    For some reason i was not able to make calls from my phone. So I walked into a nearby airtel store where I was told that the card was old and hence they replaced my card. It did not solve the problem. The guy in shop fiddled with my handset and he could not do anything. I went to another store, however he could not figure it out as well. The issue is my new sim works in other phone, but not in my phone. At the same time my phone accepts another airtel sim and allows to make a call, but not this one. I have thus not been using the phone for last month and my 400 rupees have been a waste largely. I went to the store again on26.10.20. They changed my sim again. It is still not working. I went on 27th, and a guy tried to help genuinely. He said my calls were barred and he was trying to reset the same. No relief so far.
    I tried calling on the customer service numbers which are useless. There is no option to talk to a real person . There is NO way that I can get my problem sorted out and I am tired now. The app dignostics says your phone is 4G and upgrade the sim. Your shop said it had an issue with VOLTE. Now if it was so, why was it working fine for quite some time? If my issue is not solved in next four days, I will be forced to switch to other provider.

      I have recharged my mobile number through debit card for Rs.48 on 28th Oct 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference Number[protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

          Dear sir, i wish to bring your notice that there is an airtel broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge as I wasn't residing there. Please note we are constructing the house and am unable to construct compound wall Please do the needful to remove the airtel junction box. We recently met your staff and informed about the issue but they were not helpful and asked us to lodge a complaint. Please confirm the receipt of this complaint by email or a call to advise when the box will be removed so that we can arrange for the compound wall demolition works.

              I don’t understand an organization so huge but has a pathetic customer service experience department.
              First of all you are repeatedly asking for the same details which has been provided on 11th September and it is part of this trail mail. It shows you all don’t read the customer complain mails at all.
              Secondly in my mail below I have asked for an explanation or a call which I am yet to receive.
              I need a detailed explanation With regards to deadline date by Airtel as to when I will get the refund of Rs.50000/- in my account?

                  Missed Call Alert is not working for more than a Month. 5 times i have complained to Customer Care & . Each time while speaking with Customer Care officer, they commit that problem will be solved within next 48 hrs or their technical people will call me. So far, nothing happend and still i'm facing the same problem.

                  Plz explain me wats the use of complaint booking?? Will it get solved or not? Or, to whom should i contact?

                    We have raised complaint on 30th of July stating that we dont have proper network and no access to internet.And more over we have 300 plus gb data left in our account and they are saying through ivr that all my data has been consumed.They are closing the complaint which we raised with out our consent and without solving our problem.And since 2 and half months the same issue is being repeated.please kindly go through my problem and resolve as soon as possible.

                        I am neelam i have purchased a car last year vehicle no. CHO1BZ3081.
                        I purchased a fastag through AIRTEL, but that was not working, Now i am trying to purchase a new fastag and its showing blacklisted by npci. Its my humble request to you to remove from blacklist. So that i can purchase a new fastag please kindly do the needful.

                                With Ref to above subject my airtel postpaid sim suddenly stop working from last saturday night without any notice, this sim card number i m using more than 9 years.
                                As sim stop working so i m not able to do my net banking & other transaction.
                                so considering valuable customer please help me to resolve same issue as early as possible.

                                  We have four connection in our home. We all are facing the connectivity issue for long and we have made close to 50 follow up since we have been having this connection. Only reply we get it we will look into it and no escalation happing and it is still at analyst level without any escalation for resolution. Looking for earliest resolution or we need to get into any other service provider due to very poor and worst network coverage at our home

                                  we need to go to road everytime we need to connect a call. We are really in pathetic situation and at the mercy of airtel for such a service

The bill has been paid till end of October 2020.                                         So (June to July, July to August, August to September ) Rs.1179×3 months = 3537/-
                                        Paid till date since Monthly plan changed
                                        22 July Rs.889/-
                                        6 September Rs.1332/-
                                        26 September Rs.3745.55/-
                                        Total Paid = Rs.5966.55/-
                                        So Excess Paid Rs.[protected].55 =2429.55/

                                        Again as per you own billing
                                        17 June 2020 to 16 July 2020 Rs.943.06/-
                                        17 July 2020 to 16 August 2020 Rs, 1178.82/-
                                        17 August 2020 to 16 September 2020 Rs.1260.62/-
                                        So Adding all the months from 17 June 2020 to 16 September 2020 = Rs.3382.50/-
                                        But i have paid from 17 June 2020 to 16 September 2020 Rs.5966.55/-
                                        It means i have in excess (3382.50-5933.55) Rs.2584.05/-
