Friday I have perches airtel sim mob no [protected] , and card no[protected] for my wife name –minal s.nimbhorkar from airtel shap shegoan naka amravati (franchises owner airtel) date 5/11/09 at the time of perches card I have submitted all relevant document with 100 ru perches prepaid life lime card but from Saturday my card not working so I complet in office they give me assurance with in ½ hours card is activated but that day not activated my card so Monday I again go this shop their vivek keshrwani (franchises owner )give me again assurance but not activated, so again I go shop 2 o’clock 9/11/09 that time Mr. vivek keshrwani using ruff word and quarrelling with me he abuse me so I complaint him in near gadge nager police station. And now I decided to publish this matter in news paper and lodge complaint in consumer forum Amravati about the mismanagement airtel

    dear sir,
    i sent an message through my mobile no [protected] requesting for bill for the month of september09 on 10.10.09. I recieved areply that my request is under process and the bill will be generated with in 48 hrs and despatched to me. my request no is16551. Immediately Rs 50/ has been deducted from my a/c .But till date i have not recieved the bill. in this regrd I complaint to customer care vide ref no. [protected] on 1.11.09.and recieved reply thatmy grivances will be solved before 5.11.09. since there is no action I once again called on 6.11.09 and talked with the higher official.he replied that my complaint was forwrded to concerned section and the bill was already despatched as they informed. I requested to give me the details of despatch and he replied that he will call back with in 24 hrs. Even after 72 hrs he doesn't call me. then I again called customer care on 9.11.09 and recieved reply that the bill will be despatched before 16.11.09. I dont understand so such a pulling on of a cutomer grievances.

    AirTel — non receipt of detailed bill

    I am not receving my bill on time and also not receiving details of call summary.
    As repeateadly request i couldnot received my airtelbroadband bill for landline no.[protected] on my e mail ID . I request u to please send bill on arvind.[protected]@gmail.com. so that i myself able to pay at the earliest possible. I hope that u wlll kindly consider my request.

      Dear Sir/Mam,
      Myself Somenath Saha I got a massage from airtel services center on 08-Nov-09, contain " Fullest se bhi bada!! Airtel Bonanza RC99 !! Get 150 mins Local & STD calling at recharge of Rs. 99 mins will be valid for 30 days". At evening same date at 6.01 pm I recharge with Rs.99/- (trans ID[protected], but talktime showing Rs. 1/- in recharge confirmation massage.

      where in the massage airtel Company specify that RC 99 for dedicated balance Rs.150 ??? So when company make the mistake, as a customer why am I suffer for this ?????
      After 48 hrs I'm in still same position & my problem not solved.. my dedicated balance not transfer to main accounct

On my mobile unnecessarily FHM Video of the day Service is Subscribed from http://wap.mauj.com/sf/sub3/psrv.php?cid=8464&subid=1399&modid=559 since 19/10/09 and everyday I get message like You have been renewed for FHMVideoofDay2atRs5-Air Subscription service from Airtel and it is costing me Rs.5/- per day and now I am already lossed Rs.115/- .
        I want to unsubscribe this service but am not able to do from my mobile, when i tried to visit their site and open their Terms & Condition and found that the unsubscription link will be sent to the subscriber once in every 20 days but I am not getting any link right now. So please Sir, its my humble request please Unsubscribe this service from my mobile immediately from your end.

          I am a prepaid user ([protected]). I am using prepaid number since last three years. In september, unknowingly 30Rs got deducted from my account. On contacting the customer care I came to know that I had subscribed for spicy jokes since last 2 months, which I never had subscribed!! After that I had asked to activate the NDNC mode on my mobile date 21-09-09, reg number W[protected]. I got SMS stating that all promotional communication will stop within 45 days but on the contrary, I still receive promotion calls(Received one today from e-love ). On contacting the customer care regarding this, I was told that they are facing some technical problem. This makes me think about the credibility of the technical/softwares used by airtel.
          Could you pls let me know the reason?

            i'm rajendran, porayar. my airtel no. is [protected]. i'm getting unnecessory cricket alerts, al radio on, etc. i have not subscribing for those alerts. balance amount is theft (deducted) by airtel without my knowledge.i continuously reporting to cutomer care. after complainting the deducted amount is refunded. but the same problem is growing on. i request the airtel authority to make full stop to this problem with in a couple of day, OTHERWISE I WILL THROW THE SIM CARD TO DUST BIN.
            congratulation my phone has won GBP550, 000, 00 POUNDS in the 2009 TWorld nokia draws in UK

                I have bought airtel broadband 2 month back & already facing issue with dish signal. After logging 2 complaints, all closed without any technician reaching my place, I logged a complaint for wrong closure & then, a fourth for no complaint on my previous 2 complaints. I am really unhappy with the tall claims by the company. Thanks

                  2. My self is a student pack( i got this on year 2005). It's "49 paise per minute" plan. Without any intimation this had gone to 60 paise per minute. If i assume that you had changed the plan to "one paise per second" means, it should be billed according to second. I donno, for 10 to 15 second call how come airtel is charging 60 paise.

