today one message came thank you for using(alert services,alert)subscription service on airtel stk you've been charged rs.7 it happened many times in this month my no. is [protected] i am a student please concern this complaint take the necessary measures i called costumer service he told to do something . many times i have got messages from customer care that you have not subscribed anything. But still message are coming and money is is charged.

i am student my no. is[protected] i have been frequently charged for thank you for using(alert , alert subscription) subscription services on airtel stk you have been charged rs.5 many times , now i am afraid of recharging my mobile i have contacted costumer care many times but they are not responding properly

    My name is Khem Chand. I have purchased the above product with a plan of Rs. 399/- from
    Bharti Airtel Limited,
    1, Fauji Complex above Excise & Taxation Office,
    Sai Road, Baddi, Distt. Solan, Himachal Pradesh

    I am using this product and continuously facing very slow speed and problem with network. the dealer told me that its speed is much better than Tata Indicom plug-to-surf wiz. But It has not been upto my expectations. Now, I am feeling like cheated. I even talked to the dealer but he didn't give me any satisfactory answer. What should i do now? If it is returnable with cash back, I want to give it back to the dealer.

    the problem is really genuine.i spend 600 per month for the plan and do not get even a downloading speed of 4-5 kbps.these people are only polite before the customers have purchased the pdt. after that you can easily feel how they want to run out of the problem.i suggest my online friends never to go for airtel 3G. Friends i have really tested it only then i am commenting.these people sell these pdts. even without testing themselves.so theyknow nothing about the speed or they really know that its slow.

    also bought Airtel MMX300G 3G USB Modem so that i can get fast speed to access my pages. but finally i feels badly cheated by this company. As i m also their Cell consumer as well as their investor.
    i trust on the brand Bharti Airtel but now i felt that this company is cheating their customers with their brand.
    i suggest to everone never bought any product of this Brand.

    I have purchased airtel usb modem MMX300G on 4th jan, 2010 from MUZAFFARPUR BIHAR .I have been told that the modem will work anywhere in India and there is no roaming changes also.I was using the device (internet connection plan -498Rs (ie. unlimited plan in MUZAFFARPUR currently).However, I have recently shifted to Newdelhi and the device is not getting connected at all in my laptop .However the airter connection 9ie .indicated by the green strip in the software while connecting is showing).
    There is no one responding from the customer care on this problem.I feel being cheated by the company .I feel helpless and my 3500Rs have been wasted .Please help me .

      We are having a serious issue regarding the privacy of our account, we hold this account with Airtel since October 2004, we started getting missed calls and messages from two unknown numbers [protected], [protected], because of which we have changed the mobile number, now we got a message once again from one more unknown number [protected], we have nt given the new mobile number to any outsider yet, I am sure our personal details are going out to an external person through Airtel staff, this the last thing I ever expected from Airtel, can someone help us regarding this.

      I don't know if the staff is giving out the personal details, but my wife was getting missed calls and vulgar messages from the same #, [protected]. When we called the customer service for assistance all they can say was change the number and file a police complaint, I don't understand why is Airtel not doing anything about this instead of just advising the customers to file a police complaint, these kind of people should not be encouraged by a trusted company by millions of customers.

      My aunt was getting missed calls and vulgar messages from the same #, [protected]. Its happening for the past one month after she traveled to my native by a private bus service called kaveri-diwakar, we were using a pre paid connection and changed the # now, the # [protected] may belong to the cleaner of that bus, the messages are typed in cheap english.
      Did anyone look into this ??? my wife is getting missed calls from the same # [protected], I was searching for a forum to raise the issue and shocked to find all these complaints here, looks like this guy is harassing all the ladies whose # he is able to get, he seems to be a psycho. Someone has to take action on this before things go worse.

        My consumer id with Airtel digital TV is [protected]

        This complaint is with regards to the incorrect account balance shown in my account.

        I done my recharge of the Airtel digital TV on 24 th of oct 2009 with 500 rs at that time my account balance was negative 85 rs(approx), this negative balance however cannot more than 100 rs negative as they only can have seven days grace period and my daily usage charges comes to some where around Rs 14 per day.
        On 3rd Nov my balance was moved to negative Rs 410.83 and my services were discontinued

        After this I have registered following complaint with Airtel digital tv on
        3rd of Nov 2009 - complaint no 1357089,
        4th of Nov 2009 - complaint no 1369475,
        7th of Nov 2009 - complaint no 1440121,
        8th of Nov 2009 - complaint no 1448141
        11th of Nov 2009 - complaint no 1464564 and
        14th of Nov 2009 - Complaint No 1478381
        but to my surprise all this complaints are resolved from Airtel digital tv side but

        My services is not yet resumed and I am still not able to view TV.


