Hello To all concern person of "Airtel Prepaid"

I am Praveen Kumar from Rohini New Delhi. I am using Airtel prepaid connection in my mobile since last 5 years. But from Last 4 to 5 months there is a SMS comes to igmobi.com (Life Pack Subscription) vide number 56363 and i have lossed 1 Rs. from by my balance daily. I am very supprised how can this service activated without my request. After that I have complained so many times to customer care to deactivate this service but still it is not deactivated. So, here I am requesting you again to deactivate this service immediately from my Number i.e. [protected]. I will be always thankful to you.

    AirTel — deactivation of airtel wap

    my number is [protected] they are deducting Rs.20/- each and every time . but i am not using airtel.wap till the time. So, can u deactivate the airtel.wap from my number

      I went to your franchise Sheena Te, C-7, Fateh Nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi-18 to buy a Airtel Data Card which I saw in the internet costing Rs.3000/- on 1st August 2009. I was told by the representative that the Rs.3000/- data card is discontinued instead of that new high speed 3G data card for Rs.4250/- is available now. Listening to the same I went for the same with an unlimited Rs.999/- + tax per month plan, Vide Bill No.3158 in favour of P. S. Joy (3158) A4C/189 A, Janakpuri, New Delhi -110058, alternative No. [protected]. Imei No.[protected]. SIM No.[protected], Data Mobile No.[protected]. On 3rd of August received a call from the Customer Care that you have exceeded Rs.1200/- limit. When I told them when it is Rs.999/- unlimited no question of crossing the limit. On the 7th of August my line was disconnected. On 8th of August, went to Sheeba Tel and enquired what is the matter, they said when the bill is not raised we can't justify and was told to pay Rs.968/- and the same was paid Rs.970/- vide receipt No.[protected], customer account no.[protected] dtd.08.08.2009 which would be adjusted in the coming bill, and was told to contact 7070. We did all the formality and the net did not work till 9th of August and again we went to Sheeba Tel and after a long trail they asked us to come on 10th of August, when we went on 10th of August the technical person Jeetendra bearing mobile No.[protected] asked us to contact[protected]. So on 11th of August we contacted the same number and was told they will come within 48 hrs. at the site and subsequently that 48 hrs. landed up today on 14th of August vide complaint No.4516 Micromax 9/52 /1, Keerti Nagar Indl. Area, New Delhi-15. and was told on Monday, 17th of August, the Software will be changed and will see what to do.

      Kindly Note: From 1st of August till 17th of August, I have inested Rs.4250/- + Rs.970/- against receipts plus conveyance expenses to Sheeba Tel and back plus the phone expenses plus the retainership fee.

      Airtel — Wrong claim of usage and disconnection

      Sir/ Madam,

      I have been asked to pay for services and calls to the extent of Rs.7527/-, this the company claims to be my usage in 5 days for services and downloads which Airtel claims that I have not done, whereas my credit limit is only Rs1400 and my handset is not compatible to any such download services ( airtel Live ).

      Airtel has now disconnected my phone without any intimation.

      Pls help this is pure coersion and blackmail and mental torture.

      My airltel # is[protected], I have using this since Dec 08 and my avg usage has been less than Rs800

      Airtel — Wrong disconnection

      I have problem with Airtel servics. The following is the text of complaint I have written to them BUT TO NO USE! . Can any one help.?

