Hi team,
I had applied for a new airtel fiber connection, paid rs.3536. Since the connection was not feasible in my apartment, i was told that i would get a refund in a week. But i have still not got the refund.
Attached are the copy of the bill and also the copy from airtel south mumbai manager, that the account is cancelled on his side, but the refund is not initiated.
