My Self Tej Iam using Airtel Since 4years
When I Came to My Hometown Kadapa District, Rajampet Town the Airtel Network
Is Worst, it just Buffering...That's it, I Can't browse Nothing, Feel very Frustrated😤😔😫, Please fix This, it will repeat, I just Change My SIM That's it.

      Dear sir,
      I have done online payment of Rs.1504 for New connection of airtel digital tv @airtel.in on dated 1st Nov 2020. The amount is deducted from my account, but installation still not done.
      I have not received any message for activation, only I got thanks for payment message on website. I visited airtel store but they also unable to solve my problem. I am not able to connect to the customer care as my customer ID showing invalid. The proof of payment screenshot in enclosed.
      Is this fraud done by Airtel, shall I lodge an FIR against airtel, or shall I logde consumer complaint. I want my product or money back immediately.

        Yesterday I paid Rs. 267// to Airtel with Receipt no. [protected] for my Airtel 4G HOTSPOT No. [protected] as Arrears to close my account. My name is K.Subramanian. I have not been given any hard copy of Receipt for my payment and also not received any information regarding closure of my account.

          I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs. 1498 on 7 November 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference of Rs. 1498. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

            There were 100 SMS sent in a min to unknown international nos from my no. This is the second time and I have been reporting the same to airtel for last 2 months. There is no action taken. Am worried the no is being misused by service provider.

              My name is vishal suman having mobile no-[protected] (Vodaphone) visited the nearby airtel authorised shop for MNP request in to airtel, they charge me Rs.300.00 as a service charge, but not provided me any invoice, after I check at airtel site where MNP request is free of cost, now shop owner told me it is there service charge and not return my money even I asked about the invoice, he also not giving me invoice also.

                In my airtel thanks app it's showing 50 rs coupon ( 40 coupons) valid till 2023.

                When I click on redeem it goes to recharge section but nothing gets applied .

                Till now I have tried this many time.

                  It has been 2 weeks since I have requested for a upgradation order on Airtel for higher bandwidth
                  They said that within 24-48 hours of my request their team will contact me
                  2 days past no one contacted me so I contacted to their customer care and said that I have requested for upgradation and asked how long will it take
                  They replied to me saying that within 24 hours I will be contacted
                  Again no one contacted and same continued for 2-3 days then I stopped calling the customer care
                  Even I had mailed them regarding the matter and they said the same as on the call
                  So I didn't call them for a 2 weeks
                  And suddenly their team contacted me after 2 weeks saying your connection will be upgraded by tomorrow and you have your appointment tomorrow and gave me the number of the guy who was going to upgrade my connection from Airtel Team
                  So I got some hopes as I have studies and other stuff which requires higher bandwidth
                  So I contacted the Airtel guy who was coming the next day to upgrade my connection
                  He picked up my call and said I can come after 4 then I said okay come by that time
                  He didnt come at 4 and waiting for him so long I contacted him again and he said that he will be there in 10 minutes and call me
                  Its been 2 days now and no is picking up my calls now
                  I don't understand what game are they playing and I'm really disappointed about this
                  Calling themselves the number one and this is what the do with their customers :(

                    I advance recharged my Airtel number for Rs449 on 25 oct 2020 at 5.29 pm through paytm. Amount was deducted from my account but my number wasn't recharged. I again recharged my number Rs349. I even talked to one of your consumer care executive who said that yes I recharged was but transaction was unsuccessful and I will get my refund within 10 days. Today is 6 Nov 2020 and still haven't received any refund amount. Kindly look after my query.

                      Prepaid to Postpaid - My AIRTEL No. 7738439198.

                      Dear Team,

                      Sub:- Prepaid to Postpaid - My AIRTEL No. [protected].

                      I am holding above Airtel No. [protected] for more than 10 years. Which is always in Prepaid. On 03/11/2020 around 7:09am, I did a recharge of Rs.399/- validity 54 days, after I activated my network it shows an 'E' symbol on top of the network bar. Around 10 am when I checked it shows SIM lost the network and displayed an error i.e “sim not allowed”....

                      I have paid Rs 48 instead of Rs 49 for a prepaid mobile no Transaction ID is[protected] on 6th Nov 2020.
                      By mistake i have selected Rs 48 data plan recharge which is of no use since i need talktime pack for the mobile no.

                      Please reverse the payment so that i can correctly recharge.

                        I have cheated by Airtel Team by changing my Name from K ManjunathPrasad to K ManjunathParsad the backend team have changed and asking us to go nearest Airtel Stores for Change of Name.
                        I asked them I am unable to visit kindly let me know the alternative way where I can change the name providing my AADHAR Card. The Mistake is from Airtel.
                        Airtel Company selling Customer Data such as Personal information to third parties for Loan providers and other for the cost, several times I have informed airtel but no action taken by airtel.
                        I am requesting airtel since from 7 years to upgrade the tower since we are facing call drop and disturbance in call no action taken. Please help us in getting resolved by Airtel

                        This is to inform you that I just now received a call from a Fraudster Posing as Airtel mail Box person he was talking to me in Hindi, he said he is calling from Noida Delhi but the truecaller says as Bank of Baroda West Bengal and his no. [protected] he wanted to know my DOB, I doubted I disconnected the call. Please help us in attaching call Conversation.

