Dear Sir,
I am staying in Chinoutpalii, Gannavaram, Near Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh and my Phone No. is [protected].
On 2nd Sept 2008, I took new connection and submitted all the documents (PAN card, BSNL Landline bill and Two photos). About 25 days back my phone no. is blocked (Showing call barred) and incoming -outgoing stopped. Because I have alternate no. I have not given much attention to that and I thought it was temporary. But 7days back when trying to make calls customer care, I got another no([protected]) to contact(From customer care) for the same problem. But to the same no. I am unable to contact as repeatedly computer reply comes “this no. doesn’t exist”. After few days it shows your SIM registration failure.

When I went to the Airtel Office in MG Road, Vijayawada (on 10th Oct 2008 about 5.PM)the staff said that your no. is cancelled because some of the document which is required, was not submitted by you. When I asked what document she didn’t answer. They told message was sent to you on 17th Sept 2008 but I am not sure because so many useless message is coming I am deleting that without even looking into .I asked any other way to help, answer was negative. Because I took new connection and also lifetime validity also, I am losing lifetime validity charge and balance worth Rs 110/-. I informed everything all about what I am losing but reply is same as above. Your Staff is telling that nothing can be done with paradoxical smile “thank you sir”. Because I want to gradually shift to this new no. and already gave to so many friends and also informed call to above no. from Diwali onwards.

Due to no fault of mine I am losing money.

Instead of cutting lines or barring incoming or outgoing calls, they can give a call inform to contact customer care. Everyday we are receiving many calls(Computer voice) regarding advertisement and call values of airtel.

As a customer I am not happy with the service.

Money is not everything, service is important, which I find deficient AIRTEL customer service.

Airtel Prepaid — Cancellation of registration

Hi,
I have purchased a sim no.[protected] in 26 october 07 from local retailer. after filling registration form and proper ID. The mobile phone no.was [protected] which works for about 10-12 days,after that incomming calls were blocked, so I contacted the local retailer but the incomming calls remain blocked for about a week after that he asked for ID again,so I deposited ID again but the phone remain as such.On 15.11.07 the registration was cancelled.So I complained to retailer then the retailer went to the office of the frenchise GURUJI SALES, 100ft. road, Shastripuram road, Agra from where the retailer prchased his stock of sim,and complained to frenchisee for cancellation of registration of mobile no [protected],there he saw that the ID proofs given by me and registration form were lying in his office.Such type of cases are in large number,and custmers used to go to another company.You should keep tightness to frenchisees.Now I want from you to start my mobile soon. And please inform me about the action you take soon.

Airtel Prepaid — Sim registration cancelled

I have airtel prepaid no. [protected] . I converted it in to life time plan by giving Rs. 999/- . as per my knowledge in the 6 months it requires to recharge. I did recharge with in six month but when i try to use my no. after 2-3 month it says registration cancelled. Even i recharged with in 6 months. It reallyy disgusting such a big co. do like this. when i contacted airtel oofice they say this no. is deleted and you cannot get back this nos. neither ur nos. list. Its really shocked me such a big reputed co, do like this.

Airtel Prepaid Connection — Registration failure

Sir,
I am having a prepaid connection([protected]) for last three years and it is continuous use since then. Recently my service was disabled quoting the reason of documents shortage. Presently i am at Lonavla for an urgent commitement and my services were disabled due to which I suufered financially as well as mentally.
Pls provide me some solution for the same. I coudn't able to visit the nearest service centre too due to my busy work schedule and customer care service is not active in my mobile.

Airtel Prepaid — CONNECTION FAILURE

Respected sir/ madam,

MY air tel number is [protected], i am using this number for the last
five years.... Today 8.45 onwards i am not getting ntwork....I am
suffering without connection.. Without informing u disconnected..
Y..........If this will continue i am going to change other netwrok.....
I[censored] need any details y u r not sending SMS.... or Call..... and also
my connection automatically extended upto 2011...Actually i am
going to submit the documents on december 3rd...due to my connection
was ended on 2nd dec,,, But u extended without information and automatically. Today i fully affected without network... i unable to contact
anyone....... Who is the responsible for the incident?

good morning, my name is vijay kumar.my wife name is ramya and she got a airtel prepaid number [protected].she lost her mobile her mobile last week and we applied for new sim in basaveswarnagar branch and we got it.but later after three days some other person has taken the same number and my number has deactivated. i want to resolve it within 24 hours or i will take leagul action.

    Dear Sir,
    I have converted my SIM from prepaid to postpaid. Application and Total Payment of Plan is given to Balaji Communication, Rajgurunagar, Pune. Befor a MONTH ago
    Now my prepaid no.[protected] is out of order from last 25 days till it is not activated. I am facing lot of problem in comunication.