      The following is the ordeal I face with Airtel's services. But as per Airtel may be an enhanced experience for me with Airtel!!
      To narrate the pain:
      I bought the number [protected] on 18th Sep 10 from Lalitha Communications, RTC X Roads, Hyderabad,AP submitting the duly filled application along with address and identity proof docs etc. The number was not activated till 1st October. I could get it activated after a many visits to the agent and writing many mails to Airtel (I can produce all the mails if need be)
      Secondly, Calls were barred on the mobile since 13th Oct 10 stating incomplete application. The connection was restored on15th Oct 10 only after exchange of heated mails with Airtel and personal visits to Airtel agent.
      Again the calls were blocked on the mobile since 21st Oct 10 without stating any reason and were restored after writing to Airtel .
      Worstly again, since 2nd Nov 10, calls were blocked with a message that the number is invalid. I have written to Airtel at [protected]@airtle.com on the same day with reminders on 4th, 8th, 10th,11th Nov 10
      I also visited Airtel Office at Begumpet, Hyderabad on 13th Nov 10 and lodged a complaint with one Ms Guna (on 123) who informed me that the number became a free number due to non-usage. They insisted me to submit all documents and photo afresh. I denied because it is a new number and I got the connection only after I submitted all valid papers very recently. She assured me to do the needful before 3:00 PM of 15th Nov. I was given nodal officer's email id for further escalation. On 14th Nov I got a reply from Airtel mentioning that the disconnection was done due to non-usage, asking to submit all docs and there would be activation fee and security deposit for restoration.
      On 15th Nov 10 I wrote to Airtel copying to nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.com mentioning that their claim of disconnection due to non-usage was wrong as we were using till disconnection and hoped it would be resolved.
      On 16th Nov I got a message on my alternate mobile to say that disconnection was not wrong and no concern found. On the same day I wrote to airtel again challenging their claim as we were using the mobile till 28th Oct until disconnection. I informed that I can prove it by providing the call logs from SIM card data and requested them to verify from the call log data on the servers.
      On 17th again I wrote to nodal officer asking to take action on this immediately and requested for next level of escalation to prove the continuity in usage and to disprove their claim.
      There is no reply or action and the number still remains inactive.
      In this connection, I would re-iterate to you (hoping you are next higher level authority) that:
      1. The connection is very new and we submitted all relevant geniune papers and as such we need no resubmission of papers.
      2. Your claim of disconnection followed by non-usage is wrong and we have been using till 28th Oct and disconnection was on 1/2 Nov 10. I have the SIM card data to prove. Your system could be buggy. Please verify from back end call logs but not the system your call office/front office people use.
      3. The disconnection is wrongful, unwarranted, unreasonable and for no fault of mine, so your claim is wrong. As such I need not have to pay activation fee/deposits whatsoever.
      4. Request you to look into this immediately and restore connection at once.
      5. Airtel's unprofessionalism in customer service and non-ownership of issues raised by customer had put me amply to utmost discomfort and waste of time.
      6. Only standard automated replies to mail are being sent with no action. 24 hrs standard SLA is mentioned to solve but no hopes of a resolve even after waiting inadertently longer time.
      7. No transparency for further escalation or no contact number of customer care are provided despite requested.
      8. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS AND PROVIDE THE SAME NUMBER BACK TO ME
      AS THIS IS PUBLISHED TO ALL STAKEHOLDERS FOR COMMUNICATION.
      9. PLEASE APPRECIATE THAT I AM BUSY PROFESSIONAL WITH TIME TO SPARE FOR OTHER WORK BEING PREMIUM. AIRTEL'S UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH PUT ME TO MAXIMUM DISCOMFORT
      10. LET ME KNOW CONTRACT OF NEXT LEVEL ESCLATION.

      To whomsoever it may concern,

      This is to let you know that I have been facing issues with my


      telephone number [protected] for last 3 months, as some time its not working sometime lots of


      crackling sound is there due to which my broadband connection drops sometime its not connected


      and most of the time its very slow .Due to my busy schedule most of the times I am not able to


      complain for the same aswell, cable has been changed twice outside the house in within three


      months so what I should assume in this case that being a world renowned company Airtel uses the


      worst quality of product or it could be due to work is not completed in proper manner by the


      engineers due to which I being as a customer is suffering .I should be compensated for all this


      inconvinience I had regarding the service .


      In reply to this I recieved a call from nidhi(Corporate office) on 14.12.2010 at approx 15.25 on


      [protected], but the call expirience was very bad as I explained her the issue that I have been


      facing the issue for last 3 months as it has been happening since the cable was changed outside


      the house in Oct'2010, I explained her that I didn't had time to use the conection for last 3


      months due to which I was not able to compalint for the same as I was out of station for most of


      the time and my doesn't know anything about the complint procedure, Hence I am complaining late


      .I informed her that I need compensation for this inconvinience that I am facing for last three


      months .I have been using the connection for last 8 months and I have never complained in the


      past for compensation, but now since I am facing the issue so I should be compensated, I said as


      per the engineer my telephone instrument is faulty and I would require a new instrument for the


      crackling sound issue on the landline, but the dropping connection and slow internet connection


      still remains the same .I informed her that inorder to use the service for making calls and check


      the landline connection I need a landline instrument Foc, and I should be compensated for the


      problem Iam facing for last three months .She said that she would be able to provide the landline


      instrument Foc in leu of compensation but would not be able to provide any other compensation


      will get back to me regarding the same .She called me back and informed that she wont be able to


      provide me any kind of compensation as there is no complaint logged .I said is it my duty to keep


      chasing the fault, She said she can only book the engineer appt cannot do anything else .Then I


      told her that I would like to cancell the service, and she gave me options to cancell the service




      Now the engineer was there at my house today on 15.12.2010 at 13.00 hrs and they still working on


      it




      In last I would like to say I have never expected this kind of responce from such a renowned


      brand name that the customer care reprensentative don't know how to deal with customers .These


      things leave a bad Impact on the company's name.In future I have decided that I will never go for


      any AIRTEL product and never recommend anyone for the same .