                          I had recharged my prepaid number [protected] on 3rd November 2020 i.e 399 56 days reacharge, after a while my sim stopped working, and as I talked to the coutomer care they informed me that my sim plan is converted from prepaid to post paid. And that's without any notice and me not even wanting it. And that I will be charged a bill at the end of the period. And my 399 prepaid recharge is collapsed (gone). I can't understand the process that how can a sim be converted from prepaid to postpaid during an ongoing plan?. And would like i[censored] look into this matter and get my sim back to prepaid.

                              I am using morethan 8 years Airtel prepaid no [protected], last 2 days before I recharged Rs. 399 for 54 days, and it's not working then I called customer care they says your no is converted prepaid to postpaid. Surprise when customer care says that you by doing must be selected Post paid plan. I need my no to convert on my previous same prepaid plan or else I will have to complain consumer forum.

                                We have requested for replacement of Airtel Set Top Box (STB) to be replaced with HD STB. This request was placed on 31st Oct, 2020 through Airtel "Customer Care".

                                Whatever call center was assigned took down the details and said someone will be available LATEST by Nov 2nd, 4pm. When I asked them, why so much time, to replace STB, they said, this is the latest time which system shows, but technician will be there much earlier.

                                Of course, no one showed up and at about 3p on Nov 2nd, I called Airtel Customer Care. They acknowledged that this ticket (they call it Complaint) was still open and someone will be there by 4p as promised.

                                Of course, by 5p no one had shown up. This is for my mother (aged more than 80 yo), and I was there to help with any technical issues that might arise and with anything else that the technician might want.

                                I waited until about 6p and called Airtel "Customer Care". After asking for almost the same details and of course without leaving out any of the verifying actions (registered phone number, customer name, customer number etc etc), and after taking about 5 minutes, the guy at this Airtel sub-contracted Call Center, told me that STB is not available and someone will be there by the next day, before 5.45p.

                                So, I asked the guy, how come they did not know this when the Request was placed initially, and then even at 3p I was assured that someone will be there.

                                And, well after the timeframe they had given, how come now, all of a sudden STB is not available, but will definitely be available by 5.45p the next day?

                                Of course, the call center person (aka Airtel "Customer Care") was clueless. I had rescheduled my trip to return back to my home (about 40 kms away), because they had assured me earlier that technician would be there latest by 4p that day.

                                Anyway, so, I asked the call center person (aka Airtel "Customer Care"), to cancel the request. Call center person (aka Airtel "Customer Care") told me that that is not possible for him to do on his system and that when the technician calls, then, I should cancel verbally myself.

                                So, I told call center person (aka Airtel "Customer Care"), if this was the case, how come there is any CUSTOMER CARE that has been exercised so far? I was so pissed off, that I said likely I will disconnect Airtel and move to another service provider.

                                Of course, call center person (aka Airtel "Customer Care") panicked a little (or atleast acted like he did) and said will tranfer to "manager".

                                After a further wait of another 5-10 minutes, yet another person came on the line...apologized... I explained to him why it was important that technician should have been there at the time they (Airtel "Customer Care") had promised, because my aged mother (more than 80 yo) will find it difficult to deal with technician and that I had rescheduled my whole day (Monday) around the time that Airtel "Customer Care" promised technician will be there.

                                Guy on the phone (manager) said he completely understands ... apologized again and PROMISED THAT HE WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITHIN THE NEXT 2 HOURS.

                                I thanked him profusely.

                                Of course, NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED that day...or the next day or the next day or the next day... not once and today is Nov 6th.

                                If Airtel cannot maintain a REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE/CARE system, to

                                1) Handle a simple request to upgrade STB (takes about 10 minutes most times to accomplish at customer home), in a metropolitan city such as Chennai, it is a real shame.

                                2) Also, this is in the heart of the city (Annanagar).

                                3) They still have an open ticket/complaint (unless the call center person...aka Airtel "Customer Care" changed it to completed by himself), and NO ACTION HAS YET BEEN TAKEN TO CLOSE THE TICKET/COMPLAINT/SERVICE CALL. This is less than amateurish. A primary school student can function much better.

                                4) Establishing really pathetic call center service, where no real action can be accomplished other than to take down one or two lines of text, upon which no further action is taken by Airtel "Customer Care", is beyond pathetic!!!

                                  I requested for broadband connection through app and a executive contacted me. Took all documents and did registration and took rs 2828 on Oct 26 2020. Now it's past 10 days. At first the executive kept stalling me that installation will be done in 2 days and now he isn't picking my calls or replying to my messages. I went to a Airtel store near me.. they gave me the no of technical head of raipur for further communication and now the technical head isn't picking calls.

                                    People calling my number are diverted to another number. This haplens occasionally and it is the same number that the call is diverted to.Have been complaining to Airtel on this, have replaced the sim once also.The issue remains unresolved.