        I am in loss of almost Rs 700 and I am going through mental stress due to this and am not able to view TV.

        I want my services to be continued for the amount that I have paid Post that I want to discontinue the services from Airtel digital service with the full refund of Rs 2500 that I have done and while purchasing this AIRTEL digital TV.

        This is definitely a malpractice by the company. I too encountered similar with them. We should campaign against these kind of fraud companies and we should have ban them for such greed.

          My Name is Mr. Samadhan Vithal Shelke My airtel no is [protected] (prepaid) since last 5 years .since last 3 months airtel service provider company activate any offer or subscribe any plan on my mobile like audeo video, jokes etc. and deduct the lots of balance everytime i unsubscribe every offer earlier and told to customer care executive dont subscribe any offer on my number further but after 1 week i again lost my balance and see another offer subscribed on my number without my intimation
          sometimes when i was travelling in rural area i sudddenly know that my mobile balance was deducted for such times of offers. last 2-3 time i unsubscribe above offers through customer care number but this time i am very helpless the customer care number when i dial they said send sms "airtel" to 121 enough. nothing happend after this i really sent lots of, 100 of sms like this but they never contact me o[censored]nsubscribe offer of my number. i also sent 100 of sms "STOP" with serial numbers to 121 or 1210 and other customer care relative numbers
          ist 2-3 times when i was faced such problems i visit lots of time at gallery too. in lunch break but there are alo lots of queue it was taken 2-3 hours to came my number if i want to close an offer i took a half day aslo from my office what is rubbish. if there is really any justice gave me justice from this harrashment.pls

            I have an Airtel mobile prepaid connection from Andhra Pradesh with a lifetime validity. The mobile number is [protected]. I am presently residing at Wellington(Tamil Nadu) and was using the phone with a recharge of Rs 222. But today when I recharged the phone with Rs 222, the message received showed that the talk time is Rs 2.22 only. i tried to call up customer care of airtel and even the manager of Airtel at Coimbatore Mr Pradeep, but no one is receiving any calls despite having tried for more than two hours. I have two complaints with Airtel: -
            (a) Recharge of Rs 222 has not been affected and the shopkeeper says it is not his fault. i have lost the money.
            (b) THere is no one from customer care available to listen to my complaint.

              Respected sir,
              my mobile number is [protected].. By 20th november an anonymous recharge of 64 was made to my mobile without my knowledge.. There was no responsible answer from the authorities about this recharge.. Due to this i have lost my tariff validity of about five months.. I request you to take immediate action regarding this and to get back my tariff validity for those five months

              i used airtel prepaid no .it was in seconds pulse today i heard one plan rc22. in that 3 mins for 1 rupee .i recharged successfully then onwords my outgoing calls not connecting to any network .its connetct only costomer care...i really scared about the plans.. i couldn't make single call from my mobile..even sec pulse..what the hell is this sir..how can i get rid of this prob and how long wil i wait...:(.

The guy is saying is calling from New delhi and asking me to check SIM number on the back of the card 89919 , if this is my SIM number asking me to call back. I am not going to call back as I think no one gives free money.

                I am an Airtel prepaid customer at Kerala, India. I work in a responsible position under the Ministry of Health, Govt. of Kerala, India. I received a phone call (phone no. [protected]) and I was told that it is from Mumbai Airtel Office. I am told at the call that I have, my phone no. in specific, won an amount of 25 lakhs in a lucky draw in Airtel. I know these are all calls for a Cheat.
                Kindly stop this type of call. Moreover, I am surprised how these people are getting the numbers as I took my mobile connection in Airtel only 5 days back. I kindly request the ICCF to take legal actions against these fellows.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am customer of Airtel prepaid cell No. [protected]

                  I wish to inform you that Airtel cheating public by sending messages on their own and deducting charges for having sent the messages !!!! which we never asked for !!!!

                  Airtel will send Flash message or promotion message to my cell and deduct the charges Rs.0.50 per message and every 15 to 30 minutes one flash message will come from Airtel and siton in our cell. I am loosing everyday almost Rs.15 to 25.

                  I have complained the issue with the great customer care 121 many a time -no solution and they will inform standard message one unique code and next 24 hours problem will be solved--- IN REAL NOTHING WILL BE SOLVED.