    I am using a corporate number from Airtel for HCl Comnet Systems & Services ltd which is (+91-[protected]) on 15th of Feb i lost my cellphone hence i called airtel custcare and asked them to deactivate my services as i have lost cellphone - so then they have deactivated my services.

    On 16th of Feb i went to an airtel shop in Dilshad Garden at around 10:00 AM. There i have taken a duplicate sim from the executive and then she told me that this will be activated in not more then 4 hours b.coz thats there SLA.

    My number was not activated till the evening.

    So next day i again went to the same airtel shop and asked the same lady that my number is still not working then she said that i am taking the request again and it will take 1 to 2 hour to activate, then i reached my office at 01:30 PM and still the number was not activated.

    So then i again went to AIRTEL shop in Sector - 18 Noida, and when i showed him my cell he said that the lady has given you H2 the wrong SIM it should H1 not H2.i dont know what is H1 & H2.

    So then he has given me new SIM that was H1.and he said that it will be activated in another 4 Hour...but still my no is not activated.

    I AM TOTALLY FRUSTATED WITH THE NON FULL FILLING COMMITMENTS AND POOR SERVICES OF THE AIRTEL - AND DUE TO THIS I HAVE BEEN MENTALLY SUFFERED LOT.

      I Have Complain About Network Prombleam In My Home Area Since Last 6 Month. I Had Personaly Complain In Your Ahmedabad Bharati Lobby (Income Tax) But The Exe. Was Told Me The Prom. Solved In One Month Two Month But No Solutation From Him Side. So PLz Help For That. Network Prom. Is Not In My Area Even I Am In My House So That Time I Have To Go Outside From House. Because That Time I Was Recived Call Sunddley It Was Discount. Other No Network In My Home Side.

        I have been using Airtel card ([protected]) for more that 3 years. For the last two months I started getting pre-recorded calls from Airtel fron no.[protected] more than 10 times a day, though it was registered for DND 4 months back. I complained to Airtel several time but with no luck. Then one day I called Airtel customer care (121) and asked the details about the DND and I was surprised when a CC said that after registration of DND it get activated within 45 days and the registered no will not get and unwanted call for 45 days only and again after that I will have to register for DND again, and again it would take 45 days to get activated.
        I shouted on that CC guy and told him that this not the rule, but he insisted on it and disconnected the phone. Next day a my friend told me that Hallo Tunes is activated on no. and immediately I checked my balance and Rs.200 had been deducted from my no. I immediately called Airtel CC and informed them about it and asked them that how they charged me Rs.200/- without my knowledge and I didn't even asked for Halo Tunes and even I did not get any sms or any call from Airtel b4 activating Halo Tunes. The Airtel guy told me to that the amount would be credited in my card in 24 hours and Halo Tunes would be deactivated but more than 5 days have gone Halo Tunes is deactivated but still I haven't got my 200 in my card even after reminding them everyday.
        I have inquired about DND with TRAI and immediately I got reply from them. According to TRAI any no. activated for DND will not get unwanted calls till the customer itself deactivate the DND.
        TRAI needs to take some serious steps towards this and give some relief to customers.
        I would agree with his opinion as an airtel customer having been in such a worse situation. I usually gets 5-6 service messages from the airtel which are ads to use aitel world. Even after repeated complaints for 3 months still it is continuing and every time you call they will restart the whole game.

          Time & again I have been proved by Airtel that they are just getting from bad to worse.

          Their Customer Service is not at all efficient nor even upto the mark forget doing any Value Add.

          The service as well as the customer service is just frustrating me day-by-day.



          Here is the list of problems I am facing with Airtel -



          1. CLIP Service displays incomplete / incorrect info (e.g. for any incoming call if the no. is +9122XXXXXXXX it misses the 3rd digit after + thus showing only +912XXXXXXXX & similarly it misses out the 3rd digit 9 in cell phone nos. i.e. it shows only +91?892XXXXXX. Surprisingly this at times also picks up the Phonebook Entry & displays it but if I call back the no. it gives me THIS IS AN INVALID NO.
          2. Each time I try to dial 121, I hear nothing but echo of my own voice, somehow the call does not go through.
          3. If I try the [protected] from a cell / landline it gives me THIS IS AN INVALID NO.
          4. If I dial 555 & press 2 as per IVR to activate VMS it again gives me THIS IS AN INVALID NO.
          5. Hello Tune Services were not restored on 1st of Aug as informed by Airtel broadcast SMS to customers, instead it was resolved on 5th Aug & there was no notification of the delay sent to customers.
          6. GPRS Services which until now were the best feature with Airtel have also become intermittent.
          7. All providers provide a free of charge Call Conferencing Facility but not Airtel which charges 75 p.m. as I enquired.
          8. Airtel Hold Music is more of a nuisance when need to receive an urgent call amidst an important business call.
          9. The Customer Service Reps deny escalations.
          10. Most of them are unprofessional at times (I agree some, ONLY SOME are very polite).
          11. Airtel does not provide any flexibility in payment dates – I remember I was hospitalized & alone in the city hence was unable to pay & Airtel Bill & my services were discontinued & were not restored for 3 days until I paid the bill after my discharge. I tried to request & convince the Airtel folks at my wits end to start my services at least until I get discharged. This kind of a behavior with an 18 month old customer is a shocking inhumane experience to me.

