Dear Sir

I am using airtel post paid connection
On 27/07/2009 at 8.15 pm i paid my bill amount Rs. 550 at that time executive given me recept of Rs550 dated 28/07/2009 He ensure me that there will be no late bill charges. But till date that bill amount reflecting due .
I didnt get any massage of payment fdrom that people.

I paid the bill at Godhra
I have that receipt with me

I wish the sr people of airtel do the needful as soon as possible.

    I HAVE DEPOSITED THE DOCS PERTAINING TO MY IDENTITY FOR 3 TIMES AT CAPRICORN - LUDHIANA CENTER OF AIRTEL. HOWEVER, MY CONNECTION WAS DISCONNECTED ON EARLIER OCCASION ALSO I.E. ON 15.07.2009, BUT WAS RESTARTED ON 18.07.2009 AFTER SUBMISSION OF DOCS. I HAD ALSO RECIEVED A MAIL FROM THEIR NODAL OFFICER THAT NOW THE SAME IS WORKING FINE AND NOW NO ISSUES.

    HOWEVER, TODAY AGAIN WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION THE SAME IS AGAIN DISCONNECTED. HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE BUT TO NO AVAIL. THEY TOLD THAT THE SAME IS AGAIN REQUIRED.

    THIS IS TOTAL HARRASMENT. MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected].

    PLS HELP.

      dear sir, i m using airtel postpaid connection from last month, from last week daily i m geting mare than 20 sms in a day from 543216 number, while do not desturb service is activated in my mo. no., i complianed it 2 or 3 time but there is no responce, customer care operator saying that up to 10th august ur problem will be solved out., what should i do, daily i m getting sms, means up to 10th august i will get mssages from this no., it is really very headache to me.

      please solve my problem, i will be very thankfull to you.

      i am gettin weird spam texts from a 13 digit number starting with 543216.. is this a the service number provied thru this 543216 plan.. how do i block this msg..
      I am getting SMS from an unknown number to which if i reply One rupee is deducted from my account. Its an unusual number and its a request for friendship. No replies from the same number. The number starts with 543216 and has another 7 digits till the end. Kindly help.

        I received a message from airtel on[protected] reading word to word as follows:
        'Spl offer only for u! Get Rs249 Tlktme on rchrg of Rs249.A2A @ 50p/min, A2M @ 60p/min, Local SMS @25p.Get Rs100 immd & Rs149 in 48 hrs.'
        Also I have this message stored in my mobile.

        Accordingly i recharged on 17-07-09 morning with Rs249 and got Rs100 credited to my account balance immediately. But when i didnt get the remaining Rs149 for the next 4 days, i called up the customer care and gave a complaint on 22-07-09,[protected],[protected] and 01-08-09. the complaint number is[protected]. Now, the airtel consumer care executive is saying that I should have recharged the same day I received the message to get the remaining Rs149 as it is a RULE OF AIRTEL. But the message doesnt read that I have to recharge on the same day or its just a one day offer. Now when i explain this to the executive, they say they are sorry about this but cant help on this issue. This is PURELY LOOTING A CONSUMER BY PROVIDING INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION. HOW CAN A CONSUMER KNOW THE COMPANY RULES UNLESS MENTIONED IN THE MESSAGE. We are not taught in the school about Airtel rules to know it without them informing it.

        I am very unhappy with the Airtel`s connectivity, false promises and scams. Recently, i called up the customer service as i was having trouble recharging the top up voucher and in the ivr, i selected the language option as english, amazingly a girl received my call and started off in hindi, thanks that i knew hindi very well and could understand her any ways but this is not a big problem, but in terms of customer satisfaction and services Reliance is "THE BEST".

        Airtel — charging more for my local calls

        i am an airtel prepaid customer my mobile no is [protected] one year back i have changed my plan to talkmore plan. as per the talkmore plan local mobiles to be charged rs.0.75/min. but for me they charge me rs0.99/min for two local numbers [protected].[protected].i waited for one year then i started making complints since 08.04.2008. even after i am making several repeated complaints no response from airtel . i request u to make a booking about this complaint. i live in chennai

        Airtel Recharge — Less Talktime provided.

        I have been guided by customer care on 11/5/08 which states following description :-
        1.Rs.152/- Recharge Rs-135/-Talk time
        2.3 month validity.
        But i have get only Rs-45/-Talk time.when i put this matter to Airtel they refuse to take the complaint and stated that :
        1.The above scheme are conway by mistake.
        2.we are sorry for this.
        I don't know what mistake is made by Airtel customer care executive & it is not a matter of Rs - 135/- but certainly the matter of Ethics and loathing the customers.

        So in the view of above matter plese arrange to Add my rest balance in my account for avoid this matter are going in consumer court.

        AirTel — Recharge Issue

        Hi Team,

        This complaint with regards to a recharge problem with Airtel.

