I facing very poor signal, dropped calls and slow internet.
I am airtel 4G but internet speed does exceed 100KBps.
I face dropped calls regularly.
The signal Strength fluctuates between -105 dbm to -120dbm
Everyone faces these problems in my village
Please fix network problem in my village

    Hello,

    I have been using Airtel SIM card from past 8-9 years. Initially it was on postpaid until 2016, and prepaid after that. I have moved to USA for my education. In order to use all of my banking, insurance, PF (and numerous others) I have to use Indian mobile number to get OTPs.

    So I have been recharging the number every month to keep it active and occasionally make a call too. They have blocked my SIM card last week, when I emailed they said its due to " to documents submitted by you, does not match with the details in our system Documents."

    However I had submitted valid documents while getting the service activate initially and also while converting to prepaid. I clearly remember submitting passport copy.
    After so many years they block my number stating such reason which doesnt seem to be true. I am not getting any response when asked what document are they talking about. All I get are canned responses. The email mentions that I have to visit Airtel store physically with documents .

    Per TRAI rules and regulations my details were verified and SIM was activated only after that. So now all of sudden there cant be a change in it.

    Due to COVID-19 pandemic there are travel restrictions and besides I can not just travel to India spending lakhs of money just for this sake which was already done per the rules and regulations .

    I am asking them to reactivate my SIM card but have not any response towards it, I get the canned response.
    The reason they are giving seems preposturous if not clearly mentioned.

    I want to retain my services, even logging into email would not be possible if it remains blocked.

      My credit card is being deducted every month for an odd amount of of Rs.605.34. I have not subscribed for any such services from airtel.

      Further I have tried to figure this out but unable to contact airtel.

        We recharged Rs.149 for mobile [protected] vide Txn ID:[protected] at 10.08 AM today. The amount is not credited to this account yet and the mobile got deactivated. This is the 3rd time similar incidence is happening.

          Cashback of Rs 65 not received on transaction of Rs 1205 on DocsApp on 10th November. There was an offer of Rs 65 cashback on minimum spend of Rs 650 on DocsApp via Airtel Payments Bank. My transaction id is [protected]. The committed time for cashback was 2 days. But, 6 days passed and no cashback issued. Please issue my cashback.

              I ported from Idea to Airtel. I get spam calls everyday. I want to turn on DND. But whenever I use the option from their website, they say this :
              "An unexpected error has occurred. Our technical staff has been automatically notified and will be looking into this with utmost urgency."
              I would have understood if this is a bug. It's been months after I received the message. Still, the same condition is there.
              You are denying DND option. Fix this now.

              @Sourav . Have you tried activating the DND by directly activating it from TRAI. To do so Send an SMS “START 0” to 1909 This will register your number in the NDNC registry or alternatively you can Install the DND 2.0 app from TRAI to activate the Do not disturb service on your sim.                 Hi,

                I have been using airtel broad band connection for more than 10 years now, recently, i had an offer while upgrading my broadband plan, the offer said 1500 for xtreme box and while booking for xtremebox, i had an option to choose 1699 rupees for a year for OTT content(hotstar vip and zee5). The box was installed on 13th November and i paid 3199 in cash 1500 for box and 1699 for OTT content as mentioned in the app while choosing.

                After the box was installed, I paid the total amount to the person who came to set up the connection and when the box got activated, i was not able to access any subscription, when i called and asked i was informed there was no such offer in booking and all money has been taken for installation and activation.
                I registered a complain and every day they keep dragging by asking the same information as though that's the first time i register a complain and extending it 24 hours and after 4 days, when the call goes to supervisor he tells that the connection was only for a new customer and not for existing customer, when i called to broadband department, they say they are not aware of such offers and only new customers get that offer. When i asked why would the app show the offer to an plan upgrade since only existing customers can upgrade a plan, the person went silent and there was no reply and all i understood was that I am never getting the offer it was just to lure existing customers to spend money and airtel cheats them. I am attaching screenshots from the app to show that the offer was provided on plan upgrade

