I got a SIM of this company from one of their agents saying that it will get activated in an hr but later on after i paid RS. 500 for the same i got to know that the same is being used by one Airtel Agent from last 12yrs, so how can they really offer the same to others? This is pure breach of our confidence amd trust on them. I registered a complaint against it a month ago but no stephas being taken by them till now. I think all its users must take of the fraud that this company is carrying out and not helping their customers at all.

    i am an hcl employee and converted my prepaid no; to the postpaid one and still it has not been activated yet and pls. take appropriate action against it otherwise i'll go to the consumer court.
    i am a businessman and i am in a CUG plan and i had changed my corporate plan address from one address to another address.the airtel persons had came to my office for address verification and later today my outgoing had been barred.when i contacted the customer care they said that the address proof was not yet submitted so we barred the outgoing, the customer care person said.i could not be able to contact persons regarding my business.

      I have been asking customer care executives to stop the hello tune service from my number [protected] since August 2007. I made several requests even after August 2007 and because I was in roaming every time I used to pay a bill of Rs. 30/- to Rs.60/- . I also informed them about the failure of the connection on a number[protected] which customer care executives repeatedly asked me to dial for stopping the service.

      I lastly warned them of legal action saying that number provided by them is not working in roaming and I not at all wish to continue my hello tune subscription. They need to stop this service from their desk only because when they are capable of activating any service especially sucking and profit making service like hello tune, laughter club, match feedback etc. why can't they deactivate my hello tune service?

      It has been a fact that when ever I was in utmost need of making a call using this number I used to find my balance in negative or null which has been very-very much frustrating and rendered me helpless many a times resulting in loss of contact at appropriate time thereby resulting in loss of work and finally monetary loss. Loss of money as a result of making calls to customer care ha been nothing as compared to huge losses incurred to me due to failure of communication whenever necessary.

      AirTel and companies like this have been imitating US and European companies but stand nowhere in comparison to them when it comes to problem solving, technical support or resolving an issue whatever it is. I have always got more than necessary technical support from from Microsoft and Adobe but this AirTel mobile is really an unworthy, untrustful, fake, fraud, sucking, be-fooling, ignorant, rubbish schemed, cheap, hypertensioning, customer boiling, customer eroding and bankrupting company.

      I have been using Vodafone, Tata Indicom and Reliance Infocom ( RIM and Smart ) services too, but I was never disappointed to this degree ever with any of the service providers mentioned above. AirTel policies are so wicked that they will be lightening prompt if you request them for anything new to start but for any reason if you wish to switch out of anything in terms of service or downgrading in any scheme even in broadband, you will never be heard as customer care executive, AirTel staff goes deaf and dumb for unknown reasons. Perhaps they are taught these method to add profit to AirTel by dishonouring their customers and their requests.

      4 day's before i had put a complaint for the deactivitation of airtel hello tune .i had called the customercare 2 or 3 times to deactivate the airtel hello tune .but the response from their site is it will get deactivate in 24 hrs .but upto today it has not been deactivated.so i request u sir to deactivate it.my mobile no-[protected] pls deactivate it as soon as possible

        my name is sudip kumar.i am airtel prepaid customer and my number is [protected].i stay in pimpri pune (maharashtra).i have activated gprs but this gprs is not working .In this area(sant tukaram nagar pimpri pune)network signal strength is really very poor so i am not able to make any call and i can not access my gprs.but i am paying for all these facility.
        my approx 25 friends near dy patil college having same problem all are thinking that we should change the service.
        so plzzz do something.
        sir i have bought a airtel prepaid card recently within a monthtime i am having problem in getting GPRS service on my mobile repeatdily complain to the custmer care my complain is not being attended and the person who talk do not have any knowlege regarding this matter and they just say it will be done .and to my suprise my money is being debited from my account always while i have not used the net service till now so take in mind the problem i have being fasing and till now my 60 rs have being decuted from my account so see that is rectifed and the neccery step are taken my cadr nu is [protected]. it is a prepaid card i have geven complaint be fore for the same but all in vain no action taken so please do the needfull

          My airtel post paid number is [protected].I have not been using it for last one year. but the rental is still being charged to my credit card. As a result I have ended up paying Rs. 10, 000.