          Airtel seems to be having a full time 'Dirty Tricks Deparment' working 24/7
          They ask you if you want 'Bikini Alert' or 'Matrimonial' and other assorted rubbish @ Rs10 for 10 days and so on. When you say STOP, they merrily say 'welcome' your service has started. You sms back STOP STOP STOP! They tell you they can't process that. And they keep on deducting money with the regularity of a pendulum clock.
          I don't know who runs this company but it is a shame that such a 'big' man should stoop to pick my pocket with an efficiency better than any Fagin or the Artful Dodger.
          It's like stealing candy from a child.
          But at the end of the day I can't understand why I carried on with Airtel as long as I did.
          I have just given Airtel the boot. And at least for the moment 'Aall is well!'
          airtel playing hello tune on my number without mt permission. they are cutting my balance.
          Airtel just does not bother for the loss of their customer's business. for last thhree weeks, we can not make calls to Switzerland from Airtel mobile & landline numbers. We also can not receive calls from Switzerland on Airtel landlines. When I checked, they said this is server problems with Airtel all over India and will take another two weeks? So who is responsible for the loss of business due to this non communication. We have our all phones from Airtel and now they do not respond. They are aslo not giving any answers when would this problem be rectified. They simply say that its technical problem and what can they do?           Airtel — Multiple Issues

          I bought a blackberry 8520 and activated the blackberry 899 plan and earlier i had 98 RS pack for unlimited internet and i tried deactivating the 98 rs pack as i had the blackberry unlimited internet pack but was not able to deactivate hence contacted the Customer care asking them to deactivate but it they could not do it and i was charged for the same the next month and i called them back and got the money refunded but issue did not stop there the service was still active hence had to call them again again to get it deactivated and finally after 2 months of torture they got it cancelled and now i got a new issue with the balance getting deducted very often without me using any services,,i called the customer care and they say that they dont have the records for the balance getting deducted and said that they will take a complaint and gave a complaint number which is [protected] and even after that the balance is still getting deducted hence called up the airtel complaint number 198 but they said that i will have to call the blackberry services 7070 and when i call that number it says that i am not qualified to call that number. This is getting over me like anything and getting upset with it please please help me with this

          I am shocked when airtel charge me about rs 405. for net surfing.
          They know i am using some internet packs of rs 98 every month. but this time they can't inform me about the expiring of internet packs and charge me of about rs 405. I am not happy with this discharging. They have to inform me first. Now airtel in trouble because i am going to "GRAHAK SURAKSHA KENDRA" if they don' t return me my balance.

          Airtel — Multiple Issues with Airtel

          I am an Airtel customer since last 5 years and was happy with their services for two of my mobile numbers and one telephone and broadband connection until the launch of their so called "NEW" website.

          COMPLAINT NO 1: I have got a new BB Curve Handset and wanted to activate BB services on it. I had to call to their helpline 121 more than 5 times (for three consecutive days) for them to figure out that my handset was not 3G enabled and could only work on GPRS. The last representative's name was Harpreet and he had absolutely no idea of any solution to my problem. I started with telling him my problem and explained it for good 5 minutes and guess what, after five minutes he said "Sir mein aapki kya sahaayta kar sakta hoon"!!! WHAT? Was I talking to the wall in your room???? But I kept my calm and told him the problem again. After spending a good 10 minutes just explaining my problem, he simply cut the phone by almost shouting at me that its my fault to purchase a BB handset from outside and not Airtel. I went to the mobile phone showroom and got the information that my latest BB phone will only work with GPRS, which BTW even after repeated calls is NOT yet activated since last 8 days. Oh and BTW, did I mention that almost everyday at least one of the Airtel representative told me "Sir humaare systems down hain, mein aapki koi sahaayta nahi kar sakta" - CHEERS UNCLE AIRTEL

          COMPLAINT NO 2: I have a pre-paid Airtel number that I wanted to re-charge through m-chek. I repeatedly tried registering through the "NEW" airtel website and got a "Registration Successful" message. However when I tried proceeding with the re-charge, it told me that am NOT registered with M-chek!!!! WHAT THE HELL??? I registered TWICE and even got the confirmation!!! Well, I called on 121 and the representative told me to "Register" first. I told him that I did it twice but he dint seem to care and kept telling me to register. I could feel that he is hopeless and so I cut the phone. THE END - my phone is still NOT re-charged. - CHEERS AGAIN UNCLE AIRTEL

          COMPLAINT NO 3:

          ME TO AIRTEL REP ON PHONE: "Hi, my broadband bill is repeated this month. I paid two days back and got a payment received confirmation. When I check my account now, it shows me that the amount has NOT been paid. WHY??"