        My Validity got over yesterday and i am barred from doing Incoming / Outgoing Calls.

        Today i recharged for 888 (i.e) 180 Validity Pack Denomination, Even then i am unable to make any calls. But i have money in my Account.

        Could some 1 clarify the cause.

        sir, my name is bikash naik. A msg had been sent to my airtel no. [protected] that " by recharging 97 u ll get 600 mins(200 airtel to airtel and 400 others) with 30 days validity. I recharged on the same day i.e. on 03 jun 13. I got 200 min airtel to airyel with 5 days validity instead of 30 days. But another 400min didn't come yet. I have contacted customercare, but they dont listen to me. And on 6th jun they deducted an amount 95 from my no. without any reason.

          Hi,
          My Name is Sankar. I have used Airtel Broadband connection for the last one year. Airtel Account No :13807004 .
          I have paid the billing amount regularly. I want to disconnect it because of moving to out of country. I have checked with my nearest branch. They said that, if I will give the cancellation form with Telephone instrument by person, they will disconnect it on the same day. So I wont get the next month bill. If i didn't give instrument (phone and modem), then it will take 7 days.

          I agreed with them and surrender all instruments and give the cancellation form on 23rd May (Attached the surrender form). My Airtel billing date is 26th - 26th. I have confirmed with them 2 times, i wont get bill for June.

          I have paid the May month bill properly. Now they sent a bill for June month, I asked them why did you send after disconnection. They said that they disconnected on July 22nd only, thats also not paying my bill. So they asked me to pay the bill.

          Let me clarified, I have surrender all of the instruments on May 23rd and asked them to cancel the connection. They didn't do their work and asked me to pay for their mistake.

          Is it the way Airtel running? Can you help me to get a proper answer from the Airtel responsible person?

          Airtel — Bill after disconnect the connection

          Dear Sir,
          My mobile no was [protected] which was used at my home. But I ask for disconnect the connection before 8-9 month and i did not receive any written proof on faith. But in dec first week i got a letter from airtel that you have outstanding payment rs 574.17 for this i contact to Mr. Suminder Malhotra ( [protected]) but he said you must have to pay Rs 574.17 otherwise legal action.
          So pleas solve my problem. Still I agree to pay the justified payment because I did not get written proof for disconnect the connection.

            Dear Sir,
            I was using post paid Airtel connection No.[protected] from past two and a half year as GM (Vigilance)
            I got this phone transfered in my name when I retired from the company in Jan-09.
            Further I got this number converted from post paid to pre-paid as I was going out of the country for long time in April-09.
            I got the sim recharged for about Rs.1000/- before going out side.
            However to my surprise Airtel unilaterally made this sim inactive saying that varification has failed.
            It is surprising the number which is being used by me for past two and a half year how varification can fail. Secondly when I am away from my house how somebody can reply on land line? Airtel has forfited my balance in the sim which was nearly Rs.1000/-
            Can you help me in getting my money back from Airtel and do something so that Airtel stops cheating the customers unilaterely.

            Airtel — Inactive Number

            Hi,

            I have been using the number[protected] for the past 6 years. I went to abroad and forgot to keep the number active and it got inactivated.

            I need to get this number back. Let me know what are the options available?

            I am ready to pay any extra charges or willing to take it as postpaid option too. Just want to get the number back.

            I tried to call that number and it’s been out of service. So, it’s not already allocated to any customer.

            If it’s got allocated to any distributor, please let me know the contact details of the distributor so that I can get the connection from the him itself.

              While i was using Airtel live, I just want to saw various options. Suddenly i click on one field and Jumani numerology have been autometicallly subscribed in my name. But the worst thing is that i could not cancel the plan. No option is there. Please help me to cancel this.. Because every day it costs Rs 1. My mobile number is [protected]

                i am experiencing the worst signal problem with a network claiming they provide the best coverage through their adds..i have complained about it several noumber of times,even talked with a senior official named Mr.shankar but no improvement...i am fed up with them now..they react very well as if they are looking into it but everything seems to be a good 'act'...now a days even i try to complaint they would come with the answer the system is down..i wonder why their tower not capable to cover the network within one and half kilometre....
                I am using Airtel from 3 years. I did n't got any problme about signal ever. But now signal is too weak at my office desk.
                I missed a lot calls.
                Where i need to complaint for this low signal problem?

                Respected Sir,

                I had an accident with an Auto near 80 feet road and CMH junction yesterday morning (i.e., 22/10/2008). i was coming in my bike and i had to over take a BMTC bus which just started from the bus stop. But the auto came from CMH road and rushed into the 80 feets road to go to jeevan bhimanagar. Due to the signal problem i didnt notice the auto coming and i collided with the auto. My bike's front fort and shock absorber is broken. I have claimed for insurance for the damage. I would like to lodge a complaint on the signal problem in the 80 feets road, indiranagar. Please take furthur steps to correct these problems in the city. I could have died in that accident as the bus was passing by my right side. I dont want such events to happen to anyone in future. Please process this request with full priority.

