Sir i am attaching 2 screenshots.One girl contacted me from the phone no on whatsapp chat.She asked me to pay and my account will close.I paid 1800, but still got the bill.since i paid 1800, she is not picking my calls or replying on whatsapp.The address i have written, here shop is closed

    I called 59059 to verify my details and start my new number but the number is not working and it hasn't verified yet.. it has been days since I'm trying to do it.. and now I'm fed up of trying as well . I suggest you to deal with this problem as soon as possible and get my sim started...

      as per above subject your airtel mobile network tower is constructing in my village behind chandramuleshwar mahadev temple without any permission its really bad for us and other peaple residing here.

      i request you to please stop this construction. and also we villagers given application to local collector office also. and also send applications to RTI.

        On 5th Nov 2020, I have done recharge of Rs 2698, my PNB account was debited however recharge was not done due to technical issues from the airtel side. A message was forwarded that amount will be refunded within 7 days. However, I am still waiting for my refund.

          I complain it on wynk app in help and support section but no response
          I mail it on customer sites
          I set caller tune it on wynk Music app
          But it not ring
          I m very disappointed
          I set caller tune on wynk Music app different but it only play Airtel officeal tone
          I don't like it

              Hi, this is Karthik. Have been using the number [protected] for past 9 years. The sim card was not working 6 days ago. I went to airtel store and submitted all the documents and get the replacement sim. However it was not activated with the reason that the acquisition image not matched and asked me to submit the doc and get the sim again. Second sim also not activated with same reason. It's been more than 5days. Not sure what to do now. Even airtel store doesn't have a clue. I used the same set of documents earlier to get replacement. Wasn't get any trouble at the time.

                  I write this complaint with sheer revolt after following up for over two weeks with two of Airtel Xstream Broadband customer representatives who promised me broadband services after me making payment of Rs. 9, 617 (for 12 months). I request your kind attention to this matter ASAP.

                  The complaint is regarding delay in refund for fees paid on application cancelled at the behest of Bharti Airtel. We wanted a corporate broadband connection which involved paper-based application process. We filed the application with required documents and as asked by the sales rep, I made a payment before the application was processed. Eventually, due to some reason the paper work did not go through and we cancelled the application form/booking. Now I wanted to get a refund and I do not have anyone to connect to but the Airtel sales rep who is not receiving my calls. I feel duped by him and Bharti Airtel for having paid money and yet not have any broadband connection at all.

                  Kindly let me know the course of action here. Help me resolve it as the amount of refund involved here means a lot to me. Thank you,

                    I opted for Airtel Xstream Fiber connection on 3th Nov with representative named UMESH: [protected]. He visited, took my documents and gave me a payment link but later told me that he will get back. So I did not pay. I called him again but to no avail.

                    I again put a request on Airtel and they again assigned the same guy. He again verified my documents and I paid Rs 3536 advance rental for 3 months on a plan of Rs 999 for Airtel Xstream fiber (200 Mbps) on 10th Nov 2020.

                    I was promised connection on the same day, but the Airtel representative stopped picking up my calls and now I am getting messages from Airtel that my connection is not possible due to feasibility. I am unware of my refund status.

                    I am highly disappointed with Airtel as because if the connection is not feasible why did the representative even send me a payment link. I request you to please refund the amount as soon as possible.

                    We have faith on Airtel services and yet such irresponsible activities are carried out.

                      Since 4 days I am unable to make STD calls eventhough I have recharged for 149 unlimited call recharge type and my recharge validity is for 28 days. 4 times I complained in customer care. but not resolved the issue till today, 11/11/2020.

                        Hi team,
                        I had applied for a new airtel fiber connection, paid rs.3536. Since the connection was not feasible in my apartment, i was told that i would get a refund in a week. But i have still not got the refund.

                        Attached are the copy of the bill and also the copy from airtel south mumbai manager, that the account is cancelled on his side, but the refund is not initiated.

                                [protected], this number just contacted me saying its from airtel customer support, is this airtel number? He asked me to install teamviewer... I did raised a ticket via app but this looks like a scam cause my problem doesnt need any reason to install team viewer. If this is done by airtel then its something. All i wanted was a refund, cause i have a problem about recharge not reflecting. Even gave my upi transfer id, i dont know why airtel allow this like how the info was leaked. So...
                                Also, i did a recharge for this number
                                [protected] this number with rs 379 from my airtel app. During that time it was slow and i was useing paytm upi. It was getting processed for a while and it doesnt reflect on the number [protected]. Ive contacted paytm already but said its already paid as shown on screenshot. Upi id reference is
                                [protected]. So i recharged at local shop. But now it still havent reflect after many days i mean the first recharge via app. All i want is a refund of rs379 which i lost.

                                    I am using the airtel number for almost 7 year now. Today my mobile was lost and i went for a duplicate sim and then the airtel shop people said that my number is in some one else's name? How is this possible? If i dont get back this number my business will be in huge loss.

                                    I need to recover this number immediately. There should be some method that i can claim my name. If needed i can submit my bank statements where this number is used for google pay/phone pay etc..