          I request you to kindly cancel my sim card with immediate effect. Kindly consider this complaint as my authorisation to cancel this sim card.

            I am using 4 Airtel sim from last 1 1/2 months.But now my all sim
            has been blocked from 13/06/2008.The customer care executive is
            telling that document not verified.

            Today i went to Airtel Office(Kandivli East), there one lady
            told that one person cannot have more than 1 sim.Is it true?If
            yes then why you didn't inform me about that when i purchased
            that 4 sim.Also she was telling that according to rule only 1
            sim is being provided to 1 person only, so my other 3 numbers
            will not be activated .Is it like that?

            if my other 3 number won't be activated then who will be
            responsible for money loss ?Otherwise i have to go to Consumer
            Forum regarding that...

            As soon as possible give a resopnse, i am waiting...

            AirTel — prepaid sim activation

            my prepaid sim has been deactivated.it has not been recharged since 6-7 months.please tell me how to activate it.can it be activated by a normal validity recharge??

            Prepaid — regarding sim activation

            sim no[protected] No[protected]purchesed from chouhan comunication on dated 18-11-08. submitted document photo identy card and photo ondated 18-11-08. but sim not actvated on dated 25-11-08.pls take nesccesary action.
            I Purchase Airtel prepaid sim card no "[protected]" on 14th February 2009, shopkeeper told me that it will get activated in 6 hours but now it has been 3 days and till now it is not been activated yet. When I call on this number system replies that "The Incoming Call facility on the dialed number is not available".

            Airtel — Regarding sim activation

            I had purchased an 3 airtel sims some 20-25 days ago on my name with the same documents. Two of the three documents were submitted and the third one was not. So I re-submitted the documents at Airtel Recreation Centre, Bavdhan. Even after that the documents were not submitted and my number was recycled and deleted. I was neither issued a duplicate sim nor did i got my balance transfered to my alternate sim number.

            This is to inform the very poor response to activiate my prepaid sim card for outgoing calls.

            Breif History of the Case:
            I am using the Airtel Prepaid sim connection No. [protected] for the past two years. One morning during Decmber 2010, your campany asked me to provide proof of address and identity proof. I have provided the same to your company outlet Madan Mobiles, Opposite to CMC Hospital, vellore on 30/12/2010 with the promise that my sim will be in use within 72 hours. But so far I am not provided with outgoing calls inspite of my repeated compliant to the customer care centre. For the past one week I am in touch with the local airtel customer centre, opposite to Lakshmi Theatre, Vellore and also met Mr. Rajagopal and expressed my displeaure over the not giving connection to the outgoing calls. He also tried with the customer care centre at chennai and spoke to Mr. Prem.All the efforts have given me no result . With the result, I am seeking this forum to represent my case for redressal. At least now, you may activite my outgoing calls to my PHONE NO. [protected]. why I am very particular for this number since I have given the number to everybody.

            Hope I will apprecicate, if you take action and redress my compliant.

              I am a prepaid suscriber to AIRTEL at Arakkan Kottai, Gobi Taluk, Erode Dt.My mobile Number is [protected].There is one tower just 1km away from my residence.But i am not getting very poor signal from the Tower at Vaniputhur.Where as, i am occassionally getting signal from Kurumandur medu, Etc which are 15 km from me. I made representations to the AIRTEL customer service.but my representations have fallen on the deaf-ear.The technical wing of the company is believed to have received bribe to eret the tower in a very low lying area.So only a villge and half a km area is getting signal.Foe rendering poor quality of service, i want a petition to be filed in the consumer protection forum ar Erode for getting legal remedy for inflicting mental agony and loss of money for poor service against the AIRTEL company(Bharti)