          AIRTEL: sorry sir our systems are down and I cannot help you.

          WELL DONE AIRTEL - GREAT TREATMENT TO YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS - WE LOVE YOU - THREE CHEERS TO UNCLE AIRTEL
          Airtel DTH is a pain, they ask to make online payment and after that they don't respond and its just frustrating. Ignore Airtel DTH, any other provider TATA, Videocon are much better. I used tata previously its hassle free, just for a good and stylish remote and airtel HD i booked DTH HD but its like vanished.

          No response, ignorant customer care, Even Sunil Mittal and the whole team is working to cheat people and they are just useless buggers who steal money from your pocket to finance their livelihood.

          Airtel site itself is cheating people, they will ask you to enter your name and number and a representative will call you from Gurgaon (My case Lalit Goswami called) he will ask to make the payment online and once your payment is done, forget airtel forget your money you will get to know if you try so better learn from my experience and avoid airtel as much as possible.

          I promised my self no for all airtel product and i changed my postpaid number also.

          Airtel DTH is fraud. Sunit Mittal has no control over its fraud team in Gurgao.

            I am a prepaid customer of Airtel Bihar, using GPRS facility in lieu of Rs 250 monthly deduction.

            The network is really bad.Particularly GPRS speed is exremely slow.They deduct Rs.250 on exact dates, but cant provide service properly.I feel realy cheated while using the GPRS service.

            Their CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE is too bad, You can never talk to their executive as the "NETWORK IS ALWAYS BUSY".They should close 121 service.

            Its not only my personal problem, but with the whole region.

            If this continues, I will be forced to switch my service provider, as in this competitive environment other providers will certainly provide some better option.

            I am really fed up with their service.

            Hope any senior level manager take notice of my problem, else I am sorry to say that you are certainly going to lose a lot, as single single drops make ocean.

            I have recharged my prepaid Airtel mobile (Kolkata Region) with 498 unlimited GPRS pack. I am not getting good speed, connection and customer service from Airtel.

            And i pay Rs.400 for talk time plan and mobile office(GPRS), but I am not satisfied with their inregular service,
            Actualy i am not able to access GPRS from so many time or access speed is too low, and i register my complain in 121 and 198 but still waiting for positive responce. I think airtel doesnot want to care of customer,

            Myself is P. N. Agrawal. Having connection no. [protected]. I am residing in ACC Colony, Post - Jamul Cement Works, Distt. DURG. City-BHILAI in Chhattisgarh State.

            my complaint is as under :-

            First kindly note that this is not only my personal complaint.
            People whoever residing in this area have complained about Bad services.
            I am working at ACC Limited (Cement manufacturing unit).
            We have got the Group connection also in the ACC from you.

            Since last 15 days whenever we call, the call is maturing but at their end my voice is not reaching properly and they complained that "AWAZ CUT RAHI HAI". Then we do not have any other option either call from other services like Landline, Idea, Smart, Reliance, etc.

            Please note that whenever we call from same mobile/handset/connection from other places, there is no connectivity or hearing problems.

            We heard that any of your service staff have disturbed the ANTINA of nearby tower and moved the face.

            it seems that to facilitate some othe customers you have disturbed us.

            Kindly registere my complaint and do the needful.

            Please also note that we have the group of 14-15 persons who had choose the services are AIRTEL, fortunately i had approached them to procure the services of AIRTEL and all they have trusted on me but all are unhappy now and thinking to move with some other connectivities.

            Hope the above complaint will be attended by you.

            A line of confirmation is requested to convey thew same to my friends.

              The customer care cell,
              Airtel.

              1. it is extremely shameful what has happened to an honest customer of your postpaid mobile connection.
              2. my wife rashmi verma was having airtel mobile postpaid connection connection no. –[protected] @ address of 6329, rajiv vihar, manimajra, chandigarh.
              3. i happen to be a neurosurgeon in the armed forces & thus have to move frequently on transfers & when that happens my family too moves with me.
              4. i got transfer orders for lucknow & sometime during first week of feb 2008, I personally submitted the application signed by my wife for closing the connection & also the amount due at your collection center at SHOPPING COMPLEX, MODERN HOUSING SOCIETY, MANIMAJRA, CHANDIGARH.
              5. today at around 1650 hrs one mr mukesh calls me up on my mobile and claiming to be SOOCHNA ADHIKARI, TEES HAZARI COURT DELHI asks my wife to talk to one lawyer (? yours) who informs us that an amount of rs1124.00 is due on the above mentioned number and that it has to be paid immediately(SICKENING AUDACITY!!!) which we did anyway(vide online receipt no[protected] & VOILA!!—we were told that the connection is STILL ON ! that too we intend to close tomorrow –atleast try to close by reapplying & hoping against hope that this application too does not meet the same fate –given the proven efficiency/honesty of your staff on ground.

