I had requested for a broadband connection for Airtel. A guy visited my place and did all the formalities and a payment link was sent to my number and I had made the payment twice of RS1768. On 21st of october I got a call from airtel in which the executive said that the box is full and further connections cannot be made so, I'll be getting the refund of the amount paid within 48hrs. But, its already 10 days. I dint get the amount credited. I want the refund back into my account.

    Worst network, when reached out to customer care about the issue, they didnt provide the correct resolution to the problem. Soon after "ON" the the mobile data its jumping to 3GB every data with out any updates and also auto update in my mobile OFF to say the data consumed for mobile updates.

      Esteemed Sir With due respect that we are the Residents of EA, ED & EC BLOCK, Tagore Garden - 110027. Our neighbour ED-95, Tagore Garden DELHI has installed some MOBILE TOWER on their roof top. The said Building is situated in a densely populated residential area. I suppose According to the Mcd Guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas . Also as we all know that It Causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon’ble Delhi High Court Towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many diseases like Cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s Radiation is very harmful for all. So please take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible. Thanking you - You’re truly..

                Hello,

                My name is Qamar Tavawala. i have been a customer with Airtel since 2012.

                I have been incorrectly charged Rs85 every month for VAS on my broadband. I have never opted for it and I have just realised this charge is on my Bill since more than a year. I have called them last month and raised a complaint again this month and they told me the VAS would be cancelled and also processed a refund last month. This month bill Oct 20 bill has again been charged.

                This VAS is for anti virus on 3 devices. when I asked which of my devices were covered, they were not aware, and when asked about how was the consent taken to activate the VAS this too was unable to be answered. I have raised complaint on Twitter, customer service number and emailed them. they have not been able to give any resolution. i have been charged incorrectly since quite a few years. I had opted out of physical bills and was paying through the app. I feel cheated.

                  I recharged for 379 rupees pack with a Rs.50 coupon applied to it making the amount Rs. 329. The amount has been deducted from the bank but my mobile number wasn't recharged.

                  The transaction summary for this in my bank account's statement is as follows

                    My Airtel number got deactivated with no prior notice. Can't contact customer care operator because nowadays it's just full of advertisements and no option can be found to talk to the operator. I use the number in my workplace and I want it to be activated urgently.

                          For some reason i was not able to make calls from my phone. So I walked into a nearby airtel store where I was told that the card was old and hence they replaced my card. It did not solve the problem. The guy in shop fiddled with my handset and he could not do anything. I went to another store, however he could not figure it out as well. The issue is my new sim works in other phone, but not in my phone. At the same time my phone accepts another airtel sim and allows to make a call, but not this one. I have thus not been using the phone for last month and my 400 rupees have been a waste largely. I went to the store again on26.10.20. They changed my sim again. It is still not working. I went on 27th, and a guy tried to help genuinely. He said my calls were barred and he was trying to reset the same. No relief so far.
                          I tried calling on the customer service numbers which are useless. There is no option to talk to a real person . There is NO way that I can get my problem sorted out and I am tired now. The app dignostics says your phone is 4G and upgrade the sim. Your shop said it had an issue with VOLTE. Now if it was so, why was it working fine for quite some time? If my issue is not solved in next four days, I will be forced to switch to other provider.

                            I have recharged my mobile number through debit card for Rs.48 on 28th Oct 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference Number[protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                                Airtel Junction box installed without our permission

                                Dear sir, i wish to bring your notice that there is an airtel broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge as I wasn't residing there. Please note we are constructing the house and am unable to construct compound wall Please do the needful to remove the airtel junction box. We recently met your staff and informed about the issue but they were not helpful and asked us to lodge a complaint....

                                  First of all you are repeatedly asking for the same details which has been provided on 11th September and it is part of this trail mail. It shows you all don’t read the customer complain mails at all.

                                      Missed Call Alert is not working for more than a Month. 5 times i have complained to Customer Care & . Each time while speaking with Customer Care officer, they commit that problem will be solved within next 48 hrs or their technical people will call me. So far, nothing happend and still i'm facing the same problem.

                                      Plz explain me wats the use of complaint booking?? Will it get solved or not? Or, to whom should i contact?