                  Please don't inform cumstomer to call customer service 121. it's not becoming complaint receiving stations, they are now becoming advertisement services. On 11.11.2009, i tried to call 121. After pressing language options i had to wait for more than 2 minutes to go further steps, bcoz of your advertisements.

                  Please try to understand customer situations. I had topped up my mobile with Rs.160 (10 days plan) on 8th nov 2009 (transaction ID [protected]). Within two days all vanished. You can check my call duration on these days. When i'm making an urgent call it says no balance, and when i'm trying to enquire to customer care, you business AD's made me impatience.

                    Repeated Attempts to Disconnect my AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION .

                    SUB:-- Repeated Attempts to Disconnect my AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION .

                    My name is Amit Singla, i am already relocated to Pune on 8th of October. I was using the AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION till October 5. I visited Airtel Pune head office on 9th October to disconnect my broadband connection, They told me this is not possible to disconnect the same from Pune. After my request they told me you can disconnect it through customer care.

                    After that, I was trying to disconnect my number with customer care and every time they put the call on hold.At last on 31st October, able to get the service request number 278224. According to last communication Bharti Airtel needs to send me the full and final settlement bill on my email id [protected]@gmail.com so that i can submit my last bill.


                    But still every now and then are calling up to my relatives with unacceptable words even Bharti Airtel is aware of my direct number.

                    Today 10th November 2009, I have a word with customer care still my connection is active. so plz take some immediate steps in against my complaint, I will be highly pleased .

                    Please email and also post my final amount to my email address &postal address given below, so that i can clear my all dues toward my account.

                      salary issue
                      I am working with airtel pvt ltd under franchises sree Krishna agencies since 21.01.2009 as collection executive in chennai.this is airtel collection center he processing icici, Vodafone also, where we dont have hr department who can solve our salary issues.
                      we are not getting salary sep and three month incentive pending .
                      we had already facing late salary problem .this company release salary after ten day of salary date but he receive the payment from airtel right time and get lot of incentives but he not release correctly.he giving wrong attendance airtel and claim the amount .we had stop working after sep 2009. but till date we have not submitting our resignation ,now company is not paying our dues.regarding same we talk to our owner of the agencies but he is not responding.tell me how could i get my salary?company straight away told us YOU WILL NOT GET SALARY, im middle class family how can I run my family.and irresponsible word using team leader mr.nithya ([protected])if i ask salary to mr .nithya he said i will kill u,lot of incident in that agencies so many people releve that company reason management fraud, i dont know wer i ask so that only i give complaint,please do needful

                        We, a corporate company has 21 AirTel mobile connnections, landline and leased line connection for our Internet purposes. We use to receive the mobile phone bills only after the due to of payment and the same has been informed several time and request them to waive the late payment charges but nothing has happened, instead, AirTel has de barred some facilities without giving any communication and Information.

                        Further, AirTel Customer Care Centre personnel uses to call all our numbers and started thereatening by asking the payment, despite after our clear explanation on the late receipt of bills, they act on their own and debarring the facility and raising our mental agony by keep on calling and asking about the payment details.

                        It is really pathetic and putting us in stress and hence we could not concentrate on our routines. This has to be stopped by AirTel immediately and in case of any discrepancies the same has to be resolved by deputing a responsible person to the customer end.

                          I got a Airtel GPRS connection on 31st Oct-09 (Mobile Office - monthly plan - Rs. 500). After 4 days of good network availability, suddenly my Airtel GPRS connectivity started facing network problems. I am from Sector - 13, UE, Karnal, Haryana - 132001. I am using handset - Sony Ericsson W300i.
                          My Airtel number is - [protected]. I lodged a complaint in the Costumer Care(GPRS) on 5th Nov -09. My problem was not sort out. Again I lodged a complaint on 6th nov - 09. I was told that my prob will definitely be solved by 9th nov - 09. Again my prob was not solved out. Again on 9th I lodged a complaint, where they said everything will be sorted within 24 hrs, but, still the problem exists.
                          Please see to my problem & sort it out. Airtel has shown a very poor customer service without satisfying my complaints & problems

                          Airtel GPRS — network problem

                          Hon'ble sir,

                          I'm a resident of SONBARSA, MAHUA ROAD , MUZAFFARPUR.
                          sir, from last three month we are getting huge pboblem related to network.
                          although, there is a BTS in SONBARSA itself but it's capacity is not as much as required, that is why we people of SONBARSA facing big proble due to the more customer of AIRTEL this problem happen.

