I mistakenly left my FastTag on my sold car, which was constantly passing through Tolls and deducting my money through Airtel Bank that it was attached to.

It wasn't the new owners fault, as it was driven by his employee and he wasn't aware, and neither we could reach out due to network non availability on the highway.

On asking the Airtel folks to block the Fastag, in spite of giving all validation, they then asked me to write emails to wecare. By then almost 200Rs was gone from my Airtel Bank.

As a last resort I CLEARED my Airtel bank account, so that atleast the minimum amount would stop auto toll payments.

Through emails I have requested to first block and then detach my fasttag from Airtel Bank as Im worried, although the new owner has informed me that he has removed the FAstag sticker. I have also asked to close my Airtel bank account as this is a big problem.

This policy of auto charge can be a real deterrent and even after my emails and phones, Airtel hasnt taken any action. Hopefully, raising consumer complaints can resolve this.

    I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through Net banking for Rs. 298 on 14th Oct 2020 and received SMS with transaction reference #IGAJPYLGV8
    Bank Transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i haven't received any SMS for recharge but the money is already deducted.

      I have ported to Airtel and while trying to tele verify, I am not able to connect to number and call fails every time. I had removed inserted sim multiple times but nothing is helping.

        I have opened a airtel wallet and add money 210 rupees.When I was adding
        Money there are no problem but when I do reacharge or transaction then show me your debit is freeze.
        Why this problem? as they are fraud me. Please try to remove my airtel wallet.

              On 13 october 2020, all the airtel user in our area sector 39, gurgaon faced very big issue with the internet connection, we were not able to connect to internet for anything, nothing was working, not even calling. Due to this issue many o[censored]s faced serious issues in our work and srudy life. This thing should not happen with such a big telecom company.

                Airtel — electricity bill wrongly paid to apcpdclob

                I paid electricity bill for ₹1764 for tsspdcl on uniqe service number[[protected]] thru airtel wallet on 12-10-20 under their trxn no.[[protected]] but i received the message from airtel as "the payment made successfully to apcpdclob from my wallet."as the amount was wrongly paid to apcpdclob by airtel. My airtel wallet no. Is [[protected]]. The bill is showing outstanding till date in tsspdcl. The amount is not received so far by tsspdcl of telangana state. I sent mails to airtel about the issue but my problem is not solved yet. Pl help me in getting my amount refunded to my wallet at the earliest.

                  Hi,
                  l have purchased this number/sim from Airtel a month ago and it worked all fine but now when I am trying to recharge and entered number in Airtel Thanks Application, it is showing the product is not found and even if I call customer care number it says the number is invalid. Could you please help getting this issue resolved asap.

                      Yesterday, I received a call from Airtel DishTV regarding new connection and asked to pay amount of Rs. 2000/- through PhonePe, I paid the amount, later the phone is switched off and when I call Airtel Customer Care, they are saying that they have not received the amount, how can I get back my amount.

                        I have face Now no network coverage for last two days, it's completely nill. It displaying as no service and emergency call only.
                        Tried will all possible ways by turning off the cell, restarting and changing the mobile device, but my network not coming. So My request you please check the issue and resolve very soon.

                          We are having mobile airtel no [protected] facing network problem from yesterday.while complaint from other network through mail id, two times, both time same reply for first registration of mail id irrespective of my problem that unable to dial from other network, same foolish reply repeated for registration.
                          Which shows their customer service, how can we call their suggested number from other network, no proper response. Hence we are unable to use airtel services.
                          Kindly do the needful in the matter.

                                I have done a recharge on[protected] of Rs. 379/- and outgoing services (Benefit: Unlimited Local, STD and National roaming calls, 6 GB data and 300 SMS) were valid until[protected]i.e. 84 days from the day of recharge, On 10th Oct 2020 morning i was not able to make call as IVR message was "your airtel no. is currently inactive, to reactivate the services recharge your no." I did recharge (10-Oct-2020) of Rs.100/- thought might be balance should not be zero but services were not activated. After that i did recharge (10-Oct-2020) of Rs.149/- and situation was same.

                                Issue: When service should be allowed till 26th OCT 2020 then why i was blocked with all type of incoming/outgoing services.

                                I called customer care 3-4 times on 121/198 but call was not getting connected to Operator, while selecting the option to check expiry and balance it was told over IVR that expiry was in June and all the services were barred because no recharge done to keep activate the services.

                                I sent mails to Nodal officer/121 email support and appellate cenntal Airtel email id and recieved response from Appellate Central Airtel team that all the above mentioned recharge was done on these dates and follow xyz steps to start with the mobile number and issue will get fixed. I followed the same but nothing is resolved.

                                For what kind of support / service AIRTEL is charging to the people of India. Its kind of loot from the Indian's pocket.

                                I want all short of benefits and compensation for not getting the service from last 3 days.

                                  I ordered a prepaid sim card. After I ordered it, they notified that I will have to pay extra Rs. 100 just for the deliver charges. This made me frustrated, things like this should be mentioned early on. I would gladly go the Airtel Centre instead for a Sim. I'm a former Airtel user who wants to continue and this go this way.

                                  I hope this gets dealed soon and my order is cancelled.

                                    I applied for Airtel Broadband connection on 03-Oct-2020 and made payment of Rs. 2828/-. Now they are saying they do not have necessary infrastructure to provide connection. They said will initiate refund but i have not received any sms or email or any sort of confirmation. Not able to reach Airtel executive over phone. How should i get the refund processed? They do not have any specific email address for broadband customer support

                                      I want to convert my airtel physical sim to esim, while sending sms esim emailid to 121 i got reply that my email id is not registered.
                                      I have registered my email id in airtel app and also verified it.
                                      Please let me know if i have to do anything else to register my email id against my mobile number to get esim.

                                        Yesterday I recharge my phone no. [protected] through airtel thanks app via debit card
                                        The amount got deducted from my card but recharge has not done.
                                        Airtel sent a message which says
                                        " payment of rupees 399 done via airtel thanks app through debit card has been processed Order Id 672110************* You will recieve the order confirmation within 4hrs"
                                        It's been more than 12 hrs and I haven't recieved any confirmation regarding my recharge
                                        Kindly refund my money or confirm recharge