              Dear sirs, am sudessh belongs to calicut (kerala) i was useing airtel since whn you landed calicut, first i was a prepaid coustomer then shifted to postpaid and i was happy for long time, unfortunly i could not take it out the huge bills made by me & tried escotel postpaid no.[protected] & i still countinue as idea cellular, any way i come to the point, for the esyness o[censored]seing intrenet mobile office i had taken a new airtel conection no.[protected] but as am expected the service was gudenuf in the starting 1 months, after that still on today it was really a headache due to the shortage in signal, the reson i can explain to you the one & only tower in pottamal palazhi road was yours but after some months it was shared by idea cellular company & the frecuency & the signel became poor due to this, i had called up your coustmer care several times & brought in to thrre notice but no budy turnd over, you know the same sitiuation i had with idea in my reciving calls ther technical team had visited my home & cleard the problem thats why they are really an gud idea with a gud coustmer relastionship i would really like to pass this to your higher officials who may be not aware of such isues siting in thr cabin in your office am also doing business my concept is coustomer is beyond God am still useing with problems in your newly hiked price for gprs from 274 to 374 any expecting a goood relation wit you as coustomer i will stop here with in a hope that you will come back to me atleast wih a response

              I am using Airtel prepaid. The signal is very low in my home. I am staying in Jameen pallavaram, Jains Green acres. It has 600 flats. Mostly all the people are using Airtel Sim and all have the same complaints. Please resolve this ASAP. Otherwise we have to opt for another sim providers.

                  I'm also facing the same problem.I'm constantly getting sms from 543212 and 64611030 from Airtel regarding some vas pack.i've not subscribed for the same. They are regularly deducting the amount for the same. I've complained to 198 still doing the same for more than 3 weeks but they are not taking any action. please write me how did you solve your problem so that it will help me to solve my problem also.

                  Airtel — reg.unwanted vaspack service

                  Dear sir,
                  once my son got a call from airtell, and he follow the instruction
                  given by phone, and he select the vaspack service[that is all by mistake], by after that I am unable to cancle that service, many time I have call to airtell customer service and also massage to 121 & 106. but till date that service is not disconnect.
                  this is the monopoly of Airtell.
                  If possible pls. disconnect my vaspack service.

                  Airtel — GETTING UNWANTED SMS FROM 543212

                  I am a regular prepaid customer of airtel from last 8 years.But from last month or so I have been getting unwanted sms from 543212.I have tried very hard for stopping this but seems like nothing works.My account is constantly reduced by such useless services.Plz show me the way out.
                  We are facing the same problem since last 3 months. Every month Airtel additional bill is Rs. 936 + taxes are added in my bill. Many time we lodged complaints in customer care but no action will be taken. We are using this land-line number since almost 7 years and they can easily track the bill records of this number and consistency of the same.

                  Looking for solution ASAP.

                    I am using a Airtel prepaid Connection :[protected] and recharged it with LifeTimeValidity pack..I was told at time of LifeTime Recharge that i need not to make any cumpulsory recharge in the whole lifetime period and i was assigned validity till Dec-31, 2037, but my connection was disconnected with in 5-6 months without any prior information...when i contacted customer care of bharti, they dint had any satisfactory answer for my complaint and they were just kept on telling me to make call after some time...on second day, they even barred my IVR(service to connect to Customer care) of the connection from which i was making call to customer care so that i would not be able to contact them in future...so plz take required action as soon as possible as the Bharti is fooling the people on the sake of LifeTime Prepaid Connection.

                      with due respect it is stated that i was very much disappointed with the behaviour o[censored]r staff at garwha jharkhand.i was a big advisor n appreciator of airtel...but i was shocked when the air tel area manager started using abusive language against me just for requesting him for internet activation.when such a behaviour is shown against a doctor than what to expect 4 general public.he also threatened me to cut my current airtel commection.when i enquired about this fellow i came to know that many airtel customers had resorted to other connections because of his rude behaviour...i had really a sad experience...please do take some action or else i have to approach higher authorities.

Dear user you have subscribed to Airtel Radio special offer 30 free music minutes have been added to to your account Dial 543213(tollfree). On another moment before I read the massage received second massage Thank you for subscribing to Airtel Radio. you have been charged Rs 30 for 30 days. To unsubscribe call[protected]toll free). It is not understood on what basis the charge has been deducted from my account ? as I have not given any response to it or any confirmation to it. On going through ti is noticed that your company is used to charge any service charges without confirmation from the customer at any time. after that the company is not crediting the charges back in the account of customer as I experienced in past. Now there is no way is except to complain in the TRI. It is requested not to deduct so called service charges for the services customers does not want. The charges deducted from my account may please be credited back in my account for the radio services which I do not want to continue, before I proceed further and in future without written confirmation in my case please don't start any services.

