In my area, Paltan Bazar, Dibrugarh, PIN 786005, the internet service of Airtel goes down whenever there is electricity outage in the area. I have been using Airtel for long but now, it is a headache because i have my siblings who does online classes through the internet service of Airtel but such a problem is causing us a lot of loss. Please look into the matter.

    Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹1768 on oct 14th 2020. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one.airtel customer care ref no is #[protected].

        I have charged 298 from airtel thanks app
        but it showed it failed, and later when i charged again it got successful

        But two times it credited 298 from my bank account

        I want my 298rupees which was not successfuly transacted back.

            This is to caution everyone not to buy fasttag from Airtel ever.
            Kindly buy one from any e-commerce platform like Amazon etc. as they deliver the tag within 3 working days.

            I have had the most gruesome time dealing with Airtel customer dare inspite of being a so called platinum member.

            Porting your number is the safest bet to a Jio or any other operator where a high bill paying customer is valued.

            Not AIRTEL!!!

              I have opted for fasttag through Airtel and successfully all details and also pay the required amount for fasttag and on 28th Sept I got message you fast has been shipped you will received in 6-8 working days. But already 15 days has been passed till no fast tag received other one like paytm or bank deliver in 7 days time.
              I also raise query to Airtel but they didn't respond and just you have to wait till it is received.

                I have raised complaint for excess billing which the company charged on calling a toll-free number. They told that it is chargeable. I asked them I have another prepaid number which allows me to call this number without any extra charges then how come a postpaid user is getting charged for it. I applied for porting the number but they raised a bill with a late fees. They didn't answered my query but to raise the bill they closed the request without consent. According to the company the plan I am using is a platinum plan with high priority services but that's totally a lie.

                  Airtel does NOT provide any helpline for resolving fastag complaints.

                  Please let me know what can I do to legally prevent Airtel from being a Fastag supplier.

                  I am quite willing to go to court, but I need to know how to get started

                    I made a payment of Rs. 1436 for airtel no. [protected] on 14th oct 2020, the amount got deducted instantly and i was stucked on the “processing” page (on myairtel app). I spoke to customer care but they redirect thr customer to bank and when i spoke to bank they are redirecting to airtel.

                      I have been facing network issues with my broadband. Not getting appropriate speeds due to which I had raised a request on 26th September to change my plan and it's been almost 19 days till now I have not received any call from airtel. I have reached multiple times to customer care, the only answer I received was to wait for another 12 hours somebody will reach out to you. No one has reached out to me till date even after the case is escalated to back end team. I am not sure what should be next action steps.

                        I have paid pepaid recharge plan of ₹48/- (3GB top-up). Eventhough the amount has successfully debited from my bank account but no recharge is added to my number.

                          I have applied for the fast tag under transaction ID FT[protected] on 7th Oct but to my surprise i have not still received any update nor received my fast tag after 10 days of ordering it. There is no update on the payment also and I cannot track this in airtel app also. The customer care no is always busy. Kindly reimburse my money. Such kind of service was not expected from such an esteemed company like airtel.. Please refund the money.

                              I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs. 199 on 14th October 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference[protected] and airtel prepaid txn[protected]IGAJQAETB5 of Rs. 199. SBI ONLINE Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
                              i want to try contact with customer care but unable to connect the process is very complicate and very bad.

                                  Dear all,

                                  Recently I converted my airtel postpaid connection number [protected] to prepaid Jio connection. Few days back I received an outstanding intimation from Airtel for Rs 78.18/- and accordingly the amount is paid through online banking using relationship number (copy att). Hopefully they has not updated the payment in their records and my jio connection is barred.

                                  The number is used in my all official records and now I am facing hard time because the service to the number is no more available. Kindly look into this and update your records and intimation may please be issued further for uninterrupted service in my number.

                                      I can’t even remember since how long I have been complaining about this. I don’t know why there are no network signals inside and near my house. I have raised multiple complaints about this both on call and in the outlets. I have waited enough. I’ve been a member of airtelfor more than 11 years. It’s high time for you to resolve this. I want this to be solved immediately.