                          So, it's my request to u on behalf of SONBARSA people please extend the capacity of BTS i.e. in sonbarsa.

                            my airteldigitaltv id[protected] with a balance of Rs.870/= as on date.
                            The 'english news plus rs.35' ( CNN AND BBC channels) were blocked. Calling the customer care no. has gone waste. Simply the recorded version of instruction is going on repeated again and again for so many times in no.[protected] and nobody is coming on the line even you press 1 ,2,3,4 and so on. Sending sms message is also another headache. Whatever sms message you send to no.54325 pointing out the name of the channel required or mentioning the channel no of that channel, does not meet with any solution. Instead a reply will appear such as ' keyword not defined' and what is that ' keyword' means no dealer in chennai city is aware of it to tell the customer. Horrible experience for the last 3 days!
                            I dont know how to get on with such type of service provider (Airtel digital tv ). Any solution visible?

                              Air Tel Mobile Services — Misappropriation of the balance

                              I HAVE RECENTLY GOT PREPAID MOBILE CONNECTION OF AIRTEL . MY MOBILE NO.IS [protected]. I REQUESTED FOR GPRS ACTIVISATION AND FOUND THAT MY ACCOUNT IS BEING DEBITED BY RS 11TO RS 14 EVERY DAY
                              I THEN REQUESTED FOR DEACTIVISATION OF THE GPRS. AND ACCORDINGLY GOT THE MESSAGE OF DEACTIVISATION. SUBSEQUENTLY
                              I STILL FOUND THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS STILL
                              BEING DEBITED BY RS11TO RS14 EVERY DAY AS

                              air tel coy is deducting amount daily from my main balance of my mobile no [protected] by activating some unncessary services which are not requested by me. Approx Rs. 60/- has been deducted by your company by wrong ways till time. Please refund the same to my account so I shall remain a permanet customer of your coy. Please reply soon.

                                I am Raghu Gantasala. I have bought SIM 4 years back. At that time they didn't ask any address proof for SIM activation. So I have't submit any address proof.

                                Recently 3 weaks back Airtel people suddenly stopped my services incoming an outgoing with out intimation. They say's that to submit address proof.

                                I went to Airtel office and submitted address proff 2 TIMES. But they did't activate my SIM and they saying your name differently registered in 4 years back. Now you are submmiting documents with the name RAGHU GANTASALA.
                                How can we activate your SIM.

                                This is the problem

                                Actually 4 years back There is no address proof submission at all for AIRTEL SIM. But they recently due to security problem they are asking address proof.

                                So I have submitted address proof. With out submission of adderess proof 4 years back how they can give my name with another name.

                                Myself Md.Gulam Rasool, I had recently purchased a Airtel prepaid sim Phone.No.[protected] in the Name of Ikramuddin(SBH) from the village of sripurKagaznar their I submit my total document which the sim has been activated within 24hrs after 10 days when I came to city the sim has been deactivated, when I call to customer care they told to resubmit the documents again. I had gone to splendid tower I told them to check why it happen, They told me this problem is from dealer side, he had given me a old stock sim.

                                Mr. Faizan suggest me to buy the New prepaid sim, what ever balance in the old sim that has been transfered into new sim so I have taken a new sim my phone number:[protected] on 19/11/09 at 1:00 pm This sim is also not hadbeen activated after submission of entire documents.

                                I, Antony Cleetus working abroad and I was not using the SIM [protected] for a while. But I was getting messages from all in India. In June 2012 I received a message that if I am not using the number it will get deactivated. So I used it, still it got deactivated.

                                  Please refund 3 rupee per message for all the unsolicited sim messages you have sent out, which has depleted my credit. I am most annoyed about this. I was in credit for several hundred rupees, when I went to use my phone today there was only 30 rupees left in credit. I have not used my phone for some time.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am using Airtel Prepaid number for the past 2 years.

                                    For the last 3 days I have been charged Re.1 for the Jokes Service. (23, 24, 25/Nov/2009)

                                    I had not subscribed for any of the services. When I called up customer care to know about the details, the response from customer case executive was not good.

                                    He told me that, it has been activated through OBD. But I dint accept any service from OBD, usually disconnect whenever i get a OBD call without hearing.

                                    You could think that this case usually happens as subscriber says he has not activated, even if he activated himself.