      I recieved a reply regarding the same but I have never espected as the way it has been sent, I


      informed that I was out of station for approx 45 days due to which I was not able to check the


      service and when I was here I was getting the same problem as I had in the october.So presumably


      this is not working since I reported the fault in the first instance.Never have aspected this


      kind of reply I know my rights as the customer .Will make sure will go further level required .


      The job is now completed but I have received no reply regarding the compensation, Hence waiting


      for reply




      I recieved a call from saloni regarding the compensation and it was only for 15 days, I informed


      saloni that I have been facing this problem for last three months, she told me she would check


      and revert it back to me, I discussed the landline instrument issue aswell I questioned her that


      if in future I would get any problem on the landline how would I suppose to know since I dont


      have working landline instrument available .She told me that she wont be able to arrange for new


      landline instrument but can manage to send the refurnished one or the old one, I agreed with that


      but then I recieved a call from kuldeep stating that would be sending someone to to connect the


      instrument and he informed that there would be charged incurred if I would be sent a instrument &


      I detailed him regarding the discussion I had with saloni he informed me that he would be


      escalating the case to the further level.






      Now I would like to know is it a right kind customer service that airtel is giving to the


      customers by giving the customers false commitment, I would would really like to take this matter


      to the highest escalation deptt in airtel as I do have the recoding of the conversation that I


      had with saloni.




      I would like to say that I am very dissatified by the way my query has been handeled

        my name is Praveen kumar jha and i am using Airtel internate connection(broadband), for last four month and from last one month it is giving me truble so i wanted to disconnect the same but at that time the retention department of same offered us a plan in which they informed us that we will get the same speed and pakage as it was erlier as erlier we aere using the plan of 899 rs that was for unlimited browsing and dowloading the and the plan they offered now was of 649rs but the all feature was same as 256 KBPS downloading speed but the speed now for the last one month i was getting that is 72-75 KBPS, , , so this the differance this...but nothing happen after that the situation was same i made complaint again and again but just once they sended a technical person to my home to rectify the problem

        still the prob was same he came and shown me some computer knowledge that is now i am using he suggested me when ever you will face slow connection prob you can take a snap shot of that and can mail us the same but where to send the mail he didn't informed, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , but now i have marked this mail to "care.[protected]@airtelbroadband.in" and nodal.[protected]@airtel.in (gurmeet singh sandhu) in this hope that they will take some action against this, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

        i had a word with customer care of airtel today 10 times at least because they were disconnecting my call again and again, , , , , , , , , , , , , , finally i get through to a supervisor and asked him to place a request for disconnetion of the same but he denied and said untill unlesss you will not pay the bill we will not disconnect the connection but now i dont want to pay the bill any more and dont want to use the parthetic connection which is making me so tense, , , , , , , , , , whenever i use this connection...

        please help me out from this situation as i dont want to use this connection any more



        for your referance i am attaching some snap shot of my internate speed which tells the whole story in one line only that Airtel is now the worst service provider in this sector.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          i am amit swarnkar and i am using airtel digitel tv, and my customer id is [protected], my complaint is this, i recharged my airtel digitel tv account on 31'th july by 200 rs through icici bank mchek service and and i got the the balance of 150 rs something, but on 11'th august. i got a sms from airtel regarding my negative balance, they inform me that my balance is negative 120 rs. i called on airtel regarding the same, they lodge the complaint on 12'th august with 928641 complaint number, and gave the assurance that they will solve it by 14'th august.but till now they do not given me any proper resoulation, for the same i called on their customer care, they people are also not giving any proper solution.
          please help me.

          the retailer asked that i recharged account with lapo system u may dectate ur customer id but still i never got my balance...

          Dear sir/ madam,

          i am sartaj khan and i am using airtel digital TV, Since 4 month and my customer ID is [protected], my complaint is, i recharged my airtel digital TV account on 03/10/2009 550 Rs through icici bank for one year package (Hindi plus) after confirmation from air tell customer care . ref code 277994 and order no 5832774.
          but after some days all channel is block . call the customer care dept. his statement is you are paid only hindi plus not for other channel. but if we paid for hindi plus for one year then Hindi plus continue & other channel is block as per customer care dept.
          But today statement of customer care officer Mr. hari shanker sharma some mistake is our dept., your Hindi plus is joint with super value pack if you don’t recharge every month then you no show any channel .

