..

      Hi, I have been using Airtel postpaid for last 2 years. Recently I have converted my number to Airtel prepaid.
      4-5 days ago I talked to prepaid customer care to activate Airtel GPRS in my number. I asked them the best deal for Gprs connection which support my mobile (Apple Iphone 2G). They told me to activate the Service 'Net on phone' with the plan of Rs.99, which gives me unlimited surfing for a month.I activated that service but after I did that I tried to surf & it was not working.So I called again to customer care & now they told me that Apple Iphone doesn't support Net In Phone Service.So they deactivated tha service,returned my money and told me to use Mobile Office service for my Iphone. They also told me that if I recharge my number with Rs.95 I would get 100MB free for surfing and downloading for a month. I did everything,I have activated Mobile Office service,recharged my number with Rs.95 for 100MB.But after doing every little thing now I am having a terrible experience.Whenever I surf in my mobile my available 100MB decreasing (which is normal) as well as my money has been deducting from my account.I thing this is terrible.I called up customer care,technical department of airtel looking for this solution.But they dint help me out of problem.Every time I surf in my mobile my money is deducting from my account.I need to use Gprs,but I don't know what to do now.Will appreciate a lot if someone can get me out of this terrible problem.

        Sir,

        We are not having the unlimited Airtel to Airtel offers in South (Andhra Pradesh) as are in North (Mumbai, Gujarat, Jarkhand, etc).

        Why these Airtel company is not releasing in Andhra Pradesh as they have released in North.

        Offers should be all for the Airtel customers.

        As a customer of Airtel we can ask you regarding this matter.

        Please take a necessary action to provide such offers as are in North.

        We are not having the Airtel to Airtel offers for sms and reduing in call charges in Andhra Pradesh.

        As Airtel is No.1 network in Andhra Pradesh, as a customer of Airtel we are waiting for new offers to be introduced in the market, so that we avail good use of it and stick to your Operator.

          I own [protected] number with prepaid connection.I have observed while making outgoing call, as soon as exactly 1.00 minute is reached; charge for next minute is dedcuted whereas it should not be. The pulse rate is for 1 minute which means 60 seconds,then why deduction for next call. To be more precise,If outgoing call is completed exactly on 1.0 Minute (60 seconds) Bharti Telecome deducts for 2 minutes and not for 1 minute. Why so ?

          Interesting observation. This should be checked for all carriers. If this is happening it is one of the biggest frauds of India.

              Airtel service simply sucks. My Phone Number isi [protected] The sim is from Andhra Pradesh but I recharged(easy recharge) for Rs 100 in Mysore today. Trans ID is[protected]. It got recharged with the bal of Rs. 0.00. Why the hell should the easy recharge person accept my hundred bucks if he is not in a position to recharge. When it is recharged for zero amount, the person was saying it is not my mistake.. it is airtel mistake...DEFINITELY IT IS AIRTEL MISTAKE.... THEY DON'T HAVE A PROPER NUMBER WHERE I CAN SPEAK TO AND TELL THE PROBLEM... THEY KNOW HOW TO SUCK THE MONEY FROM PEOPLE... DON'T THEY KNOW HOW TO PROVIDE A PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER..... EVEN I AM TRYING TO DISCONTINUE MY RINGTONE...THERE IS NO CUSTOMER FRIENDLY WAY OF DISCONNECTING THE RINGTONE... CAN SOMEONE HELP ME TO DISCONNECT THE RINGTONE....

                Now the airtel has no good plans the first plan was good for one day 20Rs unlimited downloading and now they are charging 30p/50kb and also they increased 99Rs booster pack to 119Rs and therefore i am going to change to docomo or aircel which has good offers
                my handset is LG KG 110
                my complent is about that my GPRS is activated when i connect it it shows network error .i called many times to the customer care but there is no use of this .if this problem will not solve then i will take proper action about this matter

                  My monthly charges is supposed to be Rs. 799/- , but airtel has changed my tariff since then my charges is comming Rs. 3500/- plus my last bill was Rs. 19585/-
                  We had requested 1st by telephone on 6 August to have our plan changed from 1299 Business Combo to Impatience 1299. We were informed by the Airtel staff that since their system was being updated we should email the request to “wecare.[protected]@airtel.in”and assured us that after this our plan will be changed to Impatience 1299 within 48 hours. Following the telephonic exchange, we sent an email dated 6th August for the same to change our plan

                  At this point we understood that Airtel will do the needful and hence started using the internet as per the new plan Impatience 1299.