                                    If I accept that this service is activated through OBD; as per TRAI guidelines dated 4th September 2009, the subscriber cannot be charged unless the operator receives consent from subscriber via telephone/fax/E-mail/SMS.

                                    But no consent was received from me.

                                    I am not giving this complaint because I have lost Rs.3, its because it hurts many low balance subscribers.

                                    Many subscribers get frustated and switch out from Airtel.

                                    Such OBD compliants happens mainly in Caller Tunes.

                                    I need proper explanation on OBD activation and want to know which content provider has charged me.

                                    If possible the my amount can be reimbursed.

                                    I want explanation about the poor response from Call Center Executive.

                                    (I called on 25th Nov 2009 at 11.30 P.M)

                                      Actually, my life was prettly dull and hence to have some problems, I decided to purchase Airtel connection on 25th October.. I really donot know, what muhurat, I did so, however this are really not what I was looking for. Airtel is suppose to be a BIG brand and a company of repute.. However I am sure now, that AIRTEL is a company full of XXXXXXXXXXXXX

                                      I am asking for point wise resposne to my below queries isntead of your generic answers. Can you provide.. If yes, then do so, else given a reply that you cannot provide point wise answers.. becuase if so, then problems will be resolved and your customer may become happy, which as such is not an Airtel philosophy... in such case I am sure...at your call centres, you will have a motto.."donot resolve customer complaints, else they may not call us.

                                      List of questions to which answer is required

                                      Q.1 Please provide me the date when my primary package of mega 4 month bundle is slated to expiry considering 4 month free usage -


                                      Q.2 My second connection is under Primary / Secondary connection scheme, wherein for Rs 160/- per month, I will be able to watch all channels of the
                                      mega 4 month package as subscribed on my primary connection. However as per your reply, I will be charged Rs. 9.97/- per day, i.e approx. Rs 300/- per month. i.e means my second connection is not under the primary /secondary scheme ? Does this mean that the distributor has fooled me in selling the scheme ? If yes, then what is the course of action I have to take to resolve this query ? Who is the right agency to contact ?

                                      Q.3 Right from the day 1, my second connection was not having same channels as that of the first channel. I had to lodged twice complains (Ref no.
                                      1346387 / 1330548) and my follow up with the supplier here, on from 1st Nov 2009 8:45 pm onwards I am able to see same channels on both the
                                      connections. Then from 5th Nov.. I was not able to see those channels once again.. Now after one more complain I am able to see it. How many times such things will happen ? (is such issue going to occur, every week, every month, every quarter, every year !!!)

                                      Q.4 What does the date of 18th Dec 2009 as seen on my web account mean ? Now this date is 7th Nov 2009 !!!! Who is changing this dates ?

                                      Q.5 How to check the balance of both my primary and secondary account on the web ?

                                      Now today I am getting an SMS that your account is negative. to avoid
                                      disconnection, please recharge.

                                      All this problems are because AIRTEL as a company is having a
                                      system..where people donot know which package to activate..and once an
                                      account is purchased.. last 15 days i am struggling with your call centre,
                                      local offices etc to get the service for which I have paid money.. This is
                                      something called a LOOT in older times..

                                      Your system is nothing but a garbage which only creates mess and I am
                                      sorry, but I thnk I have no other left to put this issues to appropriate
                                      authorities / consumer forums.

                                      I have taken airtel DTH connection('s) on 25th October 2009 under New Mega
                                      Pack scheme. (2 connections, 1 primary & another secondary)

                                      Then there were issues related to the secondary connection mega pack (old
                                      mega pack was provided instead of new megapack) and the same were resolved
                                      on 1st nov 09. (reference no. 1346837)

                                      Presently my account details / transaction details are shown as below

                                      What does the above indicated Account validity of 18 Dec 2009 indicate ?

                                      As per the scheme of purchase, I am entitled to 4 months of free usage for
                                      primary connection. (i.e till 25th Feb 2010)

                                      For secondary connection, I have paid 160/- x 4 = 640/- Rs which the
                                      distributor thro. whom I have purchased the connection, confirm that the
                                      same is done and the secondary connection shall also be active till 25th
                                      Feb 2010.

                                      The what is the meaning of the above validity date ? When I discussed with
                                      your personnel over telephone, they informed that the website details are
                                      not correct and there is error on the website.

                                      I request you to confirm me that my both connections will work w/o
                                      interruption and no further recharge requirement till 25th Feb 2010 and
                                      there is problem with the webiste and website details are irrelevant and
                                      wrong. (you may also take some steps to correct this website issue)

                                      Please revert urgently on the above.