                      Main M.P. ke Balaghat district ka rahne wala hu. Airtel ka 4 year se upbhokta hu. Is area ke area maneger ne meri samsya ko nazar-andaz kar sewa me kami ki hai. Kya aap jante hai ki M.P. me airtel apni unnat service ke liya jana jata hai lekin kuch Officers & Workers ke karan company badnam ho rahi hai saat hi saat upbhoktaon ki jeb jane-anjane kaat rahi hai.

                      Costmur care se baat karne par koi santushti purn jawab nahi mil raha hai. Call ke jarur paise kat jate hai. Date 20.03.11 ko dophar 3.15 ke karib mujhe company ka massage prapt hua jisme likha tha ki aapki night radio ke sewa ko update kiya hai us samay mere mob. a/c me 20.27 paise the usi samay maine costmur care se baat karke apne mob. par chal rahi sewa ko band karne kaha.                         i visited 6 airtel customer care there they said they dont have the duplicate simcard starting from 97411 no then finally i visited 1 more there i asked them to give a duplicate sim card they told that the simcard was in others name i gave my id proof to the retailer but they have changed that & processed another id now i have to retain the same no that is [protected] pls revert me as soon as possible can i take the same no duplicate sim card.

                        Airtel — Lck of response

                        I had purchased an Airtel Data with post paid sim sim card in Sept 08. In October 08, It suddenly would not connect and frantic calls to sutomer service proved futile as I was shunted between Customer service and technical support. Customer service kept asking me to call up Techincal support as tehy dealt with data cared related problems and technical support kept asking me to call up customer service stating that it was a problem with the sim card and would only be handled by customer service. This has left me in a sorry state of not being able to meet deadline for an urgent mail I was to sent.

                        When I approached the Airtel store, they asked me to fill up another application form Whwn I asked for the reason, they diclosed to me stating that the connection was terminated due to negative address verification whereas the bills for the connection where reaching me. Really upset with the shabby treatment, I had returned the data card with the sim intact to the store manager.

                        The matter has been taken up with the Nodal officer who has not resolved the matter and refunded the money. It has been taken up with Appellate authority in Dec 2008, but has still not evoked a response.