              POINTS TO PONDER
              A . what does the customer do? Do expect all your customers to maintain the receipts for next one year to prove his honesty?
              b. I know I can never prove it in a court of law but ethically it is your word against mine-who is more honest---you decide.
              c. whether the finance ministry agrees to make amends to the pay commission or not ---GENTLEMEN, THE NUCLEAR CAPABLE MIGHTY INDIAN ARMY PAYS ITS OFFICERS ENOUGH TO LIVE RESPECTFULLY
              & HONESTLY.
              d. what about circumstantial evidence----has a single call been made from that number after 2nd week feb2008?
              e. what about circumstantial evidence---- has a single call been received at that no after the official 7day grace period(I didn’t ask for it, I was told it was your companys policy--& I was mighty impressed imust say!!!)?
              f. what about circumstantial evidence---- you dot need to call Sherlock holmes or jasoos karamchand to see that there were ONLY INCOMING CALLS the last 7 days—those were the free incoming calls allowed by you during the grace period.
              g. talking of Sherlock holmes-why don’t you do some introspection at your end.do you believe in good housekeeping—or do you simply leave the job of record keeping to your customers.if you do then how about looking for some TORN COUNTRFOILS IN THE BILL BOOK of your above mentioned collection center.he DID give me a bill I am certain.
              h. talking of Sherlock holmes – if you have such good sleuths who could trace my tele no at lucknow – does the popular brand name airtel does not have the decency of giving me a call before taking the matter to the court?
              i. I am not sure whether I gave my forwarding address – if I did it is all the more disgusting on your part not to have even written to me—so much for your slogan—BATEIN GIRA SAKTI HAIN SOME STUPID DEEWAREIN…SIC!
              j. If you do some record check you will realize that we also had opted for your landline connection at the same address either on my wife/ my name which we promptly got disconnected within a few months-- would you not like to know the reason –FRAUD—we had also complained against your staff --one mr mishra ---so much for your track record!!
              k. Never again will i opt for an airtel connection in my life. May you become the biggest telecom firm in the world by the huge profit of Rs 1124.00.
              l. I am thinking of writing to army head quarters to advise fellow brothers in uniform about this incidence & to think twice before opt ing for your services.You think it is funny don’t you—so did ms mamata banerjee think when tatas said they will quit.
              m. What can you do?? Keep the money, do some record check &say sorry atleast.

                Airtel — NON-RECEIPT OF MONTHLY BILLS

                I am using AIRTEL post paid SIM for the last 3 months. For the first month I received mbill msg on my cell, but subsequently I receive only payment due msgs.. I nether receive the BILL nor the mbill msg. Now you tell me how do I make the payment without the BILL or mbill msg., but you keep sending payment due msgs. We have to go after AIRTEL spending money by calling them to the bill. Is it not ridiculous.

                Please look into this problem.

                Airtel Broadband Services — Non-receipt of monthly bills

                Despite my repeated request to the authorities, I am not receiving the monthly telephone bills.
                I have a feeling that the messengers ( read courier-service) is to blame.They are either not delivering the bills to the proper addresses, or making false and ficticious initials on the PODs, after dumping the bills some place.But at the end of the day, the management needs to address the matter, as they are having to receive all the public complaints.

                    I wish to bring to the notice of all general public using Bharti Airtel's Services and especially the Management at Bharti Airtel itself, the abusive and the corrupt nature of the Customer Service Executives employed at the various Customer Support "Call" Centres servicing Airtel.

                    They never have the answers to your queries/complaints and if asked they do not even have the courtesy to check on the matter, in fact they prefer either putting customer's calls on hold for an indefinite period or use abusive language. I wonder what happens to all the "THIS CALL MAY BE RECORDED FOR INTERNAL TRAINING PURPOSES".

                    The best part is yet to come, these so called Customer Service Executives/Representatives even have the audacity to use the name of BHARTI Tele's Corporate Director-Human Resources (HR), Mr. Daljit Singh's name as their own. I am sick and tired of making complaints to Airtel about their Network issues in the Mumbai region which is the biggest Metropolitan city of India, so I can just imagine what the condition of their services would be in other parts of the country.

