Dear Sir/Madam

We have four connection in our home. We all are facing the connectivity issue for long and we have made close to 50 follow up since we have been having this connection. Only reply we get it we will look into it and no escalation happing and it is still at analyst level without any escalation for resolution. Looking for earliest resolution or we need to get into any other service provider due to very poor and worst network coverage at our home

we need to go to road everytime we need to connect a call. We are really in pathetic situation and at the mercy of airtel for such a service

    My [protected] number ported from jio to airtel.i replace new airtel sim to activate. But it shows emergency calls only even phone reboot.

      Dear Sir/Mam,

      I am requesting your assistance to de activate my Airtel Broadband connection. I have stopped using the services effective 27th September. The bill has been paid till end of October 2020. I had been trying relentlessly to search for option in the Airtel thanks app and to call your customer service numbers however none seem to work or take me to the option to de activate the services. Request you to please de activate my below mentioned connection asap.

        Monthly plan of 999 + 18%gst = 1179/- since 23rd June 20

        So (June to July, July to August, August to September ) Rs.1179×3 months = 3537/-
        Paid till date since Monthly plan changed
        22 July Rs.889/-
        6 September Rs.1332/-
        26 September Rs.3745.55/-
        Total Paid = Rs.5966.55/-
        So Excess Paid Rs.[protected].55 =2429.55/

        Again as per you own billing
        17 June 2020 to 16 July 2020 Rs.943.06/-
        17 July 2020 to 16 August 2020 Rs, 1178.82/-
        17 August 2020 to 16 September 2020 Rs.1260.62/-
        So Adding all the months from 17 June 2020 to 16 September 2020 = Rs.3382.50/-
        But i have paid from 17 June 2020 to 16 September 2020 Rs.5966.55/-
        It means i have in excess (3382.50-5933.55) Rs.2584.05/-

            Sir,
            i am living in puranpur moh. sahukara ward no. 8 in amol banquet hall there is a airtel tower in which the wiring is passing through several houses there are regular shot circuit in wiring of the pole yesterday one cow was found dead due to electric fire in the pole a 1 month ago a man was in coma due to this wrong postion of wiring.

            the wiring of the wire are very close to my house and due to frequent short circuit all the locals are scared

            its our humble request from the locals that the pole should be in a secure position.

            its a very serius issue and should be solved as soon as possible.

                I done Airtel fastag recharge through MobiKwik app . Txn successful from MobiKwik side but Airtel didn’t confirming txn . 20 days passed giving copy- paste replies . So plz take action against Airtel payments bank . It would be helpful for me as this amount means a lot for me. .

                  I recently bought an iPhone 11 and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID.

                  I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a something to do with the service provider end.
                  I also know 3-4 more people who recently bought it and are facing the exact similar issue. And they all have Airtel sim with them.

                  It just continuously says “waiting for activation” but nothing actually happens. This is frustrating!

                  Please resolve this issue asap.

                    Tried to recharge mobile with 219 rupees in airtel app on octo 4th 2020 . Amount is deducted from my bank account and recharge is not done. Showy status in notification recharge is pending. I tried to contact airtel there is no proper way to raise to complaint. At last I found one mail address and raised complaint but no reply from the bank. Please help me to get back my amount.

                      I bought a new broadband connection. but on the bill, it showing the name of the previous owner who is my neighbor. He canceled his connection last year and I took a connection in the same line. but the customer name is the same as the previous owner in my account. I want to change the customer name on my name. Please say me the procedure for the same and how many days it will take to change the name. Very Urgent

                        I have tried to recharge my SIM card on Oct 16th, 2020 for the amount Rs. 698 through my SBI account. First it appeared like it worked but later I noticed that my SIM was not recharged but the an amount of Rs. 698 was deducted from my bank account.

                        Then I thought I needed to buy talk time to make it work. I ended buying another Rs 100 + Rs 100 + Rs 500 = Rs 700 on talk time. And yet my Rs. 698 package never appeared. I tried calling customer care several times but it impossible to get anyone to talk to me.

                        Today I tried to charge Rs 449 package and again the transaction went through by AirTel failed to recharge my card. So totally I spent Rs. 1, 847 in total in the last 10 days and now my balance on the SIM card is around Rs. 150.

                        Oct 25: Rs. 449
                        Oct 16: Rs. 698
                        Oct 16: Rs. 100
                        Oct 17: Rs. 100
                        Oct 18: Rs. 500

                        Total. Rs. 1, 847

                        I am extremely disappointed with AirTel service now. Please investigate this issue ASAP and I have attached the screenshot of my banking transactions and also the transaction history of AirTel recharge to this email.

                          My airtel number is +91 [protected].

                          Hi, Iam citrarasan using Airtel no.[protected].My SIM is showing no service for more than 10days. I suspected my mobile and confirmed with the service centre that there is no problem with the device. Then I bought a new mobile but still the same problem is there. I don't know what happened with the airtel. Even customer care executives are not ready to accept that there is problem with the Airtel. I am getting different answers each time whenever I called them.At least Airtel should inform customers through emails about the problem. I think it's the time to move to some other network.

                            Airtel Xstream Fiber number [protected]
                            The website of Airtel States that Broadband connection will be activated in 48 hours. When I contacted the agent on 10th Oct, the same thing was confirmed. I made the payment for 6 months subscription on 10th and then waited till 14th October when i got only excuses from the Airtel Team that their team member were not well, they have having shortage of router, etc. On 14th afternoon, I raised a complaint with Airtel on [protected]@in.airtel.com and till date i.e. 24th Oct, the only update that the request is in progress and they are working on this. This kind of service level is not acceptable when timeline is attached for refund. It hardly takes 5 minutes to know the status of the completion of their work.
                            I want my money to be refunded immediately.

                              Airtel — New broadband connection ecaf:[protected]
                              While booking service support team didn't checked the service availability in my area but sales team forced to do the payment to start the process which to be completed in a day as per sales team; I had done the payment and submitted all my documents on the same day. Now i didn't get service for their service unavailability in my area and my payment is almost more than 15 days with no response for refund

                                  On October 21th, 2020, i have made of RS.2828 payment twice as first payment got failed and amount also debited from my account. Hence paid second time. Both time amount got debited from my account. So totally i paid of rs.5656.

                                  They told i got my amount refund max in 72 hours. So far my amount not got credited to my account. I paid through IDBI net banking, so i contacted IDBI customer...

                                  We park our cars on the side of the road now there’s Big pits and MALWA on the road side And Bricks stacked up,