                          Hi, This is to bring to your notice that Inappropriate Billing is happening for Airtel Mobile Connection that I am holding under Mobile Number [protected]. Please find the attached .Doc document for reviewing the concer that I have regarding the Billing Amount that has been confirmed from Customer Care & the Airtel Account Online. The concern I am having is that I travelled to United Kingdom on the 7th Morning and reached there on 8th Morning. As per the attachment number 3 on the attached document the Unbilled Amount from 05/06/2008 to 12/6/2008 is Rs/- 8733.06, But how can it be possible that there has been minimum of the calls that has been made from [protected] and received very few calls on [protected] and the Unbilled amount gets to Thousands within 6-8 days. There has been instances in the past where Airtel has charged Inappropriate Amounts and after filing complaint the charges that I was not suppose to pay were waived of. It was confirmed from Airtel Customer Care about the call charges and I was confirmed that each minute of call will cost me around Rs/- 40 Per Minute and after which the International Roaming was activated. It was also confirmed that there will be no roaming charge for the Corporate Connections that I am holding. Example: 1 Minute Call costs Rs/- 40 so 10 Min call will cost Rs/- 400, even if 10 Min call has been made on each 8 days then the total charge will be 80 Min and cost will be Rs/- 3200 and there has been no calls longer than 10-15 Min a day rarely as I am in Training for 10 Hours & Sleeping for 8 Hrs and it has not been the case that I am on call all the time or for Hours. The calls that have happened have been Incoming and that to for very short duration totally to 10-15 or 20 Min a day. My cellphone remains on Switch Off mode for most part of the day. If for 7-8 days the Unbilled amount as per them is Rs/- 8733.06, then for a person who will be in International State for 40-48 days the Unbilled would be around Rs/- 43665.3 & Rs/- 52398.36 which cannot be case under any circumstances. Also there will not be even a single person who will spend lavishly on just calls and that to someone like me who has been to States on Training. There has been no resolution from the Customer Care Team, on calling at 121 what I was told was that I will have to make the payment and then the connection will be restored, I tried calling from UK the Nodal Officer's Number at +91-[protected] & then Appellate Authority at +91-[protected] but no one picked the call. It seems that they are not ready to hear from the Customers any more and nor they want to provide any resolution to the Problems being faced by the Customers. It seems that we as Customers are being folled around and blackmailing of make the payment then we will restore your services for which they want to charge what they want to and the Customer has to be penalised for the services and charges that are inappropriate and illegal. Also there has been no intimation being sent through SMS or by Calling in personally regarding Credit Limit Increase, Credit Limit has Reached and please make the payment, any changes in the Tariff or when there is a complaint made through the Airtel web Account. There has been numerous times that they have been intimated of not increasing my Credit Limit as well, but they keep on increasing it and indiscriminate & inappropriate billing happens and they make the bill as much as they can with no solution for the customer other than to make the payment for restoration of services as they know Mobile Communication is something which everyone requires and cannot live without. Also there has been instances of misbehaviour and misconduct by the Customer Care representatives when they are being called regarding some concern like the ones above or any other related to Airtel Mobile Services. There has been times when the Customer Care Executives have disconnected the call without providing any resolution of the concerns being faced. It is a humble request that the issue may kindly be reviewed and resolved at the utmost as the inappropriate disconnection of services is something which is problematic and irritating. It may also lead me to take some legal action which is heard when the customers donot make the payment from service providers, but in my case it has never been that there has been a problem created for the payment. It has been times that delayedpayment has been made but I have also payed the late fee as per the Late Fee charge. NOTE: As I being in UK and my only source of Communication was Airtel which has been disconnected I cannot be contacted through call, so it is requested to you to please provide the resolution of the same on ASAP basis. If in case there needs to be some contact be made then it can be made to someone in Delhi and the contact details for the same can be provided as per the request & requirement and the concern can be summarized to the contact person in Delhi.