                  Then to keep a record I have sent more than 8 emails to customer care [protected]@airtel.in- Frankly some silly replies - till date problem is not solved.

                  IS THEIR ANY COMPLAINT CELL OR COURT, WHERE I CAN GO AND GET JUSTICE.

                  I have got many times false message by foreign country regarding lucky winner .Pls avoid giving such false sms .I want to know that how they are our cell no.
                  sir iam here to inform you that i am receiving the massage that the document which had been given whiletaking the sim card is not proper i am using the card past from eight years i had submited the details two times but i am still receiving the massage my cell no [protected] . request you to look into the matter and do the needful antony [muthu]
                  What are these bloody msgs? Who asked for them by default? Dont send them to anybody without their acceptance. This is a warning, not the request, this will applicable to all the operators who are sending such kind of flsh msgs. Becarefull operators!!!

                    Hello,

                    I am receiving promotional/ Flash messages from Airtel to my cell and for which my money is being deducted. I am facing this problem for the past one month.

                    I have spoken to many executives thru Air tel customer service- I didn't get any solution- except false promise that it will be resolved within 24 hours.

                    Then I have sent many emails to [protected]@Airtel.com- Same story no results.

                    It seems Air tel wants to collect revenue by any means- which is unfair.

                    I do not know how many customers are facing similar problem. I think this is good way of earning for Airtel every day atleast 10000 customers @ Rs.20 per day they can earn easily Rs.200000/- per day!!!!!!

                      Dear Sir
                      My prepaid connection is not working properly in roaming area. When I try to make an outgoing call in roaming it s not connected first two and three times (even more). I have made complain to Airtel customer care in this regarding 6-7times but every time they assured that my number will work fine on my next visit.

                      After my last complain i changed my sim card on customer care advice. But I am facing the same problem even after changing the sim. Due to this problem I have to manage extra phone while in roaming. This problem and company attitude towards it make me think to change the operator.

                      You are requested to be needful in this regard and please solve out the problem as soon as possible as a many of my upcoming journeys are planed in December.

                      My name is Amit, and my mobile no as [protected]. currenty i am in jaipur. i just want to know about lifetime recharge as my validity of sim card is over. so plz assist me. and its better that if you send me the sms of recharge denomination, bkz i called up in jaipur customer care where they are not helping me, and actually it is very bad like if your customer is in roaming and they are not getting help from roming customer care ..
                      So plz help me else my sim will get reject in some days.........

                        Reactivate my number

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have an Airtel no. [protected] which i took a year before. I last used the no. in April as I'm abroad now. I tried inserting the sim recently and found that it is not working. I'm sure there is more than 300 Rs in it and Validity was till 2011. Pls check and activate my sim card.

                        543210 GPRS Problem

                        I bought a new nokia E63 on 23rd october
                        And i was informed about the offer for 3 months GPRS free from airtel @ 100mb/month.
                        This offer was available for customer who buy new nokia handsets from 1st oct- 30th december.

                        i sent the msg "MY DATA" to 543210 and it has been so long that i still didnt got the offer.

                        so kindly please resolve the problem as soon as possible.
                        There is also no proper feedback provided by the airtel customer care and they dont even register our complaints regarding these..

                            this is balasaheb girigosavi and I carry airtel no [protected] which is a postpaid card. I had requestd to deactivate the GPRS services on -29/08/09 and had received the SMS regarding the same from 121 customer care that the services will be deactivated in 48 hrs but still I have been charged for the same for last two months and also in my last bill. After several complaints on cutomer care and after showing the SMS conversation to the representative at your store I was asked to lodge the complain here.
                            I request u to pl look in to the matter and pl refund the amount charged to me.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I clicked the link on the airtel digital tv website and was approached by one Akhilesh Kumar of Vriti infocom. He promised to get the airtel digital tv installed on the day of deposit. A sum of Rs. 4350/- was deposited on[protected]. Nothing was heard for two days despite repeated calls. I received an e mail on the evening of 19th telling me the details of the vouchers with the advice to contact the customer care number of airtel digital tv. They advised me to contact the local dealer to get the set top box number and vc number. When I contacted Akhilesh he told me that the installation will not be done by airtel in tier III city. The name of the city was known to them from the day one. Now I have no connection and am poorer by 4350/- Isn't this a cheating?

                                I am recording my complaints regarding SMSs and anonymous Advertisement calls, which i constantly keep receiving. As recent development, we have started receiving advertisement calls and marketing tunes from within Airtel even in LAN lines.