          This is totally wrong commitments & hidden the information from Customer during recharge time .

          When we recharge Every month then what is the befit of one year recharge resulting my total amount is west ( 496/-) due to wrong communication from AIR TEL .

          SO WE D’NT ADHESIVE TO ANY FRIENDS CIRCLE & OTHER LINK PERSON THAT NEVER PURCHASE THE AIR TEL DIGITAL TV CONNECTION DUE TO HIDDEN INFORMATION .

            i m manvinder singh sandhu 2722 f 7 mohali use airtel no.[protected] last five year as a postpaid know i convert into pre paid. i suffer from last 4 month for convert in pre paid i go u r 3b2 mohali office nobody listen me. they say u come on7 6 09 of month after 7Th they i have no Sim after three moth now he say i send mail for approval i go 11 08 09 i have no receive any mail related u r no .many time i call 121 they call forward to senior manager mr inderjeet singh and he sure me to solve the problem as soon as possible. a i call receive from airtel mr deepak he say i[censored] want convert the no into pre paid u gave 7500rs. because this premier no. but i buy this no rs 3000 i denied to rs7500. i pay rent 200 last 3 moth nowi call121 many time noboby listen my problem. so please with request see my problem and solve it i shall thank full to u .

              Sir,

              I am Vineet Gupta, using Airtel Broadband connection (Number:[protected] since Oct 2007. My Line was dead from 11th April to 13th April 2009 due to underground cable fault in the Sector 27 Noida, I registered the complaint and the line was repaired on 14th morning. As per Hon'ble TRAI guidelines if a line is dead for 3 consecutive days the customer will get the 5 days rental discount in the next bill, I asked to customer care of Airtel about the rental discount of 5 days, they assured me for the 5 days rental discount in the next bill (23rd April -22nd May, 2009). I didn’t receive the rental discount in the next bill i.e. in May month bill, I called to customer care of Airtel they told me that due to some system issue we were not able to give you the discount in this month bill and will definitely give you the discount in next month bill i.e. in June month bill (23rd May – 22nd June, 2009), the same happened again and I again called to customer care of Airtel they gave me the same excuse of system error and assured me to give the discount in the next bill i.e. July month (23rd June – 22nd July 2009), I didn’t receive the discount this month also, and I again called the customer care and they gave me the same excuse of system error and assured me the discount in next month bill i.e. August month bill (23rd Jul – 22nd Aug, 2009).
              Sir, if the line is dead for 3 consecutive days, the telecom service provider automatically give 5 days rental discount to the customer rather than the customer asks for the same, but they didn’t do that and Airtel didn’t provide the rental discount to hundreds of customers whose line were dead due to underground cable fault during that period(11th - 13th April, 2009). And if a customer is asking for his right i.e. for rental discount this telecom service provider is escalating the issue so that at one point of time customer will get frustrated and will not ask for the discount.
              Sir I am totally frustrated by this telecom service provider fake excuses, and request you to please look into this matter.

              I am Manu Kant, using Airtel Broadband connection (Number:[protected] since May 26, 2011. When i applied for airtel broadband connection one the sales person came to collect my all the documents and amount. I have given him all the docs and amount but thing is that he filled my Customer Enrollment Form (CEF) by himself and when he gave the copy of my CEF at my home and at that time i was in my office. Now i have made so many calls to Customer care department but they are not taking any action against him. And now they have barred my all the services. Please take an appropriate action ASAP otherwise i have to go to the consumer court.

                Let me bring to your notice that i had bot new sim card from Sky Communcation, Rewari properitor Mr. Jitendra, 15 days back and till date (14.08.2009) the agent did not find it necessary to activate my sim despite of my frequent reminders and sponteneous calling. Is this the way the customers are being treated when u al say that You al care 4 the customers. My details are : SIM[protected]F Mob: [protected]... If are not able to run your business properly and keep up your promises with the customers then please close down and sleep at home...

                      All m cug Benefits are getting charged.And they will say that other numbers dosent belong to parent company and my number is added to parent id.If other person calls for is number they say that their number is under parent id and my number is not under parent id.These airtel people are bluffing me.So i decided to go consumer forum i already started the process how to file papers.