                          Hi, This is to bring to your notice that Inappropriate Billing is happening for Airtel Mobile Connection that I am holding under Mobile Number [protected]. Please find the attached .Doc document for reviewing the concer that I have regarding the Billing Amount that has been confirmed from Customer Care & the Airtel Account Online. The concern I am having is that I travelled to United Kingdom on the 7th Morning and reached there on 8th Morning. As per the attachment number 3 on the attached document the Unbilled Amount from 05/06/2008 to 12/6/2008 is Rs/- 8733.06, But how can it be possible that there has been minimum of the calls that has been made from [protected] and received very few calls on [protected] and the Unbilled amount gets to Thousands within 6-8 days. There has been instances in the past where Airtel has charged Inappropriate Amounts and after filing complaint the charges that I was not suppose to pay were waived of. It was confirmed from Airtel Customer Care about the call charges and I was confirmed that each minute of call will cost me around Rs/- 40 Per Minute and after which the International Roaming was activated. It was also confirmed that there will be no roaming charge for the Corporate Connections that I am holding. Example: 1 Minute Call costs Rs/- 40 so 10 Min call will cost Rs/- 400, even if 10 Min call has been made on each 8 days then the total charge will be 80 Min and cost will be Rs/- 3200 and there has been no calls longer than 10-15 Min a day rarely as I am in Training for 10 Hours & Sleeping for 8 Hrs and it has not been the case that I am on call all the time or for Hours. The calls that have happened have been Incoming and that to for very short duration totally to 10-15 or 20 Min a day. My cellphone remains on Switch Off mode for most part of the day. If for 7-8 days the Unbilled amount as per them is Rs/- 8733.06, then for a person who will be in International State for 40-48 days the Unbilled would be around Rs/- 43665.3 & Rs/- 52398.36 which cannot be case under any circumstances. Also there will not be even a single person who will spend lavishly on just calls and that to someone like me who has been to States on Training. There has been no resolution from the Customer Care Team, on calling at 121 what I was told was that I will have to make the payment and then the connection will be restored, I tried calling from UK the Nodal Officer's Number at +91-[protected] & then Appellate Authority at +91-[protected] but no one picked the call. It seems that they are not ready to hear from the Customers any more and nor they want to provide any resolution to the Problems being faced by the Customers. It seems that we as Customers are being folled around and blackmailing of make the payment then we will restore your services for which they want to charge what they want to and the Customer has to be penalised for the services and charges that are inappropriate and illegal. Also there has been no intimation being sent through SMS or by Calling in personally regarding Credit Limit Increase, Credit Limit has Reached and please make the payment, any changes in the Tariff or when there is a complaint made through the Airtel web Account. There has been numerous times that they have been intimated of not increasing my Credit Limit as well, but they keep on increasing it and indiscriminate & inappropriate billing happens and they make the bill as much as they can with no solution for the customer other than to make the payment for restoration of services as they know Mobile Communication is something which everyone requires and cannot live without. Also there has been instances of misbehaviour and misconduct by the Customer Care representatives when they are being called regarding some concern like the ones above or any other related to Airtel Mobile Services. There has been times when the Customer Care Executives have disconnected the call without providing any resolution of the concerns being faced. It is a humble request that the issue may kindly be reviewed and resolved at the utmost as the inappropriate disconnection of services is something which is problematic and irritating. It may also lead me to take some legal action which is heard when the customers donot make the payment from service providers, but in my case it has never been that there has been a problem created for the payment. It has been times that delayedpayment has been made but I have also payed the late fee as per the Late Fee charge. NOTE: As I being in UK and my only source of Communication was Airtel which has been disconnected I cannot be contacted through call, so it is requested to you to please provide the resolution of the same on ASAP basis. If in case there needs to be some contact be made then it can be made to someone in Delhi and the contact details for the same can be provided as per the request & requirement and the concern can be summarized to the contact person in Delhi.

                          I am a subscriber of Airtel India having no. [protected].Since last one month the compony has deducted 110/-(approx), 9.20, 9.20, and 120/- .There was no any call made against these amount.First time when an ammount of approx 110/- I contacted to the customer care for the reason the answer was that there was an ISD call made from this no. while it is 100% false, when I demanded the no. which so called call was made they denied to give me the no. When I told them if I would have made any call then the menu dialed call must show the number, the reply was it would have been erased.On I insist them to give the details they told an ammount of Rs. 50/- will be charged for the details I agreed .but 20-25 days have been passed but I didn't recieved such details.Today when 9.20/- twice and 120/- once has been deducted from my balance I tried so many times to contact to customer care but cann't get contacted.
                          I want an immediate action must have been taken against such kind of fraudism as soon as possible and also the email id of TRAI for making the complain.

                          I am Dinesh Sharma, airtel no. [protected]. I applied for airtel postpaid connection for 2 years but un-fortunately it was disconnected within 1 year. I again paid for that, which was not due to me. For this i compained several times with your officers available on 121 or 198 but the status is same. I am sorry to say that being a such large company this type of mistake by your executives is really ?.

                          My mobile nois [protected] was disconnected on 8.3.2012.today I have recd the bill no.[protected] dated 24.3.2012. It is surprising when the connection was disc connected on 8th March 2012why the bill has raised upto 24thMarch, 2012. Please give me the reasons why I should pay beyond the date of disconnection.

                          I writing this to the App. Authority, directly and not making any call to your complaint nos. because your representatives are very polite but they have always does whatever suits them. Whenever I have visited your outlets they are again polite but not helpful.

