    Dear Sir,
    Although, I do not know if my grievance will be sorted out, please note down my complaint:-

    I got my prepaid mobile phone no. [protected] charged with Rs.100/- on the 17th of September 2008 at 07:58 PM with a transID 27979662.

    After recharging I received a conformation from eRecharge but, my phone has not been credited with Rs.87/-.

    I have been desperately trying to get in touch with Customer care department, but am feeling harassed, since I am not being able to connect through to a pre-paid customer care executive.

    Kindly give me a call on [protected] or[protected] or[protected] to give a solution to my roblem

      I am Rajesh Vaidya holding Airtel prepaid connection number [protected]. My problem is stated below:

      - I activated GPRS service on 30th Aug, 2008
      - I deactivate GPRS service on 31st Aug, 2008 after 24 hrs of the time of activation
      - The amount of RS 29.98 should have been deducted.
      - Instead 89.94 was deducted. So I should get a refund of 59.96 Rs.
      - Moreover on 14th Sep, 2008 again 29.98 Rs were deducted against VAS download. Please note that there was no such download done from the number nor any activation request for sent for any type of service.
      - On 15th Sep, 2008 also there was a deduction of 14.99 Rs against VAS download for no reason.
      - I had called numerous times to Airtel Customer care and did not got proper response. Some said that the refund will happen in 2 hours while some did not respond to my query.
      - I am mentally harassed a lot and placing a humble request to refund the amount of Rs 104.93 as soon as possible.
      - The customer care professional informs me that the GPRS service has not been deactivate since 20 Aug, 2008. Then my question is why the 14.99 Rs did not got deducted on every day after that?

      In total I want Rs 104.93 refund in my prepaid no [protected]

      Dear Team,

      My Pre Paid Mobile number is [protected] and i have recharged it for life time, then also it is saying that my validity date is on Sep-2010.

      Now its a new problem from your end, my prepaid account is deducting daily one rupee and receiving unknown and unrelated messages from your Airtel Company. I am strictly objecting for it.

      I never activated any service to my prepaid number then why my account is getting deducted daily for one rupee.

      Please do the need full and oblidge.

      i can't for customer care service...
      i want gprs settings...i don't now how to get this settings...
      But our cannot connect my call...i really dispointment with your service..
      And some amount was charged from my account balance...Four days ago i spoken to customer care. He said, "I taken the complaint."But right now any response from your side.And also not connect to my call to customer service...

      I never activated any service to my prepaid number then why my account is getting deducted daily for one rupee.. This is the second time..i had a problem...i thought airtel is best network in india...But now airtel customer care servies is very poor than other servies...worst customer services...

        I was working in Freescale Semiconductor India Pvt Ltd. in Noida around one year before. I had taken airtel mobile connection with number [protected]. I payed the remaining mobile bill at the time of leaving Noida and came to Hyderabad. I had requested to cancel my mobile bill at Hyderabad Airtel office. But even after that, some gundas from Delhi keep calling me and threatening me that, they have filed case against me in Delhi court and I have to pay 9000/- as a penulty. I am very sick of all these things. Please take appropriate action against it.

        AirTel — Airtel Harassing me

        I am Shyam having mobile no. [protected] from airtel. From last six months they are adding 3G rental.to my bill.
        When this happened for the first time I told them that the phone I use i.e nokia 1200 doesn't support GPRS&their is some mistake at your end.After some more efforts they deducted the charges & apologized this will not be repeated.But to my shock,same thing was repeated & has been repeating till date, every month they call me hundred of times I have to repeat the same thing to every one, but the problem is not coming to an end.
        Know I feel tired & harassed.I never expected this from Airtel.

          Dear Sir,

          I have an Airtel no. [protected], I cleared my all dues at 9 September 2008 and asking at Airtel Showroom to convert my Number from Post Paid to Pre-Paid, I submitted my all documents to them and sign the form, They told me that with in 72 hours your number will be converted into pre-paid. After 2 days ago i call in Airtel Customer Care and told them my problem, They also give me 72 hours extra time to convert the number from Post Paid to Pre-paid, after 144 hours my number has not been converted into pre-paid, when i call in customer care postpaid they told me to call in customer care pre-paid, till now this is happening, they could not resolve that, today is 18 September 2008 till now my Mobile No. is not activated.

            Airtel customer service does not register complain, there is no email adress to book compalain, no n of their office give adress to register a cmplain, ther customer service on [protected] is so bad that you keep trying for hours you will always receive the voice that it is busy try some time later or their executive will disconnect after waing you to listen their music or tring sound.