                This is to let you know the Atrocities made by a Hotel by name U2B located near BTM Layout Water tank(Uddipi hotel).Sir they use the road behined the hotel for parking.They use that road for parking and they use it in such a way that the road is their own property.They make their customers park their vehicles on both sides of that road and will not let other passers through that road.When ever I take the road I will have to wait there on that road for atleast some time.Also some BMTC buses goes through that road.When a bus comes through that road, Condition is still fatal.Atleast if they park only on one side it is manageable.But the park on both sides.some circumstances even on the midst of the Road.There is a Traffic signal nearby and the Traffic police know well about the condition of the Road.

                The Hotel authorities beat me up for just asking them not to park more vehicles on the road.They started beating me more when I told them that I will complain to the police.They dragged me on the road and even threaten me that they will beat me again.I am very afraid since they are Rich and they will do anything.
                I plead you to take steps to stop the Hotel people from making use of a public Road as there own property.I Believe that the traffic police might not have allowed any common man to do some thing like this.I plead you to take steps.
                Fridays saturdays and Sundays that road will be completely filled with hotel customer vehicles.

                I am facing a tremendous network problem in my Flat. I have complaint several occasions to customer care without any result. My current complaint number is 27224478. Year before one og Airtel’s technical person visited my place & also experienced the same.

                Currently as per my record I am paying 4 Rupees per call as once call takes more to dial for minimum four time to convey my part. When others are trying to reach me they are getting the response as out of service area or switched off !!!

                All the Airtel Users are continuously facing problem of signals in the setor 22 area. The airtel network is working fine in other sectors but as you enter sector 22 you are isolated. You can make calls and receive calls but with no voice. when you dial number there will be no ring. this problem is with both postpaid and prepaid. This problem should be resolved ASAP with a prioroty level 5 else we have switch to any other service provider.

                I am facing serious problem with Airtel signal, since from more than 3 years, since it was difficult to change my no., thanks to MNP I could retain my number now and could change to new service provider, I am now shifting to Vodafone from Airtel.                 Airtel has oversubscribed and does not care about its customers anymore.
                Simple example, in Bangalore - heart of the city there are at least 25-30 blind spots and the response has been rather pathetic and they even closed the case without solving the actual problem.

                Strangely enough, they claim that they have the lowest signal drop rate.

                I hope Mr SBM is keen about service to customers - which they claim to be all about.

                i am just waiting my organization to decide on the new vendor and i will move on!!!

                I have two Airtel mobile connections and I am facing a tremendous signal problem since July'11 at my residence area, in South city II at Sohna road . I have already logged so many complaints at the customer care at 121 wide following service request nos :

                I made a big mistake by selecting airtel network connections, for 8 years in Bangalore I used Vodafone network no issue found. for a change I switched to airtel to see the network services. so September20th 2018 I switched to airtel. from day one iam facing issue no network . and speed is less than 100kbps. for internet I can manage with wire network. but calls also not connecting.

                  I was using an Airtel Mobil, when i was in delhi. Due to some financial problems i was unable to make payments for this bill. Now they illegally finds my number. They called one of my friend who is in Bangalore and said that we are calling u from a courier company and we want to contact Mr Shishir S Shankar, so she gave my number to them. When i received call from [protected] on 30TH of july lady over the phone was rude and when i was trying to explain them the reason for delinquency she transfered the call to one of the gentle man who started abusing me and was threatening me. Today on 31st july also i received call from [protected] lop was rude and was saying that they will sue me. Now I urge u people ti guide me because if they will continue to threaten me or harras me what should i do should i kill my self. Already i am jobless and trying to settle my messed up life. Please reply me asap

                    My self Ranjeet Verma currently i am working in Grand Hyatt, Dubai.

                    I have a phone [protected] which was life time prepaid card and i used it around 2years this summer when i came to india i lost my card and than i went to Vasai Airtel gallery and issued a new sim card no.:[protected] HLR 2 which I issued against my PAN card details( and I have this card with me here) as my previous sim card(original) was issued on my passport details. Couple of days back I came to know that someone is using my phone number which is :[protected], my younger brother tried to ring and a guy called Chirag Shah from Virar picked up the call(he works at the shop of Sultan Fireworks) were even they sell Airtel simcards also, I am very sure this is the guy who has stolen my card as he was trying to ask me for this number and I denied him to give my card.

