Par mere card se paise to kat gaye par mere idea account me paise show nahi kar rahe. Paise katne ki receipt attach kar raha hu. Please solve my problem. Mere mobile se phone nahi lag raha hai. On[protected] i have recharged mobile no. [protected] through airtel thanks app of rs. 451/- two times but no amount credited in my mobile no.

First time, i have received a sms from your end recharge not done deducted amount is refund.

Second time, i have received a sms from your end recharge recharge is done or refund the amount within two hours. I have received this sms yesterday at about 02:50 pm. But still...

In december 2019, i started using the airtel sim card as my primary network. But right from the day of my first recharge (Around 400 rs), i started facing huge internet speed issues and i had filed my first complaint on the same day of the first quarterly recharge....

I have recharged via airtel thank app the transaction failet but the amount detected from my accont its been 15 days i didnot get the refund till now

Hi, i would like to bring to your notice that i am facing network and data connectivity issue with my telecom operator i. E airtel from july 2019 and till now, they have not rectified the issue. I am having a plan of 499 and my data usage is 75 gb per month. But, i am not able to use it. Even, i cannot have a call with someone properly as there is no network in my area. I always have to come out of my house to attend a call and move 4km away...

I have been using my mobile number from 2016, now i need to change the sim now but the shopkeeper said that number is registered on someone else's name. Which is impossible as my father took all the papers to register this number now. I have submitted this number almost everywhere and now i cannot afford to change it. I can submit all the papers again if needed....

Recharged on airtel thanks app for prepaid rs. 219 on 1st october 2020. Amount was deducted from my bank account. But recharge failed. Amount not reverted till now (7/10/2020).

My fasttag got inactive from few days I am trying to get it activated but I am not finding any way how to get the fast tag active due to which I have to suffer alot infact I tried to contact customer care on 121 they told me to contact Airtel payment bank infact I tried to get in touch with them but Don't find any option on that ...Airtel is not helping me out to get my fast tag activat...

My number[protected]. I am using this number since 5+ years, reciding in abroad. Monthly i do reachrge of 49 INR. I did on September 3 rd week following two days after sim stopped working showing emergency call only. I did recharge of international package today 496 INR. still sim doesn't work. All my bank transaction are blocked now. Need urgent assistance....

Airtel is fooling us by taking fastag orders. Please dont buy airtel fastag. They are cheaters. They are keep on replying on my email that they will send soon and will be delivered in 14-15 days. I will file complaint in consumer court and also i am going to viral about this in social media. I am not going to use it now. I will contact local dealers for any company fastag other than airtel....

Today I paid electricity bill of RS.669 from my Airtel wallet against USC no.[protected] of TSSPDCL. While submitting details it showed that the bill would be paid to Southern power distribution company of Telangana. After payment, it showed that the payment was made to APCPDCLOB vide transaction ID [protected]. What is meant by APCPDCLOB. In the Airtel application, the bill is still shown as outstanding against my name. Pl. resolve the issue...

I have requested several times to airtel, I have already visited airtel store many times but unable to get my mobile number back, since it is not alloted to anyone, reuqesting you to allot this mobile number back to me. I had already faced so much mental harrassment....

List of issues.

1. I am trying to port my 3 numbers with Airtel, 2 are done with delay. Remaining 1 still not ported more than month now.

2. Internet speed is less than 1 mbps, multiple complain are raised, those are closed without any details.

3. Call drop frequently....

I applied for new broadband connection online on 29 Sep 2020 and they promised to give connection and asked to pay the Sum of Rs.2828/- online. When I tried to pay the money online the payment was failed and tried again and again it was failed and the money got debited twice (Rs.5656/-). After 10 minutes I received confirmation sms from Airtel stating that the transaction is successful. I didn't receive payment receipt in mail since the payment...

I am fed up of the internt after got changing to the fibrenet. No satisfactory
answer from your end.

If possible cancel my airtel one bill pland refund the money at the earliest.