                  On 14th Sep 2010 we have received the bill amounting to Rs 14, 509.84. Upon further investigation it was noticed that Airtel failed to change our plan from 1299 Business Combo to Impatience 1299. We have written to Airtel customer service the same day informing you of the error with a request to rectify the same. We received an email from Airtel explaining that Impatience 1299 is not applicable to our account.

                  We were not told anything to this effect when we made a plan change request on 6th August. Even after sending an email for the same we were not intimidated that the plan will not be applicable.

                  Now, on 17th Sep 2010 I get an email from Airtel saying that they never got any email from us. What is next - will they delete the telephone conversation as well?

                      I am using five postpaid numbers for past 3 years, each and every time i am claiming them to send me the itemised bill copy, but for not even a single month i didn't got it properly, if i claim them today, they will send after five days, is this is the way of behaviour in attending customer, if you are not replying to customer request, then for what purpose you peoples are in customer care.

                      i am so confused, in your's behaviour. Please avoid these ignorance. I request you and also please do all things favour for us.

                      This is a mail regarding the Airtel Mobile Number [protected].

                      I was a post paid customer. Through the period i stayed with airtel i never enjoyed my connection with Airtel it always shows some or the other problem . Customer care Executives don't communicate well, what is said is actually not done in the sene if asked to deliver a service is not delivered on time because of which late fee is charged on my bill . I didnot like this service atall . Recently i called up Airtel Postpaid Customer Care Executive and i asked them to deliver my bill at my email address other than what i had earlier requested for. It is yet not delivered.                           I am a resident of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. I am having airtel prepaid sim card, the No. is-[protected]. on 21.10.09 i got a message from company side that on recharge of Rs. 46/- i will get 52 minutes of STD calling and one months validity, that time my STD balance was Rs. 130/- and validity was upto 23.10.09. On 21.10.09 night i was leaving for kolkata for a week and to save my STD balance, I went for mobile recharge and before recharging, that person (shop owner) has confirmed from the help line about this offer, the helpline told us that this offer is there for few of our customers and you are one of them, they also told me that I will recieve Rs. 10.6/- after 24 hours of recharge. i made a recharge so that i could save my balance, because on stay to other state i cannot use my STD balance and can't even recharge there.
                          Now the thing is that on 21.10.09 night i went to Kolkata and i have not recieve the validity and the balance amount. On 23.10.09 night my validity and balance both was lapsed.
                          I made a complain of this thrice but till date I have not recieved any balance in my mobile.

I got a tellin that" get 100 mb free data downloads every month for next 3 months" but i tried many times talkin to airtel people as wel as Samsung service centre but no use they show negligence towards this i wasted around 150 rs for travelling service centre to service centre.The even do not know how to react wiht the customer.

                              Dear sir,
                              I am the subscriber of braodband connection for internet at 72,602, shami vasant vihar CHS ltd
                              Pokhran Road II, Thane. for more than year. however , i have requested on 30th sept 2009(personal visit to pachpakdi office) to disconnect the line and paid the amount in full rather in excess.
                              the bill amount till 30th sept 2009 was 620/- and I have paid 775/- instead and handed over the external modem and cable.
                              Now, the reason for disconnection was explained to the staff concerned that i am leaving to london for long term on 1st OCT 2009. and accordingly i have left india.
                              Today i receieved e-bill for RS 659/- (598/-) as monthly charges etc.
                              How the bill can be generated once the line is disconnected.
                              I cannot understand how the staff at pachpakdi can be so irresponsible.
                              The reciept number for the payment i have made is CA10319525 dt 30th sept 2009 time 03:36:57 for Rs 775/-

                              CAn you look in to the matter urgently and revert back to me. I request you to kindly cancel this bill No[protected] dt 27th october 2009 for the perriod from 26th sept 2009 to 25th october 2009 which do not have any reason to be generated....when i have disconnected the line on 30th sept and paid the amount in full and excess,

                              Please treat this as urgent and i need an urgent reply on this issue as i am in UK.

                              I am extremely unhappy with the service .....as i was repeatedly told the staff ...that please see to it that bill should not be generated and the matter has to be closed.

                              May i request you to see the matter and revert back.