                    Now the actual seen happen is that before leaving India I used my new sim for 1 day and than I left India couple of days back my younger brother told me all the incident that my phone number is being used by Chirag Shah and he has converted my prepaid card which was on my name to his/someone else name and made it billing card. and infact I dont know how this thing happened without my prior approva, l hows possible that one persons number will be taken by someone and used in his absence and even it gets converted to billing.

                    Please I do request for your co-operation and I am tired of writing too many mails to Airtel, till now they are unable to help me. I am goin to attach on of those emails for your reference.

                    I do understand that you all respected people might be under some pressure regarding this issue to be solved, however It will great pleasure of mine if you help.

                      I live in Delhi.I Subscribed to broadband connection on 20/7/09 in 85 Jatwara Pulmithai Delhi 06 with name Bala Jagar we fill all the requirement and the forum and give a check of rs.1500 to bharti airtel limited for wifi kit.they offered us to put wiring in 48 hours but today is 30/7/09 and there is nothing done yet .they wire men come and said our wiring cannot done because if the wire break by rain they have to come again...

                      With utter disappointment, I would like to bring into your notice a few points that pose a question against the Integrity of Airtel towards its customers. I have been using multiple Airtel connections for the last seven years and the present situation is regarding my Number [protected]. My calling details and numbers have been sold to some private agents, who have been calling my family, friends and clients in connection to a credit card dispute. This type of behavior is never ever warranted from Airtel and has caused grave mental torture to me and my near ones.

                        I am Satish Shrivastava, I am an Airtel user having prepaid connection [protected] which was taken a month back and it was working fine. But strangely few days back it got disconnected/deactivated without giving any prior information. I called the customer care, I have been told to visit nearest branch but the people over there is only saying that it has been PD .

                        Now they are trying to find the reason, till now I havent received any call on my alternate number.
                        Please let me know the reason for the same . My address is same as per my filed document, so i am unable to understand this.

                          I have got activated Mobile Office on my no., from last 1 week speed of Mobile Office is going very low, I am unable to open a single page on the the internet after a long wait, connection disconnects during the processing.
                          Before one week i have actived mobile office at that time i was getting 460kbps speed but next week suddunly it falls to 115kbps..
                          whats this is there any standard or not?

Have already paid the installation fee. the Person came for billing said it will be done within a day. here we are struck in home n nobody has came for the connection till now. Horrible service. I will never recommend anybody to use Airtel again ever.

                                Hi. The hello tune services with Airtel is so very very sad that i don't get words to explain. I have this problem every time with airtel. I opt for a hello tune and it will not be activated for two days. Again i call up the customer care people, they do not know how to solve it!! They say application is down always, when i say 'always', i completely mean it. Every time they have this problem. And the next thing is, I happened to call a customer care executive at around 5:30 pm on 30th July, 2009 from Bangalore, Old airport road, the person received the call, when i explained my problem, he said, application is down and without asking anything further, he cut my speech in between and said "thanks for calling airtel" and disconnected. Just imagine!! This shows the customer service from airtel. Trust me, i am regretting for using airtel. I see lot of my frenz happy with vodafone and i am planning to switch to it as well. If this continues, airtel will definitely lose its popularity. THIA IS RIDICULOUS!! And am really really annoyed with it. I have mentioned the details of my call in the above lines bcz I want a strict action to be taken against the person bcz he did not respect a customer. And I have heard these things being done to lot of other customers as well. Airtel, wake up. Now I do know how seriously is this complaint going to be taken bcz no problem of the customers are actually solved.

                                collect a cheque No 000020 dated 01 Dec. 2009 of Kotak Mahindra amounting Rs.
                                1000 - and the same has been debited from my account on 11.12.2009. I had

                                Pura New Delhi-15. Cheque detail is attached herewith.

                                From Ist Jan. 2010 I am following your executives on customer care to install
                                broadband connection or returned my deposited amount. But till date neither any
                                reply received from your side nor refunded the said amount.

                                side and stated that no port is available there. I approach to MTNL and
                                installed broadband connection to fulfill my requirement.

                                Three months have been passed but payment has not been received. Lastly I

                                  i am in roaming.In roaming i have noe reciev the calland also not abl to make a call.there is no network in my cell.till panipat. i have full network but in delhi i have not signals

                                    I have forwarded a complain several times from 23rd june regarding my mobile no [protected] to disconnect my lost sim but still its working and asked for detail bill but not yet received.I have forwarded this complain to Nodal office Appelate authority and even to there relationship centres but no solution.please try to resolve it asap.

                                    I am jayakumar, (11.12.2010) i have lost my mobile and sim. I want to deactivate my sim card my mobile no [protected] (lost sim no). I have temporary prepaid connection no [protected]. No' of time i call to customer care still not no solution. No body tell dedicate answer only disconnect my call. and also i want to speak Teamleader But team leader not response he not pick my call (no' of times). what i do.

                                    Note: Airtel customer call people totally waste, include TL and trainer.
