I am using Airtel connection for last 13 years, I am experiencing network issue for last 2-3 months in our area (Saurabh Vihar, Badarpur, Delhi).

And from yesterday, no network is showing on. I need this number as It is linked to my Aadhar. Please do something on urgent basis.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I was trying to recharge my Mobile No: [protected] with 100 Rs. on 9th Nov 2020 using internet banking on aitel.in portal.
      The 100 rs. has been deducted from my ICICI bank account but while upon confirmation received from airtel payment gateway it has failed to be confirmed.
      Kindly refund the 100 rs. to my bank account.
      I have only following details in my bank account transaction:

        I recharged my number [protected] for Rs.49 on 9th November. The amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge was not reflected. Tried calling the customer care but didn't get a satisfactory response.

          My name is Shinu. I am an NRI working in UAE. My Airtel number is not working since 1 Nov 2020. This is not the first time I am facing this problem. I filed complaint in their customer care email. The replied me to call 121. I was surprised, how I will call without network. My number is connected with bank activities. I lost so many important messages due to this network failure.
          I have sufficient balance to be an active customer. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

              WE Recharged Airtel DTH of rs 2500, still its say error code 6.the amount has been from deducted from bank .we recharged on 7th November.

                I've recently ported from BSNL to Airtel, believing that service is good. Airtel store at Nanganallur has collected 299 Rs from me as the first recharge but still, my number is yet to get recharge.

                Now, Airtel has blocked my number. Their customer service is also not responsive. Feeling regret for changing from BSNL. Worst customer service better go with Jio

                  Hi team,

                  I have lost the service after recharging also. I am getting problems as the same number is used in all bank and other things I am not able to do anything.

                    I had recharged my prepaid sim on 3rd nov 2020 of rs 399 56 days. Later that day I had a network issue and my sim stopped working. I contacted the customer care they informed me that my sim service has been switched to postpaid and that was done by me. And I am damn sure it wasn't. They also said that my 399 prepaid recharge is collapsed (gone) and that I will be charged a postpaid bill at the end of the month. This is completely my loss and it's not even my fault. I want my sim service back to prepaid as soon as possible
                    Please look into this matter as this is highly inconvenient.

                      My broadband was disconnected yesterday and i raised the complaint immediately. It is not resolved yet and I get false messages that it has been resolved. Again I have to contact your customer care and complain again.
                      this has happenned 3 times. Yousr technitian who called is very very rude.
                      These things never happenned with me earlier.
                      Please solve the issue urgently as I am unable to work.

                              Dear sir,
                              I have done online payment of Rs.1504 for New connection of airtel digital tv @airtel.in on dated 1st Nov 2020. The amount is deducted from my account, but installation still not done.
                              I have not received any message for activation, only I got thanks for payment message on website. I visited airtel store but they also unable to solve my problem. I am not able to connect to the customer care as my customer ID showing invalid. The proof of payment screenshot in enclosed.
                              Is this fraud done by Airtel, shall I lodge an FIR against airtel, or shall I logde consumer complaint. I want my product or money back immediately.

                                  I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs. 1498 on 7 November 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference of Rs. 1498. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                                    There were 100 SMS sent in a min to unknown international nos from my no. This is the second time and I have been reporting the same to airtel for last 2 months. There is no action taken. Am worried the no is being misused by service provider.

                                      My name is vishal suman having mobile no-[protected] (Vodaphone) visited the nearby airtel authorised shop for MNP request in to airtel, they charge me Rs.300.00 as a service charge, but not provided me any invoice, after I check at airtel site where MNP request is free of cost, now shop owner told me it is there service charge and not return my money even I asked about the invoice, he also not giving me invoice also.

                                        In my airtel thanks app it's showing 50 rs coupon ( 40 coupons) valid till 2023.

                                        When I click on redeem it goes to recharge section but nothing gets applied .

                                        Till now I have tried this many time.
