    Airtel Payment Bank account freezed

    I made Airtel Payment account and details were filled incorrectly first time. When I tried to do DTH recharge of 250, the amount was debited from my actual bank and Airtel Payment Wallet got credited, but transaction was not completed as Airtel has freezed the account. I am unable to edit the profile details, and don't remember DOB given in that. This is very surprising that Airtel Wallet is allowed to add money but there is no outgoing transaction...

    My dad had visited the airtel store on 21st Oct 2020, 12pm onwards. The bill was cleared before entering airtel local store at RT Nagar.
    They had demanded ₹500 for converting from post to prepaid on Airtel network. We never got any acknowledgement for what we have paid!
    Did this money goto airtel clowns sitting that airtel clowns office pockets?
    They are so unprofessional and rogues.

    I demand the explanation for taking ₹500

        I had raised a network related issues back in 2017, I was fooled by bunch of clowns sitting at airtel each time that some superman would come and sort out network issues and I can happily work from home and I'll get that satisfaction after paying the Bills which is around ₹1500+ everytime and these stubborn evil clowns at airtel they don't care if your internet is super slow (example 10-90kbps on 4G). So the wait is still going on and I'm being tortured to pay the bills by these evil clowns from airtel. And yeah can you imagine even Twitter page of airtel gives u same old good for nothing excuses.
        Please tell without internet usage whilst we all are working from home and how you guys beg or torture me for paying the bills? Each time u gave the lame reason that new network tower would be installed and I did not see this in my dreams too!
        Either convert my number to prepaid or waive off my bill so that I can get a Jio - because jio is amazing! It has more speedy people who have put their efforts in setting up the internet for uninterrupted connection.

        I'm not paying the bills and I don't want to continue with Airtel. Because you care about money not the people's problems.
        Waive off my bills and I'll stay with u on pre-paid otherwise I'll port to Jio.
        I have nearly lost whooping 30k+ since 2017.
        And I'm airtel good for nothing connection since 2006 - if you can remember I was one of the College special SIM subscriber.

        Just stop lying and stop blame games and do some serious jobs airtel!

        And it's totally unethical calling me since many days and asking me to pay bills - I had told I'm on hospital bed!

          Hello, i have been airtel from years and suddently i get no service error, i have been doing recharges and this is how i get repaid. i visited the airtel office there it shows SIM ACTIVE but it has no service, i tried in 2 other phones, tried manual network selection, did a recharge of 49 and as 199 was already active. PLEASE HELP!

            Hi Team,
            My Airtel Sim got deactivated automatically Two days back and there is no signal available to contact customer care. When I have called the nearby Authorized Airtel store (Nagercoil Location) from my another mobile number, they informed me to visit the store and pay INR50 for new SIM. Is it mandatory to visit and pay? or is there any other option available to resume my sim service?

              Dear sir,

              I am writing on behalf of my son's Airtel No [protected] which we he is using from very long.

              Today he is getting some problem while using internet after recharging netpack. He is not getting 4g. So he remove the sim and installed again. But he is not getting the 4g. When he called up customer care they informed your sim is converted to prepaid to postpaid.

              Sir, I am not understand why without informing they can convert. Please solve the problem as early as possible or else we have to complaint to consumer forum.

                  This is the second time I complained aboutone.airtel.in/rcconf server issue. I can't go to any website. How can I apply for college, How can I do my college stuff, This makes me really upset, I'm really fed up with this error, Please resolve this error

                    Dear Airtel Team,

                    Yesterday I have ported my SIM from Airtel postpaid to prepaid.

                    After that no network .. Totally out of service

                    I have contacted Airtel store, they advised me to change sim. I got the new sim and inserted it in the phone 1st slot.

                    I receied a msg stating "your services have been set. Please restart handset". After the restarting network went again and getting a "no service" message. What is the issue.