                              I am Airtel prepaid customer since Nov 2007 and my cell number is [protected]. On Saturday, 27th Sept 2008, all my communication i.e. incoming and outgoing calls were blocked. So I called up customer care executive and they told me that I need to submit my documents (identification proof and photograph). Since Sunday was holiday and since I am a Engineering college going student, I submitted the documents Monday evening at Goa’s airtel distributor “Kundaikar enterprises” at Borda, Margao Goa. They told me that it would get activated on Tuesday night. But still it wasn’t activated. So today morning, i.e Wednesday 1st Oct 2008 I went there to ask them and they told me that it would be activated at 6.30pm. But again I am disappointed with the service provided by Airtel. Still my number is out of service.

                              Since tomorrow is Gandhi Jayanti, which is a national holiday, therefore I request you to take necessary action against this at the earliest.

                              I had requested for call details (i.e. incoming and out going) of of my Pre paid mobile No.[protected] from July' 2008 to Sept' 2008 during the month of Sept' 08 by way of contacting with the customer care representative and also by sending two tyhree SMS. It is ill fated and regretable to state that despite my request I could not get the information which is against the law. I therefore once again request you to provide me the incoming and out going call details from July' 2008 to Sept' 2008 without delay failing which I have no other option except agitating the matter in competent Court of law for which all cost and consequences will be born by you.

                                I have been using Airtel since 3 monts... and from Starting i am facing a serious problem.. that my account balence automatically reduces when i sent message to any mobile number excluding Reliance and Tata Indicom even if the Message Card is Activated in My account...
                                I Am charged both from My Message Card Balence and Account Balence..
                                I have complained about this Several times... but there seems to be no step taken towards this...

                                  i convert my Postpaid connection to prepaid in Approx Sep, 2006 but the Security Deposit by me through Centurion Bank of Punjab may Not Return Till Date. I Visit many times at Companys Dealer Chadha Telecom, Patiala(PB) but not any response given by that firm. I compalint also on Customer Care but no result. I Also Submit Security Status Certificate of my Bank in Feb, 2008 for Clearance the Security but not any response.

                                    I have airtel mobile no [protected] last month this service provider has deducted 50 Rs from my prepaid account for vaspack 50, which was bymistake activated, after that i messaged them so many times to deactivate this vaspack 50 service, but i didn't get any response from the customer care and still they are deducting that amount from my account .

                                    I am ritesh using u r prepaid coneection no.[protected] , I hve not download any game from u r Tadak live then also u hve deducated my balance, when i compliant to u r custumer care they said I hve activated at 7.30 am, & message come on 9.40 am or its possible that any service which ahs been acttivated at 7.30 am & message has sent at 9.40am & these happening from Two months u r deducating my balance without ant activation, these is not coorect & making me to change my service

                                    Airtel — unauthorised deduction from prepaid connection

                                    I am airtel pre-paid customer. On 22.10.2011, I received an SMS from AD-54888 stating that an amount of Rs.10 has been charged for missed call alert service. Again on 11.11.2011 Rs.30 has been charged on account of the said service renewal I have never requested for this service. This is totally illegal. When contacted through service centre, no proper reply was given. Request to refund my amount forthwith.

                                      I am a postpaid customer of airtel of Kolkata ( my no. is[protected]. I generally use this connection for internet surfing. I am using 999 unlimited plan. It was working fine at Calcutta. But it is not working at Bangalore. When I try to connect the internet with the help of the airtel dialup box, it shows an error stating "you cant connect before register an avialable network". Even when I am putting the sim in a cell, I am unable to select any network. The sim is not being detected by the cell.

                                      I have called up the Bangalore customer care and after knowing that my sim is registered at Calcutta, they assured me that the Calcutta dept will contact me the next day as the Bangalore Support does not have my data with them. But Airtel has failed to contact me the next day.

                                      Then I went to the Customer relationship center at Indira Nagar (bangalore). They said they cannot do anything with a calcutta customer since they are unable to access the database of Calcutta customer. They instructed me to contact the Calcutta support team.

                                      I contacted the calcutta support team. It was a STD call. I was told that I need to put the sim in a GPRS ebabled cell and activate the sim. I did it but it did not work. The CC Executive also informed me that my scheme is 350 while i applied for 999 unlimited scheme.

                                      I have also written to [protected]@airtel.in but they have not replied. It is not possible for me to contact the Calcutta customer support as it would be a STD call. I am very fed up with their service.