                                I am herewith recording the number of SMS (considered as nuisance) messages and possible numbers from which i constantly keep receiving messages.
                                Attested numbers and messages:
                                message 1- [protected]- Shiv kripa Sandesh!! Original ek mukhi rudrax offer just Rs. 1500/-, +Parad shiving + navratna ring+maha mrityunjaya yantra+ ADO VDO CD gift! ORder us [protected]

                                message 2- BA JAI HO - NAya flyovers, naya buses, naya greater hyderabad, jara yaad karo YSR ko - Jai ho.

                                message 3 - GHMC TDP - your vote decides future of our hyderabad. Encourage proven performers and effificent leaders. motivate your friens and relatives to vote on 23rd - Telugu desam.

                                This is just few sample messages i receive on a single day. Approx 58 such messages. Other than these public messages, I receive internal Airtel messages from 121.

                                I was unable to record the calls received in LAN as the caller id option was not working in my system.

                                Instead of the consumer making his choices, he/she is thrusted with such unwanted messages and calls in mobile as well as LAN.

                                Pl. do something to stop this nuisance.

                                  I'm receiving automated call on my airtel prepaid from the following numbers.

                                  [protected]

                                  Please dont attend call from these numbers. On receiving the call they are charging 3 Rs.
                                  Airtel is the leading mobile service provider in India.
                                  I didnt expect this from Airtel. Airtel is known for its quality of service and competent price when compared other other mobile service providers.

                                  I can see lot of customers are suffering from such issues and frustated like me.

                                  Airtel chief Officers,
                                  if you are listening, Please take necessary actions, otherwise you may lose customers, as there are so many competitors in market today.

                                  I wish Airtel to contine to be the leader in mobile service for the quality of service offered.

                                  I have already register a complaint for my moible no. [protected] 1st week of November spoken to Mr. Amit for the deduction of my Rs. 10 he has refund immediately he told that the service of "FRiENDS CHAT" is deactived and but on 14th Novemeber 09 i have received message that Rs. 20 is deducted for the same and you have done my balance zero on 14.11.09 i cannot make called also.

                                  i have not activated any service for FRIENDS CHAT so why you has deducted money from my amount.

                                  if you are listening, Please take necessary actions, otherwise you may lose customers,

                                  I wish Airtel to contine to be the leader in mobile service for the quality of service offered because i already have 3 connnections in my family.

                                  I hope you will treat this matter as urgent.

                                  I totally agree with the grievance expressed. Even I am an Airtel prepaid customer and in the last 1 month I am getting almost 20 calls per day from these 2 numbers -

                                  To add fuel to the fire, I am on international roaming and cannot afford to receive these calls and they keep bothering me time and again throughout the day pestering me with these useless unsolicited calls.

                                  Please get this stopped before I have to take a serious action against the harassment to customer.

                                  When I try to call back this number is switched off.
                                  Later I came to know that this number automated call and it is for hello tunes.

                                  I also heard that on receiving the call they are charging 3 Rs.

                                  the above statement is very very true I have a Airtel mobile I bought a Sim recently and I have not given my new number to anyone in this world however the [protected] I am keep getting call Please take this complaint on a priority basis and get back to us soon mail me the result at
                                  I'm also facing this same situation. Yesterday I got 104 missed calls and it is very irritating. Today from 11:00 AM onwards I'm getting missed calls, but from a different number, [protected]. Mostly I may switch to another provider. Let AIRTEL goto hell.

                                    I have Mobile phone of A960 having singel sim withVALID IMEI number.
                                    But on my Airtel mobile I am continuously receiving the SMS like :My IMEI number is not valid and get new IMEI by paying Rs 199.

                                    I have Fly SX210 Mobile phone withVALID IMEI number.I got airtel sim from Kerala (Place:Neyyattinkara, Trivandrum) and has submitted the valid id documents for the same and

                                      Sir/Mam,
                                      Myself is Sheikh Abu ertaza,relationship No is [protected].I'm too much worried about my billing amount which I'm getting from AIRTEL. though I contacted customer care several times to bring it in their notice .They promised me to resolve the problem but didn't do anything rather they avoid the matter cleverly. I'm giving an instance last 11th Nov-2009 ...i called at 121to know my unpaid billing amount (my bill generates 12 th of every month) then it was Rs 724.00 again I called the very next day to know my unpaid billing amount then it was Rs 944.00 and the same thing is happening past 5 months.
                                      pls help me to solve my problem.