                                Yes its right even i had some similar problem, in my case i have been to Om Telecom on the 6.1.10, to pay my bill, i as well had to change my billing address, the first day they said me to get my photo id and the xerox, and an application, it would be done, the next day when i went there, they said i will have to get my property papers, again the third day when i went with the property papers (Agreement) they once again added two new things that is My Company's Letter Head and Stamp, so again on the forth day i went will every thing, i gave them the request fulfilling all the formalities finally, than they said within 48 hrs it would be change, the reaction of the executive Gunjan Shukla (CROC) ([protected]) was bit strange and he had a lot of attitude in him, now after 6 days i called the customer care to confirm it, i got the reply that it was not been changed, i again went there to "OM Telecom" i said this to the executive, he was simply avoiding me and pretending as if he was highly busy, it was after 20 minutes he responded me and said with a strange and a cheap tone that "Ho Jayaga" you dont need to come here every than and now, and i was shocked, to hear him in that manner, than i asked him to give me his name designation and phone number, with full attitude he took a pen and a brochure on the back said look and smiling at one of his co-worker (Girl) he gave me his name and the other details, i just stood out of the Relationship Center (Airtel, Dhebar Road) i found all the executives laughing as if they have been awarded for something.
                                As far as my experience with airtel is concern i never had any issues in this last 8 years, Me My family and even office is concern i use Airtel, but something like this disappoints you and and even the Brand of the Company "Airtel".
                                The Relations Ship Center at Dhebar Road is really pathetic Workers over they they listen Music and Eat Food, Misbehave, and keep them self involved in internal stupid talks, and one of the strange thing that i observed was they had no respect for the company they work for in most of their internal talks i have observed then abusing Airtel and its Seniors who give then targets.
                                Towards the end i make my sel[censored]nderstand that if people like Gunjan Sukhla who id the CROC Airtel Dhebar Road "Om Telecom" cannot respect the company who pay's him than to expect respect and proper work from him would be foolishness ...

                                  I have a post paid connection (cell phone number). I created an online account (userid: amandeep_singh_mann).
                                  Later i got a broadband connection and linked that one too, to the same user id. Now i used this account to pay the bills for both of them, viewing payment history and all the services provided by Airtel.

                                  Then i got the broadband connection canceled.

                                  Wolah! after that i am never able to login into my account using this user id. Can someone please correct the assumption of Airtel people that a consumer disconnecting broadband connection doesn't mean he/she is completely switching to another company for all services.

                                  Now i have created a new user id for the same opst-paid connection (cell phone number), but all my payment history for past 2 years is gone !! :-(

                                  Airtel is pretty good at deleting user data.

I tried number of times, every customer care executive is asking me to contact other than 121 number, tried but no response as they are discontinuing athe call.
                                  I need a hard copy of the bill for submission to my office. Help me or I will be forced to discontinue a very poor services offered by the operator.

                                    Same problem with me. I got two messages from AZ-Service saying the same.The message as follows.

                                    For last few days, i am getting message from my telecom vendor(Airtel) that my phone has invalid imei. i am wondering how could a motorola phone has invalid imei.

                                    My connection is Airtel and I am using LG KG 300 mobile handset. Because of IMEI issue, my phone became invalid from today. But My phone is original LG phone I brouht it from authorised customer.

                                    Airtel has now become a big chor company.

                                    Till yest my phone was working fine and today they stopped my connectivity on the basis that my IMEI is invalid. I have a Motorola V8 with bill and everything, still Airtel is hell bent on not starting my services.

                                    Wanna know the biggest irony, i put in a VODAFONE sim card and it started working, only Airtel SIM isnt working.
                                    This is just a fraud to collect money from us poor souls and harass us.
                                    We should file a case against AIRTEL for harrasing us, they cant treat us like this.

                                    When VODAFONE works why the hell AIRTEL doesnt. Are we always free to visit Airtel centres and all, lemme use my remaining balance and then i will throw this Airtel crap in dustbin. Am pissed off with such idiotic service.

                                    I have a corporate connection with the airtel number [protected]. The company has debarred a genuine motorolla Z6 on the basis of invalid IMEI. The matter was taken up with the appeliate authority at Andhra. However, the company pointed that I was at fault that I had not bought the phone from them... the result is that i have discontinued using all Airtel products. Shame on you Airtel

                                    Airtel — wrong invalid IMEI detection

                                    - I have a genuine Moto Razr Handset.
                                    - I have verified with SMS services, that it has a valid IMEI code.
                                    - And other than Airtel all other sims are working on it.
                                    - It was blocked on Dec 1 for invalid IMEI.
                                    - it started working on Dec 3.
                                    - on Dec 6, I received a message from Airtel to get my software updated for free from Authorized Motorola Service Centre before 10th.
                                    - I got the software updated from a centre in Indiranagar, Bangalore.

