I had bring the Complaint regarding network coverage concern of our area there is no network at all in our area.

Plz Registered network Complaint and forward my Complaint to Network Team and tell them to visit at my Location and analysis the Network Coverage Issue ...and if it not Resolved New Site Required I m happily to Give my Land For Network Tower Installation Process

Plz Send the Network team at my Location and Register the Network Complaint immmediately at my Location Waiting For the Resolution From u r end

We are totally Frusted of Network Coverage Since 1 year no stick available and Population in our Village is 3000 Everyone had Same Connection but don't have to knowledge to appeal the Complaint and Don't have time to Communicate with Executive

    Survey had Done From Network Team

    4 times Network team visited to my location..they provide me the main person who is holding my Complaint and not trying to Resolve thr Complaint and I had spoked also with him

    His name is Shailesh bhagdane Airtel Zonal Manager of Jalna Sales and Network both he is handling he doesn't know the knowledge of Customer is not satisfy with the network then he should hear the customer Complaint on priority basis

    Forget about the Customer if customer had Esclated the matter to them and Esclation team Had Forward my Complaint and Concern to Network team of Jalna he should work according to my Complaint

    He is straight away ignoring my Complaint and not hearing the concern after Intimating to him

    Please Take Necessary Action Against Shailesh bhagdane Sir Jalna Zonal Manager [protected]..

    I m Ready to Give my land for network Tower installation and doesn't bother about thr package what Company will provide to me...I just want network with good Coverage that Entire Public will get the Facilities of Network Coverage

        If i call airtel executives they are telling that it is government problem...

          Transaction of RS 500.00 failed but money has been deducted from my account. I'd like for you to to check up on this. And I'd appreciate it if my money would be credited back.
          Please see to it that the money be refunded. It may be a technical error but it's real money.

            Today I went to change my sim since it got deactivated. I went and spoke to one person she asked me to collect new SIM in front desk. I was waiting in front desk to collect sim but that person was doing all work for the next person. I waited patiently. Then I got sim and went to that person she was attending another CUSTOMER. So I went to another person who was free. He said go to the person who attended you first. Then I said ok and waited patiently. Suddenly she went inside and called manager and said other person is not attending any CUSTOMER. Manager came and screamed in front of CUSTOMERs asking other person to work. He said he has other work and he cannot do. I have been waiting for 20mins. Store is not busy when I visited the store but all are irresponsible. Then that lady who attended me first completed for the other CUSTOMER and went inside. I was still waiting no response. This person says he won't do. That lady says if he doesn't do why should I do.
            All the useless people are working in same branch. Airtel will definitely lose their CUSTOMERs due to such ###. These people don't know the value of job and CUSTOMERs. Better fire them and improve your service in vadapalani store. Finally I got new SIM after some fight from front office. But I have decided to change the network. Eligible people are not hired for such jobs totally upset with the attitude of one person saying if you want to complain go and complain I don't mind.

              Hi Team,

              I have raised the complaint multiple times and I have not got the solution or the same. I want to raise a complaint in consumer forum case because the company has failed to resolve the concerns even after giving 3 deadlines to resolve the complaints.

              I have called the customer care for more than 10 times and every time i was informed that it will be resolved in 30 days.

              I have paid the bills andd they even introduced that this is a platinum plan and it will have more services than others but it seems it has degraded to much lower level

                At 14 oct 2020 I just entry the airtel broadband new connection. At 15 oct One person came from airtel and they send the link for payment of 1768 for installation I just pay the installation fees and get the confirmation of payment from airtel at 15 oct and the person sad that installation is done with in 48 hrs. But today is 17 oct 2020 no one come for the installation of airtel wif and the payment proof is uploaded below
                Plz help me for this situation

                      My concern is that Airtel sales team sold me an airtel xstream box with Wrong information. They said that all google play store apps are available in xstream box too & you can download and watch it.
                      But sir right now im checking many apps are missing in xstream set up box's play store, some are Jio TV, VI movies and TV, idea movies and tv ext.

                      I want to return this xstream box and refund my cash of Rs-2250/-. and re-install my old setup box.

                        My airtel sim suddenly stopped working in my dongle showing the error message usim/sim is invalid.The sim works fine in my feature phone.It happened from last week.I tried to unlock the dongle, but still the problem is persisting.How can your company resolve this problem.I suffered because of this problem and my services were affected.

I have done the online recharge of rs 249 unlimited pack via airtel thanks app. After the amount deducted from my bank account airtel didn't updated my number with new pack and it still shows no recharge. My transaction I'd is[protected]

                                Attaching the details in the snapshots.
                                - Intitiated a request for installation of Airtel Fibre Internet plan on 23rd Sep- Paid the amount of 9617 as well
                                - No one turned up till 27th Sep - so initiated the refund process
                                - Was informed that by 7 days the process will be completed
                                - On followup on 6th Oct - I was told account was still active (when no one had even come to do the installation)
                                - So a disconnection request was raised to initiate the refund
                                - was again given 7 more days for refund
                                - On 13th Oct, i am told the process is not initiated and will take more time
                                - No time mentioned when the refund will be credited