                  Broadband advance rental amount is not refunded

                  I have paid 7462/- as advance rental amount for 6 months towards airtel as the Due date was near and wanted to avoid penalty. After that I have asked Airtel team to disconnect my broadband connection as I was moving out of Chennai.                         I have got mobile handset isurance from airtel secure in which Airtel is responsible to carry out reapir of damaged mobile handset. MThe screen of my my mobile got damaged and I had raised a complaint against it. My handset was then collected by Airtel secure representative for repair in first week of june 20. However, in spite of various reminders, I have not got any response from the company. Even in spite of raising the concern to Nodal/ Appellate, no replies to e mail. On calling appellate, came to know that the number is forwarded to customer care and appellate team cannot be spoken to. I also raised the concern twice through Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System and also through PM Grievance at https://pmopg.gov.in/pmocitizen/Grievancepmo.aspx No PMOPG/E/2020/0764375 dated 22 Aug 20 which also didnt worked. Please refer my complaint No DOTEL/E/2020/22026 dt 13/07/2020 and DOTEL/E/2020/23776 dt 22/07/2020 and also PM Portal complaint No PMOPG/E/2020/0688979 So the highest escalation team can neither be contacted on phone, nor get any response through e mail till almost Sep 20. On 15 Oct 20, I got a call from airtel checking the status of my claim and I explained the complete case. I was promised that a revert will be arranged in 48 hrs which they failed again. I raised a concern again as a final try and mailed [protected]@in.airtel.com which is the e mail id of their highest escalation desk, but still not got any positive response from them. Now since handset is lying with them for more than 6 months, the battery would have been dead since not charged. I would like to claim the complete amount of the handset i;e ₹ 15, 000 from them. In addition, I would also like to claim 100% amount of ₹ 15, 000 towards agony faced by me. In addition, the claim amount of BER handset which they informed me is 50% of the handset value *(₹7, 500) also be paid. Apropos it is requested that an amount of ₹ 37, 500 be paid to me by Airtel on priority

                            I have given complain several times to airtel telecommunication but still yet not solved.
                            This time I will not pay a single penny for the bill. For several months i paid the full bill but without the proper service i got. Every time I have given complain they said give 48hrs, 7days time to solve but not yet solved.

                            Each and everytime am asking for thae datevto resolve they are saying wait for 24hrs to 48hrs if this continues it will take over an year. Whats going and at last I have to pay the full bill??? No its not possible for me to pay.

                                I have requested a Airtel fine connection and paid three months in advance for RS. 799 +GST plan. After one month o[censored]sing fiber, they send a bill of 70 rupees . I asked customer care and told them that I have already paid you in Advance .Could you tell me why my bill of RS. 70 was generated. They told me ..I have requested a caller tune on my Airtel landline number and they couldn't even check their system if the service is currently active. I have told them the scenario that J have not requested for it and it should be waived you. You can send me any call recording I had with your company for caller tune, any request raised on my behalf for caller tune, any email I sent you or any email you sent me confirming that you activated a service . They don't have answer to these queries . They are falsely charging customers whatever . This is very wrong. I want to raise a complaint that after continuously following up on call, email and all this mental abuse, my issue is still not fixed.

                                    With due respect and deep regret I would like to inform you that Bharti Airtel Ltd. Is harassing it's customer (ID [protected]) in regards to billing issue over the phone without giving detail information of the customer billing details and charges.And the worst part on the company behalf is that, I am the customer of Airtel since 2014 and they deactivated my services on billing issues.

                                    The story began soon after the lockdown started in March 2020 when I received a unprecedented sms of my bill due amount which was hiked as per my billing plan and discount without giving me proper information in black & white or on mails.Also they stopped sending me the paper bill which I opted and was getting regularly before due date.

                                    I immediately reacted to the message received of my monthly hiked bill & wrote mails (6 in number)to the customer support/esupport and to various other departments of airtel stating clearly that I am not willing to accept any changes in my monthly rental, so either you give me my designated fix amount plan (which was Rs 470fixed) or disconnect my services after this hence, after this I won't be liable for any further extra amount exceeding more than Rs 470monthly.But nobody dare and took responsibility to reply for my action and I kept on paying them my fixed Rs 470(plan given to me since 2018)before due date of every month and Airtel kept accumulating monthly hike charges with late fees and sum to Rs.2000approx till October 9, 2020.

                                    On October 8th 2020 my services from Airtel was barred and I kept on receiving threatening calls to pay the said amount(Rs 2000approx) from 3rd party collection team hence insulting the modesty of the customer under section 509 of IPC .

                                    I wrote several mails to nodal team, Social media of Airtel and Mr Gopal Vittal, e support, 121 customer care but all in vain.

                                    Till date I have been getting a harassing calls from Airtel team.Also as per trai guidelines if customer has submitted written request to disconnect the services then post 7 days from the date of request, the provider cannot charge from the customer.

                                    I kindly urge you to take a right action against my mental and social harassment with solution to settle my account and services.

                                    I also urge my all time favorite Janta TV to support and highlight my matter as I have a complete faith in my social media and jurisdiction system.

                                      I did a recharge of Rs 399 on 8 or 9th November using my airtel main account balance on airtel app... But unfortunately app kept on loading and my balance got deducted but recharge didn't happen.Now I can't see the transaction ID in transaction history page.. Please tell your backend team to look in to it and refund my balance ASAP...