            I used my above prepaid mobile till evening of 14.09.2008 and it was having a balance of Rs 200/ approx. On 16.09.2008 I found it disconnected from service.
            When I came from office at 7.00 PM I kept on calling your customer care which I could contact only at 12.15 PM midnight of 16/17.09.2008. vide talk reference number given above.
            I learnt from your executive that a duplicate sim card has been issued against above number, he was not able to extend any help beyond that information nor was ready to give me any number or address to enable me to lodge a proper compain. He did not lodge a compain and simply gave me a reference no of call. Tele recorded voice on your customer care no [protected] everytime says that our call is being recorded, if it is true please check back how many times I made a call during above period? And your customer care executive never bothered to call back and check the grivances.
            Kindly be informed that original sim card is available with me. I have not applied for any duplicate sim card. Please restore my connection on my original sim card. Please also enquire how duplicate sim card has been issued against my above Cell no without proper verification as it may be misused by some miscreants

            I had a similar experience with Airtel. their customer service is pathetic. been trying to call them for hours when I myself encountered the same issue. Can't Airtel properly scrutinize a fraudulent SIM card request or even check whether the SIM is active and/or in use and call the number to confirm when taking a duplicate SIM card request ? How much of brains does it take to do this ?

                    i possed a prepaid connection of airtel no:[protected]. on 8th august a message received from airtel that your subscription to christian alerts has been activated thank you. from airtellive on 14:55 and immidiately second message received that thanks for using (alert.alert) subscription service on airtel ussd you have been chargesd Rs 7 from 64611007 on 14:56, immidiately we talk to customer care about charging Rs 7 and why & how you can start this facility without my prior permition. customer executive ansered that we will forward complaint and do needful. even after that we got sms form airtellive for renewal & immidiately sms for charges.again we spoke to customer care executive and as per his suggesstion we sms to 52206 by writing UNS. again today we received the sms about renewal. we spoke to customer executive three time but every time they disconnect. now i request you that show me the way to stop this service and let me free from this harrasement

                    One of our colleague in office whose prepaid no is [protected] gets a message "your VAS PACK 30 service has been successfully renewed and you have been charged rs 30/-" and every month her Rs 30 is deducted from her account.

                      i am having a an airtel postpaid connection @499 plan. and i activated a buddy number for 99/month i.e i will b charged 5 paise for a call for local airtel number. but for last two months (July and august). this firm has charged 50 paise per a cal. and it is around 3500 Rs..so i approached them with this details and i dint get any proper response from them. so i am finding for a proper and reasonable justice.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have an airtel connection in the name of Ms. Shipra bhati. ([protected]). Ever since I have taken this connection I have been facing constant billing related problems, about which I wrote a strong complaint earlier too and which was sadly not considered. Now, I have been using this number while travelling frequently and the bills which I had been paying were paid online and the bills could not be viewed.

                      I had earlier activated a one rupee per STD call package and was billed with the same tariff for a few months too. Some days back, to my utter surprise, I received a call from a customer care executive who told me that this package was not activated on my number and that I should get it done now. I immediately called the executives on the numbers (given at the end) and told them about this problem. I was told that the problem would be resolved and that the previous bills will also be settled. Now that I received the bill for this month, I find that not only I am being charged Rs. 1.50 per STD call but also have been charged late fee for God knows what !!!

                      I have checked my previous bills an dthey have been charged on the same tariff. What should I do ???????

                      The bill amount showing on the above bills are huge amount that is absolutely abnormal.

                      I have full objection against the above bills. In that bills, the same number is displaying in multiple times on a particular date with a long period of time duration where as my calling period is never longer than 10 or 15 min., also have a lot call drop events.

                      I have complained to the Airtel's customer care again & again but they do not respond me any more and also do not give me any docket number.

                      I was out of station for 1 month fro my some immediate work at kolkata. After return, Airtel's collection executives of Shivjoyti Enterprise, Agartala ( Abhijit Sarkar one of them ) have threatning me to kill if the bills are not paid before 22/11/2008.

                      So, at this situation, kindly help me to solve this problem.

                          Hello,
                          Me, Pooja Gupta with connection No. "[protected]". It has been observed that messages are not delivered to other numbers from last week. In sent items it shows that message has been delivered, but actuaaly it doesn't reach to destination No. Even the balance get deducted. The reason is not understandable.

                          It is therefore requested that the problem may please be looked upon and short out the same immediately.

                          I would strongly agree to this. I having the sxact same problem with multiple airtel prepaid connections from kolkata trying to send to Germany. Phone calls go wihtout problem and i can receive sms from the number without problem.

                          On sending the sms it mentioned message delivered and Rs 5.00 is deducted from the balance but sms is never sent.

                            During 2005, I have taken Lifetime prepaid card ([protected]) at the cost of Rs.1100/-, again paid 250 Rs. on 6/10/2007 towards get 1Rs/min for all local call. After the month all Lifetime prepaid customer get above facility without paying aforesaid cost. Ok, it is marketing. However, even though I paid that much. They are deducting tax of 22% while currency recharge. This tax rate (12%) varies with other Lifetime prepaid customer ([protected], [protected] [protected]). It shows their negligence towards old Lifetime prepaid customer.