These are unopted for and unwanted. They are followed by message debiting my a/c with Rs.3/- each time.I have complained with customer care centre on 12.08.09 to block such undesired and unopted for downloads and restore my balance. But there appears to be effect and the process still continues.Similar thing had happened in case of my wife's phone also.I am didsatisfied with this type of irresponsibleness and expect that my complaint be attended to, now atleast, immediately.

                        Airtel prepaid cell phone — Wrong deduction of a/c balance

                        Dear Sir,
                        I am a Airtel prepaid consumer of Jamshedpur in the state of Jharkhand. My cell phone number is [protected]. Today Rs.30/- has been debited from my mobile phone account balance for subscription of "on demand service for music & jokes". But I have never requsted to subscribe for such service. The above service has been activated without my permission. I could I get refund/credit the said amount in my cell ph a/c.

                        Airtel prepaid cell phone — Noncrediting of amount

                        Sir, yesterday on 31/12/09 in morning hrs I recharged my cell phone(Air tel Prepaid-[protected]) for Rs 250.00 through internet banking (icici Bank) and it was done successfully vide following reference-
                        Bil/[protected]/0108/[protected]/[protected]
                        But til now (01/01/10 1500Hrs) the amount has not been credited to my mobile balance. I contacted to customer care but instead of rectifying it they tried to pass it on to some excuses and also tried to engage the phone for maximum duration their revenue generation.
                        Kindly necessary steps may be initiated for the problems as I mentioned above.

                          AIRTEL / PREPAID SIM CARD — DISCONNECTION

                          Respected sirI was using airtel prepaid sim card of mobile no[protected]. i used this sim for about 14 days in chennai. i submitted all my document proofs to the related retailer. After that i went to jammu where no roaming facility of airtel is being provaided. After a few days i found that my connection has been disconnected.
                          I even talked to customer care and service centre of airtel at annanagar in chennai but to no means. They didnt even speak to me properly.
                          i had purchased this sim around two months back.
                          I return the tenali to hyderabad train and missing the motorolla cellphone no is sim card no. [protected] please the blocked the prepaid sim card. inplace the same no.

                            Hi,

                            It is really disheartning to know that I have not been recieving my Mobile bills from the month i have started using this postpaid connection.every time i call the customer care it goes on the IVR and despite trying for several hours it is never connected to a human voice especially during the night time.

                            my mobile bill is a part of my Salary which can only be claimed after submission of the original copy of the bill and its been 4 months now that i have been losing on hard earned money.

                                Rs 10 gets deducted when ever balance exceeds Rs 10.
                                I am not using Airtel Live but still from my Balance Rs 10 gets deducted and a message comes to me from 64611010 stating...You've been renewed for (archie_comics_wap, ComicStrip) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You 've been charged Rs 10.this is really very irritating.Please cancell my Subscription & do the needfull.

                                  I took a postpaid mobile connection from Airtel Goregaon(w) office from Jyoti ([protected]). 3-4 days after the activation of my sim suddenly my outgoing stopped, I called up customer care and they told me that the documents were not submitted. I called Jyoti and for some strange reason she was no more with the outlet, she asked me to call next day morning. Next day morning she said they submitted the documents a day before and the service will start the next day (3rd day). I Patiently waited, in the evening my incoming also stopped and was given a "Sim not activated" error. I went to the Goregaon(w) outlet the next day and the people there had no idea about it, it took them 20 mins to find out the issue and they had such casual attitude towards the problem. I was told that the service will resume only by the evening (which I doubt). Its already been 3 days and I took this connection for the only reason that local calls and sms were free for 400 DAP plan. Why should I pay the bill when I am unable to use the services in the first place? Moreover when I asked for someone's number to confirm if this doesnt work in the evening I was given the same with a comment that they dont usually give it! What crap?? Nobody said sorry to me and on top of that they were showing attitude? What kind of a behaviour is this?

                                  Moreover there was no one responsible person who could take this matter seriously. The manager there reacted as if its a big deal! Not sure why such people are hired in the first place if they have such casual attitude towards their work? They should be the ones paying for every complain and inconvenience faced by the customer.

                                  I think the person who is responsible for not submitting documents on time should be paying the bill and not me!