                    I'm airtel's regular user. During this period i experienced worst service. Once i had a call of my boss from US. Next day i needed to call him back but due to some problem in my cell phone my incoming call record got vanished. So, i called customer care (But they dont care about customer..!!) and requested for the list of international calls i received last night. Subsequently 3 times call got disconnected automatically as i hear a tone "THIS CALL MAY BE RECORDED FOR INTERNAL TRAINING PURPOSE". Then on next call to customer care i hear "KINDLY SMS YOUR QUERY TO 121".
                    I sms them my query but every thing gone waste.I havent got any reply. Then i called 121 from my friend's cell phone. This time after 2 try, third time call got connected. This time i asked for the received call list last night from my number [protected]. This foolish lady refused me to give that list. She said goto pune on following address and ask there for list you want. At that time i was 300 km away and i had to have number of my boss any how. then i requested more than 4-5 customer care executive for number but nothing happen.
                    That time i experienced Hell on the earth with Airtel...
                    Hi! I am an existing user of Airtel Broadband and tried to get a postpaid mobile number of Airtel only.
                    I submitted my documents for address verification and it was my Broadband bill only. After three days I received a message from Airtel that my address verification is negative. After digging the matter I came to know that for address verification some of there executive punched the wrong address.
                    I was wondering that if I am already using Airtel Broadband how come it is possible that my residence verification at same address can become negative. But these Airtel people can do anything. I again submitted my document for verifcation and again received a same message that verification is negative. When I tried to speak to an executive at there local outlet, he responded in such a manner that I started believing that I am culprit for negative verification.
                    Meanwhile I wrote a mail to Airtel Customer Care. That mail is carrying a long trail now but every time it appears that they have a single format for every mail that I should carry a copy of my document to the nearest Airtel shop. It never appears that they are interested in resolving the issue.
                    It has been now more than a month that I am chasing Airtel for my postpaid number. I have deposited a security amount of Rs500/- for that number. Now I want to get my money refunded and no more Airtel Number, But on that issue Airtel executives are saying that I need to pay some additional amount alongwith that Rs 500/- security deposit which is now not refundable, to save myself from their defaulter list.
                    I am feeling helpless and being cheated by Airtel.

I took a connection on[protected], after completion of December on 31st of Dec i got a message of my outgoing calls are inactivated due to the negative verifcation. Since[protected] to till date[protected] i didn't get my service back.

                    When i call to the customer care people they are not saying properly and also avoiding the further discussion by saying "we are activating your service by today". At airtel outlet centres also i am facing the same problem.

                    Bharti Airtel/ Mobile Services — Service/ Network/ Abusive calls

                    I have been using Airtel mobile services since 2007.

                    There have been various instnces wherein a complaint hasbeen made on the customer care nos of Airtel for weak network signals at my residential and ofiice areas.

                    There has been no resolution to the same.Almost 50% of the day there is no network.

                    Due to network problems, I had to compulsorily subscribe for missed call alrets for which the serrvice provider ,i.e AIRTEL charges me.

                    I DONOT GET MISSED CALL ALRETS ALSO.

                    IN CASE ANY MESSAGE IS RECEIVED, IT COMES ONLY AFTER 24 HRS

                    The service provider had confirmed that the payments of each bill will be collected from my office on monthly basis. But no one comes to collect.

                    EACH MONTH I AM BEING CHARGED RS.200/- as late payment fees for the services not provided by them.

                    Since last one week, one of the Airtel executive has been continously calling because I am noting using the services as much I was using it earlier.

                    Inspite of telling him not to call and also making a complaint to AIRTEL on the CUSTOMER CARE NOS the executive keeps giving missed calls/ blank calls and at times uses abusive language.


                    In case of late payments, the collection agency guys call and use threatening language.

                    Please resolve all the above problems.

                    I'd done a recharge of Rs1000 based on the information airtel provided in their website.
                    But only after doing the recharge I came to know that it was an Iphone offer which was not needed for me.
                    I was going for a trip that I needed the balance urgently. I called their customer support and raised the issue. But they said they cant do anything. Atlast I forced them to connect the call to their team leader. He returned me the amount of Rs.150 then itself after a fight for half an hour and promised me to get back the rest of the balance before 10:00am next day. I waited till next day, but didnot get the amount. I went to their office and they pointed to a telephone and asked me to call customer care again. Again after three hours of struggle and fight they said I have to wait till 8:00pm.
                    After getting back home, i tried calling them but they didnot connect to customer care . Till now I didnot get the solution of the problem.
                    They are thinking that we customers are fools that we donot understand the drama they are playing their.It is the worst service provider.