                                    "Even after all this, its been blocked today (By airtel alone, I have verified it by using my friend's other operators sims in this phone)"

                                    - Now, Since I am on roaming in Bangalore (I have a Delhi No.) with no other handset, I am really annoyed with Airtel. Why dont they spend some time upgrading their software like other service providers. Is this the service I should pay for.

                                    - Now, I just want Airtel to give me in writing that my handset has invalid IMEI (If they are very sure about it). Then I can sue Motorola quoting Airtel. Then if motorola is clean, they will sue Airtel in return. In any case , either of them (I believe most probably Airtel) should be punished and fined for my incovenience. I leave that to court. I am a customer to both the parties and have paid well for the service and I deserve to get service in time. If I am not getting service, either of them should be responsible and should be fined HEAVILY.

                                    My phone got disconnected on 30th Nov . I went to Airtel they told me that ur sim has gone old hence u need to change the sim. I bought a new sim still the phone did not work. Then i was told to go to the motorola showroom and get a software uploaded . I did the needful still the phone is not functional. I am just going in circles since then. Handset is motorola V8 and the IMEI no is [protected]. This is really frustating .

                                    I also got a message from airtel service which stating that my IMEI is invalid and i need to get new IMEI @199 only while I purchased my mobile (moto rzr v8m) from an authorisd dealer and its been over 2 year,

                                    Dear Sir / Ma'am,

                                    I am using my Airtel Prepaid number 965071**** (SIM no. [protected]****) on my Nokia Handset (Model 1202) IMEI - 358010/03/685072/2 purchased on 30/12/2009 from Bhartiya Vision, Shop No. 76 Khanna Mkt, Lodhi Road, New Delhi vide receipt no. 2900.

                                    Of late I have been getting smses from AD-Airtel which read as follows:

                                    "As per Govt. directive, your handset has an invalid IMEI and will be blocked today midnight. Use your no. on a valid IMEI handset."

                                    I have tried to speak to your customer care executives on 121 but none of them have any information relating to such smses being sent to me by airtel. I wanted to update my IMEI no. with airtel but am politely refused even that assistance.

                                    I believe, receiving such kind of SMSes and not getting subsequent support via the 121 customer care is sheer harassment for the customer, who -as in my case- is left to wonder what could be wrong with a handset purchased from an authorized / priority dealer of a reputed handset manufacturer.

                                    I would request some assistance as regarding the above so that I can get to the root of the matter.

                                    this is to inform you that my mobile is not able to get network from airtel from last few days. I tried to make complaint on 198 the transfer the call to customer care executive and than massage comes " this number does not exist". I am suffering due to this problem alot. please do needful at easliest.
                                    I am BSNL Customer. I have a Motorola X265 & IMEI No. [protected] which is showing after a year.

                                    Can u pls help me in this matter.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am using airtel prepaid mobile no. [protected] and i used to call STD minimum 2 hr per day. Since 20 days i am trying to recharge from Rs.62 or Rs.66 but both recharge is not getting successful. So many time i have complaint to customer care on 121 & 125 and i have told all kind of problem Ref. No. and they checked all details and every time they are telling there is no problem, once again you try it. Now I suffering from STD Call Rates on my mobile (1.50 per minute) and after rechaged it will be 0.50 per minute.

                                      Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible or otherwise i will stop my Airtel mobile service.

                                      I'm one of vodafone lifetime prapaid customer with contact no [protected].
                                      i've not been success for recharge on my no from last 3 months.plz resolve this and confirm me soon.

                                      Airtel Prepaid — Recharge not successful

                                      A sum of Rs. 60 was recharged for the Airtel No.[protected] on 11.08.2011 time 11:23 am

                                        Hi,

                                        2 months back i was the one who appreciated airtel for their prompt service on 121. now all of a sudden i feel they have barred my number on 121, as i call 121 and press 9 to speak to customer care my phone is disconnected. for last 2 weeks i am trying but all in no vain. I tried to email 121 and they replied with appology but still there was no action taken. i am tired of calling them for i need to know why my mobile gprs is not working on my laptop. The mobile office was working fine earlier now the there is 'error 734 PPP link error' something. Now I just want to get their help. I am unnecssary paying for the service.

                                        Is there anything on my part that I can do.
