I did Online prepaid recharge of Rs.98 through airtel net banking [weblink] on[protected], *two* times (23:16 and 23:21).
I got SMS reference of
Txn ID: [[protected]], [[protected]] .
Both the times my bank transaction completed successfully and amount got deducted but I didnt get any balance pack on my mobile.
I didnt get any sms from airtel also.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I have Airtel prepaid cards of Mobile no [protected] and I had filled up incomplete forms on airtel apps to convert my prepaid to postpaid as while form fill up I know that this form is for same no, and I want to change my other services no in to airtel on airtel apps.Still my prepaid card converted in to postpaid and after informing to revert my service on customer care they told sorry sir we can't help you for same for 1 months .This is very rubbish thing from Airtel operators.
    Please look into this matter and revert my old services for my [protected] number.

      I have tried to recharge airtel no with Rs.149/- on[protected] through online and the transanction no is[protected].Recharge was not done however amount had been deducted from my account.The amount is not reveresed yet to my account. Please take a neccessary action to resolve the issue.

        I did a recharge of 199 Rs on my Airtel prepaid number [protected] from PayZapp application on 19th November 2020, 6.15 pm.
        Amount has been deducted from my account and the bank too confirmed that the transaction was successful at their end but the recharge is not reflecting in my account. I again had to do a recharge of 100 rs.
        But what about the 199 recharge ? Look into it on a priority basis.
        I also tried sending you an email at [protected]@in.airtel.com with the transaction snapshot but no response from you guys.
        Either process my recharge or give me my money back.

        I received another call from the number +91 [protected] today and he was asking to take a remote of my phone via team viewer application. Why do the need my phone's access for resolving a recharge issue ?

          I am using this Airtel sim from past 3 or 4 years but three days ago I woke up and found that Sim is not working anymore even when I had balance / validity, it says emergency calls only and when I try to make a call it says no sim detacted, I tried other sims in my phone and they are working perfectly, I also tried this airtel sim in other phones with no different result.

          I am hoping to get this resolved asap.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I am still waiting for the resolution of my issue. Its almost been more than a week and my number is not working at all which is hempering my business and social life, I would have to take legal action in case this issue is not resolved urgently to my satisfaction.

                So I did a recharge of 558 rs yesterday on my airtel no [protected]. The amount gor deducted from my account but I didn’t get the recharge yet. My outgoing and data is stopped.

                  Wrong recharge but Airtel not reversing the money.

                  I had done a recharge of Rs1499 on wrong airtel number thinking it’s a BSNL number through paytm and when i tried to call customer care of airtel they said they cant do anything as you have recharge from 3rd party app (Paytm) and you should have used our own app for recharge (Airtel thanks app).
                  Paytm on the other hand, is clearing stating on the app that this order has been successfully recharged by Airtel we will not be able to...

                    Hi,
                    This is with regards to an online recharge I did using Axis bank account which I usually do. When I checked for the plans with my phone Number I did see the plan of Rs.599/- which includes data and calls/SMS and I recharged for Rs.599/- on the 11th of November and I did not get the recharge credited to my sim. My phone number is [protected].

                    I tried several times to reach out to Airtel customer care, but other than IVR options I could not get through to a human. If there is no way to contact them directly other than just going on with IVR options, it is very frustrating.

                    And further since I had to use my phone to make important calls, I again recharged on the 13th for another plan which is Rs.399/-. This recharge came into my airtel account and I am currently still using the same. However, the one that I recharged for Rs.599/- on the 11th has neither been refunded to my account or being credited to my phone number. I request that my recharge of Rs.599/- which is debited to my Axis bank be refunded immediately. I did see on the web that the recharge can take till 7 days and I waited to see if I would get the refund, but I haven't received it yet.

                    I hope my account is credited with the amount of Rs.599/- immediately as the same was deducted from my Axis account but ultimately it did not reflect on my Airtel account.

                    I have attached a copy of my bank account online snapshot too with greying out unwanted information other than the one's that show up about recharge.

                      Hi, This is Shailesh kailas Shinde.
                      On 16/10/2020 I had done recharge of ₹379 through Google pay also the recharge was successful by Google pay but the recharge was not done in my airtel account. And also my money got debited. I have also contacted Google pay but they told me to contact bharti Airtel because from Google pay the transaction was successful. Today is the 7th day but still I had not got refund money back. The Google upi transaction ID is[protected] and the Google transaction ID is CICAgKDducuTWQ. So I kindly request you to investigate. My airtel number is [protected]. So kindly refund money back as soon as possible

                          I am referring to (https://www.ceir.gov.in/Home) website of Dept of telecommunication - Central Equipment Identity Register
                          (CEIR) - which mentions that telecom service provider is to block the IMEI no when the phone is lost.

                          My fathers phone (Redmi note 7 pro) was stolen today (22/11/2020) in Bunder area, Mangalore - my father has registered a compliant with police. Now i (on behalf of my father) called airtel immediately to block the IMEI number. But airtel is just refusing to do so - and are not accepting my request to block IMEI no of handset. They are blatantly telling that Airtel has no such powers & I should talk to the phone dealer or the mobile manufacturer. They just kept passing the buck & refused to take responsibility of blocking the phone.

                          This is in a way encouraging the robber to continue such deed and use stolen phone. Can i expect Airtel to address this and try to do the needful for getting back customer's confidence.

                          Can I expect resolution???

                              Yesterday[protected] i visited airtelstore located at 2 41/2 CHAITANYA CHAMBERS CHAITANYA PURI DILSHUKNAGAR BESIDE HP PETROL BUNK HYDERABAD 500060 . to port my mobile number from vodafone to airtel. the executive in the store simply said we are not porting to airtel prepaid currently.. take postpaid plan and convert into prepaid after 3 months... why should i take postpaid plan.. is there any rule by airtel the mobile numbers which are ported from other networks should take postpaid plan only for the first three months...

                                      I took the one sort plan of 698, but the bill I got on first month was 1750, after settlement I paid 724 then again they sent me wrong bill. I told them I want to discontinue their services and debundled the sim. Now they have sent a bill of 2603 and they are neither correcting the amount not converting my connection to prepaid