                                    I got an airtel post paid connection no [protected] thru my friend who has a shop in Sector 37 in Chandigarh.I filled a form and submitted photocopy of my DL having address of rersidence where I have been residing since Aapril 1988 and I own this house.My addresss is House No.236, Phase 3-A, Mohali.I got connection on 23rd of July 2009 and the same was activiated on 24th July 2009 but I got a message that your outgoing calls are being stopped since your address could not be verified.I requested their customer care centre and used all my means and sources to get the services activated but failed.I got many calls from the office and I told everybody that I am owner of the house as given my address and have been residing at the same address for the last 20 years and I am working as Sernior Manaer with Punjab National Bank DAV Sector 8, Chandigarh but nothing has so far been done. The airtel company has insulted me and malign my image in the society. I am going to get the negative report through RTI and want to know the person who has submtted my address verification report as negative. I have also given them my alternate mobile no.[protected] but nobody prefered to talk to me for resolving my problem.I feel harased and need your help to get the outgoing services restored.

                                    Airtel — false address Verification report

                                    I dont remember exactly but it may be the 1st or 2nd of June 2009, when i went to the airtel outlet named mobile shoppee at Gandhi bazaar, Bangalore to get my prepaid connection migrated to postpaid. Everything was fine till then, i signed a form got a new sim which i was supposed to insert when the account was activated and an executive was to come to my office the next day to collect the docs and the money(Rs.500).
                                    The executive came, i gave him the papers he wanted and RS.500, i asked him for a receipt for which he phoned his office and they conveyed me that a receipt will be generated after the account was activated. Fine i believed them

                                    The exec said that it would take at least 3 days for the migration, fine, after 4 days nothing happened so i went to their office and inquired and the reply i got was that the Sim provided to me was technically unfit so i had to be given a new one. When i asked why was i not informed till now and that too wen i have come down to the place, they had no answers. well fine that level of shoddy service we Indians have come to terms with our so called world class service providers.
                                    New Sim New Day.
                                    3 more days gone, surprise nothing happened(or is it a surprise???)
                                    early morning went to their office was assured that it will happen that very day.
                                    Again no surprises nothing happened.
                                    Come afternoon i again visited their office, they said that a AV was done on my resi which i confirmed was done and my brother had met the guy and also i told them that i had recd a phone call frm the airtel off., regarding a visit to my business place, had given them the directions and the timing to come any time before 2:00 pm but had no visit.

                                    They now said that they wanted a resi address proof, an executive came down to my office, i gave a signed photo copy of my Bank Pass book(which has a photo on it and is a PSU bank).
                                    i tod the person that he will need the transaction parts too but he contacted his office and said that it was not necessary.

                                    Again no prizes for guessing nothing happened.
                                    I again went down to the centre and the reply i got was so shocking that it in my books it wud be termed as the joke of the century.
                                    The mail they recd from the AV dept. was that a person had visited my office, met the front office executive and that he was refused to be provide with my details.
                                    Now comes the joke part.
                                    1. I am small time businessman( i run my own trading business and have no so called front office(though i wished i had one, so emphatically stressed upon by your exec.)
                                    2.I had given the nearest land mark as Deluxe roadlines office( in your AV report it was mentioned as Deluxe bar, may be the thought process of the caller who took my details were somewhere else )

                                    I told them clearly that no AV was done and nobody contacted me, so the guys at the shoppee told that ok give us one more day and we will see to it.

                                    this was getting on my nerves now, how big or small a person may be but time is precious to all and sundry.

                                    the next day they said that the report was that they tried to cantact me but the phone was not reachable, i told them that i was in the office the whole day, showed them the call register where i had received and called people from around India.

                                    i gave them a final days time to rectify it or else return my money.

                                    Yesterday evening they were still unable to do that, they said that the money cant be refunded before 40 days, i confronted them that how can that be when no receipt was generated and they had no answers

                                    Airtel — verification phase

                                    i purchased prepaid airtel connection no. [protected] on 2.12.2009. around 21.12.2009 Someone on behalf of airtel called me and said that they will come for verification and asked for landmark and convenient time to meet me. I informed them anytime after 7 pm. further i informed them that i am having postpaid connection of airtel for the past 5 years. On 23.12.2009 i received a msg stating that the company representative could not meet me and hence my services has been disconnected. I categorically deny ur msg as my house is never lockedNo representative visited my house . If at all, the the representative really visited my house, he should have immediately contacted over mobile requesting me reach home to complete th mandatory formalities. Further i am residing in the address for the past 2 decades and all the neighbors will vouch for this.The attitude o[censored]r representative is disgusting and nauseating. when i contacted airtel i was informed to fill fresh forms which i will not do. i want u to reactivate the connection immediately. i will approach necessary forum as i cud prove that ur representative did not come to my house.
