I have recharged my Airtel mobile number with 201 rupees and money got deducted from my bank account but three charges failed I haven't got any refund from Airtel. the proof that my recharge is failed is attached... and Transaction ID number from the Airtel is[protected]...

Hi,

Recently Airtel has put one pole right infront of my site.

I am planning to construct my house now and this pole, will obstruct both construction and drive way to my house.

Ideally such poles should be in right in between 2 houses, so that it does not obstruct anyone. Since my site is empty, you cannot put it there and trouble common people.

Please get it moved asap.

Yesterday I had recharged my mom's airtel number with my airtel thanks account. The recharge was unsuccessful and it was written that ' if your amount is debited, the recharge will be done or you'll get refunded within 5-10 mins. ' now when I am checking the transaction history, it's not showing any such transaction. And this makes me more frustrated!!...

I have a prepaid unlimited call plan on my airtel number. My mobile number was disabled suddenly one morning on 31.07.2020 by airtel.. There was an active Internet pack of Rs. 598 recharged on 13.06.2020 having validity of 84 days and another data pack of Rs. 399 which was recharged on 31.07.2020 which was unused.. I have mistakenly recharged another number which belongs to my grandmother instead of my number through Google pay. I have contacted both google pay and airtel and both of them are denying to help me. I am almost calling them daily to understand what's really wrong, but every time they will provide different eta and will assure me that they will rectify it next 5-6 working hours.