                              I have been an airtel user for 5 months. I previously had used airtel from[protected]. But from the last 3 weeks, every time I try to make any call, the network goes to ZERO. Whenever I call customer care, they keep me on hold for 15-20 minutes saying that they are transferring the call to a certain supervisor.

                              I would be obliged if this matter is looked into. As I have been making calls and continuously losing balance, but I haven't had a proper conversation with anyone.

                              I do not ask for a refund. What I ask is that this network problem be solved immediately.

                              i am a user of airtel prepaid since 2002, i had never been to such serious issue which i am facing now a days. i reside in CIT nagar, saidapet in CHENNAI, i am an employee of accenture and my office timings are in evening, for my cab pick (call from Cab Driver) i have to keep my mobile rite on to the top of the window in my house to get network. or i have to stand before 10-20 mins on street awaiting for my call. if this is the case i have to change the provider, i beleive someone somewhere will help me in this regards. i dont wanna loose this number as i have many contacts.thanks'

                                i m holding a postpaid connection bearing no. [protected], [protected] & [protected] for which since i was not satisfied i had paid the outstanding due for the above no.s and returned the sim requesting cancellation. the airtel person reported that these connections were cancelled.
                                but for the past 2 months, but inspite of my repeated complints to the concerned departments, i am receiving bills for those 3 connections.
                                since i ve not used the connections which is very well reflected in your bills, i would like you to reverse those dues n cancel the connection

                                      i was to disconnect my phone which had been lost in new delhi, so i want to disconnect this prospaid connection.the number which should be disconnected be [protected].
                                      I have the same problem!! I was using the prepay no. for last 8 years and everyone was having this no.

                                      It has got more than Rs 500 balance when I was gone abroad in march 2009 and I didn't use it for about 2 months and after coming back in june 2009 when I used it ... it says unregistered sim. I spoke to airtel customer service they said go to airtel showroom. When I went to airtel showroom they said this no. was not in use thats why it has been recycled.

                                      I said why didn't you send me any notification about this and moreover it has got balance in it, how you can recycle it and they simply said we can't do anything about it. I said I will pay your fees to reactivate it becuase this no. is very important to me. but they said in a very rude manner we have told you that this no. is now for resale.

                                      Then I said I will sue you becuase this is just a fraud Airtel is cheating the customers. They are stealing their money and customer service is also so rude.

                                        this is in regard of my number [protected] in the name of Mr jag bhushan lal seth i am using the number from the last five years i am using three other numbers of airtel [protected], [protected], [protected]

                                        My complaint is my number was disconnected without any intimation . My daughter who has gone to U.S.A for studies and she is carrying this number [protected] . i have regularly paid all my bills i want to know how dare the airtel authorities for the disconnection of my number without my permission on asking the reason from customer care the floor manager PANKAJ YADAV said that the credit limit was over . He talked in nonsense way on the phone now

                                        My Question is who has given the permission to airtel to disconnect my phone as a consumer i am only concerned with the bill what ever amount is ther in the bill we are paying it and most of the times we have to ask for our bill on costumer care
                                        i have not signed any contract with airtel in which any CREDIT POLICY is mentioned, neither airtel has a courtesy to inform the consumer as it was told to me that airtel cannot inform to the consumer who is on international roaming is this the type of service airtel gives and how can you disconnect consumers connection on on international roaming if airtel cannot inform that consumer .Or airtel should have courtesy to in the consumer on the alternate numbers .

                                        And now i am sorry to say that airtel has proven to be the worst in teleecommunication it is worst giving worst services in this competitive time

                                        My daughter could not communicate with us My daughter remained without any means of communication because of airtel's worst sevices and couldn't communicate with us . she suffered so badly and her condition was so miserable because in a new place she could not to locate the public calling booths or any other telecom devices . Is this the services of AIRTEL that a child sitting far in california (U.S)
                                        has suffered badly due to the worst services of airtel .

                                        NOW I AM GOING TO PUT MY THIS CASE INCONSUMER COURTS AND I WILL REQUEST THEM TO SETTLE A HARASSMENT COST AND GIVE IT TO MY DAUGHTER AND GIVE IT TO MY DAUGHTER YOU WILL BE GETIING A NOTICE FROM THE COURT VERY VERY SOON AND SIDE BY SIDE NEXT I AM GOING TO FORWARDTHIS CASE TO AAPKI KACHERI WITH KIRAN BEDI TO HIGHLIGHT THE ACTUAL SERVICES AIRTEL GIVES TO THEIR COSTUMERS

                                        AND NOW FINALLY I AM GOING TO HIGHHLIGHT THIS CASE IN NEWS PAPER AND WITH MEDIA TO MAKE THE PEOPLE AWARE THAT NEVER EVER TRUST ON AIRTEL SERVICES THERE WILL BE ALWAYS BREACH OF TRUST .