                      Hi, i m mayur. I have an Airtel prepaid number [protected]. I needed the GPRS service, so on 2nd oct., i sent the message to activate the GPRS, i got the message that GPRS will be activated
                      within 4 hrs and that i will get a confirmation message. Well i waited for 4 hours, but i didnt got any confirmation message. I tried 4 times, but i didnt got any confirmation. So i left it and went out to cyber cafe to do my job. Later on 9th oct, when i checked my balance, i found that a lot of balance was deducted(more than 130 Rs.). I dont talk on the phone too much, so i was confused and then i thought may be GPRS was activated. And yes, it was activated. So my 105 Rs. was deducted for a service which never informed that its activated. I tried calling the cust. service, but they just picked the phone, but nobody answered. This happened at least 6 times, tried from a diff. phone, still the same result. Finally i got hold of one CSR(Satish kadam). I explained him my problem and requested him to refund the amount thart was deducted for GPRS. I told him that he can check his system to see that i never used the GPRS on my computer. If i have used that the request does go to Airtel only after which thay activate the internet. But he said that his system is getting upgraded, so he cant check it right now. Now i am a network engineer myself, so i know he was making a fool of me, because he speeled out my mobile no. and its details without me telling anything to him. He said me to call back because his system was getting upgraded. I didnt want to lose him bcoz i feared no one would again answer my call. But he insisted for call back as he was helpless!I called back. This time it was Gita. She told me that the amt. cannot be refunded. I told her that she can on her system. I also told that when i use my GPRS on my comp. it sends my username and password for verification to Airtel only after which they activate the internet. But she refused. So here am I. And this is not the first time this has happened to me. Every time i activate GPRS, it takes at least 2-3 days to deactivate after i send the message to deactivate it. So i would really appreciate if some one can help refund this amt. Its not about the money. I just want Airtel to realise they spend a lot on advertisement, but i think they should also invest more in their infrastructure. For that i want that refund.

                            I have paid my bill in regularly in my office but due to pending of other persons bill company closed the outgoing in my mobile no [protected].since 1/7/08 . one surprise thing who was not paid bill in our office his mobile working properly and now yesterday my other no [protected] also out going closed. when I call to 121 they told me contect to mr.ghanchi which is the head cleark in our office.i contect to much more time to that persone he told me i am helpless he never done any action so what can i do?                                 Airtel Broadband connection — POOR SERVICE

                                sir/madam, i am a SUMIT SRIVASTAVA([protected]), resident of BHOPAL and i have a complaint regarding activation of my new AIRTEL BROADBAND conection. on 30.09.08 i went to airtel office(M.P.NAGAR, BHOPAL) for a new airtel broadband connection.i was told i will b given the connection in 2-3 days of time.on 01.10.08 airtel executive mr.manish([protected])came to me in the morning with the form and i paid him rs.400 for the connection.he also said that within 2-3 days my net connection will be activated but this is 09.10.08 when i write this complaint to you and still i have not got my connection done.for the last 6 days contineously i have been callin to your executive mr.manish whom i paid rs. 400 regarding my connection but either he does not pick up my call or he assures me that it will be done today only but it never really gets done.now he gave me another no to ask when my connection will be done.it is mr.p.n.lohiya([protected]) who on calling him provied another no 2 me and asked me to check on that no. regarding my connection. certainly i don't think it is a customer's responsibility to arrange all those numbers for himself rather it is the responsibility of the concerned authorities.it has really been not so good situation for me as i have been suffering with great inconvenienece becuase of this not so supportive role of your persons.
                                a few months back i had another problem regarding my billing of my airtel mobile, at that time too i had to pay a number of visits to the AIRTEL OFFICE and only after 3-4 months hard labour i got my things done. that time i did not do anything but this time around i may have to take some more strict actions against AIRTEL.
                                kindly provide me with the solution of my internet activation woes and i want my internet activated in least possible time otherwise because of the great inconvenienece caused to me by the AIRTEL AUTHORITIES i may even consider of going into CONSUMER FORUM.

                                  I'm having 3 postpaid connections of Bharti Airtel. I have been facing problems with [protected] regarding to outgoing calls even the payment had been done. Why this is happening with Airtel customers? Does Airtel want to lose their customers?

                                  I have done all the payments by cheques. I have checked all transactions by netbanking and all the cheques had been cleared.

                                  Please restore all the services to [protected] as soon as possible. If you will not restart all services to above-mentioned number, then I will close all 3 postpaid connections of Bharti Airtel immediately.

                                  Try to provide good and quality services to your customers; otherwise, you will be simply definitely losing your customers.

                                  The Said amount was cleared on 17th Jun 2009 from my A/c. I have again contacted our Bank for confirmation they informed me that the cheque
                                  was credited in favour of AIRTEL A/c on 17th Jun 2009 itself.

                                  Now my problem is your execeutives are unnecessarrly harrassing me and informing that this cheque was not received. My Bank statement showing this cheque was cleared in favour of AIR tel on 17th itslelf.

