I have been using airtel for 3 years. It was all good untill recently. Problem began in April 2020. Now it's network connection is poor. Data Speed is below average. Can't even make calls...

Hi,
Recently my mobile network failed on its own, nothing was disturbed.
I went to airtel store and they told me to replace the sim card by paying 25rs as fees.

My questions :
1. If the sim is not physically damaged, why should customer bear the charges
2. They take 25rs while sim mrp is 5rs.
3. They won't issue gst invoice for the same

I have ported mi idea number [protected] to airtel on 29 jun 2020. I got the airtel sim after 4 days of the port request. I have been trying to dial 59059 for airtel sim tele verification and action but it automatically gets disconnected. The sim shows either roaming signal or emergency calls.

4g bars are showing buts it's not working properly and call drops. I have 15 airtel locations everyone is having the same problem.

I recharged rupees 149 on 12/9/2020 online, the amount was deducted from my bank and also recieved a message confirming the recharge, but i am unable to make calls, why? this is ridiculous i intend switching to vodafone....

I would like to put a complaint regarding my airtel recharge on date 12/09/2020. I try to recharge my airtel number for Rs. 219 with a data pack of 1GB per day. My money was deducted but it fails to recharge my mobile number.So, please refund my recharge money.