                    Totally frustrated with Airtel service

                    If you can't fix this issue please let me know the porting process to JIO/VI

                      Dear sir,
                      With due respect i want to acknowledge you that a mobile tower is going to install in a residendial society where only ine plot of size 20*40 are left rest in residential for people. And no permission ask from neighborhood people.
                      Sir lots of harmfull radiations, generator vibration and sound are emitted from it which is harmfull from all residents.
                      The mobile tower are installed at low height as per Supreme court ruling such tower are illegal and should me removed.
                      Having mobile tower in neighborhood can also pose many health problems.
                      So its a kind request to you ghat please look in to the matter and direct to shift the tower some suitable location. Thanks

                        I am owner of C401 and from last one year I am living in Citrine Housing Society Marunji Pune. But from last one year and before that Airtel has worst service in Marunji Pune. It's a request to fix this issue by providing proper customer service and good range for prepaid and postpaid Airtel SIM

                          Dear Sir,
                          I got my number [protected] converted from postpaid to prepaid on 01.11.20. I was told at your store at Phase5 that the number would start when I recharge for Rs. 219 after half an hour. I tries seven times on 01-02.11.20 but every time the amount got refunded. I visited two stores in Phase5 and Phase3B2 on 02.11.20, they also tried to recharge but it could not be done. Today I have spoken to customer care and they advise me that I should wait for resolution till 09.11.20. No reason for the problem was advised nor any clue has been given for such inordinate delay in resolving the problem.

                          May I expect an urgent resolution to the problem and a call from your office on urgent basis.

                              I have ordered a fasttag for my car on airtel payments bank with trust and belief that, i will get it on expected timelines of 14- 16 days. I have ordered it on airtel thanks app on 29th of Sep 2020. I got a sms saying on 20th Oct that my fasttag is generated and shipped. On 24th Oct I got a delivery message from Airtel. But it never delivered to me. When I drop an email for the same they respond me again with a new shipping message, Since that, the status showed as "shipped" in airtel thanks app, but it is not delivered even after 1 week since the status is marked as "shipped". I called airtel bank customer care multiple times, mostly i got ivr message saying that all customer support execuitves will call you back but i never recieved any call. Every time they are replying me that this delay due to Covid situation as delivery of the non essentials are not deliverable, but i never got the fasttag till now. I have mailed the airtel bank support email id [protected]@airtelbank.com, pno, grievance. Officer etc, but it is of no use. Every time they are providing some ticket number (Upto now i got 3 ticket numbers (Re: FasTag not received [CASE:7293366] [CASE:7336533] [CASE:7396240]). Every time they provided some consignment number to track with dtdc courier (Consignment number - x[protected] with comments saying that the consignment number is ready for tracking in 1 - 2 working days, but i was never able to track the consignment number of indian post. Always i get no data found message, if i track in india. Post website. 400 number is totally waste as I never able to reach any customer care executive on this number. Only ivr says that we'll contact you. I am very frustated with this kind of delay / worst service provided by airtel payments bank. I started loosing trust in airtel. Can you please help to escalate this issue to some senior officer in airtel?

                                Airtel DTH - pathetic service they are providing. Dish is installed near by tree and they are claiming charges for shifting. As per Airtel customer care, customer should aware all about this during installation time. They wont be responsible for any thing. Every month they will collect charges only. I moved for disconnection, their back end support team ensures all the problems will be addressed with in next one week and requested dont go for disconnection.
                                Nothing is happend for one month. I couldnt recharge due to that obstruction and when i ask customer care, you can remove.But we wont refund any thing.
                                these are the tickets i raised.
                                31863127, 31957479, 32054604,[protected] some tickets are closed without my knowledge and when i ask that, you might not be received the SMS.this is not our fault.
                                I dont know what to do next.

                                  This is to inform you that i made a payment of Rs. 2, 829/- on 18/10/2020 to buy new connection of Airtel Fiber (Application no.[protected]. But after 3-4 days regularly calling to executive (Mr. Lalit suthar) who wasn’t even picking up my call then his partner come and said the there is connection problem in your area and so broadband can’t be installed and your amount will be refunded within 7-10 days.but After no massage are for refund . But till now i haven’t got my refund amount.

                                      Airtel advertising that, when we recharge a plan before the expiry date, the new plan will start only AFTER the current plan is over. In one of my two Airtel numbers, the pre-paid plan of Rs 49 expires on 2nd November 2020. I recharged my prepaid for Rs 49 on 31st Oct 2020, which gives a talk time of Rs 38.52, 100 Mb data and provide a validity of 28 days. Today is November 02, 2020. My Airtel Thanks app should show validity as 28 days, since the expiry of previous plan is on 2nd November. But it shows the validity of only 24 days. That means it added only 26 days instead of 28 days, AND start the plan immediately after charging. In my earlier recharge also it added only 26 days, but I didn't put much thought to it. Now I have to cross check the validity date whenever I charge my other number with unlimited pack.