                                  Sir, I have paid the dues but your staff''s are disconnecting my connection from Jun 2009 onwards. One Mr. Vinay, Complaint No Booked 21781734, even he rudly behaved me. We noticed that he is not having enough training to how to deal with the custormers. He told me if you are disconnecting this line compnay will not suffer.

                                  Kindly note that I have taken your connection after disconnecting MTNL Service and as a customer I have timely deposited the money. In my Bank statement clearly showing the money credited in AIRTEL A/c. Since I have not committed any fault then why you have disconnected my line frequently and how can you ask for payment for non-accessing/using period.

                                  I have enclosed the scaned copy of my Bank statement for your ready reference. . Again I am requesting you pl do not de activate my line. I have incurred huge loss in my business due to your connection for the last one months. My all orders delayed and cancelled due to your connection and non-coperation of your executives.

                                    we have taken 5 Airtel numbers in a group, the main issue is when we dial these numbers from a bsnl line the message comes as these numbers does not exist (but works fine when called from any service provider), i had raised complaint with Airtel they said the problem is rectified but not.
                                    the most annoying part is they want me to call from each number and log a different complaint...
                                    the customer service and attitude of some staff are very bad and I am seriously thinking of switching the provider as their is worthless compared to what i had in the past.

                                      i am an aitel user havin a prepaid connection by the number [protected].

                                      which was taken up barely a month ago.yesterdaynight i recieved a message from an airtel number 53211 statin that a caller tune has been activated on my number under an yearly plan and i have been charged 15 rs/- for it.wherein i didnot activate any caller tune on my number. on callin up the customer care office the caller tune was deactivated but my balance wasn't retrieved.



                                      again after mid night i checked my balance which was 311.somethin some while ago and then reduced to 111.somethin. 200 rs/- were deducted from my account without any usage from my side.



                                      i would hereby request you to please look into the matter and retrieve my balance. if such carelesness would continue from your side then i am sorry to inform you that i would like to switch over to some other connection.



                                      also i would like to inform you that your customer care operators are very unprofessional in their approach. they have no interest in listening to our problems and helpin us. they disconnect the calls just within a few seconds and one has 2 al over go through the same process of gettin connected to the customer care which is very teadious n tiresome.

                                        This is in reference to the plan change from Advance Rental 998 to 999 plan for my Airtel No:- [protected]. I would also like to inofor you about the 'THIRD CLASS CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OF AIRTEL' which is completely useless. After Trying for hour's you get to get in touch with your customer service executives & then they put the call on mute & disconnect the call /Else place it on Hold. IF you can see in your records I called airtel customer care several times. On one instance i was given a complaint id no:[protected] Mr. Navaz). I told him that Airtel had activated the 999 Plan on my No:- [protected]. I dont want this plan & had never asked for activation of this plan . I am Happy with my 998 Plan which i was using & WANT TO CONTNUE WITH THE SAME PLAN. I was provided the above complaint ID & i was assured that i would receive a call within 24 Hour. Days passed & i never recieved a call. So i called customer complaint centre agina & i was shocked when your Executive told me that no complaint has been lodged by the prevous executive & your executive noted my complaint again & told me that i would receive the Complaint ID By SMS which i never received.
                                        I lost my patience & agiant called the customer complaint centre on 7.10.08. at around 6.15 pm. I was told by the executive that they could not help me, they put me on long hold. They were abusive, they refused to give me complaint id/Reference id & also refused to give me there Employee Id & Told me that they cannot help me /cannot transfer me to Higher level & disconnected the call.

                                        Please look into the matter & take control of the behaviour & responsibility of your customer care. I AM REALLY FED UP OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE.

                                        Now i am working in a tamilnadu police department.Airtel anouncing scheme for the police dept in 2004 All Airtel To Airtel Free i take on line [protected]i am using of this line past 4and half years, in this period i paid my some bills in after 2monts and 3monts also, in november and december month is pending i got the call from airtel january sombody is talk to me " Sir i am calling from Courier office we have a parcel, so please conform u r address and Name, i also confirm my name and residential address, again he said sir i am alling from Airtel Please pay your Bill, i said i am using of this line past 4and Half years, why u r speaking like this, He speake rude behavier he's cut the line, and next day my line also is disconnected i dont know he is done or not, but two days after i go to airtel office i talk with the Executive he said your line is "PERMENENTLY DEACTIVATED" at the day itself i got call from airtel dept-payment calls i said every persons for whom asking for the payment, i said i ready to pay i need same NO & Same SCHEME, but every one says for i will give the No, not for the same scheme and i argue with the person somebody speake RUDLY So i like to go for the CONSUMER COURT, Some companys anouncing schemes when in a starting period but it will develope they dominating the Consumers...
